"Perawat memiliki peran krusial dalam keselamatan pasien dan proses pemberian obat di rumah sakit. Di RSUD Tebet kesalahan medikasi merupakan jenis insiden keselamatan pasien yang paling banyak dilaporkan, yaitu 52,5% dari total insiden keselamatan yang dilaporkan dari tahun 2016 hingga September 2018, namun dari pelaporan tersebut, sangat sedikit (9,25%) yang dilaporkan oleh perawat.
Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam pelaporan kesalahan pemberian obat pada perawat di RSUD Tebet.
Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah mixmethod kuantitatif yan diikuti oleh kualitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner, fokus grup diskusi dan wawancara mendalam.
Hasil: Tidak ditemukannya faktor yang bermakna secara statistik terhadap pelaporan kesalahan pemberian obat pada perawat. Faktor yang paling berperan dan menghambat pelaporan adalah respon administratif dan konsekuensi akibat pelaporan. Faktor yang ditemukan mendukung pelaporan kesalahanan pemberian obat adalah dukungan atasan, pemahaman dan kesadaran diri akan pentingnya pelaporan, dan tidak adanya budaya menyalahkan.
Kesimpulan: Pelaporan kesalahan pemberian obat di RSUD Tebet masih rendah. Pelaporan insiden dapat ditingkatkan dengan membangun budaya keselamatan yang tidak menyalahkan individu. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat menyelidiki terjadinya kesalahan pemberian obat selain kesalahan pemberian obat yang dilaporkan.

Nurses play a crucial role in patient safety as well as medication administration in hospitals. In the Tebet Sub-district General Hospital, medication errors are the most reported type of patient safety incidents, ammounting to 52.5% of incidents reported between 2016 to September 2018. Of those reports, only a small percentage (9.25%) were reported by nurses.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with medication administration error reporting among nurses.
Method: A cross-sectional study followed by qualitative study was used, using a validated questionnaire with a sample off 44 clinical nurses, followed by focus group discussion and in-depth interviews of selected informants.
Result: There was no statistically significant factor associated with medication administration error reporting. Through qualitative measures, factors that most influence as well as inhibit error reporting were administrative response and consequences of reporting. Managers support, understanding and self-awareness of the importance of reporting, and non-blaming culture were factors found to support error reporting.
Conclusion: Medication administration error reporting in the Tebet Sub-district General Hospital is still low. Reporting incidents can be improved by building a non-blaming safety culture. Further studies should investigate the occurance of medication errors as well as reported errors."

"Budaya keselamatan memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan pelayanan keperawatan yang aman bagi pasien. Masih ditemui masalah terkait budaya keselamatan pasien dan sikap pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien. Budaya keselamatan pasien dapat berhubungan dengan sikap perawat dalam pelaporan insiden. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan budaya keselamatan pasien dengan sikap perawat dalam pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien. Penelitian Cross Sectional menggunakan cluster sampling ini dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner yang melibatkan 400 perawat di tiga rumah sakit umum daerah di tiga kabupaten Derah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
Hasil didapatkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara budaya keselamatan pasien dengan sikap perawat dalam pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien p=0,005 . Hasil regresi linear menunjukkan variabel yang paling mempengaruhi sikap pelaporan secara berurutan yaitu jabatan, budaya keselamatan pasien, level kompetensi, masa kerja, dan usia perawat R2=0,892.
Kesimpulan adalah bahwa budaya keselamatan pasien memiliki peran penting terkait sikap perawat dalam pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien, upaya untuk memperkuat budaya keselamatan pasien dapat memperbaiki sikap perawat dalam pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien.
Rekomendasi yang diberikan yaitu perbaikan pengaturan staf di rumah sakit, penyelenggaraan pelatihan atau diskusi rutin sebagai tindak lanjut dari pelaporan insiden, menghilangkan budaya menyalahkan terkait pelaporan insiden, memberikan apresiasi kepada perawat yang bersedia melaporkan insiden, menumbuhkan budaya saling mendukung antar perawat dalam pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien.

