Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji peran work engagement dalam memediasi pengaruh workplace fun terhadap employee voice behavior. Data diperoleh dari 209 responden yang bekerja pada industri farmasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Lisrel 8.7, diketahui bahwa work engagement berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh workplace fun terhadap employee voice behavior. Sebagai tambahan, ditemukan bahwa semua jenis workplace fun yang terdiri dari fun activities, coworker socializing dan manager support for fun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, namun hanya coworker socializing yang berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap constructive voice behavior dan hanya coworker socializing dan manager support for fun yang berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap destructive voice behavior

This study examines the role of work engagement as a mediator between workplace fun and employee voice behavior. Data was collected form 209 respondents who worked at pharmaceutical industry. Based on the data analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Lisrel 8.7, work engagement was found to mediate the relationship between workplace fun and employee voice behavior. In addition, each of the three forms of workplace fun which consists of fun activities, coworker socializing and manager support for fun were demonstrated to be significantly and positively related to work engagement. However, only coworker socializing which significantly and positively related to constructive voice behavior and only coworker socializing and manager support for fun which significantly and negatively related to destructive voice behavior.

"Tesis ini membahas peran work engagement dalam memediasi pengaruh transformational leadership dan job characteristic model terhadap innovative work behavior dan turnover intention pada pegawai di Lembaga Negara XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang dilakukan secara online. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu para pegawai yang menjadi mitra perubahan atau change agent di Lembaga Negara XYZ. Responden yang terlibat sebanyak 325 orang dari lintas generasi X, generasi Y, dan Baby Boomers.  Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (Bass & Avolio, 2004) untuk mengukur transformational leadership, Job Diagnostoc Survey (Hackman & Oldham, 1975; Idazak & Drasgow, 1987) untuk mengukur job characteristic model, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli & Bakker, 2003) untuk mengukur work engagement, dan Janssen (2000) untuk mengukur innovative work behavior, serta  Turnover Cognition Scale (Bozeman & Perrewe, 2001) untuk mengukur turnover intention.  Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa work engagement memediasi pengaruh positif transformational leadership dan job characteristic model terhadap innovative work behavior, dan memediasi pengaruh negatif transformational leadership dan job characteristic model terhadap turnover intention. Transformational Leadership dan job characteristic model juga memiliki pengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan work engagement. 

This study focus on the influence of transformational leadership and job characteristic model on innovative work behavior and turnover intention through work engagement as mediator to employees in one of State Institution in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with online survey methods. Respondents were determined by purposive sampling method, employees who became the change agent in the State Institution of XYZ, 325 people from across generations  (Baby Boomers, X, and Y ). The measuring tool used in this study is Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (Bass & Avolio, 2004), Job Diagnostic Survey (Hackman & Oldham, 1975; Idazak & Drasgow, 1987), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli & Bakker, 2003), Janssen (2000), and Turnover Cognition Scale (Bozeman & Perrewe, 2001). Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that work engagement mediates positive effect of transformational leadership and job characteristic model on innovative work behavior, and mediates negative effect of transformational leadership and job characteristic model on turnover intention. Transformational Leadership and job characteristic models also have a positive influence in improving work engagement.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan pengaruh leader-member exchange dan fun at work terhadap work engagement dan deviant workplace behavior studi kasus pada PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap kantor pusat PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. di gedung Telkom Hub. Jumlah total responden adalah 130 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian menggunakan teknik SEM dengan aplikasi LISREL 8.80. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leader-member exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap fun at work dan work engagement serta berdampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap deviant workplace behavior. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa fun at work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement namun tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap deviant workplace behavior. Penelitian ini juga membandingkan tentang adanya pengaruh langsung leader-member exchange terhadap work engagement dan deviant workplace behavior dan tidak langsung melalui fun at work.

This study was conducted to see the effect of leader-member exchange and fun at work on work engagement and deviant workplace behavior in Indonesian Telecommunication Company. Respondents are permanent employees of Telkom Indonesia Company located at the headquarters involving 130 respondents. The data were collected using a set of questionnaires and were analyzed using SEM technique with LISREL 8.80 application. The results showed that leader-member exchange has a positive significant effect on fun at work and work engagement and negative significant effect on deviant workplace behavior. In addition, this study also found that fun at work has a positive and significant effect on work engagement but does not have a significant effect on deviant workplace behavior. This study also compared the direct influence of leader-member exchange on work engagement and deviant workplace behavior with the indirect one through fun at work."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Attitude towards Workplace Fun terhadap Experienced Workplace Fun, Job Satisfaction, Task Performance, dan OCBI di perusahaan Jepang di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 141 responden yang merupakan karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan Jepang di Indonesia dalam berbagai jenis industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa statistik Struktural Equation Modeling SEM. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Attitude towards Workplace Fun berpengaruh positif terhadap Experienced Workplace Fun, serta Experienced Workplace Fun berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Task Performance, dan OCBI, lalu Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Task Performance, tetapi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap OCBI.

