"ABSTRAK
Perilaku inovatif merupakan hal yang penting untuk memastikan sebuah institusi dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada perilaku inovatif guru yang merupakan garda terdepan dalam institusi pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah kreativitas dan teachers self-efficacy dapat memprediksi perilaku inovatif guru. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Innovative Work Behavior untuk mengukur perilaku inovatif guru, Runco Ideational untuk mengukur kreativitas, dan Teacher Self Efficacy Scale untuk mengukur efikasi diri guru. Penelitian ini melibatkan 230 guru sekolah dasar di daerah Bogor, Depok, dan Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menemukan hanya kreativitas dapat memprediksi seluruh dimensi perilaku inovatif guru.

ABSTRACT
Innovative behavior is an important thing to ensure that an institution continues to run effectively. In this case, teachers also have an important role, considering that teachers pose as the front guard in educational institutions. This study was conducted to examine whether the variables of creativity and teachers self-efficacy predict the teachers innovative behavior. This study uses the IWB instrument to measure the innovative behavior of teachers, RIBS to measure creativity, and TSES to measure teachers self-efficacy. This study involved 230 elementary school teachers in the Bogor, Depok, and Jakarta areas which were analyzed by multiple regression methods. This study found that only creativity significantly predicts all dimensions of teachers innovative behavior.

"ABSTRAK
Menjadi inovatif merupakan suatu kunci keberlangsungan suatu organisasi, termasuk institusi pendidikan. Guru, sebagai pemegang peran krusial dalam institusi pendidikan juga amat perlu mengembangkan perilaku inovatif agar dapat mencapai tujuan pendidikan di abad ke-21. Studi korelasional dilakukan dengan untuk meneliti apakah variabel work environmen support, teachers self-efficacy, dan pendidikan profesi memprediksi perilaku inovatif pada guru sekolah dasar di Jakarta, Bogor, Bekasi, dan Depok. Sebanyak 234 partisipan mengisi kuesioner self-reportuntuk mengukur ketiga variabel tersebut.Analisis multiple regression dilakukan untuk mengolah data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut signifikan memprediksi perilaku inovatif guru, namun pada dimensiyang berbeda-bedadari perilaku inovatif guru. Selain itu, work environment support merupakan kontributor terbesar dalam memprediksi seluruh dimensi perilaku inovatif guru.

ABSTRACT
Being innovative has become a crucial task for any organization, including educational institution. Since teachers are the foremost position in such setting, it is imperative that teachers also exhibit innovative behavior in their daily lives in order to achieve educational goal of 21st century. A correlational study was conducted with 234 teachers filled out self-report questionnaires to test whether work environment support, teachers self-efficacy, and professional education predict elementary teachers innovative behavior in Jakarta, Bogor, Bekasi, and Depok. Multiple regression analysis was done to analyze the data collected. All variables were found significantly predicting innovative behavior, although on the varying dimensions of teachers innovative behavior. Work environment support contributes the most on predicting teachers innovative behavior."

"Perubahan metode pembelajaran menjadi PTM kembali pasca pandemi COVID-19 menjadi tantangan guru dalam mengajar secara efektif di kelas. Efektivitas guru menjadi hal penting sebagai evaluasi guru di sekolah untuk memajukan prestasi siswanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peran efikasi diri guru dan kreativitas guru secara bersamaan terhadap efektivitas guru. Sebanyak 257 guru SMP/MTS yang mengajar di situasi PTM berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Teacher Effectiveness Scale untuk mengukur efektivitas guru (Kyriakides et al., 2002), lalu Teacher Self-efficacy Scale (TSES) untuk mengukur efikasi diri guru (Tshannen-Moran & Hoy, 2001) dan Runco Ideation Behavior Scale (RIBS) untuk mengukur kreativitas (Runco et al., 2001). Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat peran efikasi diri guru dan kreativitas guru secara bersamaan terhadap efektivitas guru selama PTM pasca pandemic sebesar 45.7%. Pada analisis tambahan ditemukan hubungan negatif antara usia dengan efektivitas guru. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pihak sekolah untuk membuat pelatihan untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri guru serta workshop untuk meningkatkan kreativitas.

