"Efektivitas kerja tim merupakan kunci utama kinerja kelompok, kohesi kelompok, efikasi kolektif dan kepuasan anggota. Kerja tim yang tidak efektif dalam kelompok salah satunya disebabkan oleh anggota kurang mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif. Permasalahan kerja tim yang tidak efektif karena anggota kurang kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif dialami oleh salah satu kelompok kader Posyandu di Jakarta Timur. Studi Intervensi yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi kerja tim pada kelompok kader Posyandu melalui pelatihan komunikasi intepersonal. Metode penelitian secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta desain studi adalah field experiment after and before with control design. Sampel dipilih secara non-probablity purposive sampling. Pengukuran hasil intervensi keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal menggunakan Interpersonal Communication Competency Scale dan pengukuran keterampilan komunikasi kerja tim menggunakan Teamwork competency Test.
Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan komunikasi kerja tim kelompok kader posyandu namun belum cukup signifikan karena intervensi dilaksanakan dalam waktu yang singkat. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara individu setelah pemberian intervensi diketahui bahwa, ketua kelompok dan beberapa anggota kader mulai menerapkan keterampilan komunikasi dalam kerja tim seperti, lebih terbuka dan suportif saat berdiskusi, memahami komunikasi non verbal antara anggota kelompok, lebih banyak mendengar dan memberi respon positif terhadap pendapat anggota kelompok yang lain, hampir semua melakukan tegur sapa dan perbincangan ringan. Selain itu, kelompok sudah membuat jaringan komunikasi dengan whatsapp group.

The effectiveness of teamwork is the key to group performance, group cohesion, collective efficacy and member satisfaction. Ineffective teamwork in groups is caused by members being unable to communicate effectively. The problem of ineffective team work because members lack the ability to communicate effectively is experienced by one Posyandu cadre group in East Jakarta. The Intervention Study that will be carried out in this study aims to improve communication of team work for Posyandu cadre groups through training in personal communication. Quantitative and qualitative research methods and study designs are field experiments after and before with control design. Samples were selected by non-probablity purposive sampling. Measurement of the results of interpersonal communication skills interventions using Interpersonal Communication Competency Scale and measurement of team work communication skills using Teamwork competency Test.
The results of the statistical analysis showed that there was an increase in the communication of work of the Posyandu cadre team team, but it was not significant enough because the intervention was carried out in a short time. Based on the results of observations and individual interviews after the intervention, it was found that the group leader and several cadre members began to apply communication skills in teamwork such as being more open and supportive when discussing, understanding non verbal communication between group members, listening more and giving positive responses to the opinions of the other group members, almost all of them did greetings and small talk. In addition, the group has created a communication network with whatsapp group.

"Tesis ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal atasan-bawahan melalui intervensi pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal untuk supervisor di PT X. Alat ukur Kepuasan Kerja (Spector, 1997) dengan α = .897 dan Efektivitas Komunikasi Interpersonal (DeVito, 1996) dengan α = .891. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson terhadap 39 karyawan non-supervisory level, adalah terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal atasan-bawahan ( r = .451 dan signifikansi .004, p< .05). Peneliti memberikan intervensi pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal bagi supervisor untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal antara atasan dan bawahan. Sosialisasi kepada manajemen perusahaan dilakukan untuk menggantikan program pelatihan yang direncanakan. Tanggapan menejemen terhadap program pelatihan ini ialah cukup bagus karena memaparkan secara lengkap agenda pelatihannya. Dengan demikian, pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal sesuai untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal pada supervisor di PT.X. Walaupun demikian, manajemen perlu melakukan pelatihan yang sudah diprogramkan secara konsisten.

The research was performed to observe relationship of job satisfaction and superior-subordinate interpersonal communication effectivity through interpersonal communication training at PT.X. The reliability of Job Satisfaction Survey (Spector, 1997) is .897 and the reliability of interpersonal communication effectivity (DeVito, 1996) is .891. The result of Pearson Correlation from 39 non-supervisory employees, there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and superior-subordinate interpersonal communication effectivity (r = .451 and significance score of .004, p< .05). Researcher planned to intervene by interpersonal communication training for supervisor to improve communication interpersonal effectivity between superior and subordinate. Socialization to the management about the intervention was held as substitution of the training itself. Management said that the intervention program is good enough to apply because the researcher described from training stage to evaluation stage. The conclusion is interpersonal communication training for supervisor is suitable to improve superior-subordinate interpersonal communication effectivity. However, management still needs to hold the programmed training constantly."

