Belanda dipilih karena kualitas pendidikannya dianggap lebih baik dan budaya Belanda yang tidak sama dengan Indonesia untuk dieksplorasi. Penelitian ini membahas faktor motivasi mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang lulus pada program IISMA memilih Belanda menjadi negara tujuannya. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner yang berasal dari seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang lulus program IISMA ke Belanda sejumlah 12 orang. Penelitian ini menemukan ada tiga faktor motivasi mahasiswa UI yang memilih program IISMA ke Belanda yaitu faktor kebudayaan serta sosial, faktor prospek kerja dan pengembangan diri, serta faktor kualitas pendidikan di Belanda. Faktor terbesar yang menjadi motivasi mereka ialah faktor prospek kerja serta pengembangan diriPada tahun 2021, Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, serta Teknologi mengadakan acara Indonesian International Student Mobility (IISMA) yang menyediakan kesempatan pertukaran pelajar buat mahasiswa terpilih dari seluruh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. terdapat lebih berasal 30 mitra kerja IISMA salah satunya merupakan universitas di Belanda. Belanda dipilih karena kualitas pendidikannya dianggap lebih baik dan budaya Belanda yang tidak sama dengan Indonesia untuk dieksplorasi. In 2021, the Ministry of Education, Research, and the Technology Republic of Indonesia established the Indonesian International Student Mobility (IISMA), which affords an opportunity to exchange for all chosen university students in all universities in Indonesia. There are more than thirty universities as a partner for IISMA, and one of them is the Netherlands because of the high quality of education and distinctive cultures to be explored. This research discusses the motivation of Universitas Indonesia students for the IISMA program to choose the Netherlands as a destination country. The research used quantitative methods with data collection strategies within the form of a questionnaire from all Universitas Indonesia students for IISMA in the Netherlands with a total of 12 students. This study found that three factors motivate them to choose the IISMA program to the Netherlands: cultures and society in the Netherlands, professional prospect and self-improvement, and high-quality of education in the Netherlands. The biggest aspect of all is career prospects and self- improvement"

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara religiusitas dengan motivasi sukarelawan, dan juga untuk melihat dimensi-dimensi religiusitas yang memiliki hubungan dengan motivasi sukarelawan. Pengukuran religiusitas menggunakan alat ukur religiusitas (Iqbal, 2011) yang diadaptasi dari alat ukur religiusitas milik Fetzer (2003) dan pengukuran motivasi sukarelawan menggunakan alat ukur volunteer motivation inventory (Esmond & Dunlop, 2004). Partisipan penelitian ini adalah sukarelawan yang mayoritas mengikuti kegiatan sukarela di bidang pendidikan dan keagamaan. Total partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 182 orang dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan motivasi sukarelawan (understanding, reciprocity, dan social interaction). Sebaliknya, tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan motivasi sukarelawan (values). Selain itu, dimensi religious coping diketahui sebagai satu-satunya dimensi dalam religiusitas yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan motivasi sukarelawan (reciprocity).

The Study was conducted to find the relationship between religiousity and volunteer motivation, and also to see which dimensions of religiousity that has a relationship with a volunteer motivation. Measurement of religiousity using religiousity measuring instrument (Iqbal, 2011), adapted from the measuring religiousity instrument?s of Fetzer (2003), and the measurement of volunteer motivation using volunteer motivation inventory (Esmond & Dunlop, 2004). Participants of this study were volunteers who followed the majority of the volunteer activities in the field of education and religious affairs. Total Participants of this study are 182 volunteers who live in Jabodetabek.

The results of this study showed a significant positive relationship exists between religiousity and volunteer motivation (understanding, reciprocity, and social interaction). In contrast, there is no significant relationship between religiousity and volunteer motivation (values). In addition, coping religious dimension known as the only dimension in religiousity that has a significant positive relationship with the volunteer motivation (reciprocity)."