Safety culture has important role in realizing a safe nursing service for patients. Problems related to patient safety culture and patient safety incident reporting are still encountered. The safety culture of the patient may relate to the nurse 39 s attitude in incident reporting. This study aims to determine the relationship of patient safety culture with the attitude of the nurses in reporting patient 39 s safety incidents. Cross sectional study using cluster sampling was conducted by filling a questionnaire involving 400 nurses at three regional public hospitals in three districts in the province of Yogyakarta special region.
The result shows that there is a significant correlation between patient safety culture and nurse attitude in reporting patient 39 s safety incident p 0,005 . Linier regression result shows consecutively that their position, patient safety culture, level of competence, year of service and age affect their attitude in reporting an accident R2 0,892.
The conclusion is that the patient safety culture has an important role in the nurse 39 s attitude in reporting the patient 39 s safety incident, efforts to strengthen the patient 39 s safety culture could improve the nurse 39 s attitude in reporting the patient 39 s safety incident.
Recommendations include improvements in hospital staffing, regular training or regular discussions as a follow up to incident reporting, eliminating a culture of incident reporting error, giving appreciation to nurses willing to report incidents, fostering a mutually supportive culture among nurses in reporting patient safety incidents.

"Latar Belakang: Kelelahan pada perawat dan keselamatan pasien merupakan masalah Internasional. Upaya untuk mengurangi kelelahan kerja pada perawat sangat penting dalam upaya memberikan kualitas dan pelayanan yang aman. Teknik relaksasi pernafasan Deep Relax Inspiration ndash; Pursed Lip Breathing DRI-PLB yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan teori bahwa metode ini akan meningkatkan oksigenasi dan membawa efek relaksasi yang akan menyebabkan menurunnya kelelahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari latihan relaksasi pernapasan Deep Relax Inspirasi ndash; Pursed Lip Breathing DRI-PLB terhadap kelelahan kerja perawat.
Metode: Sebuah studi pre-post intervensi dilakukan pada 39 perawat IGD. Kelelahan kerja diukur secara Subyektif dengan menggunakan Kuesioner Alat Ukur Perasaan Kelelahan Kerja KAUPK2 dan Visual Analog Fatigue Scale, dan secara Obyektif dengan waktu reaksi. Intervensi berupa latihan relaksasi pernapasan Deep Relax Inspirasi ndash; Pursed Lip Breathing DRI-PLB selama sepuluh menit di tengah shift kerja. Data itu diambil dalam enam hari berturut-turut untuk setiap subyek penelitian.

Background: Nurse fatigue and patient safety is an international issue. The effort to reduce nurse fatigue is very important to give a quality and safe service. Deep Relax Inspiration ndash Pursed Lip Breathing technique is chosen in this study based on theoretically that this method will improve oxygenation and brings relaxation effect that will reduce the fatigue in return. This study aimed to determine the effect of Deep Relax Inspiration ndash Pursed Lip Breathing DRI PLB technique to nurse's fatigue.
Method: A pre post intervention study was carried out to a total of 39 emergency nurses. The fatigue was measured Subjectively with Work Fatigue Measurement Questionnaire KAUPK2 and Visual Analogue Fatigue Scale, and Objectively with count of reaction time. The intervention was ten minutes Deep Relax Inspiration ndash Pursed Lip Breathing exercise in the middle of the work shift. The data was taken in six consecutive days for each subject.

