Adapun PKPA dilaksanakan untuk membekali calon apoteker dengan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di sarana kefarmasian Industri Farmasi PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi; Apotek Atrika; serta Pedagang Besar Farmasi PT. SamMarie Tramedifa.

Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is a very important medium for pharmacist profession students to apply knowledge and to develop it in carrying out pharmaceutical work. The PKPA is implemented to equip prospective pharmacists with insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work. This activity was carried out at the pharmaceutical industry of PT. SOHO Pharmaceutical Industry; Atrika Pharmacy; and Pharmaceutical Wholesalers PT. SamMarie Tramedifa."

"Apoteker merupakan lulusan sarjana farmasi yang telah melalui pendidikan profesi apoteker dan mengucapkan sumpah serta janji apoteker. Dalam meningkatkan keterampilan, kemampuan, dan kecakapan lulusan apoteker, maka perlu dilakukannya program praktik kerja pada saat pendidikan profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara langsung di lapangan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Kegiatan ini merupakan aplikasi dan penerapan ilmu yang telah didapatkan melalui pendidikan tinggi farmasi sehingga dapat menjadi pengalaman dan pembelajaran apoteker di dunia kerja. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini dilaksanakan di 3 (tiga) sarana kefarmasian yaitu Industri Farmasi, PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode 11 Januari-5 Maret 2021; Apotek, Apotek Atrika selama periode 8 Maret-1 April 2021; dan Pedagang Besar Farmasi, PT. SamMarie Tramedifa selama periode 5 April-16 April 2021.

Pharmacists are pharmacy graduate students who have taken pharmacist professional education, pharmacist’s oaths and vows. In improving the skills, abilities, and skills of pharmacist graduates, it is necessary to carry out internship program during pharmacist professional education. Pharmacist internships are direct learning activities in the pharmaceutical work field.  These activities are the application and implementation of knowledge that has been obtained through higher education in pharmacy so that it can become the experience and learning of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical facilities.  These pharmacist internships are carried out in 3 (three) pharmaceutical facilities, such as the Pharmaceutical Industry, PT.  Soho Industri Pharmasi for the period of 11 January-5 March 2021;  Pharmacy, Apotek Atrika for the period of 8 March-1 April 2021;  and Pharmaceutical Distribution, PT.  SamMarie Tramedifa for the period of 5 April-16 April 2021. "

Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani prktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Pharmacists have important role in pharmacy practice. One of important things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. "Fakultas Farmasi mewadahi mahasiswa/i untuk dapat belajar dan mengembangkan diri menjadi seorang Apoteker yang handal di masa yang akan datang di masing-masing bidang penekunannya. Calon Apoteker tersebut sudah berkesempatan mendapatkan teori-teori dasar dalam berpikir, dan bertindak secara logis, akan tetapi, praktek di lapangannya belum atau masih jarang dilakukan oleh calon Apoteker tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Praktek Kerja Lapangan atau yang disebut juga dengan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), diwajibkan sebagai syarat lulus bagi mahasiswa Apoteker di Universitas Indonesia. Untuk kali ini, PKPA dilakukan di Industri (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Apotek (Apotek Roxy) dan Distributor (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). Di Industri, tugas utama terkait menganalisis cycle time empat varian produk pada periode April-Mei 2021, dan tercatat cycle time empat varian tersebut sebesar 6,04; 10,25; 6,17; dan 7 hari. Kedua, PKPA di Apotek ditugaskan untuk menganalisis penjualan produk pada bulan Februari 2021 dengan cara kategorisasi pengelolaan persediaan berdasarkan metode ABC atau prinsip pareto. Terakhir, saya berkesempatan PKPA di PT SamMarie Tramedifa dengan tugas khusus berupa peninjauan Prosedur Operasional Baku (POB) Tramedifa terkait Kualifikasi Tempat Penyimpanan Produk Rantai Dingin terhadap pemenuhan standar regulator. Berdasarkan hasil kajian tersebut, POB Tramedifa sudah memenuhi standar BPOM meskipun belum memenuhi standar kualifikasi dari WHO.

