Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Gap Analysis Matrix Regulasi PIC/S 2017, CPOB 2012, WHO TRS, dan EU GMP Guidelines dan Gap Analysis pada Departemen QA PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional adalah agar calon apoteker mampu membuat matriks gap analysis berdasarkan pedoman GMP PIC/S 2017, CPOB 2012, WHO TRS, dan EU GMP Guidelines dan melakukan gap analysis pada Departemen QA PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional.

Apoteker di industri farmasi memiliki peranan penting yaitu sebagai personil kunci, penanggungjawab produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu sesuai aspek-aspek yang terdapat di pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB agar dihasilkan obat yang memenuhi kriteria mutu, kemanfaatan, dan keamanan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah analisis gap penerapan GMP yaitu PIC/S, CPOB, WHO, dan EU di PT FIMA. Tujuan analisis gap ini untuk mengetahui pencapaian pemenuhan berbagai GMP di PT FIMA dan mengidentifikasi tindakan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai kinerja yang diharakan pada masa datang.

ABSTRACTApothecary instership is conducted at PT Finusolprima Farma International FIMA for two months. Apotecary in pharmaceutical industry have an important role as a key personnel, responsible for production, quality control, and quality assurance in accordance with aspects in Good Manufacturing Practices/GMP guidelines CPOB to produce drugs that meet the criteria of quality, usefulness, and safety. Special assignment entitled gap analysis of GMP implementation i.e PIC/S, CPOB, WHO, and EU guidelines at PT FIMA. The aims of this gap analysis is to know the achievement of various GMPs at PT FIMA and to identify the actions that necessary to archieve future performance. "

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek, dan pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik  profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standard kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Demi memperoleh pengalaman untuk calon apoteker, maka dilaksanakan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan, dan Apotek Kimia Farma No. 284 Siliwangi selama periode bulan Januari - April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. In order to gain experience for prospective pharmacists, the pharmacist's internship are carried out at PT Finusolprima Farma International, South Jakarta Health Service, and Apotek Kimia Farma No. 284 Siliwangi during the period January - April 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional Periode Bulan Juli - Agustus Tahun 2019 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker di Industri Farmasi. Selain itu, calon Apoteker juga dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, serta untuk memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat Yang Baik (CPOB) di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi yang dilaksanakan di Industri Farmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu pembuatan protokol validasi fogging untuk seluruh area produksi dan laboratorium mikrobiologi lantai 1 di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk menyusun protokol validasi fogging dan penentuan letak indikator biologi (Bacillus atrophaeus) yang akan digunakan dalam proses sanitasi pada seluruh area produksi dan laboratorium mikrobiologi lantai 1 di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional.

Pharmacist Professional Work Practices at PT. Finusolprima Farma International for the Period of July - August 2019 aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. Professional work practices carried out at PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional lasted for two months with a special assignment, namely the creation of a fogging validation protocol for all production areas and the first floor microbiology laboratory at PT. Finusolprima Farma International.

Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal untuk memahami peran apoteker, serta meningkatkan kemampuan sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. "Selain rumah sakit, fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang harus diperhatikan guna meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah apotek. Praktik kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinis; di mana pengelolaan sediaan farmasi yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, penarikan, pengendalian, pencatatan, dan pelaporan; sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang dilakukan meliputi pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah, pemantauan terapi obat, dan monitoring efek samping obat. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) ini dilakukan di Apotek Safa, Jl. Bukit Duri Tanjakan No.68, RT.1/RW.11, Bukit Duri, Kec. Tebet, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12840. Praktik kerja ini dilakukan selama 20 hari mulai tanggal 1 Juli 2019 hingga 31 Juli 2019. Berdasarkan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang dilakukan di Apotek Safa, dapat disimpulkan pelaksanaan PKPA dapat membantu calon apoteker dalam memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek, meliputi pengelolaan apotek, pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik sesuai standar dan etika yang berlaku.

Pharmacists have a very important role in managing a pharmacy. The Pharmacist Profession Internship is part of the lectures at the Apothecary Study Program at the University of Indonesia, which is expected to provide a real picture for a prospective pharmacist regarding the important role, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in a pharmacy. The Pharmacist Profession Internship (PKPA) was conducted at the Safa Pharmacy, Jl. Bukit Duri Tanjakan No.68, RT.1 / RW.11, Bukit Duri, Kec. Tebet, South Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 12840. This internship was carried out for 20 days from 1 July 2019 to 31 July 2019. Based on the Pharmacist Profession Internship activities carried out at Safa Pharmacy, it can be concluded that PKPA implementation can help prospective pharmacists in understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies, including managing pharmacies, managing pharmaceutical preparations and clinical pharmacy services according to applicable standards and ethics."

Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Roxy Galaxy selama periode bulan Juli - Oktober 2021. Industri Farmasi harus selalu dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan dapat bersaing. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan melakukan proses improvement, dimana seorang Apoteker harus dapat melakukan perencanaan dan pengendalian aktivitas proses produksi. Dalam melakukan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan pengukuran atas setiap aktivitas produksi yang ada untuk melihat seberapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh tenaga kerja serta untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak tingkat aktivitas yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan produk. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran tersebut adalah metode time and motion study. Selain di Industri Farmasi, Apoteker juga berperan dalam Sarana Pelayanan Kefarmasian, salah satunya adalah Apotek. Apotek memiliki standar yang digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian, menjamin kepastian hukum bagi tenaga kefarmasian, dan melindungi pasien dan masyarakat dari penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional dalam rangka patient safety. Maka dari itu, seorang Apoteker wajib memiliki pemahaman terkait pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Dari hasil PKPA tersebut, calon Apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