Budaya keselamatan pasien merupakan produk nilai, sikap, kompetensi dan pola perilaku individu atau kelompok yang menentukan komitmen dan kemampuan suatu organisasi pelayanan terhadap penerapan keselamatan pasien. Penelitian cross sectional pada 141 perawat di rumah sakit ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan budaya keselamatan pasien dengan kompetensi perawat. Instrumen Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) dan Health Professional Education in Patient Safety Survey (HPEPSS) digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat hubungan antara karakteristik perawat yaitu masa kerja (p=0,042) dan level kompetensi (p=0,020) dengan kompetensi perawat, serta terdapat hubungan antara keterbukaan komunikasi, kerja sama dalam unit, kerja sama antar unit, persepsi keselamatan, pembelajaran organisasi, ekspektasi manajer, dukungan manajemen, pelaporan insiden, handover dan transisi pasien (p<0,001) dengan kompetensi perawat. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda didapatkan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kompetensi perawat adalah pelatihan, keterbukaan komunikasi, non punitive responses dan pembelajaran organisasi. Mayoritas perawat memiliki gambaran budaya keselamatan (68,4%) dan kompetensi terkait keselamatan (79,6%) yang cukup. Manajemen rumah sakit dapat mempertimbangkan strategi peningkatan kompetensi melalui perencanaan dan pemenuhan  kualifikasi perawat dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat pendidikan, merancang pelatihan yang berkesinambungan pada perawat baik pada perawat yang baru bergabung dan yang telah lama bergabung di rumah sakit, membuat kebijakan dan komitmen untuk keterbukaan komunikasi serta membuat sistem pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien yang mudah, cepat dan efektif sehingga akan dapat diketahui secara cepat oleh pihak yang terkait seperti atasan langsung sampai dengan komite keselamatan pasien rumah sakit dan dapat cepat diberikan umpan balik dan menjadi pembelajaran organisasi.

 


Patient safety culture is a product of individual or group values, attitudes, competencies and behavioral patterns that determine the commitment and ability of a service organization to implement patient safety. Study cross sectional on 141 nurses in this hospital, the aim was to identify the relationship between patient safety culture and nurse competency. Instrument Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) and Health Professional Education in Patient Safety Survey (HPEPSS) was used in data collection. The research results showed that there was a relationship between the characteristics of nurses, namely length of service (p=0.042) and competency level (p=0.020) with nurse competency, and there is a relationship between open communication, cooperation within units, cooperation between units, safety perceptions, organizational learning, manager expectations, management support, incident reporting, handover and patient transition (p<0.001) with nurse competency. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors most related to nurse competency were training, openness of communication, non punitive responses and organizational learning. The majority of nurses have an adequate description of safety culture (68.4%) and safety-related competencies (79.6%). Hospital management can consider strategies for increasing competency through planning and fulfilling nurse qualifications by considering educational levels, designing continuous training for nurses for both newly joined and long-time nurses in the hospital, creating policies and commitments to open communication and creating systems. easy, fast and effective patient safety incident reporting so that it will can be known quickly by related parties such as direct superiors to the hospital patient safety committee and feedback can be quickly given and become a learning experience for the organization

"Kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator dari mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Kepuasan di RS M dan RS P belum mencapai standar indikator kepuasan. Hal ini disebabkan karena rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi perawat MPP yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien pun belum mengukur kepuasan pasien terhadap manajemen pelayanan pasien.
Tujuan: menganalisis hubungan kemampuan komunikasi perawat manajer pelayanan pasien dengan kepuasan pasien terhadap manajemen pelayanan pasien.
Metode: crossectional dan purposive sampling, pada 110 pasien dan 20 perawat.
Hasil: ada perbedaan karakteristik pada kedua rumah sakit pada variabel diagnosa penyakit, lama rawat, pendidikan perawat, dan lama kerja perawat. Pasien menilai kemampuan komunikasi perawat baik dan puas terhadap pelayanan (skor 70 < 85). Hasil bivariat dengan chi square yaitu ada hubungan signifikan antara kemampuan komunikasi dengan pelayanan (p 0,001 < 0,05). Faktor konfonding tidak signifikan berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien (p > 0,05). Hasil regresi logistik berganda yaitu komunikasi perawat (OR: 15,45), bahasa sehari-hari perawat (OR: 4,43), dan pendidikan pasien (OR: 2,43).
Kesimpulan: pasien menilai bahwa kemampuan komunikasi perawat baik dan merasa puas terhadap manajemen pelayanan pasien. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien yaitu kemampuan komunikasi perawat.
Saran: bidang pelayanan keperawatan bersama dengan bidang pelayanan medik serta keperawatan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien hingga mencapai standar skor 85. Penelitian serupa pada rumah sakit yang lebih banyak dan penelitian intervensi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi sangat diperlukan.