The Faculty of Pharmacy accommodates students to be able to learn and develop themselves to become a reliable pharmacist in the future in their respective fields of practice. Pharmacist candidate has had the opportunity to get basic theories in thinking and acting logically, however, the practice in the field has not been or is still rarely done. Therefore, the field work practice or also known as the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA), is required as a graduation requirement for apothecary students at the University of Indonesia. PKPA is carried out in Industry (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Pharmacies (Roxy Pharmacy) and Distributors (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). In Industry, the main task is to analyze the cycle time of four product variants in the April-May 2021 period, and the cycle time of the four variants is recorded at 6.04; 10.25; 6.17; and 7 days. Secondly, PKPA at Pharmacy is assigned to analyze product sales in February 2021 by categorizing inventory management based on the ABC method or the Pareto principle. Finally, I had the opportunity to PKPA at PT SamMarie Tramedifa with a special task in the form of reviewing Tramedifa’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the Qualification of Cold Chain Product Storage against compliance with regulatory standards. Based on the study results, SOP Tramedifa has met the BPOM standards even though it has not met the qualification standards of the WHO."

"Apoteker dalam prakteknya didasarkan pada pedoman yang diatur dalam undang-undang. Apoteker klinis berperan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan obat, sedangkan apoteker di industri berperan dalam menjamin mutu produksi obat. Diantara penyimpangan mutu yang terjadi adalah penyimpanan obat yang tidak tepat dan kejadian di luar spesifikasi ( Out Of Spesification /OOS ) selama produksi. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penyimpanan obat di apotek dan menginvestigasi penyimpangan terhadap produk “x” BN ss6 yang memiliki nilai viskositas di luar spesifikasi. Evalusi dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan kulitatif dan kuantitatif. Investigasi dilakukan untuk mencari akar masalah dengan metode Fish Bone. Hasil evalusi menunjukan penyimpanan obat yang sesuai ketentuan sebanyak 89,4%. Hasil investigasi menunjukan bahwa faktor perubahan sumber bahan baku dapat mempengaruhi produk akhir walaupun secara skala pilot sudah memenuhi syarat.

Pharmacists in practice are based on guidelines regulated by law. Clinical pharmacists play a role in improving drug services, while pharmacists in industry play a role in ensuring the quality of drug production. Among the quality deviations that occur are inappropriate drug storage and out of specification (OOS) events during production.

This scientific work aims to evaluate drug storage in pharmacies and investigate deviations from product “x” BN ss6 which has a viscosity value outside the specification. Evaluation is done by means of qualitative and quantitative observations. An investigation was conducted to find the root of the problem using the Fish Bone method. The results of the evaluation showed that the storage of drugs in accordance with the provisions was 89.4%.

The results of the investigation show that the change in the source of raw materials can affect the final product even though on a pilot scale it has met the requirements."

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu profesi penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan yang berfokus pada pelayanan kefarmasian, yaitu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien terkait dengan sediaan farmasi dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Sebelum memasuki dunia kerja sesungguhnya, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai gambaran nyata tentang pekerjaan kefarmasian. PKPA merupakan suatu sarana pembelajaran bagi calon apoteker untuk meningkatkan pemahamannya mengenai peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawabnya di fasilitas kefarmasian yang sesuai. Kegiatan PKPA dilaksanakan di dua tempat, yaitu di PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi pada periode Januari – Februari 2022 dan di Apotek Roxy Biak pada periode April 2022. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKPA ini, calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dalam menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek. Selain itu, diharapkan pula dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri untuk menjadi Apoteker yang profesional.

Pharmacists are one of the important professions in health services that focus on pharmaceutical services, by giving a direct and responsible services to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations with the aim to improving the quality of life of the patients. Before entering the real world of work, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo the Pharmacist Work Practices as a real picture of pharmaceutical work. Pharmacist Work Practices is a learning tool for prospective pharmacists to improve their understanding of their roles, functions, and responsibilities in appropriate pharmaceutical facilities. Pharmacist Work Practices activities are carried out in two places, namely at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi in the January – February 2022 and at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy in the April 2022. With this activity, prospective pharmacists are expected to have insight, knowledge, and skills to understand their duties and responsibilities. responsible for carrying out pharmaceutical work in the Pharmaceutical and Pharmacy Industry. In addition, it is also expected to increase self-confidence to become a professional pharmacist."

