Penelitian ini menyajikan metode finite volumeyang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persamaan gelombang air dangkal dua dimensi dan bagaimana metode finite volumediimplementasikan dalam perangkat lunak ANUGA. Metode finite volumeadalah metode numerik yang mendasari perangkat lunakANUGA. ANUGA sendiri adalah perangkat lunak open source yang dikembangkan oleh Australian National University(ANU) dan Geoscience Australia (GA). Perangkat lunak ini menggunakan metode finite volumedengan diskritisasi domain segitiga dalam proseskomputasi. Empat uji kasus digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja perangkat lunak. Secara keseluruhan, ANUGA adalah perangkat lunak yang robust untuk mensimulasikan dua dimensi aliran arus air dangkal.

Abstract
Shallow water flows are governed by the shallow water wave equations, also known as the Saint-Venant system. This paper presents a finite volume method used to solve the two-dimensional shallow water wave equations and how the finite volume method is implemented in ANUGA software. This finite volume method is the numerical method underlying the software. ANUGA is open source software developed by Australian National University (ANU) and Geoscience Australia (GA). This software uses the finite volume method with triangular domain discretisation for the computation. Four test cases are considered in order to evaluate the performance of the software. Overall, ANUGA is a robust software to simulate two-dimensional shallow water flows."

"Simulation has become the preferred approach for engineers and scientists who design complex systems because it allows them to test whether a system design meets all necessary performance standards. This book provides an introduction to computer-aided system design with Simulink, a robust, accurate, and easily used simulation tool. The author takes readers on a tour of the Simulink environment that shows how to develop a system model and execute the design steps needed to make the model into a functioning design laboratory. Included along the way are the mathematics of systems: difference equations and z transforms, ordinary differential equations (both linear and nonlinear) and Laplace transforms, and numerical methods for solving differential equations.
Because specific applications require specific tools, the author introduces additional software packages that work within the Simulink environment. The Signal Processing Blockset extends Simulink into the areas of both analog and digital signal processing; Stateflow is used for state charts and signal flow for modeling event-driven systems; SimPowerSystems handles physical modeling, in particular the modeling of electrical circuits including power systems, motor drives, power generation equipments, and three-phase power transmission lines; and SimMechanics develops models of mechanical systems such as robots. In total, the author covers over 70 applications taken from several disciplines, and he describes numerous tested, annotated, and reusable models and blocks to help readers apply the book material to their own applications.

Program komputer untuk simulasi numerik kontour beban pada lentur dua arah kolom beton bertulang disajikan pada tulisan ini.Program kontour beban ini menghasilkan grafik yang mewakili semua diagram interaksi, bidang runtuh pada suatu kolom beton bertulang yang mengalami lentur dua arah dan beban aksial tekan. Enam hasil perhitungan secara numerik dari berbagai ukuran penampang kolom dengan beban lemur dua arah dan aksial tekan, disajikan lengkap dengan ilustrasi grafiknya. Program komputer ini disiapkan sebagai alat bantu alternatif dalam analisa, review dan desain kolom beton bertulang yang mengalami gaya kombinasi lentur dua arah dan beban aksial. Hasil dari perhitungan numerik ini juga dibandingkan dengan metode perhitungan yang sudah biasa digunakan.

ABSTRACT
A computer program to simulate load contour for column section under biaxial bending and axial loading is presented. This Load contour program represents all the strength interaction diagram, failure surface or load contour of reinforced concrete column section under biaxial bending and axial load. Six numerical analysis output of column under combined bending or biaxial bending and axial load are presented complete with graphical illustration. This computer program is prepared to provide alternative tools in analysis, review and design of reinforced concrete column under combined bending or biaxial bending and axial loading. It has been compared with existing method which are commonly used.

"Jalan pedestrian secara tidak langsung mempunyai peranan penting didalam kehidupan dan rancangan sebuah kota, yang dimana dasar kegunaan dari pedestrian ialah alur untuk berjalan atau pergerakan dan akses pejalan kaki sehingga rancangan pedestrian harus memiliki manfaat bagi pengguna untuk dapat bersirkulasi dengan aman, mudah dan nyaman. Salah satu jenis pedestrian yang terdapat di Jakarta ialah pedestrian komersil, dimana jalur pejalan kaki di kelilingi oleh pertokoan dengan akses masuk menghadap pedestrian, sehingga jalur menjadi ramai namun hal ini memicu adanya pengguna lain yang datang untuk memanfaatkan jalur pedestrian menjadi tempat berdagang sementara. Akhirnya, dipergunakan oleh pejalan kaki sebagai tempat singgah untuk makan, minum, dan bersosialisasi sehingga muncul penyempitan dibeberapa titik jalur pedestrian yang membuat alur sirkulasi pengguna akan memiliki variasi mengikuti perbedaan kegiatan pada di waktu dan ditempat yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan pada skripsi ini menggunakan pengamatan arsitektural, wawancara pengguna pedestrian dan studi litelatur. Skripsi ini akan membahas tentang peran temporary activity pada pola sirkulasi dan kenyamanan pengguna jalur pedestrian di Jalan Sabang dan Jalan Jaksa, Jakarta.