Patient satisfaction is an indicator of the quality of nursing service. Patient satisfaction in hospitals M and P has not reached the standard of satisfaction indicators. This is due to the low communication skill of the case manager. Patient satisfaction has not measured patient satisfaction of case management.
Purpose: to analyze the correlation between communication skill`s case manager with patient satisfaction of case management.
Method: crossectional and purposive sampling, with 110 patient and 20 nurse case manager.
Result: There were differences in the characteristics of the two hospitals on the variables of disease diagnosis, length of stay, nurse education, and length of time for nurses. Patients assess good for nurse`s communication skill and are satisfied with services (score 70 < 85). Chi square results, there is a significant relationship between communication skills and patient satisfaction (p 0,001 < 0,05). Confonding factors were not  significantly related to patient satisfaction (p > 0,05). The results of multiple logistic regression are nurse  communication skill  (OR: 15,45), nurse`s daily language (OR: 4,43), and patient education (OR: 2,43).
Conclssion: patients assess good for nurse`s communication skills and feel satisfied with patient service management. The factor that most influence patient satisfaction are nurse`s communication skill.
Suggestion: The division of hospital services, along with the division of medical services, and the division of nursing increases patient satisfaction to achieve satisfaction standards score 85. More similar research in hospitals and intervention studies to tie nurse`s communication skills are needed.

"Penyelenggaraan kesehatan yang dilaksanakan oleh setiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan wajib dilaksanakan dengan mepertimbangkan aspek mutu dan keselamatan pasien. Perawat merupakan salah satu komponen sumber daya manusia terbesar dalam sistem pelayanan di rumah sakit yang lebih banyak berhadapan langsung dengan pasien dan memegang peranan penting dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi beban kerja perawat dan kinerja perawat berdasarkan jumlah angka insiden keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSUD Budhi Asih pada tahun 2023. Studi ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional yang akan menganalisis persepsi beban kerja terhadap insiden keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSUD Budhi Asih pada tahun 2023. Persepsi beban kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap sebagian besar termasuk dalam kategori sedang (80,2%) dan persepsi beban kerja tinggi (17,6%). Kinerja perawat yang dilihat dari indikator sensitif keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSUD Budhi Asih didapatkan angka kejadian phlebitis sebesar 72,7% sesuai standar, angka kejadian infeksi daerah operasi secara keseluruhan 100% memenuhi angka standar dan pasien jatuh sebesar 72,7% memenuhi angka standar selama periode pelaporan Januari-November 2023.

The provision of health services carried out by each health service facility must be carried out by considering aspects of quality and patient safety. Nurses are one of the largest health human resources in the hospital service system who deal directly with patients and play an important role in implementing patient safety. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of nurses' workload and the number of patient safety incidents in the inpatient ward of RSUD Budhi Asih in 2023. This study is a quantitative research with a cross sectional study design which will analyze perceptions of workload regarding patient safety incidents in the inpatient ward of RSUD Budhi Asih in 2023. The perception of the workload of nurses in the inpatient ward is mostly in the medium category (80.2%) and the perception of high workload (17.6%). The performance of nurses as seen from sensitive indicators of patient safety in the inpatient room at RSUD Budhi Asih Jakarta obtained a phlebitis incidence rate of 72.7% according to the standard, the overall incidence of surgical site infections was 100% meeting the standard figure and patient falls were 72.7% meeting the standard figure during the January-November 2023 reporting period."

Namun, di Indonesia masih sangat sedikit penelitian mengenai prosedur transfusi yang dilakukan oleh perawat. Tujuan: hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan kelengkapan pemberian transfusi yang dilakukan. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random dan consecutive sampling dan didapatkan 106 perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap pasien dewasa. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan sendiri oleh peniliti dengan jumlah soal 46. Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi pearson. Hasil: nilai pengetahuan perawat 15,59 SD= 2.77 dan kelengkapan pemberian transfusi 42,19 SD= 3.82 tergolong cukup dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan di antara keduanya p = 0,049, alfa = 0,05. Hubungan tersebut bersifat positif meskipun keeratannya sangat lemah r =192. Kesimpulan: perlu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan kelengkapan pemberian transfusi darah yang dilakukan perawat. Peningkatan pengetahuan dapat diberikan melalui pelatihan dan evaluasi secara berkala.