"Skripsi ini mengkaji motivasi lima orang awam Katolik yang terlibat di komunitas Legio Maria. Legio Maria adalah salah satu komunitas awam di Gereja Katolik yang menjalankan misi kerasulan. Kerasulan mencakup segala usaha pembinaan iman umat yang dilakukan dengan berbagai bentuk pelayanan. Kerasulan awam menjadi penting untuk membantu imam dalam melaksanakan karya pastoral. Kenyataannya, banyak umat awam yang tidak berminat untuk terlibat merasul. Di sisi lain, masih ada beberapa umat awam yang tetap tertarik bergabung dengan komunitas awam, seperti Legio Maria. Melihat hal tersebut, skripsi ini mendeskripsikan pengalaman hidup anggota Legio Maria yang memunculkan motivasi merasul. Melalui refleksi terhadap pengalaman hidup, anggota Legio Maria memberikan makna atas keterlibatannya merasul.

This thesis examines the motivation of five Catholic lay people in the Legion of Mary. Legion of Mary is one of the lay communitas in the Catholic Church that have apostolic mission. Apostolate include all people of faith formation efforts undertaken by various forms of service. Lay apostolate becomes important to assist the priests in carrying out pastoral works. In the fact, many lay people who are not interested in engaging the lay apostolate communitas. However, there are still some lay people are still interested in joining the lay communitas, such as the Legion of Mary. Based on that reality, this thesis describes the life experiences of five members the Legion of Mary that motivate the members to proselytize. Through reflection, members of the Legion of Mary provide meaning of their involvement in the Legion of Mary."

"Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mencari tahu pengaruh motivasi prososial dan orientasi nilai terhadap tingkah laku berbagi artikel daring. Motivasi prososial dan orientasi nilai yang digunakan adalah alturisme dan egoisme, dimana alturisme menunjukkan tingkah laku berbagi demi kebermanfaatan orang lain sedangkan egoisme menunjukkan tingkah laku berbagi demi kebermanfaatan diri sendiri. Pengaruh bisa diketahui dengan melihat besaran skor tingkah laku berbagi artikel yang menunjukkan intensi berbagi dan pemilihan judul artikel yang dibagikan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain 3 (induksi motivasi alturisme x motivasi egoisme x kontrol, between) x 2 (dibagikannya judul artikel berorientasi nilai altruisme x egoisme, within) mixed design. Partisipan adalah 82 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia dari berbagai fakultas.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor rata-rata tingkah laku berbagi artikel yang signifikan di 3 kelompok perlakuan, F(2,79) = 7,52, p = 0,001 dan mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi prososial terhadap tingkah laku berbagi artikel, sedangkan nilai pada judul artikel terbukti tidak memberikan dampak berbeda pada tingkah laku berbagi artikel partisipan. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi prososial alturisme dan egoisme dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan berbeda pada tingkah laku berbagi artikel dan orientasi nilai pada judul artikel tidak dapat mempengaruhi tingkah laku berbagi artikel.

In this study, authors want to find out the effect of prosocial motivation and value orientation in article?s title on online article sharing behavior. Prosocial motivation and value orientation used are alturism and egoism, where alturism demonstrated the usefulness of sharing behavior for the sake of others, while egoisme demonstrate the usefulness of sharing behavior for the sake of themselves. The effect can be known by looking at the amount of sharing behavior score that indicates the intention to share articles and article titles distribution. This research is an experimental research design with 3 (induction motivation egoism x alturism x control, between) x 2 (the distribution of article title with alturism value x egoism value, within) mixed design. Participants were 82 students from various faculties of the University of Indonesia.

The results showed that there are significant differences in the average scores online article sharing behavior in the 3 treatment groups, F (2,79) = 7.52, p = 0.001 indicate that prosocial motivation can affect online article sharing behavior, while the value of title article haven?t give different impact on the online article sharing behavior of the participants. Therefore it can be concluded that the alturisme and egoisme prosocial motivation can have a significant different impact on the online article sharing behavior and value orientation on the article title can not affect the online article sharing behavior."