Changing learning methods to PTM after pandemic COVID-19 situation is a challenge for teachers to teach effectively. Teacher effectiveness is important as an evaluation of teachers in schools to advance student achievement. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of teacher self-efficacy and teacher creativity simultaneously on teacher effectiveness. A total of 257 SMP/MTS teachers in PTM situations participated in this study. This study uses the Teacher Effectiveness Scale to measure teacher effectiveness (Kyriakides et al., 2002), then the Teacher Self-efficacy Scale (TSES) to measure teacher self-efficacy (Tschannen-Moran & Hoy, 2001) and the Runco Ideation Behavior Scale (RIBS) to measure creativity (Runco et al., 2001). Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to test the research hypothesis. This study found an effect of teacher self-efficacy and creativity simultaneously on teacher effectiveness of 45.7%. In the additional analysis, it was found a negative relationship was found between age and teacher effectiveness. The results of this study can provide benefits for schools to organize training to increase teacher self-efficacy as well as workshops to increase creativity"

"Pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam mengembangkan kreativitas siswa. Iklim sekolah kreatif dan efikasi diri guru merupakan faktor utama yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan kreativitas siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri guru dalam memediasi iklim sekolah kreatif dan perilaku guru membina kreativitas pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 118 guru sekolah dasar di Jabodetabek. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah CFTI Scales (Soh, 2000), R-SLEQ (Johnson et al., 2007), dan I-TSES (Rahayu & Wangid, 2021). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat full mediation pada hubungan iklim sekolah kreatif dan perilaku guru membina kreativitas siswa yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri guru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim sekolah kreatif dapat memengaruhi perilaku guru membina kreativitas apabila dimediasi oleh efikasi diri guru. Implikasi dari penelitian menekankan bahwa sekolah harus membentuk iklim pembelajaran kreatif dan guru perlu memiliki efikasi diri yang baik agar dapat mengembangkan kreativitas siswa.

Education plays a vital role in developing students' creativity. Creative school climate and teacher self-efficacy are the main factors that can influence the development of student creativity. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher self-efficacy in mediating creative school climate and creativity fostering teacher behavior in elementary school students. The study was conducted on 118 elementary school teachers in Jabodetabek. The measuring instruments used in this study are CFTI Scales (Soh, 2000), R-SLEQ (Johnson et al., 2007), and I-TSES (Rahayu & Wangid, 2021). The results showed that there was full mediation in the relationship between creative school climate and creativity fostering teacher behavior mediated by teacher self-efficacy. Sekolah Dasar merupakan pendidikan dasar wajib di Indonesia, sehingga para guru dituntut untuk berinovasi dalam pengajaran dan lingkungan kerjanya untuk mewujudkan perkembangan baru dan bermanfaat. Sebuah studi korelasional dilakukan untuk menguji apakah orientasi tujuan pembelajaran dan pengembangan profesional secara bersamaan memprediksi perilaku inovatif guru. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur perilaku inovatif guru adalah perilaku inovatif yang dikembangkan pertama kali oleh Messmann dan Mulder (2012) (α = 0,94), sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur orientasi tujuan pembelajaran adalah instrumen orientasi tujuan yang pertama kali dikembangkan oleh VandeWalle (1997). ). ) (α = 0,80). Peserta berjumlah 243 guru sekolah dasar di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok dan Bekasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut secara bersamaan memprediksi perilaku inovatif guru. Secara khusus, semakin tinggi keinginan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilannya, maka semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan guru untuk berperilaku inovatif. Temuan ini akan dibahas lebih lanjut.