ABSTRACT
Background Nurses have a vital role in maintain patient safety from the side effects of blood transfusion. However, there is very little studies on transfusion procedures conducted by nurses in Indonesia. Aim to determine the relation between knowledge and completeness of blood transfusion administration. Methods This study applied correlative analytical with cross sectional design approach and sample technique used is proportional random and consecutive sampling and obtained 106 nurses who work in adult hospitalization. The data were collected using questionnaires developed by the researcher with 46 questions. Data was analyzed using Pearson correlation test. Result a mean knowledge score of 15,59 SD 2.77 and completeness of transfusion 42.19 SD 3.82 are fair and there is significant relationship between variables p value 0,049, 0,05. The relationship is positive despite its very weakness r 192 . Conclusions Increased knowledge is needed to improve the completeness of blood transfusion conducted by nurses. Increased knowledge can be provided through regular training and evaluation. "

"Pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dalam pelaksanaannya merupakan hal yang rumit. Beberapa upaya telah dilakukan dalam mengatasi permasalahan pendokumentasian. Namun belum ada penelitian yang menggali pendokumentasian dikaitkan dengan integritas perawat. Tujuan penelitian mengeksplorasi pengalaman perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan kaitannya dengan integritas. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif melibatkan 10 perawat di salah satu RS pemerintah. Metode dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis Colaizzi.
Hasil penelitian mendapatkan tujuh tema meliputi 1) Menuliskan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan sesuai proses asuhan keperawatan, pendokumentasian terintegrasi oleh perawat yang berperan sesuai SPO, 2) Mendokumentasikan asuhan keperawatan  belum sesuai SPO dan pedoman pengorganisasian pelayanan keperawatan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor dari SDM perawat, metode penugasan, dan, material RS, 3) Merasakan beragam perasaan senang jika berhasil mendokumentasikan dan beragam perasaan bersalah jika belum mendokumentasikan 4) Mendapatkan manfaat pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan, 5) Mengalami hambatan dan upaya mengatasi hambatan dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawataan, 6) Memahami integritas dalam pendokumentasian sebagai kemampuan kognitif, memiliki prinsip nilai, kejujuran, bertanggung jawab, dapat diperhitungkan, sesuai SPO, berkomitmen, kompeten, konsisten, sesuai identitas diri dan mengimplementasikan asuhan yang aman 7) Mengharapkan perawat semakin pintar, terampil dengan pendidikan berkelanjutan, adanya sistem JCI, akreditasi menertibkan pendokumentasian dan pendokumentasian yang lebih spesifik dan terkomputerisasi  Secara umum belum semuanya partisipan melakukan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan secara berintegritas. Perawat perlu meningkatkan integritas dalam pendokumentasaian asuhan keperawatan. Perawat dapat melakukan pendokumentasian secara berintegritas harus didikukung oleh manajemen rumah sakit dan tim  keperawatan.

Documentation of nursing care in its implementation is a complicated matter. Several efforts have been made in overcoming documentation problems. However, no research has been conducted to explore the documentation associated with nurse integrity. The purpose of the study explores the nurse`s experience in documenting nursing care in relation to integrity. Qualitative research with descriptive phenomenology approach involved 10 nurses in one of the government hospitals. The method is done by in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi`s analysis.
The results of the study obtained seven themes including 1) Writing down the documentation of nursing care according to the nursing care process, integrated documentation by nurses who acted according to SPO, 2) Documenting nursing care not in accordance with SPO and guideline for organizing nursing services that were influenced by factors from nurses human resource, assignment methods, and, hospital material, 3) Feeling a variety of happy feelings when successfully documenting and varying feelings of guilt if it has not documented 4) Getting the benefits of nursing care documentation, 5) Experiencing obstacles and efforts to overcome obstacles in nursing care documentation, 6) Understanding integrity in documentation as an ability cognitive, has the principle of value, honesty, is responsible, can be calculated, according to SPO, is committed, competent, consistent, in accordance with self-identity and implements safe care 7) Expects nurses to be smarter, skilled with educators continuous, the existence of a JCI system, accreditation in order to document and more specific and computerized documentation In general, not all participants have documented nursing care with integrity. Nurses need to improve integrity in documenting nursing care. Nurses can document with integrity must be supported by hospital management and the nursing team.

