"Mahasiswa keperawatan yang bertugas memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien COVID-19 memiliki peran ganda sebagai mahasiswa dan perawat atau relawan sehingga rentan mengalami masalah kesehatan psikososial. Tuntutan akademik yang melebihi kapasitas adaptif dan perubahan metode pembelajaran secara daring dapat menjadi stresor terjadinya stres akademik. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan sebuah penyakit baru yang kemuculannya tiba-tiba dan karakteristiknya masih belum diketahui semuanya sehingga menyebabkan ketakutan di masyarakat yang menjadi cikal bakal terjadinya stigma. Salah satu subjek stigma COVID-19 di masyarakat yaitu perawat yang memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien COVID-19. Perceived stigma yaitu stigma yang dipersepsikan atau orang dapat merasakan ada stigma terhadap dirinya. Sedangkan experienced stigma merupakan pengalaman mengenai perlakuan yang tidak adil akibat dari stigma yang ditimbulkan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 170 mahasiswa keperawatan di Universitas Indonesia yang bertugas memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien COVID-19 untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres, perceived stigma, dan experienced stigma. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan pengambilan data menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen DASS 42 yang telah dimodifikasi, EMIC Stigma Scale, dan experienced stigma yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat untuk mengetahui frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat stres akademik sangat berat (31,2%), perceved stigma tinggi (51,2%), dan experienced stigma (15,3%). Peneliti merekomendasikan kepada institusi pendidikan untuk lebih mengoptimalkan layanan konseling pada mahasiswa, pihak rumah sakit untuk menyediakan layanan dukungan psikologis bagi perawat, dan mahasiswa diharapkan dapat menerapkan manajemen stres untuk mengatasi stres akademik.

Nursing students who are in charge of providing services to COVID-19 patients have a dual role as students and nurses or volunteers, that’s why they are prone to psychosocial health problems. Academic demands that exceed adaptive capacity and changes in online learning methods can be stressors for academic stress. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new disease that appears suddenly and all of its characteristics are still unknown, causing fear in the community which is the forerunner of stigma. One of the subjects of COVID-19 in the community is nurse who provide services to COVID-19 patients. Perceived stigma can be interpreted as a people can feel there is a stigma against themselves. While experienced stigma is an experience of unfair treatment as a result of the stigma caused. The study was conducted on 170 nursing students who were in charge of providing services to COVID-19 patients to find out an overview of stress levels, perceived stigma, and experienced stigma. This study used a quantitative research with descriptive methods and data collection using total sampling techniques. This study used a modified DASS 42 instrument, EMIC Stigma Scale, and experienced stigma which were analyzed using univariate analysis to determine the frequency and percentage. The results showed that the level of academic stress was very heavy (31.2%), high perceived stigma (51.2%), and experienced stigma (15.3%). Researchers recommend the educational institutions to optimize their counseling services further to the students, hospitals provide psychological support services for nurses, and students are expected to apply stress management to deal with academic stress."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara stres dan perilaku merokok dengan efek moderasi perceived susceptibility di masa pandemi COVID-19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah non-eksperimental dan cross-sectional dengan partisipan penelitian sebanyak 176 partisipan yang merupakan perokok aktif berusia 19- 40 tahun. Variabel pada penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur COVID-19 Stressor Scale, Perceived Susceptibility in the Smoking Context, dan Heaviness of Smoking Index (HIS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres memiliki korelasi positif dan tidak signifikan dengan perilaku merokok di masa pandemi COVID-19 (r = 0,113, p > 0,05). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran perceived susceptibility pada hubungan stres dan perilaku merokok (b = -0,006, t = - 2,263, p < 0,05).

This research aims to examine the relationship between stress and smoking behavior with the moderating effect of perceived susceptibility during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research design used was non-experimental and cross-sectional with 176 participants who were active smokers aged 19-40 years. The variables in this research were measured using the COVID-19 Stressor Scale, Perceived Susceptibility in the Smoking Context, and Heaviness of Smoking Index (HIS). The results of this research indicate that stress has a positive and insignificant correlation with smoking behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic (r = 0.113, p > 0.05). In addition, this research also shows that there is a role for perceived susceptibility in the relationship between stress and smoking behavior (b = -0.006, t = -2.263, p <0.05)."

"Pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi saat ini dapat memicu dialaminya distres psikologis pada remaja atau memperparah distres psikologis yang sudah dialami sebelumnya. Dalam menghadapi hal tersebut, harapan dapat dilihat sebagai salah satu faktor protektif dalam kesehatan mental individu, khususnya di masa pandemi COVID-19 saat ini. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu kontribusi harapan terhadap distres psikologis pada remaja madya dalam konteks pandemic COVID-19 di Indonesia. Studi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan meminta partisipan mengisi alat ukur Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) (Kessler et al., 2003) dan Adult Hope Scale (AHS) (Snyder et al., 1991) versi Bahasa Indonesia yang telah diadaptasi. Partisipan pada penelitian sejumlah 651 remaja madya yang terdiri dari siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas di beberapa kota besar di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kontribusi harapan yang negatif dan signifikan (R² =.038; F(1,649)=26.63; p<.05) terhadap distres psikologis. Harapan berkontribusi sebesar 3.8% terhadap penurunan distres psikologis. Dimensi agency thinking (β = -.068, p<.05) memiliki kontribusi lebih besar terhadap penurunan distres psikologis dibandingkan pathways thinking (β = -.151, p>.05) yang artinya semakin tinggi agency thinking yang dimiliki remaja, maka distres psikologis yang dialami akan semakin rendah.

The current COVID-19 pandemic can trigger psychological distress in adolescents or exacerbate previously experienced psychological distress. In dealing with the psychological distress, hope can be seen as one of the protective factors in individual mental health, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, this study aims to find out the contribution of hope to psychological distress in middle adolescents in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The study was conducted using a quantitative method by asking participants to fill out the Indonesian version of the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) (Kessler et al., 2003) and Adult Hope Scale (AHS) (Snyder et al., 1991) which have been adapted into Bahasa. Participants in the study were 651 middle-adolescents consisting of high school students in several big cities in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate a negative and significant contribution of hope (R² = .038; F(1,649)=26.63; p<.05) on psychological distress. Hope contributed 3.8% to the decrease in psychological distress. The agency thinking dimension (β = -.068, p<.05) has a greater contribution to the reduction of psychological distress than pathways thinking (β = -.151, p>.05) which means that the higher the agency thinking adolescents have, the lower psychological distress they are experienced."

"Pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi di seluruh dunia telah membuat perubahan besar dalam tatanan kehidupan bermasyarakat, termasuk pendidikan di Indonesia. Penyelesaian skripsi bagi mahasiswa sarjana keperawatan tingkat akhir, menjadi sumber stres tersendiri, ditambah dengan kondisi pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi gambaran tingkat stres dan mekanisme koping yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa keperawatan tingkat akhir dalam menyusun skripsi pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross- sectional. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 123 mahasiswa program studi sarjana keperawatan reguler dari dua perguruan tinggi negeri di Jakarta yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat stres adalah Perceived Stress Scale - 10 yang dikembangkan oleh Cohen et al., (1983) dan untuk mengetahui mekanisme koping digunakan kuesioner Ways of Coping Questionnaire yang dikembangkan oleh Lazarus & Folkman (1984) kemudian direvisi oleh Vitaliano, Russo, Carr, Maiuro, dan Becker. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, mayoritas mahasiswa mengalami stres sedang (75,6 %), serta 1,6 % mahasiswa mengalami stres berat. Kemudian mayoritas mahasiswa menggunakan mekanisme koping berfokus pada masalah (70,7%) dengan domain problem focused (mean 59,59 dan sd ± 9.105, dengan mean of mean score 3,9537). Hasil ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian mengingat dampak stres yang ditimbulkan pada mahasiswa dapat menurunkan indeks prestasi, lebih jauh dapat menyebabkan depresi dan tindak bunuh diri. Namun apabila dilihat dari tingkat stresnya, mahasiswa keperawatan dapat memanajemen stres nya dengan baik, meskipun mayoritas mengalami stres sedang namun mahasiswa masih dapat fokus mengerjakan skripsi yang ditunjukkan dengan banyak nya penggunaan mekanisme berfokus pada masalah dibanding berfokus pada emosi.

