"Serangkaian kegiatan sistem produksi (Input-proses-output) mempunyai risiko kegagalan pada setiap tahapnya. Penanganan risiko kegagalan proses produksi selama ini berjalan sendiri-sendiri atau secara parsial, hanya pada fase input, fase proses ataupun hanya pada fase output pada sistem produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang model risiko kegagalan sistem produksi terintegrasi menggunakan sistem dinamis. Objek penelitian ini adalah empat perusahaan fabrikasi logam. Penyelesaian permasalahan dilakukan melalui perancangan model sistem produksi terintegrasi dengan cara identifikasi kegagalan menggunakan FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) dan direpresentasikan menjadi sistem dinamis yang terkuantifikasi. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan di setiap perusahaan, identifikasi kegagalan sistem produksi dikategorikan menjadi 7 kategori yaitu kegagalan akibat material error (ME), material conformance (MC), material handling (MH), penyimpanan material/material deteriorated (MD), proses produksi (PP), product handling (PH) dan penyimpanan produk/product deteriorated (PD). Hasil FMEA menunjukkan nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number) yang memiliki nilai tinggi terdapat pada kategori proses produksi, material error dan material conformance dengan masing-masing nilai RPN sebesar 241, 101 dan 91. Tiga variabel tersebut dijadikan variabel yang dipentingkan dalam skenario penelitian ini. Skenario dilakukan dengan merubah parameter variabel-variabel penting untuk mengetahui kemungkinan keadaan di masa mendatang, baik secara optimis, pesimis, maupun keadaan yang rata-rata terjadi (most likely). Safety factor model sebesar 1,10 untuk skenario optimistic, 1,06 untuk most likely, dan 0,90 untuk skenario pessimistic. Rata-rata keberhasilan sistem produksi dari perusahaan fabrikasi logam pada penelitian ini sebesar 86% (14% defect). Rata-rata skenario optimistic menunjukkan keberhasilan sistem produksi sebesar 95% (5% defect), most likely sebesar 92% (8% defect) dan pesimistic sebesar 78% (22% defect). Hasil simulasi menunjukkan skenario optimistic menghasilkan kenaikan rata-rata keberhasilan sistem produksi sebesar 9% dari hasil aktual, skenario most likely naik sebesar 6% dan skenario pesimistic turun sebesar 10% dari hasil aktual. Dalam perhitungan rupiah, omzet setiap bulan hasil simulasi dibandingkan dengan kondisi actual menggambarkan kondisi optimistic naik sebesar Rp 4.1 Milyar (9.6%), kondisi most likely naik sebesar Rp 1.8 Milyar (5.9%) dan kondisi pesimistic turun sebesar Rp 7.7 Milyar (10.1%). Dari ketiga skenario ini, perusahaan bisa memperhitungkan besarnya selisih akibat adanya risiko kegagalan produk pada semua proses dari mulai incoming material hingga finished product yang siap dipasarkan. Skenario ini bisa dijadikan tolak ukur oleh perusahaan sebagai target risiko yang ditetapkan atau dipertahankan pada berapa persen tingkatannya.

The series of production system activities (Input-process-output) has a risk of failure at each stage. Handling the risk of failure in the production process has been running individually or partially, either in the input phase, the process phase or only at the output phase of the production system. The purpose of this study is to design a failure risk reduction model for an integrated production system using a dynamic system. The objects of this research are four metal fabrication companies. Problem solving is done by designing an integrated production system model by identifying failures using FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and represented as a quantifiable dynamic system. Based on the data collected in each company, the identification of production system failures is categorized into 7 categories, namely failure due to material error (ME), material suitability (MC), material handling (MH), storage of damaged material/material (MD), production process (PP), product handling (PH) and deteriorating product storage (PD). The FMEA results show that the RPN (Risk Priority Number) value which has a high value is in the category of production process, material error and material suitability with RPN values of 241, 101 and 91 respectively. These three variables are used as important variables in this research scenario. Scenarios are carried out by changing the parameters of important variables to determine possible future conditions, both optimistically, pessimistically, as well as conditions that occur on average (most likely). The safety factor model is 1.10 for the optimistic scenario, 1.06 for the most likely scenario, and 0.90 for the pessimistic scenario. The success rate of the metal fabrication company production system in this study was 86% (defect 14%). The optimistic scenario on average shows the success of the production system at 95% (5% defect), most likely 92% (8% defect) and 78% pessimist (22% defect). The simulation results show that the optimistic scenario results in an increase in the average success of the production system by 9% of actual results, the scenario most likely increases by 6% and the pessimistic scenario decreases by 10% of the actual result. In the calculation of rupiah, the monthly turnover of the simulation results compared to the actual conditions illustrates that the optimistic condition increased by Rp. 4.1 billion (9.6%), the most likely condition increased by Rp. 1.8 billion (5.9%) and the pessimistic condition decreased by Rp. 7.7 billion (10.1%). From the three scenarios, the company can calculate the difference in risk of product failure in all processes, from incoming materials to finished products that are ready to be marketed. This scenario can be used as a benchmark by the company as a risk target that is set or maintained at what percentage level."

The focus of this study is for regulating and developing of national workers who worked in Production Sharing Contract Company in oil and gas sector. The Oil and Gas sector have special characteristic such as the large amount of capital needed, high risk and require a complicated technology to explore and exploited the oil and gas. The deficiency of national workers had raise in this sector. To prevent the deficiency amount of national workers get bigger, The Government of Indonesia raise the regulation"Un to the Production Sharing Contract Company to hire
national workers as a priori , and develop the national workers competency. The Production Sharing Contract Company shall obey the government policy of worker and oil and gas, subject to the Production Sharing Contract had been signed by the Government of Indonesia and Production Sharing Contract Company.

