"This paper explained crisis communication in the digital era. The crisis in the era before digital and afterwards had significant differences. There are two things that make it different. First, the communication channel is spread. In the era before digital, the dissemination of crisis information was only through conventional mass media such as television, radio, and newspapers. In the digital era, only one bank that has problems will become a monthly report on social media."

"Visitor engagement and learning, outreach, and inclusion are concepts that have long dominated professional museum discourses. The recent rapid uptake of various forms of social media in many parts of the world, however, calls for a reformulation of familiar opportunities and obstacles in museum debates and practices. Young people, as both early adopters of digital forms of communication and latecomers to museums, increasingly figure as a key target group for many museums. This volume presents and discusses the most advanced research on the multiple ways in which social media operates to transform museum communications in countries as diverse as Australia, Denmark, Germany, Norway, the UK, and the United States. It examines the socio-cultural contexts, organizational and education consequences, and methodological implications of these transformations.

This study aims to explain the relationship between social media use, conversational orientation and conformity orientation in family communication with adolescent self-esteem. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach and using an online survey method. The research sample consisted of 185 students who attended SMK Wira Utama which is located in Nyalindung Village, Nyalindung District, Sukabumi Regency. Of the three measured variables, the results showed that only conversational orientation in family communication had a significant relationship with adolescent self-esteem with a value of r = 0.254, ρ = 0.00. Conformity orientation in family communication and social media use did not have a significant relationship with adolescent self-esteem with a value of r = 0.106, ρ = 0.150 and r = 0.2, ρ = 0.773 respectively. Conversation orientation has a positive relationship with adolescent self-esteem because families with high conversational orientation tend to have an open communication climate and often involve children in decision making. The impact is that children have positive feelings about themselves and their own abilities. This is very good for the development of children's self-esteem. Conformity orientation does not have a significant relationship with the respondent's self-esteem, either positively or negatively. The conformity orientation that is widely associated with negative impacts on children is not proven in this study. The respondents' use of social media also shows that it is not significantly related to self-esteem. This is because the respondents' perceptions of the importance of social media in their lives and the emotional relationships they form are not very high. The results suggest that each family creates a climate of open communication and encourages children to have and express their opinions because this is very good for the development of adolescent self-esteem. Warm communication when expressing opinions is also very good for parents in order to reduce the negative impact of conformity orientation. The negative impact of using social media can also be reduced as long as the use of social media does not involve too much emotion and is not integrated into the main daily lives of teenagers."

Adolescents' interrelationships with their parents nowadays tend to be distant, whereas adolescents' relationships with their peers tend to be closer. Non-open communication patterns from parents have been identified to cause mental health problems such as depression in adolescents. One of the causes of depression is cyberbullying behavior that occurs due to the frequent of communication adolescents have with their peers through the internet, especially on social media. This study aims to explore and analyze the communication patterns of parents as caregivers towards their teenage children as victims of cyberbullying on social media, so that it can be interpreted as part of depression prevention. Using a qualitative approach and phenomenological research design, this study conducted in-depth interviews with nine representations of parents as informants as well as mini observations of the behavior of foster parents- adolescents. The nine parent representations were selected based on a purposive recruitment and snowball sampling method based on the conceptualization made. The results found that the exploration of various parenting styles of parental representation is a form of communication from foster parents to adolescents that has contributed to the formation of a communication pattern. Open communication patterns are an analysis of a strong attachment between foster parents and their adolescents. In addition, open communication patterns initiated by parents who act as caregivers can also be interpreted as part of the prevention of prolonged depression due to cyberbullying in adolescents."
