"Profesi apoteker memegang peranan penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Seorang apoteker dibekali keilmuan terkait farmasi industri dan farmasi klinis secara keseluruhan dan harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker pada saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Ethica Industri Farmasi periode 10 Januari – 3 Maret 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Perwira periode April 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacist plays an important role in pharmacy work. A pharmacist is equipped with knowledge related to industrial pharmacy and clinical pharmacy as a whole and a must competency standards as a requirement to enter the workplace and undergo professional practice. The competency standards of Indonesian pharmacists consist of 10 (ten) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the place of professional work practice. The internship is held at PT Ethica Industri Farmasi for the period 10 January – 3 March 2022 and Apotek Roxy Perwira for the period April 2022. Through the internship in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience. to do pharmaceutical work."

"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith Jl. Tambak Aji I Semarang Periode Bulan Februari-Maret Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Pemetaan Suhu Gudang Y dengan Persyaratan Suhu 15-25 C rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith adalah menentukan titik penempatan thermohygrometer pada gudang dengan suhu 15-250 C sehingga dapat digunakan pada pemantauan suhu yang dilakukan setiap hari untuk memastikan stabilitas bahan. Secara umum, PT Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Internship at PT Pharmasi Zenith Plant Jl. Tambak Aji I Semarang Period February - March 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is ldquo;Y Warehouse Temperature Mapping with Temperature Requirements 15-25 C . The purpose of performing a specific task at PT Pharmasi Zenith Plant is to determine the point of placement of thermohygrometer at warehouse with temperature 15-250 C so that it can be used at monitoring temperature which done every day to ensure stability of material. "Salah satu tujuan pembangunan kesehatan nasional adalah memberikan jaminan tersedianya obat yang bermutu untuk masyarakat. Industri farmasi sebagai pihak yang melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat memiliki peran penting dalam menjamin tersedianya obat yang bermutu untuk masyarakat. Mutu produk obat bukan hanya dibuktikan melalui serangkaian uji, namun juga harus dibangun pada setiap proses pembuatan obat sebagaimana diatur dalam Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan tanggal 4 Januari- 26 Februari 2016 di PT Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith dalam rangka mempersiapkan apoteker yang handal dengan pengalaman praktis dan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang tugas dan fungsi apoteker di industri farmasi.

The pharmaceutical industry as a party conducting the manufacture of drugs has an important role in ensuring the availability of qualified drugs to the public. The quality of drug products not only demonstrated through a series of tests, but also to be built in every manufacturing process as stipulated in the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Pharmacists as key personnel in the implementation of GMP is required to have the insight, knowledge, and practical experience. Apothecary Intership Program was conducted on 4 January-February 26, 2016 in PT Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith in order to prepare a reliable pharmacists with practical experience and a deeper understanding of the duties and functions of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry."

Internship at PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi Pulogadung Period February ndash; March 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. This internship at was conducted for two months with special assignment 'Protocol of Mock Up Recall'. The purpose of this special assignment is that the prospective pharmacist may be able to understand the process of making a mock up recall protocol to a case and understand the procedure of mock up recall in the pharmaceutical industry, especially PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi."

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Ethica Industri Farmasi Joint Venture with Fresenius Kabi Plant Jababeka adalah agar calon apoteker memahami pengkajian mutu dan penilaian produk di industri farmasi, khususnya di PT Ethica Industri Farmasi Joint Venture with Fresenius Kabi Plant Jababeka dan mengetahui mutu suatu produk pada tahun tersebut dan kesesuaianya dengan CPOB
