"Work engagement merupakan sebuh konstruk yang diasosikan dengan berbagai employee outcomes seperti job performance, job satisfaction dan employee well being. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support, dan learning opportunities terhadap work engagement karyawan generasi milenial perbankan BUMN. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling SEM untuk mengolah 195 data responden.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work engagement dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh perceived supervisor support dan perceived organizational support. Selain itu perceived organizational support terbukti memediasi pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap work engagement. Sehingga peran mediasi yang terbentuk adalah partial mediation.

Work engagement is a construct that is associated with various employee outcomes such job performance, job satisfaction and employee well being. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support, and learning opportunities on millennials work engagement in state owned bank. This research is a quantitative research using Structural Equation Modeling SEM method to analyze the data.
The results of this study indicate that work engagement is directly affected by perceived supervisor support and perceived organizational support. In addition, perceived organizational support proved to mediate the impact of perceived supervisor support on work engagement. Thus, the mediation role formed is partial mediation.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh organizational mobility preferences dan perceived organizational support terhadap affective commitment karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Affective Commitment Scale yang telah direvisi dan dikembangkan oleh Meyer, Allen, dan Smith (dalam Meyer & Allen, 2004) untuk mengukur komitmen afektif karyawan sebagai variabel terikat, Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale (Briscoe, Hall, & DeMuth, 2006) untuk mengukur organizational mobility preferences dan Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (Eisenberger et al., 1997). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 143 responden yang pernah bekerja selama minimal satu tahun.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa organizational mobility preferences (β = -0,30, p = 0,000) memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen afektif dan perceived organizational support (β = 0,51, p = 0,000) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan, Lebih lanjut lagi diketahui bahwa variabel organizational mobility preferences dan perceived organizational support memiliki kontribusi varian yang unik pada komitmen afektif karyawan setelah mengontrol usia, tahun lulus pendidikan terakhir, tahun mulai kerja, lama kerja saat ini, dan waktu paling lama kerja karyawan.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of organizational mobility preferences and perceived organizational support on affective commitment. This study is a quantitative study using Affective Commitment Scale developed by Meyer, Allen, dan Smith (in Meyer & Allen, 2004) to measure employee's affective commitment towards organization as the dependent variable (DV), Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale developed by Briscoe, Hall, and DeMuth (2006) to measure the dimension of organizational mobility preferences and Survey of Perceived Organizational Support developed by Eisenberger et al. (1997) to measure employee?s perceived organizational support. The sample of this study is a total of 143 respondents who have worked in a company for at least a year.
Results indicated that organizational mobility preferences (β = -0,30, p = 0,000) negatively influenced employee?s affective commitment while perceived organizational support (β = 0,51, p = 0,000) positively influenced employee?s affective commitment. Furthermore, organizational mobility preferences and perceived organizational support explained a unique variance in affective commitment above age, year graduated from latest education, year first started a job, employee's tenure (current tenure and longest tenure).

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Perceived Organizational Support POS terhadap Employee Engagement. Pada penelitian ini, variabel Perceived Organizational Support diukur dengan menggunakan konsep dari Eisenberger dkk 1986 yang terdiri dari 36 indikator dan tiga dimensi, yaitu dimensi Fair Organizational Procedures, Supervisor Support, dan dimensi Favorable Rewards Job Conditions. Sedangkan untuk variabel Employee Engagement digunakan konsep dari Gallup Consultant 2006 yang diukur dengan 12 indikator atau dikenal dengan Q-Twelve Q-12. Pada konsep tersebut terdapat empat dimensi, yaitu What do I Get, What do I Give, Do I Belong, dan How Can We Grow.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang mana sumber data merupakan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap non operasional di kantor pusat PT. Jasa Marga Persero tbk, dengan metode non probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan koefisien determinasi untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 15,9 employee engagement dipengaruhi oleh Perceived Organizational Support.

