Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengenai perencaan implementasi sistem serialisasi 2D barcode untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan obat. Tujuan pembuatan tugas khusus tersebut adalah agar calon apoteker mengetahui tata cara implementasi sistem pengawasan obat berbasis digital yang terbaru, serta untuk dijadikan dasar penyusunan Standard Operational Procedure.

Ethica Industri Farmasi aims to enable pharmacists to know and understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in industry, and to know the implementation of CPOB in the pharmaceutical industry, and also to have the skills and practical experiences to do pharmaceutical work in industry. Dilakukan pengamatan dan praktik langsung di industri farmasi selama dua bulan penuh di PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi dimana selama dua bulan tersebut akan diadakan induksi dari masing-masing bagian didalam struktur perusahaan, selain itu calon apoteker juga terjun langsung untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan perusahaan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penyusunan Standard Operating Procedure Aseptic Behavior dimana dilakukan pembuatan serta penyusunan standar operasi tingkah laku aseptis di dalam ruang kelas A dan B PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi plant Pulo Gadung. Dalam dua bulan dilaksanakannya praktik kerja dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi telah menerapkan aspek CPOB sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku serta setelah pengerjaan tugas khusus, SOP tingkah laku aseptis didalam ruang kelas A dan B di PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi telah disusun dan juga di terapkan sebagai SOP yang berlaku PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi

ABSTRACTInternship at PT ETHICA Pharmaceutical Industry Period February - March 2018 aims to identify aspects related to the application of CPOB in PT ETHICA Pharmaceutical Industry and understand the role and responsibility of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. Observations and direct practice in pharmaceutical industry for two full months at PT ETHICA Pharmaceutical Industry where for two months will be held induction of each part in the structure of the company, in addition student also do the work of the company. "Praktik kerja profesi di PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant Periode Bulan Februari - Maret Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, fungsi, posisi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam mengelola industri farmasi yang sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan mengetahui kondisi nyata tentang permasalahan yang terjadi terkait penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Selama praktik kerja, penulis ditempatkan di Laboratorium Quality Control bagian Finished Goods produk jadi dan mendapatkan tugas untuk merevisi Standard Operational Procedure SOP untuk analisis produk jadi, membuat User Requirement Spesifications URS terhadap alat atau instrumen baru, dan membuat gap analysis. Tugas khusus yang penulis kerjakan berjudul ldquo;Risk Assessment rdquo; dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji risiko terhadap penggantian alat pada evaporator untuk keperluan analisis yang terdapat di Laboratorium menggunakan metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis FMEA . Internship at PT Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis Plant Period February - March 2018 aims to understand the duties, positions, and responsibilities of pharmacists in accordance to regulations and knowing the real conditions about good manufacturing practice GMP related issues. During the practice, the author is placed in Quality Control Laboratory and gets assignments to revise Standard Operational Procedure SOP for product analysis, create User Requirement Spesifications URS for the new equipment or instrument, and also create gap analysis. The special assignment that given is ldquo;Risk Assessment rdquo; to assess risks of the display board in evaporator replacement that placed in the laboratory using Failure Mode Effect Analysis FMEA methods. The assessed risks are being reported into the Risk Assessment Report before the replacement process to get related department approval. In general, PT Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis Plant has applied 12 aspects of GMP well. The authors also understand the roles, duties, insights, and responsibilities of pharmacists and have the ability to provide solutions for some issues in the industry."

Industry. This Internship Program allowed student to conceive pharmacist

role in the pharmaceutical industry not only as a key personnel but also as other role that support the Industry. The objective of the specialized

assignments are to conceive validation process of primary packaging of solid dosage form; to conceive the implementation of validation process in PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria; and to add knowledge about critical parameters and quality atributes related into the primary packaging validation process of solid dosage form."

"Profesi apoteker memegang peranan penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Seorang apoteker dibekali keilmuan terkait farmasi industri dan farmasi klinis secara keseluruhan dan harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. A pharmacist is equipped with knowledge related to industrial pharmacy and clinical pharmacy as a whole and a must competency standards as a requirement to enter the workplace and undergo professional practice. The competency standards of Indonesian pharmacists consist of 10 (ten) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the place of professional work practice. The internship is held at PT Ethica Industri Farmasi for the period 10 January – 3 March 2022 and Apotek Roxy Perwira for the period April 2022. Through the internship in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience. to do pharmaceutical work."

Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industry farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul 'Pembuatan Instruksi Kerja, Spesifikasi dan Catatan Pengujian Bahan Baku'. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara pembuatan Instruksi Kerja metode pengujian bahan baku yang baik dan benar untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan saat proses pengujian.
