"ABSTRAKPembimbing klinik sangat berperan dalam proses pembelajaran mahasiswa yangmelaksanakan tindakan langsung kepada pasien di rumah sakit. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengidentiftkasi hubungan peran pembimbing klinik denganpelaksanaan keselamatan pasien oleh mahasiswa di rumah sakit. Respondenpenelitian sebanyak 196 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Stikes terdiri dari 38 mahasiswaNers, 56 mahasiswa D3 Keperawatan, dan 102 mahasiswa D3 Kebidanan. Semuamahasiswa melaksanakan praktik di rumah sakit yang sama. Desain penelitiancross seksional. Hasil penelitian dengan regresi logistik didapatkan ada hubunganbermakna antara peran pembimbing klinik dengan pelaksanaan keselamatanpasien yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa setelah dikontrol dengan jenispendidikan (p = 0,02; CI=1,19-3,71). Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian antaralain perlu ditingkatkan peran pembimbing klinik dan pelaksanaan keselamatanpasien oleh mahasiswa.

ABSTRACTClinical instructor has an important role in student's learning process inimplementing direct intervention toward patient within the hospital. The purposeof this study is to determine thecorrelation between the role of clinical instructorand patient safety implementation by the studentin Karawang district hospital.This is descriptive correlational method which is recruited 196 students in theirfinal year in STIKES Kharisma Karawang as respondents. These respondentswere studying in bachelor nursing 38 students, diploma nursing 56 student anddiploma in midwifery program 102 student. The result shows significantcorrelation between the role of clinical instructor and patient safetyimplementation by the student where education as a confounding factor werecontrolled (p = 0,02; CI=1,19-3,71).It is recommended that training for clinicalinstructor in patient safety and evaluation."

"Masalah keselamatan pasien yang ditimbulkan oleh mahasiswa dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang merugikan bagi pasien. Pembimbing klinik berperan penting dalam membimbing mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan program keselamatan pasien. Komunitas praktisi pembimbing klinik ditengarai mampu meningkatkan peran pembimbing klinik dalam program keselamatan pasien oleh mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh komunitas praktisi pembimbing klinik terhadap peran pembimbing klinik dalam program keselamatan pasien oleh mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre experimental dengan sampel sebanyak 36 mahasiswa profesi Ners yang sedang praktik di ruang rawat inap RSISA yang mendapatkan bimbingan dari pembimbing klinik yang mengikuti komunitas praktisi pembimbing klinik. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh komunitas praktisi pembimbing klinik terhadap peran pembimbing klinik dalam pelaksanaan program keselamatan pasien oleh mahasiswa p < 0,001. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya keterlibatan pembimbing klinik dari institusi pendidikan untuk menjadi bagian dari komunitas praktisi pembimbing klinik.

The problem of patient safety which is caused by nursing students can effect disadvantage to patient. The clinical instructor have important role to guide nurse student in implementation patient safety program. Community of practice clinical instructor was predicted can increase the role of clinical instructor in patient safety program by student.

The purpose of this study is to explore the the influence community of practice clinical instructor to the role of clinical instructor in patient safety program by student. This research is pre experimental with the number of samples are 36 Ners student in ward RSISA who get guidance from clinical instructor. The data analysis that use of this research is wilcoxon test.

The result show that there is significant influence community of practice clinical instructor to the role of clinical instructor in patient safety program by student p < 0,001. The researcher suggests that the clinical instructor from education institution should be part in community of practice clinical instructor."

"Hemiparese pada klien stroke dapat menyebabkan klien mengalami berbagai kecacatan. Latihan range of motion (ROM) merupakan salah satu bentuk latihan yang dinilai efektif untuk mencegah terjadinya kecacatan. Latihan ROM bisa dilakukan dengan pendekatan bilateral yang dapat memberikan efek yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan unilateral training. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi perbandingan latihan ROM unilateral dan bilateral terhadap kekuatan otot pasien hemiparese akibat stroke iskemik. Penelitian menggunakan desain Quasi experiment pre dan post test design. Jumlah sampel 30 responden yang terdiri dari kelompok intervensi I dan intervensi II. Evaluasi penelitian dilakukan pada hari pertama dan ketujuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kekuatan otot meningkat pada kedua kelompok intervensi dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok intervensi (p= 0,018, α= 0,05 ). Penelitian lebih lanjut tentang pengaruh penggunaan latihan ini secara terprogram dalam menangani pasien stroke dengan hemiparese perlu dilakukan.Comparison of Hemiparesis Patient?s Muscle Strength Improvement through Unilateral and Bilateral ROM Exercise. Hemiparesis on stroke client?s can cause such of disability. ROM exercise is effective to prevent disability. ROM exercises can be provided with bilateral approach which gives better effect than unilateral training. This study aimed to identify the comparison between unilateral and bilateral ROM exercise on hemiparesis patient's muscle. This study used Quasi Experiment pre and post test research designs. Number of sample was 30 respondents who were divided into intervention group I and group II. Evaluation research was undertaken in the first day and seventh day. Sampling technique used was a consecutive sampling. Study results showed an there were significant differences between the two intervention groups (p= 0018, α= 0,05). This result revealed that bilateral ROM exercises will increase muscle strength compare to unilateral ROM exercises. This study recommended the need for further research and the use of these exercises programmed in dealing with stroke patients with hemiparesis."

"Pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien oleh mahasiswa masih belum optimal sehingga diperlukan peningkatan peran pembimbing klinik melalui penerapan quality circle. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh penerapan quality circle dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien mahasiswa (pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan). Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi experiment pre test and post test nonequivalent control group design dengan sampel 34 mahasiswa keperawatan kelompok intervensi dan 34 mahasiswa kelompok kontrol di dua rumah sakit yang berbeda. Intervensi dilakukan dengan diterapkannya quality circle oleh pembimbing klinik yang berfokus pada permasalahan keselamatan pasien. Teknik sampling menggunakan consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan yang bermakna pada pengetahuan dan tindakan keselamatan pasien mahasiswa (p<0,001; α=0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh penerapan quality circle terhadap pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya pemanfaatan dan pengembangan teknik problem solving quality circle untuk mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien.

Implementation of patient safety by nursing students is still not optimal so that the necessary increase in clinical instructor role through the application of quality circles. The purpose of this study to identify the effect of the application of quality circles in enhancing the implementation of patient safety of students (knowledge, attitudes, and skills). Quasi-experimental research design using pretest and posttest nonequivalent control group design with a sample of 34 nursing students of intervention group and 34 students of control group in two different hospitals. The intervention is done with the implementation of quality circle by clinical instructor that focuses on patient safety issues. The results showed an increase was significant in nursing student?s knowledge and actions of patient safety (p <0.001; α = 0.05). Conclusions of this study shows there are significant effect of the quality circle on the implementation of patient safety. Recommendations of this study is the need to utilize and develop quality circle as problem solving techniques to optimize the implementation of the patient safety."