"Teknologi informasi TI memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung operasional tugas dan fungsi Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Republik Indonesia Kemenkumham RI untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan berbasis elektronik. Grand design TI Kemenkumham RI mengidentifikasi manajemen pengelolaan TI sebagai salah satu kendala implementasi pemerintahan berbasis elektronik. Karya akhir ini menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola TI Kemenkumham RI saat ini dan menyusun rekomendasi untuk memperbaiki tingkat kapabilitas. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan Process Assesment Model PAM dimana hasil pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas Kemenkumham RI saat ini adalah tingkat 1 Performed Process, yang berarti telah ada proses-proses COBIT 5 yang diterapkan untuk mencapai tujuan proses tersebut. Terdapat tujuh proses COBIT 5 yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan yang ditentukan dengan memetakan permasalahan pain point dan proses COBIT 5 dengan rencana pengembangan TI Kemenkumham RI tahun 2018.

Information technology IT has an important role in supporting the operational tasks and functions of The Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights Kemenkumham RI to implement e-government. IT grand design of Kemenkumham RI identified IT governance as one of the obstacles to implement e-government. This research uses COBIT 5 framework to measure the current capability level of IT Governance in Kemenkumham RI and develop recommendations to improve the capability level. Measurement is done by using Process Assessment Model PAM where the result of Kemenkumham RI capability level assessment is level 1 Performed Process , which means there have been COBIT 5 processes implemented to achieve the objectives of the process. There are seven COBIT 5 processes which are the priority of improvement determined by mapping points pain points and COBIT 5 process with IT development plan of Kemenkumham RI in 2018."

Interaksi sosial yang merupakan seperangkat aksi simbolik disebut resistensi dan akomodasi. Resistensi secara sembunyi-sembunyi sebagai transkripsi tersembunyi dan akomodasi dilakukan sebagai transkripsi publik oleh kelompok yang inferior dengan mengambil peran kelompok yang dominan. yang menyatakan dirinya modern. Gejala lain muncul di antara keduanya. Keberagaman refleksi resistensi dan akomodasi untuk meraih status terhormat, sumber daya dan melupakan asal mereka. Pernyataan tesis disertasi adalah interaksionisme simbolik yang berfokus pada simbol. Pendapat saya pembangunan bukanlah sekedar proses terencana yang direalisasikan menjadi seperangkat kegiatan untuk siapa saja dengan syarat-syarat tertentu. Pembangunan memerlukan sinergi antara program dan proyek yang belum bersinerg.

This thesis is to show that symbolic interactionism explains about resistance and accommodation by actors in social interaction focusing on symbols. Its methodology is focused on social action by actors and on groups and passes back and forth between two as unit of analysis within their social setting. Actor behavior including their reflection of organization is a positioning of actors as the product of interpretation by each of them about themselves and symbols within their social settings. By focusing on actor symbolic action in its interplay with social settings, which includes past and present, this thesis shows that resistance and accommodation is reflected variedly from one actor to another, and from one group and social organization to another. The case presented is that of librarians and library staff in Nagari Library. The librarians and library staff is variedly resistant but remain accommodative live side by side. In my opinion program of development is not merely well-planned process to be a set of activities applied generally to everyone. Development requires necessarily a synergy between program and project."

"Teknologi Informasi di PT ABC memiliki peran penting untuk mendukung tugas dan fungsi operasional anak perusahaan. Maka dari itu, TI perlu dikelola dengan baik untuk dapat mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam tesis ini, Tata Kelola TI di PT ABC dievaluasi menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 untuk mendapatkan tingkat kemampuan saat ini yang kemudian diikuti oleh rekomendasi untuk memperbaiki tingkat kapabilitas.
Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa proses Tata Kelola TI PT ABC berada pada tingkat 2, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses TI telah telah terlaksana dan terkelola namun hanya sebagian besar proses yang sudah memiliki standar operasional prosedur. Rekomendasi untuk perbaikan proses mengacu pada target jangka pendek yang sudah disepakati dan memprioritaskan proses perbaikan pada proses yang masih berada pada tingkat kapabilitas 1.

Information Technology at ABC Company has an important role to support the operational functions of all its subsidiaries. Therefore, information technology needs to be well managed to achieve company goals. In this research, IT governance capability at ABC Company is evaluated by COBIT 5 framework focusing on the pain points encountered at ABC Company.
Evaluation result shows that the IT governance capability process at ABC Company has achieved level 2 managed , indicates that the IT Governance processes have been large to fully perform and managed but most of the process has not yet been established. Recommendation for process improvement focuses on achieving the short and long ndash term targets based on COBIT 5 activities best practices.

"In this study, we explore the evolution of a corporate system by analyzing the case of production and employment structures in the Toyota Group. Our findings show that the production structure of the Toyota Group, which has been gradually affected by external, market, and institutional factors since the 1980s, transformed in 2009 from a domestic-oriented production structure to an overseas-oriented production structure. We also determined that since 2004, the domestic employment structure of the Toyota Motor Corporation has evolved to allow the flexible management of worker supply and demand through the hiring of nonregular workers, in response to the amendment to the Worker Dispatching Act. Consequently, the Toyota Group's production and employment structures have evolved to help secure channels that help the company flexibly adjust its output in response to abrupt economic fluctuations."