ABSTRACT
Elementary school is compulsory basic education in Indonesia, so that teachers are required to innovate in their teaching and work environment to realize new and useful developments. A correlational study was conducted to test whether learning goal orientation and professional development simultaneously predict teacher innovative behavior. The instrument used to measure the teachers innovative behavior is the innovative behavior that was first developed by Messmann and Mulder (2012) (α = 0.94), while the instrument used to measure the orientation of learning goals is a goal orientation instrument first developed by VandeWalle ( 1997). ). ) (α = 0.80). Participants totaled 243 elementary school teachers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok and Bekasi. The data analysis used multiple regression which showed that the two variables simultaneously predict the innovative behavior of teachers. "Kompetensi sosial emosional merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang dibutuhkan oleh guru dalam menyiapkan siswa yang kompeten secara sosial emosional untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan di abad 21. Dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sosial emosional pada guru, persepsi guru terhadap iklim sekolah dan tingkat efikasi diri guru menjadi faktor yang mendukung hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari efek mediasi yang dimiliki oleh efikasi diri guru terhadap hubungan antara persepsi iklim sekolah dan kompetensi sosial emosional guru. Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 493 guru sekolah dasar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan alat ukur Social Emotional Competencies-Teacher Rating Scale untuk mengukur kompetensi sosial emosional guru, Revised-School Level Enviromental Questionnaire untuk mengukur persepsi iklim sekolah, dan Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale versi bahasa Indonesia untuk mengukur efikasi diri guru. Analisis regresi Hayes dilakukan terhadap penelitian ini dan ditemukan bahwa terdapat mediasi parsial untuk variabel efikasi diri guru terhadap hubungan persepsi iklim sekolah dan kompetensi sosial emosional guru pada dimensi teacher-student relationships dan emotion regulation. Hasil temuan ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi positif guru terhadap iklim sekolah dan efikasi diri guru berperan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sosial emosional pada guru sekolah dasar.

Social-emotional competence is one of the abilities required by teachers to prepare students who are socially and emotionally competent to face various challenges in the 21st century. In developing social-emotional competence in teachers, teachers' perceptions of the school climate and the level of teacher self-efficacy become factors that support this. This study aims to find the mediating effect of teacher self-efficacy on the relationship between perceptions of the school climate and the social-emotional competence of teachers. The participants in this study were 493 elementary school teachers in Indonesia. This research is quantitative in nature, using the Social Emotional Competencies-Teacher Rating Scale (SECTRS) to measure teachers' social-emotional competence, the Revised-School Level Environmental Questionnaire (R-SLEQ) to measure perceptions of the school climate, and the Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale in the Indonesian language (I-TSES) to measure teacher self-efficacy. Regression analysis, specifically Hayes' method, was applied to this research, and it was found that there is partial mediation for the variable of teacher self-efficacy in the relationship between perceptions of the school climate and teachers' social-emotional competence in the dimensions of teacher-student relationships and emotion regulation. These findings demonstrate that positive perceptions of the school climate and teacher self-efficacy play a role in enhancing social-emotional competence in elementary school teachers."

"Perubahan sistem pembelajaran dari tatap muka menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) menyebabkan efektivitas guru menurun. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas guru adalah perilaku kerja inovatif guru. Akan tetapi, penelitian terdahulu masih menunjukkan adanya inkonsistensi antara hubungan keduanya. Adaptabilitas dipilih sebagai variabel mediator. Perilaku kerja inovatif dapat memengaruhi adaptabilitas dan adaptabilitas dapat memengaruhi efektivitas guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran adaptabilitas sebagai mediator antara hubungan perilaku kerja inovatif dan efektivitas guru. Efektivitas guru diukur menggunakan Teacher Effectiveness Scale (TSE), perilaku kerja inovatif diukur menggunakan Skala Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, dan adaptabiltias diukur menggunakan The Adaptability Scale. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner daring dan cetak kepada guru SMA di wilayah Jabodetabek yang sedang menjalani Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan model regresi mediasi menggunakan program makro PROCESS oleh Hayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptabilitas memediasi hubungan antara perilaku kerja inovatif dan efektivitas guru. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi guru untuk meningkatkan perilaku kerja inovatifnya agar dapat meningkatkan adaptabilitas yang diikuti dengan peningkatan efektivitas guru.