The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred throughout the world has made major changes in the order of social life, including education in Indonesia. Completion of theses for undergraduate nursing students has become a source of stress in itself, coupled with pandemic conditions. This study aims to identify the description of stress levels and coping mechanisms used by final year nursing students in writing thesis during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive research design with a cross- sectional approach. The sample used in this study was 123 regular undergraduate nursing students from two state universities in Jakarta who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used to measure stress levels is the Perceived Stress Scale - 10 developed by Cohen et al., (1983) and to determine the coping mechanism used the Ways of Coping Questionnaire developed by Lazarus & Folkman (1984) and then revised by Vitaliano, Russo, Carr, Maiuro, and Becker. The results showed that the majority of students experienced moderate stress (75.6 %), and 1.6% of students experienced severe stress. Then the majority of students used problem-focused coping mechanisms (70.7%) with a problem focused domain (mean 59.59 and sd ± 9.105, with a mean of mean score of 3.9537). These results need attention considering the impact of stress on students can reduce the achievement index, further can cause depression and suicide. However, when viewed from the level of stress, nursing students can manage their stress well, even though the majority experience moderate stress, but students can still focus on working on their thesis which is indicated by the many use of problem- focused mechanisms rather than focusing on emotions."

"Penutupan institusi pendidikan sebagai salah satu langkah penerapan kebijakan pembataan sosial berskala besar, menyebabkan mahasiswa berisiko mengalami kesepian. Kesepian yang terjadi pada mahasiswa dapat berdampak pada kesehatan mental mahasiswa, salah satunya berisiko mengalami psychological distress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kesepian selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan psychological distress pada mahasiswa. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-korelasi dan teknik potong lintang melibatkan 591 mahasiswa, didapatkan melalui teknik virtual network sampling. Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji kai kuadrat didapatkan ada hubungan antara kesepian selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan psychological distress (p=0,000). Penelitian ini membantu pelayanan, penelitian, dan pendidikan keperawatan terkait kesepian dan psychological distress. Peningkatan concern dan awareness perawat terhadap fenomena kesepian dan stresor lainnya yang dapat mengancam kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa direkomendasikan.

The closure of educational institutions as one of the steps in implementing large-scale social restriction puts college students at risk of experiencing loneliness. Loneliness can dangerously affects students’ mental health, one of negative mental health risk caused by loneliness is psychological distress. This study aims to determine the relationship of loneliness during Covid-19 pandemic and psychological distress in college students. Quantitative research with descriptive-correlation design and cross-sectional technique involving 591 students, obtained through virtual network sampling technique. The result of the bivariate analysis with the Chi-square test found a relationship between loneliness during Covid-19 pandemic and psychological distress (p=0,000). This research supports the development of nursing services, research, and education related to loneliness and psychological distress. It is recommended to increase nurses’ concern and awareness of the phenomenon of loneliness and other stressors that can affect students’ psychological well-being."

"Latar belakang: Tingginya kasus COVID-19 di dunia mengakibatkan 13,3-16,6 juta kematian di kawasan Asia Tenggara, Eropa, dan Amerika. Di Indonesia lonjakan kematian mencapai 158.429, terbayak usia dewasa. Dampak kematian orang tua menimbulkan stress, cemas berisiko pada masalah kesehatan jiwa remaja yang lebih berat. Tujuan: menganalisis model mekanisme koping remaja yang menghadapi kehilangan orang tuaakibat COVID-19 terhadap tanda gejala stress, cemas. Metode: Penelitian tahap 1 survei pada 516 sample remaja di DKI Jakarta, dianalisa dengan SEM-PLS. Penelitian tahap 2, desain quasy eksperiment with control group menguji keefektifan model dengan sample kelompok intervensi, kontrol masing-masing 52. KuisionerZung Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). Analisa data mancova repeated. Hasil:Koefisien determinasi kuat (R2>0,67), stimulus fokal, stimulus kontekstual, penilaian stressor, sumber koping membentuk mekanisme koping (p-value<0,05). Terdapat perubahan tanda gejala stress, cemas pada remaja sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan model mekanisme koping pada kelompok intervensi. Simpulan: Model mekanisme koping remaja yang mengalami kehilangan orang tua efektif menurunkan tanda gejala stress, cemas. Saran: Model mekanisme koping remaja yang mengalami kehilangan orang tua dapat diimplementasikan kepada remaja dalam upaya pencegahan masalah psikososial yang lebih berat lagi, dan dapat diimplementasikan oleh guru dan perawat setingkat ahli Madya.