This research aiming to analyzing the effect of Perceived Organizational Support POS to Employee Engagement. The Perceived Organizational Support variable in this research measured by using the concept from Eisenberger Et al 1986 that has 36 indicators and three dimensions, which are Fair Organizational Procedures, Supervisor Support, and Favorable Rewards Job Conditions. Meanwhile, the concept by Gallup Consultant 2006 that is measured by 12 indicators that is also known as Q Twelve Q 12 is used for the variable of Employee engagement. This research is quantitative research which the data are from the result of the questionnaire that is spreaded among the non operational permanent employees on the head office of PT. Jasa Marga persero using non probability sampling method. This research using a simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination to examine the influence between the variables. The result of this research showed that 15,9 of employee engagement are influenced by the Perceived Organizational Support.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu pengaruh dari perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap work engagement, dengan self-efficacy sebagai mediasi. Work engagement yang baik dalam lingkungan kerja memberikan perusahaan karyawan yang lebih produktif dan berkualitas, sehingga menjadi sebuah fenomena yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari PT. XYZ, sebuah perusahaan radio terestrial yang berlokasi di Jakarta, Indonesia, dengan jumlah sampel 139 responden. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan langsung antara POS dengan work engagement, dan diantaranya terdapat self-efficacy yang terbukti menjadi sebuah faktor mediasi.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of perceived organizational support (POS) towards work engagement with self-efficacy as mediator. Work engagement influences employees to be more productive and engaged in their job, which makes the topic very important in ensuring a firm?s quality of employees. This study is conducted in PT. "Selama masa pandemi terdapat banyak perubahan dalam bekerja. Situasi ini juga ternyata berdampak pada work engagement karyawan secara global. Terdapat fenomena terkait work engagement di Indonesia dimana tingkat work engagement berhasil mencapai titik tertingginya pada tahun 2020 namun kemudian mengalami penurunan pada tahun berikutnya. Work engagement sendiri berdasarkan model JD-R (Job Demands-Resources) dipengaruhi oleh 2 faktor yaitu personal resources dan job resources. Dalam penelitian ini akan dianalisa apakah work engagement dapat dipengaruhi oleh psychological capital, perceived organizational support dan job satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022 dengan objek karyawan startup yang kerap kali mengalami permasalahan terkait topik. Jumlah startup di Indonesia adalah ke-5 terbanyak di dunia dan berkontribusi cukup besar bagi perekonomian melalui PDB. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah work engagement karyawan startup di Indonesia dapat dipengaruhi secara positif oleh psychological capital, perceived organizational support, dan job satisfaction. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan mengolah data hasil survei menggunakan teknik SEM melalui aplikasi Lisrel 8.5. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa psychological capital mampu berpengaruh positif secara langsung maupun dengan mediasi parsial oleh job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support juga diketahui mampu berpengaruh positif melalui mediasi penuh oleh job satisfaction. Selain itu, job satisfaction sendiri mampu berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement.

During the pandemic there were many changes at work. This situation also has an impact on employee work engagement globally. There is a phenomenon related to work engagement in Indonesia where the level of work engagement managed to reach its highest point in 2020 but then decreased the following year. Work engagement itself based on the JD-R (Job Demands-Resources) model is influenced by 2 factors, namely personal resources and job resources. In this study will be analyzed whether work engagement can be influenced by psychological capital, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction. This research was conducted in 2022 with the object of startup employees who often experience problems related to the topic. The number of startups in Indonesia is the 5th largest in the world and contributes quite a lot to the economy through GDP. This quantitative study aims to determine whether the work engagement of startup employees in Indonesia can be positively influenced by psychological capital, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction. Hypothesis testing is done by processing survey data using SEM techniques through the Lisrel 8.5 application. The results of this study indicate that psychological capital can have a positive effect directly or partially mediated by job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support is found to have positive effect through full mediation by job satisfaction. Job satisfaction itself can directly have positive effect on work engagement."

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan intensi untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan pada karyawan PT. XYZ. Pada tesis ini dilakukan juga intervensi Effective Feedback Training pada atasan yang dilanjutkan dengan pemberian POS dan menurunkan intensi untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan. Data dari 10 orang karyawan pada level staf dari cabang klinik yang dihitung dengan menggunakan korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan yang negatid antara POS dan intensi untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan, dengan r = -0.929. Artinya jika POS ditingkatkan, maka intensi karyawan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan dapat diturunkan. Dalam tesis ini, POS ditingkatkan dengan pemberian effective feedback trainingpada atasan, dan dilanjutkan dengan praktek pemberian feedback dari atasan kepada bawahan. Efek intervensi diukur dengan membandingkan data pre dan post-test pada variabel POS dan intensi untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan dengan menggunakan paired-samples t-test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan pada POS dan intensi untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan pada karyawan PT. XYZ setelah diberikan feedback dari atasan, dengan nilai t sebesar 3.017 dan signifikansi 0.015.

The purpose of this research is to study the correlation of Perceived Organizational Support (POS and intention to turnover of the employee at XYZ Company. In this thesis, researcher conducted the Effective Feedback Training for the supervisor, then the supervisor practice the feedback process to subordinate, to improve POS and reduce intention to turnover. Data from 10 employees from clinic branch that calculated with Pearson Correlation shows that there's significant correlation (negarive correlation) between POS and intention to turnover, with r=-0.929. It means, when the POS was improved, the intention to turnover could be reduced. To improve the POS, researcher conducted the effective feedback training for supervisor, and the supervisor practice the effective feedback process to the subordinate. The effect of the intervention is significant from the compared-mean test (Paired-Samples T-Test). It means there is significant differences in POS and intention to turnover score after the intervention. The value of t is 3.017 and the significant level is 0.015."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan lsquo;panggilan rsquo; dan POS terhadap kepuasan kerja pekerja media. Terdapat 101 pekerja media dari berbagai jenis media TV, radio, cetak, online yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Pada penelitian ini, kepuasan kerja diukur menggunakan MOAQ-JSS, lsquo;panggilan rsquo; diukur dengan Answered Occupational Calling Scale, dan POS diukur dengan menggunakan SPOS versi pendek. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa POS b = .12, SE b = .02, p < .01 memengaruhi kepuasan kerja para pekerja media secara lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan pengaruh dari lsquo;panggilan rsquo; b = .09, SE b = .09,p.