This study aims to give information about the impact of Attitude towards Workplace Fun on Experienced Workplace Fun, Job Satisfaction, Task Performance, and OCBI in Japan Company in Indonesia. This study involved 141 employee from Japan Company around Indonesia for all industry. Also, this study using SEM for data processing and the result showed a positive effect of Attitude towards Workplace Fun on Experienced workplace Fun, positive effect of Experienced Workplace Fun on Job Satisfaction, Task Performance, and OCBI, positive effect of Job Satisfaction on Task Performance, but no positive effect of Job Satisfaction on OCBI."

"Perilaku inovatif layanan di sektor publik dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi perubahan yang semakin dinamis dan masyarakat yang semakin kritis menuntut pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh workplace happiness dan proactive personality terhadap employee service innovative behavior dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui mediasi work engagement. Data empiris dikumpulkan dari 711 staf pegawai tetap BPJS Kesehatan dengan menggunakan metode survei online. Studi ini di analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan confirmatory factor analysis untuk menguji tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workplace happiness dan proactive personality berpengaruh positif terhadap employee service innovative behavior, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi work engagement. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengambil kebijakan di bidang sumber daya manusia untuk mengidentifikasi kepribadian proaktif dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi talenta serta menciptakan kondisi kebahagiaan di tempat kerja untuk meningkatkan perilaku inovatif layanan karyawan, khususnya di sektor publik

Service Innovative Behavior in the public sector is required to deal with highly dynamic changes and more critical society insist an effective and efficient service. This study aims to examine the impact of workplace happiness and proactive personality on employee service innovative behavior and the indirect effect through the mediation of work engagement. Empirical data was collected from 711 employees of a public service organization using an online survey method. This study analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis to test the seven hypotheses proposed. The result shows that workplace happiness and proactive personality positively influenced employee service innovative behavior, both directly and through the mediation of work engagement. Furthermore, this study is expected to contribute to the policymakers in human resources to identify proactive personality in talent recruitment and selection and pay attention for creating workplace happiness to stimulate the service innovative behavior of employees, specifically in the public sector."

"Pentingnya layanan customer service dalam menentukan kepuasan pelanggan telah menjadi salah satu indikator penting bagi online marketplace di Indonesia, yang mengalami pertumbuhan besar di masa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah employee well-being mempengaruhi kinerja dari customer service, termasuk dengan peran employee voice behavior dalam memediasi hubungan tersebut. Analisis dalam studi ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dari 239 customer service pada online marketplace di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan oleh psychological well-being terhadap job performance. Penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya peran mediasi dari setiap variabel employee well-being terhadap employee voice behavior, kecuali pada pengaruh psychological well-being terhadap promotive voice. Hasil dari penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya literatur mengenai kajian hubungan employee well-being, employee voice behavior dan job performance, yang masih sangat sedikit pada wilayah Timur; serta berkontribusi dalam mengisi research gap dengan penggunaan promotive voice dan prohibitive voice. Dalam penelitian ini, pengukuran job performance yang dilakukan menurut persepsi responden dan pelaksanaan penelitian yang bersifat cross-sectional research, yang satu dari beberapa keterbatasan penelitian ini.

Customer service's significance in determining customer happiness has become one of the key indicators for online marketplaces in Indonesia, which has experienced a phenomenal growth during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to see how employee well-being affects customer service personnel performance along with the mediating effect of employee voice behavior. The analysis was examined using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach from 239 customer services from online marketplace in Indonesia. The findings revealed that psychological well-being had a favorable and significant influence on job performance. Except for the effect of psychological well-being on promotive voice, the study also demonstrates that each employee well-being component has a mediating role on employee voice behavior. The findings of this study contribute to the growing body of literature on the relationship between employee well-being, employee voice behavior, and job performance, which is still scarce in the Eastern, as well as to filling a research gap by employing both promotive and prohibitive voice behavior. Some of the limitations of this study include the measuring of job performance based on respondents' perceptions and the use of cross-sectional research."