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal pegawai dalam tim terhadap teamwork di Pusdiklat X. Alat ukur efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal diadaptasi dari alat ukur yang digunakan oleh Loina (2012) berdasarkan aspek efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal yang dikemukakan oleh DeVito (1989, 2009, 2010). Alat ukur teamwork menggunakan alat ukur five functional team dari Lencioni yang telah diadaptasi oleh Delta (2012). Hasil uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal pada pegawai dalam tim terhadap teamwork di Pusdiklat X dengan koefisien determinasi 0,239 (p<0,01).
Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa skor efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam tim mampu memprediksi skor teamwork sebesar 23,9%. Intervensi Team Communication Training dirancang untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dan teamwork. Uji Wilcoxon’s signed rank test dilakukan untuk melihat efek intervensi. Nilai z untuk efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam tim sebesar - 2,941 (p<0,05) dan teamwork sebesar - 2,352 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan skor secara signifikan pada skor efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam tim dan teamwork.

This thesis was performed to find out the influence of the effectiveness of employees interpersonal communication in the team for the teamwork effectiveness at Pusdiklat X. The interpersonal communication effectiveness measurement tool was adapted from the measurement tool used by Loina (2012), based on aspects of interpersonal communication effectiveness expressed by DeVito (1989, 2009, 2010). The instrument tool for measuring teamwork effectiveness used the five functional team questionnaire from Lencioni, had been adapted by Delta (2012). A simple regression test results showed the existence of significant influence of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication on the employees in the team of teamwork effectiveness at the Pusdiklat X with coefficients of determination of 0,239 (p<0,01).
Thus it can be concluded that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in the team was able to predict the teamwork effectiveness score of 23.9%. The Intervention using Team Communication Training was designed to improve the effectiveness of interpersonal communication and the effectiveness of teamwork. The test of Wilcoxon signed rank was used to see the effects of the intervention. The score of z for the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in team = -2,941 (p<0,05) and the teamwork effectiveness = -2,352 (p<0,05). The final score strongly indicated the increasing of interpersonal communication effectiveness score in teamwork effectiveness significantly.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja terhadap kualitas teamwork di PT. S. Tipe penelitian action research dengan responden sebanyak 66 karyawan. Alat ukur adalah adaptasi Teamwork Quality (Hoegl & Geumenden, 2001) dan Kuesioner Kepercayaan Terhadap Rekan Kerja (McAllister, 1995). Hasil perhitungan uji regresi berganda memperoleh hasil R2 =0,508 (p<0,05) yang berarti kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja mempengaruhi kualitas teamwork sebesar 50,8%. Intervensi team building training dirancang untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja dan kualitas teamwork.
Hasil perhitungan efek intervensi menunjukan signifikansi perbedaan pre-test dan post-test kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja dan kualitas teamwork dengan uji t-test; diperoleh nilai t untuk kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja sebesar -1,683 (p>0,05) dan untuk kulitas teamwork sebesar -4,460 (p<0,05). Hal ini berarti tidak terdapat peningkatan skor kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja secara signifikan namun terjadi peningkatan skor kualitas teamwork secara signifikan setelah diberikan intervensi team building training. Dengan demikian team building training mampu meningkatkan kualitas teamwork, namun belum mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap rekan kerja di PT.S.

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal trust in co-workers to the teamwork quality at S Company. The type of this study is action research study by the number of study participants as many as 66 employees. Measuring instrument used is a measure of adaptation Teamwork Quality (Hoegl & Geumenden, 2001) and the Trust in Co-workers Questionnaire (McAllister, 1995). The results of calculations using multiple regression showed R2 = 0.508 (p <0.05), which means interpersonal trust in co-workers affects the teamwork quality at 50.8%. Therefore, the interventions made in the study was designed to increase interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality. The intervention is a team building training. Intervention effects were measured by comparing the pre-test and post-test measurements of interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality.
The results of tests of significance differences in the calculation of pretest and post-test interpersonal trust in co-workers and teamwork quality using a t-test. The t-test values obtained for interpersonal trust in co-workers is -1.683 (p> 0.05) and the value of t for teamwork quality is - 4.460 (p <0.05). This means there is no significantly scores increased in interpersonal trust in co-workers after a given intervention but teamwork quality scores increased significantly. The results of this analysis indicate that a given intervention can improve teamwork quality, but have not been able to increase the interpersonal trust in co-workers.

"Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kegiatan manajemen komunikasi suatu lembaga pemerintah dalam menerapkan undang undang yang mengharuskan transparansi atau keterbukaan informasi publik. Subyek penelitian ini adalah penerapan pelayanan informasi publik pada Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional BATAN sebagai bentuk implementasi undang undang keterbukaan informasi publik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif pada suatu kegiatan lembaga atau organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data primer. Narasumber pada penelitian ini merupakan orang orang yang memiliki peran penting dalam penetapan kebijakan mengenai strategi BATAN dalam memberikan pelayanan informasi publik.
Penelitian ini menemukan kelemahan dan kelebihan dari penerapan pelayanan informasi publik yang dilakukan BATAN. Kelemahan berupa kurangnya persiapan dari sarana prasarana serta sumber daya manusia yang mendukung pelayanan. Selain hal tersebut pelaksanaan kegiatan pelayanan terkendala oleh buruknya komunikasi antar elemen organisasi. Sedangkan Kelebihan strategi berkaitan dengan usaha BATAN untuk terus melakukan perubahan pada setiap proses yang menghalangi kualitas pelayanan.

The research evaluating government's communication management activity in applying Act which requires a transparent public information. It is a real form of public information service applied on National Nuclear Power Agency BATAN as implementation of an openness public information Act. This research is an evaluation study case on institution or organization It uses interview as primer data collecting technique. The resources are people with major role on determining policy of BATAN's strategy in giving the best public information service.
This research discovers weaknesses and strength on public information service applied on BATAN. The weaknesses the lack of arrangement of facilities infrastructure and human resources that support the service Other than that poor communication on every element of organization gained obstacle to the service activity. Meanwhile the strength related with Batan's attempt to continue modification on every process that preclude the quality of service.

"Penelitian ini berfokus pada assesmen kebutuhan pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal pada bebcrapa posyandu di wilayah Jakarta Timur untulc mendapat gambaran mengenai ketemmpilan komunikasi interpersonal Rader posyandu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Model operasional assesmen menggunakan metode wawancara pada pam ibu dengan balita status gizi kurang atau buruk yang datang ke posyandu dan focus group discussion pada sej umlah kader posyandu. Responden wawancara beljumlah 4 orang dan partisipan Focus Group Discussion bezjumlah [4 orang. Setelah data didapat, dilalmlran analisis wawaneara dan Focus Group Discussion untuk melihat kebutulmn pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal bagi kader posyandu.
Dari analisis terhadap basil wawancara, disimpulkan: 1) keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal balk verbal maupun non verbal perlu untuk ditingkatkan; 2) respondcn mendukung bila kader posyandu dan bidan mendapatkan pelatihan komunilcasi interpersonal. Sementara dari basil analisis terhadapjbcus group discussion, disimpullcanz 1) partisipan mengalami lcesulilan dalam melakukan petsuasi pada pam ibu untuk mjin datang ke posyandu; 2) partisipan merasakan adanya kebutuhan pelatihan komunilcasi interpersonal untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kapasitas kinder posyandu. Hasil assesmen akan diteruskan dengan rnelakukan pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal bagi kaderdan bidan di posyandu serta menyarankan agar dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan meneliti aspek-aspek lainnya selain komunikasi interpersonal yang ikut menentukan kcputusan ibu unmk datang ke posyandu.

The focus of this research is a need assesrnent for interpersonal communication skill training at several posyandus in %t Jakarta with objective to gain informations regarding interpersonal oommtmication skill within posyandu cadres This research is a qualitative research. Assessment operational model applies a general interview guide approach method to mothers of under nutrition children and focus group discussion to posyandu cadres. Participants for the interview are 4 persons while participants for the focus group discussion are I4 persons.
The following are the interview research results: 1) verbal and non verbal interpersonal skill needs enhancement; 2) training for poqrarrdu cadres and midwives in interpersonal communication skill are needed, while the focus group discussion research results are: 1) participants are facing difficulties in persuading mothers' of children to participate in posyandu activities; 2) lack of interpersonal communication skill training in order to improve quality and ability of posyandu cadres. This research suggests a follow up research focused on other aspects which reinforce mothers' decisions to participate in posyandu activities.

"Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh team effectiveness terhadap kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah di PT. X. Tipe penelitian action research dengan responden sebanyak 73 karyawan. Alat ukur adalah adaptasi The Readiness for Change Scale (Hanpacern, 1997) dan Team Effectiveness Lencioni, 2005). Hasil perhitungan uji regresi linear menunjukan nilai R2 = 0,359 (p<0.05) yang berarti teamwork mempengaruhi kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah sebesar 35,9%. Intervensi berupa pelatihan teamwork dirancang untuk meningkatkan teamwork dan kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah.
Hasil perhitungan efek intervensi menunjukan signifikansi perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pada teamwork dan kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah dengan Uji T atau T-Test; diperoleh nilai T untuk team effectiveness sebesar -0,968 (p>0,05) dan untuk kesiapan untuk berubah sebesar -1,911 (p>0.05). Hal ini berarti tidak terdapat peningkatan skor secara signifikan pada team effectiveness dan kesiapan untuk berubah setelah diberikan intervensi berupa pelatihan teamwork. Dengan demikian, pelatihan teamwork belum mampu meningkatkan team effectiveness dan kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah pada peserta pelatihan.

The result of calculations using linear regression showed R2=0,359 (p<0.05), which means team effectiveness affects individual readiness for change at 35,9%. Therefore, the intervention made in the study was design to increase team effectiveness training and individual readiness for change. The intervention team work training. Intervention effects was measured by comparing the pre-test and post-test measurements.

"ABSTRAK
Keberadaan Public Relations dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi mempunyai tanggung jawab terhadap kegiatan dan tindakan yang berhubungan dengan orang lain yang memunculkan pikiran, pendapat, perubahan tingkah laku orang banyak. Penelitian ini menggambarkan dan menganalisa bagaimana strategi komunikasi promosi yang dilakukan oleh team Corporate Communication Corpcomm ANTV,serta menganalisa kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dan mengidentifikasi medium apa yang paling tepat untuk digunakan serta dampaknya terhadap tujuan promosi secara umum. Penelitian ini didasari oleh beberapa teori komunikasi yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi marketing public relationsserta pengaruhnya terhadap rating dan share suatu stasiun televisi. Dalam melakukan promosi, disusunlah strategi yang terdiri 6 tahap, yaitu pengenalan situasi lingkungan kerja, penetapan tujuan bersama, pendefinisian khalayak, pemilihan media dan teknik public relations, perencanaan anggaran dana, serta yang terakhir adalah pengukuran hasil kerja yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi team corpcomm ANTV. Di akhir penelitian, penulis menemukan bahwa dalam usahanya mencapai tujuan promosi, yang diidentifikasikan sebagai jumlah rating dan share nomer satu, corpcomm ANTV memadukan berbagai unsur kegiatan baik secara on air dan off air. Untuk kualitas dan kuantitas program sudah lengkap dan mampu mengakomodir keinginan dan kebutuhan pemirsanya.

ABSTRACT
The existence of Public Relations in a company or organization has responsibility for activities and actions associated with others that bring up thoughts, opinions, changes in the behavior of many people. This study describes and analyzes how promotional communication strategies are performed by ANTV 39 s Corporate Communications Corpcomm team, and analyzes the constraints faced and identifies what mediums are most appropriate to use and their impact on promotional objectives in general. This research is based on several communication theories related to marketing communications public relations and its influence on the rating and share of a television station. In conducting the promotion, a six stage strategy was developed, namely the introduction of the work environment situation, the setting of common goals, the definition of the audience, the selection of media and the techniques of public relations, budget planning, and the last is the measurement of the work that can be used as evaluation of the corpcomm team ANTV. At the end of the study, the authors found that in their efforts to achieve promotional objectives, identified as the number of ratings and share number one, the ANTV corpcomm combines elements of activity both on and off water. For the quality and quantity of the program is complete and able to accommodate the desires and needs of the audience. "

Fleksibilitas interpretasi kelompok sosial relevan, dalam penelitian ini adalah komunitas Card to Post, membawa penggunaan kartu pos dengan cara yang baru. Fleksibilitas interpretasi tersebut terlihat pada gambar dan ornament estetikanya; pesan tertulis; penempatan prangko; dan penyimpanannya. Lalu, penggunaan teknologi analog ini menimbulkan makna khusus pada kartu pos sebagai media komunikasi interpersonal, yaitu personalitas, sensasi fisik, kreatifitas, dan komunikasi pelan

With netnography as a method, this research analize and understand the existence and the usage of postcard as analog media in digital era which happended because of social construction. This research find that the interpretative flexibility of the social relevant group bring new way to use and design postcard. The interpretative flexibility shown from postcard picture and aesthetic ornament; written message; stamp placement and how it stored.
