"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berusaha menjawab pertanyaan mengapa pejabat publik memiliki interpretasi yang berbeda terhadap suatu isu yang sama dengan menguji model teoritis. Berdasarkan dari perspektif yang lebih menyeluruh ndash; Leader Member Exchange LMX , Leader Self-Efficacy LSE , gaya kognitif intuitive dan analytical dan voice behavior ndash; penelitian ini mengajukan dugaan bahwa interpretasi pejabat publik dipengaruhi oleh LMX, gaya kognitif, ketersediaan informasi voice behavior dan leader self-efficacy dan ada perbedaan pengaruh gaya kognitif, ketersediaan informasi voice behavior dan hubungan timbal balik atasan dan bawahan dan leader self-efficacy pada isu yang mendesak dan isu yang tidak mendesak dengan menguji 2 model teoritis interpretasi pada isu mendesak dan isu yang tidak mendesak.Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua tahapan studi, studi pertama akan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang isu-isu stratejik yang terjadi di pemerintahan kabupaten pemkab atau pemerintahan kota pemkot dengan metode wawancara. Studi kedua dilakukan untuk untuk menguji model teoritis. Metode penelitian tahap dua menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa model persamaan struktural interpretasi isu mempunyai kecocokan dengan data empiris. Hasil uji model juga menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengaruh variable-variabel bebas ke variable tergantung pada isu yang mendesak dan tidak mendesak.
ABSTRACT
This research aims to answer the question why people interpret the similar issue indifferent ways? Researcher assumes that leader member exchange LMX , leader self-efficacy LSE , intuitive and analytical cognitive style and voice behavior influence how people interpret issues. Leader member exchange LMX , leader self-efficacy LSE , intuitive and analytical cognitive style and voice behavior have different influence to issues interpretation in urgent and non urgent issues.This present research have 2 empirical study, first study aims to explore about issues strategic in regional government by interview middle manager. A second study was conducted to test the theoretical model of issues interpretation.The results has shown that: 1 the two of structural equation model of issues interpretation in urgent and non urgent situation fit with empirical data. 2 there are differences in the influence how leader interpret urgent issue and non urgent issue."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leader-member exchange (LMX), partisipasi, dan informasi terhadap commitment to change yang dimediasi oleh employee perceptions of justice. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara yang mulai tahun 2005 mengalami proses perubahan organisasi melalui pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei kuesioner. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 372 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leader-member exchange (LMX) tidak memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap commitment to change, sedangkan partisipasi dan informasi memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap commitment to change. Selain itu, leadermember exchange (LMX), partisipasi, dan informasi memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap employee perceptions of justice.
Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa employee perceptions of justice memediasi secara penuh pengaruh leader-member exchange (LMX) terhadap commitment to change. Di sisi lain, employee perceptions of justice memediasi secara parsial pengaruh partisipasi dan informasi terhadap commitment to change.

This research aimed to analyze the influence of leader-member exchange (LMX), participation and information toward commitment to change mediated by employee perception of justice. This research was conducted in the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, the Ministry of State Secretariat had bureaucratic reformation in 2005, resulting in the changes of its organization. The data were collected from questionnaires. The participants of the questionnaires were 372 people. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM).
The result showed that leader-member exchange (LMX) did not has positive effect directly toward commitment to change, while participation and information have positive effect directly toward commitment to change. Moreover, leader-member exchange (LMX), participation, and information have positive effect directly toward employee perceptions of justice.
This research also proved that employee perceptions of justice fully mediate the effect leader-member exchange (LMX) toward commitment to change. On the other hand, employee perceptions of justice partially mediate the effect participation and information toward commitment to change.

"Perilaku seksual berisiko merupakan perilaku seksual yang dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti kehamilan, aborsi dan penyakit menular seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dan general self-efficacy dengan perilaku seksual berisiko. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 92 partisipan remaja di Sekolah Master Depok yang diseleksi dengan teknik quota sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah The Parental Care Style Questionnaire, New General Self-Efficacy Scale dan Sexual Risk Survey: Instrument Development and Psychometrics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku seksual berisiko remaja dan general self-efficacy dengan aktivitas seksual. Untuk menangani masalah seksual remaja, perlu diadakan program kesehatan reproduksi yang tidak hanya ditujukan kepada remaja, namun juga orang tua dan masyarakat.