Background: The high number of COVID-19 cases worldwide has resulted in 13.3-16.6 million deaths across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas. In Indonesia, the death toll surged to 158,429, with the majority being adults. The loss of parents has led to stress and anxiety, increasing the risk of more severe mental health issues among adolescents. Objective: To analyze the coping mechanism model for adolescents dealing with the loss of parents due to COVID-19 in relation to symptoms of stress and anxiety. Methods: The study consisted of two phases. Phase 1 was a survey involving 516 adolescent samples in Jakarta, analyzed using SEM-PLS. Phase 2 used a quasi-experimental design with a control group to test the effectiveness of the model, involving intervention and control groups of 52 participants each. The Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) were used. Data were analyzed using repeated measures MANOVA. Results: The model showed a strong coefficient of determination (R² > 0.67). Focal stimuli, contextual stimuli, stressor appraisal, and coping resources significantly shaped the coping mechanism (p-value < 0.05). Changes in stress and anxiety symptoms were observed in adolescents before and after applying the coping mechanism model in the intervention group. Conclusion: The coping mechanism model for adolescents experiencing parental loss effectively reduced stress and anxiety symptoms. Recommendations: The coping mechanism model for adolescents dealing with parental loss can be implemented to prevent more severe psychosocial issues and can be applied by teachers and nurses at the associate expert level."

"ABSTRAK
Pandemi COVID 19 telah mengakibatkan penutupan sekolah di seluruh dunia. Untuk memastikan kelangsungan pengajaran dan pembelajaran, sekolah, perguruan tinggi dan universitas telah memindahkan kelas dan kuliah mereka secara online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang persepsi stres kerja pada mahasiswa kesehatan masyarakat Universitas Indonesia yang sedang menyusun skripsi selama pandemi COVID 19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survei cross sectional dan interpretasi deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner online yang terdiri dari; karakteristik individu, Perceived Stress Scale 10 items, Perceived Social Support Scale dan kuesioner yang dibuat dengan mempertimbangkan situasi pandemi, pengalaman dan persepsi mahasiswa dan hubungan efek dosis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 167 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dirasakan tinggi sebesar 21%, stres sedang 66,5% sedangkan untuk stres rendah 12,6%.Temuan lain yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perubahan pola belajar dari tatap muka menjadi pendidikan jarak jauh dengan tingkat stres mahasiswa (OR=16,65). Peneliti memberikan rekomendasi beberapa hal terkait dengan tindakan dalam mengelola stres kerja pada mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsi yaitu dengan berdiskusi dengan pembimbing akademis terkait beban tugas, mengerjakan skripsi di ruangan yang nyaman, membuat jadwal belajar agar cukup untuk beristirahat atau melakukan hal positif yang menyenangkan.

ABSTRACT
The Pandemic COVID 19 has resulted in the closure of schools around the world. To ensure the continuity of teaching and learning, schools, colleges and universities have moved their classes and lectures online. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of perceptions of work stress in public health students University of Indonesia who are preparing their undergraduate thesis during the COVID 19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional survey design and descriptive interpretation. Data were collected using an online questionnaire consisting of; individual characteristics, Perceived Stress Scale 10 items, Perceived Social Support Scale and a questionnaire has made by considering on these pandemic situation, the experience and perception of students and the relationship of dose effects The sample in this study was 167 students. The results showed that work stress was felt high (21%), moderate (66.5%) and mild (12.6%). Another finding is a significant relationship between the impact of changes in learning patterns from face to face to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic with students' stress levels (OR=16.65). Researcher gives several things to manage work stress among public health students who are preparing their thesis, by discussing with academic counsellor related to the academic load, making an undergraduate thesis in a comfortable environment, making a study schedule in order to get enough break or do what they like to do in a positive ways."