"Pendahuluan : Indonesia berada pada peringkat kedua sebagai negara dengan beban TB (Tuberkulosis) tertinggi di dunia setelah India. Pemerintah telah menetapkan program penanggulangan TB melalui Peraturan Presiden Nomor 67 Tahun 2021, dan secara teknis dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 67 Tahun 2016, yang bertujuan untuk menurunkan angka kejadian TB di Indonesia. Tujuan : Untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan peran, fungsi manajemen kepala ruang dan implementasi program nasional penanggulangan TB dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional, dengan desain survei analitik. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 77 orang perawat yang bekerja di ruangan perawatan TB Rumah Sakit tipe A di Manado. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner peran kepala ruang,  fungsi manajemen kepala ruang, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan prognas TB dalam pelayanan keperawatan, yang disebarkan melalui tautan Google Form. Hasil uji validitas dan realibilitas dengan nilai 0,376-0,932 dan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,708-0,964. Hasil : Peran kepala ruang berhubungan dengan implementasi prognas TB dengan kekuatan hubungan positif dan kuat (r = 0,699, p= 0,0001). Fungsi manajemen kepala ruang juga menunjukkan hubungan positif dan kuat dengan implementasi Prognas TB (r = 0,714, p = 0,0001). Yang paling berhubungan dengan implementasi prognas TB dalam pelayanan keperawatan adalah peran Decisional (Nilai koefisien beta = 1,423) dan fungsi pengendalian (Nilai koefisien beta = 1,064). Kesimpulan : Peran dan fungsi manajemen kepala ruang berhubungan dengan implementasi prognas penanggulangan TB dalam pelayanan keperawatan, dimana faktor yang paling berhubungan adalah peran pengambilan keputusan oleh kepala ruang (Decisional Role). Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah mengoptimalkan peran dan fungsi kepala ruang termasuk dalam implementasi kegiatan prognas TB dalam pelayanan keperawatan, sehingga dapat menunjang penanggulangan tuberkulosis.

Introduction : Indonesia is second rank as the country with the higest burden of TB (Tuberculosis) in the world. The goverment has established a TB control program trough presidential regulation number 67 in 2021, and technical regulation as the Minister of Health Republic Indonesia Number 67 in 2016, wich aims to reduce the incidence of TB in Indonesia. Objective : To identify the relationship between the role, management function of the head nurse and implementation of the national TB control program in nursing services. Method : This research use the cross sectional approach, with an analytical survey design. Samples were taken using a total sampling technique of 77 nurses who worked at the TB treatment room, at type A hospital in Manado. The instrument used was a questionnaire on the role of the head nurse, the management function of the head nurse, and the implementation of TB Program activities in nursing services, wich was distributed by Google Form link. Validity and realibility test results with values of 0.376-0.932 and Cronbach’s Alpha 0.708-0.964. Results :The role of the head nurse is realated to implementation of the national TB program with a positive and strong relationship (r = 0.699, p = 0.0001). The management function of the head nurse also shows a positive and strong relationship with the implementation of the TB program (r = 0.714, p = 0.0001). What is most related to the implementation of the TB program in nursing services is the decisional role (beta coefficient value = 1.423) and the control function (beta coefficient value = 1.064). Conclusion : The role and management function of the head nurse are related to the implementation of the national TB control program in nursing services, were the most related factor is the decisional role of the head nurse. The recommendation given is to optimize the role and management function of the head nurse, including the implementation of the national TB control program in nursing services, so that it can support to prevention of tuberculosis."

Keselamatan Pasien ( Patient Safety ) telah menjadi issue yang sangat penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Setiap orang ingin mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang aman dan bebas dari cedera yang tidak diinginkan.
Melalui penelitian ini, dianalisis kualitas dan kuantitas tenaga perawat terhadap persepsi insiden keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit X. Studi dilakukan pada 44 orang perawat dan bidan dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel pengetahuan, pendidikan, kemudahan penggunaan alat,kerjasama tim,pengalaman bekerja, disiplin dan jumlah tenaga perawat terhadap insiden keselamatan pasien.