Risky sexual behavior is sexual behavior which cause various negative impacts such as pregnancy, abortion, and sexually transmitted diseases. The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation between parenting style and adolescents? sexual behavior, as well as general self-efficacy and adolescents? sexual behavior. Design of this study was descriptive correlative. This study included 92 participants of adolescent in Sekolah Master Depok which were selected by quota sampling technique. This study used The Parental Care Style Questionnaire, New General Self-Efficacy Scale and Sexual Risk Survey: Instrument Development and Psychometrics as instruments. The result showed there were a significant correlation between parenting styles and adolescents? sexual behavior, also between general self-efficacy and adolescents? sexual activity. To overcome adolescents? sexual problem, it is recommended to implement reproductive health programs not only for adolescents but also parents and community."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian intervensi kelompok dengan pendekatan kognitif-perilaku pada mahasiswa perantau Universitas Indonesia yang memiliki permasalahan dalam penyesuaian diri sosial. Diketahui bahwa social self-efficacy merupakan karakteristik diri yang dapat mempengaruhi penyesuaian diri sosial pada mahasiswa perantau. Melihat dampak masalah dalam interaksi sosial bagi mahasiswa perantau cukup besar dan memungkinkan munculnya permasalahan psikologis lebih berat, peneliti menilai perlu adanya suatu intervensi yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan meningkatkan social self-efficacy mahasiswa perantau UI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi-eksperimental dengan desain one group pre-post test yang dilakukan terhadap lima orang partisipan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan skor social self-efficacy pada kelima partisipan. Selain itu, dilihat dari hasil kualitatif terjadi pula perubahan pada aspek kognitif dan perilaku. Hal ini tampak dari perubahan penilaian diri partisipan, kemampuan menentang pikiran negatif menjadi pikiran yang lebih rasional. Semua partisipan tampak mengalami perubahan perilaku khususnya dalam hal mulai berinisiatif melakukan interaksi sosial dan ingin terlibat dalam kelompok pertemanan. Melalui penelitian ini, ditemukan pula bahwa intervensi dengan format berkelompok ini dapat memberikan manfaat dan perubahan terhadap kondisi partisipan. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya proses terapeutik melalui belajar dari pengalaman anggota kelompok lainnya.

This research was made to understand the effect of group therapy using cogntive behavioral approach to sojourner students of University of Indonesia that has social adjustment problem. Social self efficacy known as a traits that can affect social adjustment in sojourner student. Student rsquo s problem in social interaction has negative impact and became a serious psychological problem. Therefore, psychological intervention need to be done to solve the social adjustment problem with increasing social self efficacy to sojourner student of University of Indonesia. This research use quasi experimental as a method with one group pre post test design, by giving group therapy towards five participants.
Results of this research shows that social self efficacy increase in all of participants. In qualitative data, the results show that cognitive and behavior aspects in all of participants has changed. In cognitive aspects, shows that belief about self efficacy has changed and participant can dispute their negative thoughts so that they have more rational response. In behavioral aspects, shows that behavior in social interaction has changed, especially in initative to make a social contact and joining the groups. This research also shows that using group therapy has advantages to all participants due to therapeutic effects by learning from others member rsquo s experience.