"Training Matrix merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan untuk membantu penyusunan program pelatihan personel perusahaan. Adanya penyusunan matriks tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu terwujudnya personel yang terkualifikasi. Selain itu, dilakukan juga evaluasi terhadap program pelatihan yang telah dilakukan menggunakan training need analysis (TNA) yang memuat daftar pelatihan setiap personel beserta realisasinya. Terdapat dua tujuan dalam penyusunan laporan ini yaitu untuk memberikan topik pelatihan sesuai dengan posisi pekerjaan melalui training matrix sehingga pelatihan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan tepat sasaran dan mengetahui persentase pemenuhan pelatihan setiap personel perusahaan melalui realisasi TNA. Penyusunan training matrix dilakukan dengan memperbarui daftar SOP pelatihan yang terdapat dalam matriks dan memasukkan rating profisiensi pelatihannya. Terdapat beberapa pembaruan yang dilakukan dalam penyusunan, yaitu adanya prosedur dan modul baru yang diusulkan untuk job role tertentu serta perubahan judul SOP lama yang sudah tidak berlaku kembali. Sementara itu, penyusunan TNA dilakukan dengan menghitung realisasi pelatihan yang dilakukan personel perusahaan dibandingkan dengan kebutuhannya. Persentase yang didapatkan bervariasi, namun dapat diketahui bahwa semua personel telah mengikuti program pelatihan sesuai dengan posisi pekerjaannya. Proses pengadaan persediaan farmasi merupakan sebuah tahapan yang penting karena menentukan terjaminnya ketersediaan obat yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas standar serta mutu yang ditetapkan. Proses ini tidak lepas dari pengaturan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk membeli persediaan dan keuntungan yang didapatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelompok persediaan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba dan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh apotek. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis ABC pareto nilai investasi yang dikombinasi dengan metode FSN (Fast-Slow-Non Moving) berdasarkan Turnover Ratio (TOR). Terdapat 12 jenis obat golongan bebas dan 13 jenis obat golongan keras bermerek yang termasuk dalam kelompok pareto A-fast moving. Kelompok obat ini bernilai tinggi dan memiliki frekuensi perputaran yang cukup besar sehingga perlu adanya pengelolaan yang baik untuk mencegah terjadinya kekosongan stok kelompok ini di apotek.

The training matrix is one of the tools used to assist the company's personnel training program preparation. This matrix is expected to support the realization of qualified personnel. In addition, an evaluation of the training program has been fulfilled using training need analysis (TNA) which contains a list of training for each person and their realization date. There are two objectives in this report i.e. to provide training topics according to job role through a training matrix so they can run effectively and to determine the percentage of training fulfillment for each personnel through TNA realization. There have been several updates in the training matrix including the new procedures and modules proposed for certain job roles, also the changes to the newest SOP titles. Meanwhile, the TNA realization has been completed by calculating the total training each personnel has undergone compared to their needs. The percentages obtained vary however, all the personnel has attended training programs according to their job role.

Pharmaceutical supplies procurement is a crucial step. It ensures drug availability in store which can affect the established quality standards. This process cannot be separated from the cost required to purchase supplies and the profits. This study aims to determine a significant inventory group affecting costs and profits. The method used is ABC Pareto investment value analysis combined with FSN (Fast-Slow-Non Moving) based on Turnover Ratio (ToR). There are 12 types of over-the-counter drugs and 13 types of branded prescription drugs included in the Pareto A fast-moving group. This group has high value and a fairly large turnover frequency, so there needs to be good management to prevent vacancies in this group's supply."

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di industri dilakukan di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi periode Januari – Februari 2022 dan di apotek dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Pademangan periode April 2022. Pengalaman bekerja di industri farmasi dan apotek dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, keterampilan, serta sikap profesional yang dibutuhkan sebagai seorang apoteker.

The Professional Practice of Pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry is held at PT Soho Industri Pharmasi period in January – February 2022 and in pharmacy is held at Apotek Roxy Pademangan period in April 2022. The experience of internship in pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy can increase the knowledge, insight, as well as the professional attitude required as a pharmacist."

Oleh karena itu, Apoteker perlu memenuhi Standar Kompetensi Apoteker agar dapat menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan rasional dan bertanggung jawab. Calon apoteker harus menjalankan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebelum dapat menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Takeda Indonesia dan Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna pada periode Januari hingga April tahun 2021. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini diharapkan agar seorang calon Apoteker dapat memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai pengadaan bahan baku hingga pengiriman produk jadi (obat) kepada distributor di PT Takeda Indonesia dan pengadaan obat hingga pemberian obat kepada pasien secara langsung di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna, serta memahami seluruh tugas pokok dan fungsi Apoteker di industri dan apotek.