"Walaupun pendidikan di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia sudah dapat berlangsung secara tatap muka, bukan berarti ancaman terhadap paparan COVID-19 pada warga sekolah telah hilang. Hal tersebut terlihat dari tingginya kasus positif COVID-19 di Indonesia, di mana Provinsi DKI Jakarta merupakan provinsi dengan kasus positif COVID-19 tertinggi di Indonesia. Selain itu, keberadaan klaster penularan COVID-19 di sekolah-sekolah juga menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di sekolah. SDN Ujung Menteng 02 merupakan salah satu sekolah yang harus ditutup selama dua minggu akibat terdapat beberapa warga sekolah yang positif COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai implementasi protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di SDN Ujung Menteng 02 dengan melihat variabel yang terdapat pada Model Implementasi Edward III. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, SDN Ujung Menteng 02 telah cukup baik dalam mengimplementasikan protokol kesehatan COVID-19. Namun, masih terdapat perilaku warga sekolah yang harus dibenahi, seperti penggunaan masker, menjaga jarak, dan lain sebagainya. Sumber daya, komunikasi, dan disposisi (sikap) warga sekolah sudah baik dalam mengimplementasikan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di SDN Ujung Menteng 02. Namun, struktur birokrasi pada Satgas COVID-19 SDN Ujung Menteng 02 masih perlu diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan.

Although schools in various regions in Indonesia have been opened, the threat of exposure to COVID-19 for the school residents has not disappeared. This can be seen from the number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia, where DKI Jakarta Province is the province with the highest positive cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia. The COVID-19 transmission clusters in schools also show the importance of implementing COVID-19 health protocols in schools. SDN Ujung Menteng 02 was one of the schools that had to be closed due to several school residents who were positive for COVID-19. This study discusses the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol at SDN Ujung Menteng 02 by looking at the variables from Edward III Implementation Model. The type of research used is qualitative research with case study design, using in-depth interviews and observation. Based on the data obtained, there are still behaviors of school residents that must be addressed, such as the use of masks, physical distancing, etc. Resources, communication, and disposition of school residents are good in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol at SDN Ujung Menteng 02. However, the bureaucratic structure of the Satgas COVID-19 SDN Ujung Menteng 02 still needs to be improved."

"Dalam dua tahun terakhir pandemi corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) telah menginfeksi > 220 juta orang dan 5 juta orang meninggal. Di Indonesia > 4 juta orang terinfeksi dan > 140.000 orang meninggal. Pada puncak pandemi, kebutuhan perawatan tidak seimbang dengan sarana rumah sakit sehingga WHO menganjurkan untuk memprioritaskan pasien secara ekual. Untuk itu diperlukan prediktor luaran pasien COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun prediktor luaran pasien COVID-19 menggunakan regresi logistik dan machine learning.
Penelitian terdiri atas 2 tahap. Tahap pertama adalah kohort retrospektif untuk menyusun prediktor kematian di rumah sakit dengan regresi logistik dan machine learning (decision tree, random forest, support vectore machine, gradient boost and extreme gradient boost). Pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 diinput di data registri REG-COVID-19 pada bulan Maret–Juli 2020 di RS Persahabatan (RSP) dan RS Universitas Indonesia (RSUI). Tahap kedua adalah kohort prospektif pada pasien COVID-19 di RSP, RSUI dan RSPI Suliati Saroso pada bulan Maret–Mei 2021. Data yang diinput adalah data demografi, gejala klinis, komorbid, laboratorium, skor Brixia dari radiografi toraks, luaran pasien dari perawatan dan lama rawat.
Pada tahap penyusunan diperoleh 271 subjek untuk analisis machine learning, 239 subjek untuk model 1, sebanyak 180 subjek model 2, dan 152 subjek model 3 dan model 4. Hasil analisis regresi logistik model 1 terdiri atas 7 variabel yaitu demam, diabetes melitus, frekuensi napas, saturasi O2, leukosit, SGOT dan CRP dengan AUC 0,930. Model 2 memberikan hasil hampir sama tetapi SGOT menjadi SGPT dengan AUC 0,926. Model 3 memiliki AUC 0,919 dan model 4 memberikan AUC 0,924 dengan variabel D dimer > 2000 menjadi salah satu prediktor. Validasi semua model regresi logistik dan machine learning menunjukkan penurunan AUC, tetapi tidak berbeda bermakna (uji perbandingan AUC, p = 0,683–0,736). Perbandingan model regresi logistik dan machine learning juga tidak berbeda bermakna (uji perbandingan AUC dengan rumus Hanley, p = 0,492–0,923).
Disimpulkan prediksi kematian pasien COVID-19 menggunakan regresi logistik dan machine learning memiliki akurasi yang baik sehingga regresi logistik dan machine learning dapat dijadikan prediktor luaran pasien COVID-19.

Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has lasted almost 2 years worldwide with more than two hundred million world population were infected and almost 5 million (2%) death. In Indonesia, there have been more than 4 million people were infected with more than 140.000 (3.5%) death. At the peak of the outbreak there were discrepancy between health care facilities and demands. WHO recommended to prioritize patient equally, to avoid patient discrimination by social class, race, and gender. The best prediction tool should be valid, reliable and feasible. Many studies develop assessment with logistic regression and machine learning with the goal to improve accuracy. Some study showed variety of predictors in outcome prediction, in this study we developed and validated assessment tool to predict hospital mortality comparing logistic regression and machine learning, included support vector machine (SVM), decision tree (DT), random forest (RF), gradient boost (GB) and extreme gradient boost (XGB). Our study was conducted in 2 stages. The first stage study was cohort retrospective to develop assessment tool to predict hospital mortality by comparing logistic regression and machine learning among hospitalized COVID-19 patients from March to July 2020. The second was cohort prospective study among the same population, to validate the tools. The development data were collected from Persahabatan hospital and Universitas Indonesia hospital who registered in REG-COVID-19, 271subjects were eligible for machine learning analysis and 239 subjects for logistic regression data set 1; 180 subjects for data set 2; 152 for data set 3 and 4. Analysis of data set 1 resulted in 8 variables as mortality prediction include fever, DM, respiratory rate (RR), oxygen saturation, leucocyte, ALT > 42, CRP > 88, with AUC 0,930. Data set 2 resulted in similar variables except AST, with AUC 0,926. Data set 3 resulted in 6 variables with AUC 0,919 and Data set 4 resulted in 7 variables included fever, HR, RR, leucocyte, age above 52, CRP > 86 and D-dimer > 2000 with AUC 0,924. Validation of all models showed decreasing AUC. Machine learning analysis resulted in 5 models with the best was XGB among all set data with AUC between 0,8–0,9. There were decreasing of AUC of all models, but not statistically different (p 0.683–0.736). Comparing developed models with logistic regression and machine learning showed there were differences but not statistically significant. (p 0.492-0.923)"

"Mahasiswa keperawatan yang berada pada masa remaja akhir yaitu sudah mampu mengenali permasalahan dan memikirkan apa yang menjadi penyebab serta sudah mampu memikirkan solusi untuk masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan data demografis Mahasiswa S1 Reguler FIK UI dengan Perilaku adaptasi kebiasaan baru di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan 242 sampel diambil dengan stratified sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan yang telah di modifikasi dari penelitian olum,et.al (2020). Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis, Chi-Square dan Pearson Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden berada pada rentang usia 18-22 tahun, sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan (92,6%), berasal dari suku Jawa (46,3%) dengan pendapatan lebih dari atau sama dengan rata-rata UMR (75,6%), serta sebagian besar berasal dari angkatan 2020 (26,8%). Sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan baik (54,9%), sikap yang positif (71,1), keterampilan yang baik (73,1%) serta perilaku yang baik (57,4%). Berdasarkan analisis bivariat bahwa usia memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku (p-value 0,002 ) dan angkatan masuk juga memilki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku (p-value 0,010). Jenis kelamin , suku dan status sosial ekonomi tidak memilki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku adaptasi kebiasaan baru di masa pandemi COVID-19.

Nursing students who are in their late teens are able to recognize problems and think about what is the cause and are able to think of solutions to these problems. This study aims to identify the relationship between the demographic data of the Regular S1 students of FIK UI and the behavior of adapting new habits during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used a cross sectional research design with 242 samples taken by stratified sampling. This study uses knowledge, attitudes and skills instruments that have been modified from the research of olum, et.al (2020). The analysis of this study used the Kruskal-Wallis, Chi-Square and Pearson Chi-Square tests. The results showed that the respondents were in the age range of 18-22 years, most of them were female (92.6%), came from Javanese ethnicity (46.3%) with income more than or equal to the average UMR (75, 6%), and most of them are from the class of 2020 (26.8%). Most of the respondents have good knowledge (54.9%), positive attitude (71.1), good skills (73.1%) and good behavior (57.4%). Based on bivariate analysis that age has a significant relationship with behavior (p-value 0.002 ) and the entry force also has a significant relationship with behavior (p-value 0.010). Gender, ethnicity and socioeconomic status did not have a significant relationship with the behavior of adapting new habits during the COVID-19 pandemic."