"ABSTRAK
Positive leader identity merupakan salah satu konsep diri yang penting untuk dimiliki seorang pemimpin. Berdasarkan perspektif teoritis claiming mengakui identitas diri sebagai pemimpin dan granting mengakui identitas orang lain sebagai pemimpin, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah implicit leadership theories memediasi hubungan antara leadership self-efficacy dan positive leader identity. Data diperoleh melalui 65 pasangan pemimpin dan bawahan pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur leadership self-efficacy perception scale, implicit leadership theories scale, dan collective self-esteem scale.Hasil analisis regresi lanjutan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implicit leadership theories tidak memediasi hubungan antara leadership self-efficacy dan positive leader identity. Hasil ini memiliki implikasi bahwa granting yang diberikan bawahan kepada pemimpinnya untuk membentuk claiming dari pemimpin terhadap positive leader identity, tidak didasarkan pada penilaian dengan membandingkan sosok pemimpinnya dengan karakteristik pemimpin yang ideal.

ABSTRACT
Positive leader identity is one of the most important self concept to be possessed by a leader, based on the theoretic perspective of claiming acknow ledging one identity as leader and granting acknow ledging others identity as leader, this research was trying to see, is implicit leadership theories mediate the relationship between leadership self efficacy and positive leader identity. Data was collected from 65 pairs of leader rsquo's and follower in food and beverages company in Indonesia. Scales used by this research is leadership self efficacy perception scale, implicit leadership theories scale, and collective self esteem scale. Result from the regression analysis shows that implicit leadership theories does not mediate the relationship between leadership self efficacy and positive leader identity. This result indicate that granting that was given by followers to their leader rsquo s in order to form their claiming on positive leader identity, does not fully based on the evaluation by comparing their current leader with ideal leader characteristics."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara traits dan creative selfefficacy (CSE) pada guru TK. Traits adalah dimensi dari perbedaan kecenderungan individu untuk menunjukan pola pemikiran, perasaan dan tindakan yang konsisten (McCrae dan Costa, 2003). Sementara itu, CSE merupakan keyakinan yang sementara pada individu mengenai kemampuan dirinya untuk melakukan tugas spesifik tertentu yang membutuhkan produksi solusi-solusi baru, orisinal, atau sesuai.
Pengukuran traits menggunakan alat ukur IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) dan pengukuran CSE menggunakan alat ukur Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010) yang telah diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Partisipan berjumlah 112 orang guru TK yang berusia 20-60 tahun.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara trait neuroticism dan CTSE, serta terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, dan conscientiousness dengan CTSE dan CPSE. Namun demikian, pada trait neuroticism tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan CPSE. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan screening kepribadian ketika perekrutan guru TK. Selain itu, guru TK juga dapat diberi intervensi sejak dini untuk meningkatkan CSE.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between nature traits and creative self-efficacy (CSE) in kindergarten teachers. Traits is dimensions of individual differences in tendencies to show consistent patterns of thoughts, feelings and actions (McCrae & Costa, 2003). Meanwhile CSE is an individual's state-like belief in his or her own ability to perform the specific tasks required to produce novel original, or appropiate solutions (Abbott, 2010).
Traits was measured using an adaptation instrumen named IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) and CSE was measured using an adaptation instrument named Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010). The respondent of this research are 112 kindergarten teachers.
The results of this research show that trait neuroticism negative correlated significantly with CTSE and the trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness positive correlated significantly with CTSE and CPSE. But there is no significant correlation between trait neuroticism and CPSE. Based on these results, kindergarten ought to held a personality screening in teacher's recruitment and give intervention, such as training or seminar to teachers that can increase creative self-efficacy.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara coping self-efficacy dan burnout pada perawat. Pengukuran coping self-efficacy menggunakan alat ukur Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (Chesney dkk., 2006) yang memiliki tiga subskala, yaitu use problem focused coping, stop unpleasant thoughts and emotions, dan get support from family and friends dengan total 26 item. Pengukuran terhadap burnout menggunakan alat ukur Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (Maslach & Jackson, 1981) yang memiliki tiga dimensi, yaitu emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, dan menurunnya sense of personal accomplishment dengan total 22 item. Jumlah partisipan yang diperoleh sebanyak 131 perawat. Hasil utama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara coping self-efficacy dan burnout pada perawat, yang berarti semakin tinggi coping self-efficacy perawat, semakin rendah burnout yang dirasakan.