The aim of this research is to test the relationship between organizational climate and job boredom on Islamic bank employees. Perception of organizational climate was measured with Organizational Climate Questionnaire OCQ with reliability coefficient 0,77. Measurement of job boredom conducted with Dutch Boredom Scales DUBS with reliability coefficient 0,86. Both scales are administrated to 93 Islamic bank employess in the same bank. The result showed that organizational climate which is analyzed with Pearson Correlation had negative significant relationship with job boredom on employees r 0,31, p 0.01 . This research also analyzed demographical factors with independent sample t test and one way anova. Result showed that demographical factor including gender and educational level didn't differ significantly on both variables. Other demographical factors such as age also didn't differ significantly by mean on job boredom. Demographical factors such as length of time working and position on organizational climate also showed had no significant differences by its mean."

"Perilaku bersuara karyawan memiliki peran krusial bagi perusahaan dalam menghadapi tantangan berupa situasi bisnis yang dinamis serta meningkatnya kompetisi antar perusahaan di era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) saat ini. Untuk menumbuhkan perilaku bersuara karyawan, diperlukan tipe kepemimpinan autentik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kepemimpinan autentik dan perilaku bersuara karyawan dengan melihat peran komitmen afektif sebagai mediator untuk menjelaskan mekanisme hubungan tersebut. Partisipan penelitian merupakan 278 karyawan level staf berusia 20-59 tahun yang memiliki atasan langsung dan memiliki masa kerja minimal 2 bulan dengan atasan langsung yang sama. Partisipan diperoleh menggunakan metode convenience sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner daring. Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan autentik dan perilaku bersuara karyawan (r = 0.576, p < 0.01). Selain itu, pengujian mediasi Hayes membuktikan bahwa komitmen afektif dapat memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara kepemimpinan autentik dan perilaku bersuara karyawan (ab = 0.314, p < 0.05). Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu memperkuat penerapan kepemimpinan autentik pada pemimpin di perusahaan untuk menumbuhkan komitmen afektif pada karyawan, yang kemudian dapat mendorong terjadinya perilaku bersuara karyawan.

Employee voice behavior plays a crucial role for companies in facing the dynamic business environment and increasing competition among companies in the current VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era. To foster employee voice behavior, leaders with authentic leadership are required. This study aims to examine the relationship between authentic leadership and employee voice behavior by investigating the role of affective commitment as a mediator to explain the mechanism of this relationship. The participants of the study were 278 staff-level employees aged 20-59 years who have direct supervisor and have worked for at least 2 months with the same direct supervisor. Participants were obtained using the convenience sampling method by distributing online questionnaires. Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive and significant relationship between authentic leadership and employee voice behavior (r = 0.576, p < 0.01). Furthermore, Hayes mediation testing proved that affective commitment partially mediates the relationship between authentic leadership and employee voice behavior (ab = 0.314, p < 0.05). The implications of this study suggest that companies need to strengthen the implementation of authentic leadership among leaders to foster affective commitment in employees, which can then encourage employee voice behavior."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara pengaturan kerja fleksibel (Flexible Work Arrangement) dengan pengambilan keputusan secara etis (Ethical Decision Making) yang dimediasi oleh keterlibatan karyawan (Employee Engagement). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui cross sectional study dengan melakukan survei secara online. Sebanyak 301 data partisipan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data diolah dengan menggunakan model 4 PROCESS, mediasi Hayes (2018).
Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa Flexible Work Arrangement mempengaruhi Ethical Decision Making secara langsung dengan nilai efek sebesar 0,66. Sementara nilai pengaruh antara Flexible Work Arrangement terhadap Ethical Decision Making melalui mediasi Employee Engagement  adalah sebesar 0,80. Employee Engagement memiliki peran dalam memediasi hubungan antara Flexible Work Arrangement dan Ethical Decision Making secara parsial. Korelasi hubungan antara Flexible Work Arrangement terhadap Ethical Decision Making lebih besar melalui mediasi Employee Engagement dibandingkan dengan korelasi secara langsung. Sehingga penerapan Flexible Work Arrangement dapat menjadi anteseden untuk Employee Engagement yang akan dapat meningkatkan Ethical Decision Making pada karyawan di dalam organisasi.

The purpose of this study is to investigate  the influence of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) on Ethical Decision Making (EDM) which is mediated by Employee Engagement (EE). This is a correlational study conducted quantitavely using scales. Data is collected by cross sectional study with an online survey. This study using 301 participant’s data. Data is processed by model 4 PROCESS, mediation Hayes (2018).
The result shows that the direct effect of flexible work arrangement on Ethical Decision Making is 0,6567. While the effect of flexible work arrangement on ethical decision making through the mediation of employee engagement is 0,8013. Employee engagement has a role in mediating the influence of flexible work arrangement on ethical decision making partially. There is a greater correlation between the influence of flexible work arrangement on ethical decision making through the mediation of employee engagement compare to direct effect. Flexible work arrangement can be an antecedent of employee engagement that improve ethical decision making of employees in organizations.
