"ABSTRACT
The belief that resource abundance equates to energy security is roundly debunked in Indonesian geothermal. Indonesia copious geothermal reserves remain untapped. Experts cite the usual culprits: unreliable long term contracts, ambivalent government support, and lukewarm investors investment appetite. In this paper, we argue that the real constraints lie in investors unresolved contradictions: Quick to complain about government unreliable and shifting stance, investors look to the same counter party to guarantee their iron clad power purchase agreements (PPAs) to secure their returns. To unleash Indonesia geothermal potential, we propose adopting slim hole drilling technologies to reduce costs, while facilitating sequential commitments. This could enhance strategic flexibility that lowers the costs of good failures while facilitating the adoption of resource insurance to de risk geothermal exploration and drilling. To sustain these benefits, cheap energy policy needs to be phased out to allow a restructured PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) to flourish by embracing commercially viable strategic approaches."

"Weak policy measures and improper monitoring of the flows and consumption of short-term external funds during the boom period (especially in early and mid 1990's) had been substantial in contributing to the country's currency and economic crisis in mid 1997. Private capital outflows in the form of capital flight had aggravated the intensity of the recent economic crisis as it drained the capital out at the time when it was most needed. Capital flight is estimated using an indirect measure (originally used by World bank, 1985) which involves a residual of some other variables. Accordingly, capital flight is calculated as the identified acquisitions of external assets except official reserves, plus recorded errors and ornissions. An econometric analysis was conducted to determine factors affecting capital flight from Indonesia. Using Augmented DickeyFuller and Phillip-Perron tests of unit root, it was found that ail variables except FDI, uncertainty and interest rate differentials are nonstationary. The Johansen's approach was used to test co-integration in multivariate system that involved long run and short run estimations. The results show that exchange rate depreciation, increase in external debt, GDP, FDI and inflation are important determ~inants of capital flight from Indonesia. Policy measures to prevent future capital flight problem should incorporate the impact and interdependence of various macroeconomic variables. Balanced policy measures based on both fiscal and monetary policies are important in order to maintain or strengthen the confidence of the public. It is important to carefully monitor the flows and consumption of external funds especially during the time of prosperity."

"Penelitian tesis ini bertujuan untuk mendalami hubungan antara variabel Modal Psikologis dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, mengetahui dimensi Modal Psikologis yang paling berhubungan dengan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, serta efektivitas intervensi pelatihan untuk meningkatkan Modal Psikologis dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan Divisi Produksi XTV, sebuah stasiun televisi swasta. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Perilaku Kerja Inovatif (Janssen, 2000) (Alpha Cronbach = 0.942) dan kuesioner Modal Psikologis (Luthans et al., 2015) (Alpha Cronbach = 0.877).
Hasil uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan hubungan positif signifikan antara Modal Psikologis dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif (r = 0.518, p < 0.01). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dengan semakin meningkatnya Modal Psikologis pada para karyawan, maka akan meningkat pula Perilaku Kerja Inovatif mereka. Intervensi pelatihan Modal Psikologis diberikan kepada para karyawan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan Modal Psikologis dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif. Pada penelitian ini, evaluasi pelatihan dilakukan sampai tahap pengetahuan Modal Psikologis.
Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang Modal Psikologis dari para partisipan setelah diberikan intervensi pelatihan Modal Psikologis (Z = -2.393, p < 0.05). Dengan demikian, pihak perusahaan dapat menjadikan pelatihan Modal Psikologis, sebagai pengembangan diri para karyawannya, agar dapat meningkatkan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif mereka.

The aim of this research is to analyzed the relationship between Psychological Capital (PsyCap) and Innovative Work Behavior (IWB), which PsyCap?dimension have the strongest relationship with IWB, and the effectivity of Unleashing The Power Of Psychological Capital Within Yourself training to enhancing PsyCap and IWB. The respondent of this research are XTV? Production Division Employees, a private television company. This research used Innovative Work Behavior Scale (Janssen, 2000) (Alpha Cronbach = 0.942) and Psychological Capital Questionairre (Luthans et al., 2015) (Alpha Cronbach = 0.877).
earson correlation analysis found there was significantly positive relationship between Psychological Capital and Innovative Work Behavior (r = 0.518, p < 0.01). This result indicates that the increasing of Psychological Capital, will also increased Innovative Work Behavior. Psychological Capital Training were given as intervention, with aim to increasing participants Psychological Capital and Innovative Work Behavior. This research did the knowledge evaluation towards the participants.
The result from Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test found that there was increasing in participants' Psychological Capital knowledge after the intervention (Z = -2.393, p < 0.05). Thus, the company could make the Psychological Capital Training as part of their employee development program, to support employee?s Psychological Capital and Innovative Work Behavior.

"Tesis ini mengidentifikasi risiko yang mempengaruhi pasca implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) melalui persepsi para operator dan pengguna layanan sistem ERP di PT Indofarma Tbk terhadap aspek kemungkinan, dampak dan frekuensi terjadinya peristiwa risiko yang timbul pada tahap pascaimplementasi sistem ERP.
Hasil penelitian menemukan 34 risiko harus dicermati oleh perusahaan dalam rangka perbaikan layanan sistem ERP di masa mendatang. Diantara 34 risiko tersebut, risiko yang paling mempengaruhi pascaimplementasi sistem ERP perusahaan didominasi oleh risiko yang berhubungan dengan organisasi dan sumberdaya manusia yang terlibat dalam sistem ERP baik sebagai operator maupun pengguna sistem bukan risiko yang berakar dari permasalahan teknis.

This thesis identifies risks that could affect post-implementation system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The risks were identified as a result from the perception of the operators and user ofERP system at PT Indofarma Tbk on the probability, impact and frequency of risks that occurred post-implementation of the ERP system.
This study also identifies 34 risks that should be carefully monitored by the Company in order to improve the ERP system in the future. Amongst these risks, it was evident that the most critical risks to post implementation of the ERP system is related to organization and human resources that are involved in the ERP system both who functions as the operators and system users which implies that these risks are not originated to technical matter.