The aim of this study is to investigate whether any relationship between coping self-efficacy and burnout among nurses. Coping self-efficacy was measured by Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (Chesney et al., 2006) which has three subscales, namely use problem focused coping, stop unpleasant thoughts and emotions, and get support from family and friends with a total of 26 items. Burnout was measured by Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (Maslach & Jackson, 1981) which has three dimensions, namely emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced sense of personal accomplihsment with a total of 22 items. Participants of this study were 131 nurses. The main result of the study shows that there is a significant negative relationship between coping self-efficacy and burnout among nurses, in conclusion, the higher score of coping self-efficacy obtained by nurses, the lower they perceived burnout."

"Perusahaan perlu melakukan Transformational Entrepreneurship Behavior (TEB) untuk mendapatkan keuntungan ekonomi sekaligus menciptakan socio-economic growth yang dibutuhkan untuk keberlanjutan perusahaan. Walaupun TEB sangat penting, sayangnya penelitian saat ini masih kurang memberi perhatian terhadap TEB. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengisi gap penelitian tersebut. Penelitian ini juga ingin melihat faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan TEB di suatu perusahaan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei terhadap 138 manajer PT Telkom Property. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen Inertia, Dynamic Capabilities (DC), dan Leader Member Exchange (LMX). Kemudian variabel Readiness For Change (RFC) digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah TEB. Analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DC, LMX berhubungan secara siginikan dengan RFC dan TEB. Sebaliknya, inersia tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan RFC dan TEB. RFC memediasi hubungan DC dan LMX terhadap TEB. Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk meningkatkan TEB dapat dilakukan dengan memperkuat peran manajer sebagai agen perubahan di perusahaan. Re-organisasi secara berkala perlu dipertimbangkan untuk dilakukan agar terjadi interaksi dan pertukaran pengetahuan diantara karyawan sehingga akan meningkatkan RFC dan TEB.

Companies need to carry out Transformational Entrepreneurship Behavior (TEB) to gain economic benefits while creating the socio-economic growth needed for company sustainability. Even though TEB is very important, unfortunately current research still lack of attention to TEB. This research aims to fill this research gap. This research also wants to look at factors that can increase TEB in a company.
The research method used was a survey of 138 PT Telkom Property managers. This research uses the independent variables Inertia, Dynamic Capabilities (DC), and Leader Member Exchange (LMX). Then the Readiness For Change (RFC) variable is used as a mediating variable, while the dependent variable is TEB. Data analysis using SEM PLS.
The research find that DC, LMX are significantly related to RFC and TEB. In contrast, Inertia is not significantly related to RFC and TEB. RFC mediates the relationship of DC and LMX to TEB. This research suggests that increasing TEB can be done by strengthening the role of managers as agents of change in the company. Periodic re-organization needs to be considered so that interaction and Knowledge exchange occurs between employees so that it will increase RFC and TEB.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara parenting selfefficacy dan family functioning pada ibu dari toddler. Untuk mengukur parenting self-efficacy digunakan alat ukur Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index- Toddler Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Coleman (1998), sedangkan family functioning diukur melalui Family Assessment Devices version 3 yang dikembangkan oleh Epstein, dkk. (1983). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu dari toddler yang terikat dalam ikatan pernikahan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara parenting selfefficacy dan family functioning (r=-0.567, n=83, p< 0.01, two tail). Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi parenting self-efficacy pada ibu dari toddler, maka semakin tinggi pula family functioning yang ia miliki; begitu pula sebaliknya.

This study examined the relationship between parenting self-efficacy and family functioning among mothers of toddler. Parenting self efficacy was measured by Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index-Toddler Scale developed by Coleman (1998), whereas the family functioning was measured by Family Assessment Devices Version 3 developed by Epstein, Baldwin, and Bishop (1983). The participants of this study were 83 mothers of toddler who married.
The results of this study showed that there is a significant, negative relationship, between parenting self-efficacy and family functioning (r=-0.567, n=83, p< 0.01, two tail). It indicates that the higher parenting self-efficacy from mothers of toddler, the higher family functioning; and vice versa.