This study aimed to examine the correlation of calling and POS towards media workers rsquo job satisfaction. There were 101 media workers from various types of media TV, radio, printed, online who participated in this study. In this study, job satisfaction was measured using MOAQ JSS, calling was measured using Answered Occupational Scale, and POS was measured using short version of SPOS. This study showed that POS affect media workers rsquo job satisfaction more strongly b .12, SE b .02, p .01 than the effect from calling b .09, SE b .09, p."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat efektivitas pemberian program effective coaching pada atasan untuk meningkatkan perceived organizational support dan komitmen organisasi karyawan SBU H PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian action research dengan jumlah partisipan penelitian sebanyak 12 orang karyawan SBU H PT.X. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survey of Perceived Oganizational Support yang dikembangkan oleh Eisenberger (1986) yang berjumlah 36 item dan alat ukur Komitmen Organisasi yang dikembangkan oleh Meyer dan Allen (1997) yang berjumlah 36 item.
Peneliti menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman Rho untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan komitmen organisasi dan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test untuk melihat peningkatan skor kedua variabel tersebut setelah pemberian intervensi berupa program effective coaching.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara POS dan Komitmen Organisasi, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.880 dan signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.001). Selain itu juga terdapat peningkatan skor perceived organizational support setelah pemberian intervensi akan tetapi tidak terdapat peningkatan skor komitmen organisasi setelah pemberian intervensi.

This research was conducted to examine the effectiveness of Effective Coaching Program for Supervisor to enhance employee?s perceived organizational support and organizational commitment at SBU H PT. X. This research used action research studies with 12 participants who works in SBU H PT. X. Tools used in this research were Survey of Perceived Organizational Support by Eisenberger (1986) with 36 items, and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire that developed from Allen & Meyer (1997) with 36 items.
The Researcher using the Spearman Rho correlation technique to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test to see an increase in score of the two variables after the intervention of effective coaching program.
The results showed a significant relationship between POS and Organizational Commitment by all participants in this study with coefficient correlation of 0.880 and significance 0.000 (p <0.001). In addition, there is also an increase in perceived organizational support scores after the intervention but there is no increase in organizational commitment scores after the intervention.

"Dukungan organisasi merupakan salah satu konsep organisasional yang paling penting dalam menjaga karyawan dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan kepada antesedan dari Persepsi Dukungan Keorganisasian POS yang ada di PT. PGN Persero Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua-tahap desain metode penelitian campuran berurutan terdiri dari metode kuantitatif yang dilanjutkan dengan metode kualitatif. Model penelitian dikembangkan berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, penyebaran kuesioner, dan studi lapangan kualitatif. Survei dilakukan pada 190 karyawan.POS memiliki tiga dimensi utama yakni dukungan atasan, keadilan dan kondisi kerja. Ketiga dimensi ini diujikan kepada responden dan diklarifikasikan kepada informan untuk mengetahui gambaran dimensi POS di PT. PGN. Secara keseluruhan, ketiga dimensi ini telah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih ada kekurangan yang harus diperbaiki. Saran yang diberikan adalah transformasi menyeluruh yang menitikberatkan pada kebutuhan sosioemosional karyawan.

Organizational support is one of the most important organizational concept that keep employees in the organization. This study focused on antesedan of Perceived Organizational Support POS in the PT. PGN Persero Tbk. This study uses a two stage sequential mixed method research design consisted of a quantitative method followed by qualitative methods. The research model was developed based on literature review, questionnaires, and qualitative fieldwork. The survey was conducted on 190 employees.POS has three main dimensions namely supervisor support, justice and job conditions. The third dimension is tested to the respondent and clarified to the informant to describe the dimensions of POS in PT. PGN. Overall, these three dimensions has been running well, but there are still shortcomings that must be rectified. Advice given is the comprehensive transformation which focuses on socio emotional needs of employees."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat efektifitas program pelatihan penilaian kinerja untuk meningkatkan perceived organizational support dan employee engagement pada karyawan di lembaga pendidikan YPTK. Alat ukur perceived organizational support merupakan adaptasi dari Survey of perceived organizational support (Eisenberger, 1986) sedangkan alat ukur employee engagement merupakan adaptasi dari Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli dan Bakker 2003).
Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap employee engagement sebesar 0.168 (p=0.016 signifikan pada l.o.s 0.05). Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan skor perceived organizational support dan employee engagement yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pelatihan dan sosialisasi penilaian kinerja.

The aim of this research is to see the effectiveness of performance appraisal training to improve perceived organizational support and employee engagement in educational institution, YPTK. The measurement tools of perceived organizational support was adapted from Survey of perceived organizational support (Eisenberger, 1986) while the measurement of employee engagement adapted from Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, known as UWES (Schaufeli and Bakker 2003).
Result of regression analysis showed that employee engagement significantly influenced by perceived organizational support (0.168, P=0.016 significant at l.o.s. 0.05) and the result of paired sample t-test showed significant difference of POS and Employee Engagement score of respondent, pre and post performance appraisal training and socialization of it.