The change in the learning system to distance learning causes teachers to lack effectiveness. One of the factors that predicted teacher effectiveness is innovative work behavior. However, the previous studies found an inconsistency between the relationship of innovative work behavior and teacher effectiveness. Adaptability was selected as the mediator variable. Innovative work behavior could predict adaptability and adaptability could predict teacher effectiveness. This study examines the role of adaptability as a mediator in the relationship between innovative work behavior and teacher effectiveness among senior high school teachers in the distance learning context. Teacher effectiveness was measured by Teacher Effectiveness Scale (TES), innovative work behavior was measured by Skala Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, and adaptability was measured by The Adaptability Scale. The respondents of this study are senior high school teachers in Jabodetabek area who were undergoing distance learning which acquired through an online and paper-based questionnaire. A regression mediation analysis model was conducted to test the study’s hypothesis using macro program PROCESS by Hayes. The result of the analysis shows that adaptability mediating the relationship between innovative work behavior and teacher effectiveness. Therefore, innovative work behavior is important to be possessed by teachers in order to improving teacher’s adaptability and eventually followed by the improvement of teacher effectiveness.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi bagaimana peran mediasi efikasi diri guru PAUD pada kreativitas guru PAUD dan pengelolaan kelas guru PAUD di daerah 3T di Maluku Utara, yaitu Kepulauan Sula dan Pulau Taliabu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kombinasi jenis eksplanatori desain berurutan .Teknik sampling dalam penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan teknik multistage random sampling dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan self-inventory instrument yang disebar pada partisiapan penelitian sebanyak 147 guru PAUD. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif yang dianalisa dengan metode jalur mediasi PROCESS MACRO Hayes menggunakan SPSS menunjukan kreativitas guru memiliki hubungan positif dengan pengelolaan kelas guru dengan koefiesien korelasi langsung sebesar 0.362 dan P= 0.001 serta peran mediasi efikasi diri guru dalam kreativitas dan pengelolaan kelas bersifat positif dengan koefisien korelasi mediasi sebesar 0.123 dengan koefisien total sebesar 0.485 yang menyimpulkan efikasi diri secara teoretis positif berperan sebagai mediator. Selanjutnya, hasil wawancara dengan teknik purposive sampling dimana jumlah partisipan yaitu 10 guru PAUD, menunjukkan bahwa guru yang memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi diiringi dengan efikasi diri cenderung akan memiliki kemampuan mengelola kelas yang sangat baik. Dalam pandangan Islam, hubungan ketiga variabel ini diperkuat oleh nilai-nilai Islam seperti Taqarrub, Tawakkal, Ihsan dan menyertakan etika serta moral yang baik.

This research aims to explore the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between creativity and classroom management among early childhood education (ECE) teachers in the 3T (underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost) regions of North Maluku, specifically in the Sula and Taliabu Island. The research method used is a combination of sequential explanatory design.The sampling technique in the quantitative research used multistage random sampling, with data collection using a self-inventory instrument distributed to 147 ECE teacher participants. The quantitative research results, analyzed using the PROCESS MACRO Hayes mediation method with SPSS, showed that teacher creativity has a positive relationship with classroom management, with a direct correlation coefficient of 0.362 and P=0.001. The mediating role of teacher self-efficacy in creativity and classroom management is positive, with a mediation correlation coefficient of 0.123 and a total coefficient of 0.485, indicating that self-efficacy theoretically positively acts as a mediator. Furthermore, the results of interviews using purposive sampling with 10 ECE teachers show that teachers with high creativity accompanied by self-efficacy tend to have excellent classroom management abilities. From the Islamic perspective, the relationship among these three variables is reinforced by Islamic values such as Taqarrub, Tawakkal , Ihsan, and incorporating good ethics and morals."