Pedestrian indirectly has an important role in daily activity and urban design. Pedestrian has basic function for walking or moving and access for walkers. Therefore pedestrian should fulfill its basic function and benefit for the user in terms of safety, convenient and comfort circulation. One of the pedestrian type in Jakarta is commercial pedestrian which surrounded by store and have entrance facing the pedestrian, so the lane has high volume of pedestrian user. However, this condition spurs other comer to use pedestrian for selling foods (temporary activity) which can bring more people to visit pedestrian to eat and socialize, so the pedestrian sidewalk will be narrow at some points and cause the circulation flow of pedestrian users will have different variations between activities at different times and places. The Method used in this study is through architectural observe, interview the pedestrian user and literature study. This study will find out the impact the role of temporary activity in pedestrian circulation pattern and level of comfortness for pedestrian user at Jalan Sabang and Jalan Jaksa, Jakarta."

"Pada skripsi ini, dibahas model SIS dengan intervensi perawatan medis berupa pengobatan ke rumah sakit untuk individu terinfeksi. Model ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan dinamika penyebaran penyakit tertentu secara spasial. Model epidemi SIS akan direkonstruksi dengan melibatkan dua faktor, yaitu faktor intervensi perawatan medis, dan faktor spasial. Sejumlah individu terinfeksi diberikan intervensi perawatan medis untuk
mempercepat waktu pemulihan. Hasil dari simulasi menunjukkan bahwa mobilitas manusia dapat mempengaruhi penyebaran penyakit secara spasial. Faktor spasial terlibat dalam model dengan pendekatan persamaan diferensial parsial. Dalam skripsi ini, dibahas hasil dan interpretasi dari titik keseimbangan, analisis kestabilan, dan Basic Reproduction Number (R0), dan metode beda hingga digunakan untuk mendekati solusi numerik model dalam beberapa skenario intervensi di lapangan.

In this thesis discussed the SIS model with medical treatment intervetion in the form of hospital treatment for infected individuals. This model is used to describe the dynamic of the spatial spread of certain diseases. The SIS epidemic model will be reconstructed by involving two factors, namely Medical Treatment Intervetion factors, and spatial factors. Some infected individuals are given medical treatment intervention to accelerate
the recovery time. Simulation results show that human mobility can affect the spread ofdisease spatially. Spatial factors are involved in to the models with PDE approached. In this thesis, the results and interpretation of equillibrium, system stability analysis, and R0 are discussed, and finite difference methods used to approaches numerical solutions of models in several intervention scenarios in the field.

"Energi tidak terbarukan di Indonesia seperti batu bara masih sangat banyak digunakan untuk menghasilkan listrik. Energi tidak terbarukan ini dapat digantikan oleh sumber energi terbarukan. Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan mempunyai banyak potensi energi terbarukan di laut seperti energi arus pasang surut. Energi ini dapat diubah dari bentuk energi kinetik menjadi energi listrik menggunakan turbin arus. Salah satu daerah yang mempunyai potensi cukup besar untuk pemanfaatan arus laut ini adalah Selat Alas yang memisahkan Pulau Lombok dengan Pulau Sumbawa. Pemilihan Selat Alas ini dikarenakan letaknya yang berada diantara dua pulau yang cukup kecil sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi kedua pulau tersebut. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran efisiensi dari turbin arus yang disimulasikan secara numerik menggunakan keadaan yang ada pada Selat Alas. Dalam studi ini dilakukan variasi diameter 18, 20, dan 22 meter. Berdasarkan hasil studi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa diameter turbin terbaik yang diperoleh secara numerikal adalah diameter turbin 22 meter dengan memperoleh efisiensi sebesar 42,58%. 

Non renewable energy in Indonesia like coal still very widely used to generate electricity. This non renewable energy can be replaced by renewable energy sources. Indonesia as an archipelagic country  has a lot renewable enrgy sources potential in the sea such as tidal power. This energy can converted from kinetic energy to electrical energy using tidal turbine. One of the area with the biggest potential is Alas Strait. Alas Strait separate Lombok Island and Sumbawa Island. The selection of this area is based on because this strait separate two small islands so the electricity that generated by this turbine can be useful for the people of this two islands. This study aims to analize the efficiency of tidal turbine simulated with the condition of the Alas Strait using numerical simulation. In this study, variatios in diameters of the turbines are 18, 20, and 22 meters. Based on all the results of the tidal turbine efficiency study, it can be concluded that the best diameter of the turbine is 22 meters, with the efficiency generated is 42,58%."

"Recent literature in automotive research indicates that studies of the environmental impact mostly concern metal-based components. Environmental effects are mainly analyzed using “environmental performance indicators” and “life cycle assessment” techniques. Therefore, a knowledge gap in the field of studying automotive plastic components should be conducted based on analyzing material and manufacturing processes selection at the design stage. The research is focused on a plastic component previously unexplored and analyzed using tools that have not been employed for this application. A computer-aided tool was used to model the part and its associated sustainability function was used to analyze its environmental impact. The component was analyzed using different materials and manufacturing processes, then redesigned to be more ergonomic. The improved component design was manufactured using rapid prototyping and a consumer preference survey was conducted to determine which component was preferred. The research found that by changing the material to high-density polyethylene there would be approximately a 30% reduction in carbon footprint, 24% reduction in air acidification, 26% reduction in water eutrophication and 15% reduction in total energy consumption. Injection molding is found to be the most sustainable manufacturing process."
