"Film Shadow (Yǐng) adalah film bergenre Wuxia garapan Zhang Yimou yang dirilis pada 30 September 2018 di Cina. Film yang mengambil latar zaman Tiga Negara 三国時代 (220-280 M) mengisahkan tentang tokoh Jing Zhou yang menjadi bayangan tokoh Komandan Zi Yu, komandan Kerajaan Pei. Penelitian ini menggambarkan prinsip harmoni sesuai filosofi Yin-Yang melalui karakterisasi tokoh Jing Zhou dan Komandan Zi Yu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan penerapan prinsip harmoni dalam filosofi Yin-Yang melalui karakterisasi tokoh Jing Zhou dan Komandan Zi Yu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa hubungan Jing Zhou dan Zi Yu menunjukkan konsep Yin-Yang. Jing Zhou mewakili prinsip Yin, sedangkan Zi Yu menggambarkan prinsip Yang. Zhang Yimou menunjukkan bahwa prinsip harmoni dapat tercapai setelah melalui berbagai kekacauan yang terjadi antara kedua tokoh utama. Kematian yang menimpa Zi Yu sebagai representasi Yang tidak menjadikan Yang hilang selamanya. Kekuatan Yang kembali muncul dari dalam diri Jing Zhou. Oleh karena itu, pada akhirnya Jing Zhou merepresentasikan dua prinsip sekaligus, yaitu Yin dan Yang.

Shadow (Yǐng) is a Wuxia film directed by Zhang Yimou, which was released on September 30, 2018, in China. Shadow, which takes backdrop of the Three Kingdoms Era 三国時代 (220-280 M) tells the story of Jing Zhou who becomes the shadow of Commander Zi Yu, the great commander of the Pei Kingdom. This research describes the harmony principle according to the Yin-Yang philosophy through the characterization of Jing Zhou and Commander Zi Yu. This study explains the application of harmony principle in the Yin-Yang philosophy through the characterization of Jing Zhou and Commander Zi Yu. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The result of the study reveals that the relationship between Jing Zhou and Zi Yu shows the concept of Yin-Yang. Jing Zhou represents the Yin principle, while Zi Yu represents the Yang principle. Zhang Yimou shows that the harmony principle can be achieved after going through various chaos that occurs between two main characters. The death of Zi Yu as the representation of Yang doesn’t make Yang disappear forever. Yang power reappears from within Jing Zhou. Therefore, in the end, Jing Zhou represents two principles at once, namely Yin and Yang."

Prevalensi kejadian kanker payudara di dunia meningkat termasuk di Indonesia. Pasien kanker payudara mengalami perubahan secara fisik, psikologis, dan sosial yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup. Kualitas hidup dipengaruhi dimensi fisik efek samping kemoterapi , sosial dukungan sosial , emosional body image , dan sosial demografi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan body image, dukungan sosial, dan efek samping kemoterapi dengan kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara. Desain penelitian Cross-sectional dengan consecutive sampling terdiri dari 110 pasien yang menjalani kemoterapi yang dipilih dan sesuai kriteria inklusi. Uji statistik bivariat menggunakan Gamma Somer rsquo;d dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan pada kualitas hidup yaitu body image p value=0,000 , dukungan sosial p value=0,019 , dan efek samping kemoterapi p value=0,000 . Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara adalah body image. Body image, dukungan sosial, efek samping kemoterapi diharapkan sebagai dasar pengkajian pasien kanker payudara terhadap kualitas hidup.Kata kunci:body image, dukungan sosial, efek samping kemoterapi, kanker payudara, kualitas hidup.

The number of breast cancer cases in the world remains high, likewise in Indonesia. Breast cancer survivors experience numerous physical, psychological, and social changes. Quality of life is influenced by physical side effects of chemotherapy , social social support , emotional body image dimension, and social demography. This study aims to investigate the correlation between body image, social support, side effects of chemotherapy,and quality of life in breast cancer patients. Cross sectional with consecutive sampling was employed and involving 110 patients undergoing chemotherapy who were selected based on determined inclusion criteria. Analysis bivariate statistic uses Gamma Somers rsquo d and multivariate analysis uses logistic regression. The result shows significant correlation to quality of life between body image p value 0,000 , social support p value 0,019 and side effects of chemotherapy p value 0,003 . This study also shows that body Image is predictor factor in quality of life in breast cancer patients.