"Menjadi guru sekolah dasar merupakan salah satu profesi yang menantang dengan tingkat tuntutan sosial emosional yang tinggi. Mereka dituntut untuk dapat menampilkan kompetensi sosial emosional. Kenyataannya, masih banyak ditemukan guru yang belum menampilkan kompetensi sosial emosional yang memadai sesuai harapan. Untuk itu penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang berperan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sosial emosional guru sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana peran kepuasan kebutuhan psikologis dasar guru dan efikasi diri guru terhadap kompetensi sosial emosional mereka. Sebanyak 483 guru sekolah dasar mengisi Social Emotional Competencies Teacher Rating Scale (SECTRS), Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction Scale - Work (BPNSS - Work), dan Indonesian Version - Teachers Sense of Efficacy Scale (I-TSES). Hasil menunjukan bahwa terdapat peran kepuasan kebutuhan psikologis dasar guru (R2=0,571, F(1,481)=649,826, p<0,001) dan efikasi diri guru (R2=0,372, F(1,481)= 284,758, p<0,001) terhadap kompetensi sosial emosional. Efikasi diri guru mempunyai peran yang lebih besar terhadap kompetensi sosial emosional guru dibandingkan kepuasan kebutuhan psikologis dasar guru. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi praktis bagi guru, sekolah, maupun pemerintah dalam penyusunan program intervensi untuk mendukung pengembangan kompetensi sosial emosional guru sekolah dasar. Pengembangan kompetensi sosial emosional guru dapat diarahkan pada pengembangan efikasi diri guru disamping memastikan kepuasan kebutuhan psikologis dasar mereka.

In reality, there are still many teachers who do not perform adequate social emotional competencies as expected. Based on this situation, research was conducted to identify the factors that play a role in the development of elementary school teachers' social emotional competencies. This study tries to investigate the role of teachers' basic psychological needs satisfaction and teachers' self-efficacy on their social emotional competencies. A total of 483 elementary school teachers filled out Social Emotional Competencies Teacher Rating Scale (SECTRS), Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction Scale - Work (BPNSS - Work), and Indonesian Version - Teachers Sense of Efficacy Scale (I-TSES). The results showed that teachers’ basic psychological needs satisfaction (R2=0,571, F(1,481)=649,826, p<0,001) and teachers’ self-efficacy (R2=0,372, F(1,481)= 284,758, p<0,001) play a  role in teachers’ social and emotional competencies. Teachers’ self-efficacy has a greater contribution in elementary school teachers' social emotional competencies than teachers' basic psychological needs satisfaction. The results of this study have practical implications for teachers, schools and the government in designing interventions program to support the development of elementary school teachers’ social emotional competencies. The development of teachers' social emotional competencies can be directed at developing teachers' self-efficacy as well as ensuring the satisfaction of their basic psychological needs.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian korelasional ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara computer self-efficacy (CSE) dan penggunaan komputer oleh guru sekolah dasar. CSE didefinisikan sebagai keyakinan seseorang mengenai kapabilitasnya untuk menggunakan komputer (Compeau & Higgins, 1995), sedangkan penggunaan komputer didefinisikan sebagai frekuensi guru menggunakan komputer dalam bentuk preparation, professional e-mail, delivering instruction, accommodation, dan grading (Babell, Russell, & O?Dwyer, 2004). CSE diukur menggunakan alat ukur Computer Self-Efficacy milik Compeau & Higgins (1995) dan penggunaan komputer menggunakan alat ukur Teachers? Technology Use milik Babell, Russell, & O?Dwyer (2004). Data didapat dari 164 orang partisipan guru sekolah dasar di Jakarta, Bogor, dan Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara CSE dan penggunaan komputer pada guru sekolah dasar (r = 0,486, p = 0,000, L.o.S. 0,01). Berdasar pada hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan pihak guru dan sekolah untuk mengupayakan peningkatan CSE guna meningkatkan penggunaan komputernya.

ABSTRACT
This correlational study was conducted to demonstrate the relationship between computer self-efficacy (CSE) and elementary school teachers? use of computer. CSE is defined as a judgement of one?s capability to use a computer (Compeau & Higgins, 1995) and teachers? use of computer is defined as the frequency of teachers? using computer in the form of preparation, professional e-mail, delivering instruction, accommodation, and grading (Babell, Russell, & O?Dwyer, 2004). CSE was measured by Computer Self-Efficacy Scale (Compeau & Higgins, 1995) and teachers? use of computer was measured by Teachers? Technology Use Scale (Babell, Russell, & O?Dwyer, 2004). Data was collected from 164 elementary school teachers in Jakarta, Bogor, and Bekasi. The main result shows that there is a significant positive correlation between computer self-efficacy and teachers? use of computer on elementary school teachers (r = 0,486, p = 0,000, L.o.S. 0,01). Based on the study result, it is suggested for teachers and schools to work on improving the CSE in order to increase the use of computers.
