"Consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) merupakan instrumen brand paling bernilai dari instrumen brand lainnya. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang mampu meningkatkan CBBE adalah dengan social media marketing activities (SMMA) yang dapat dirasakan pengikutnya, atau perceived SMMA. Shopee Indonesia merupakan salah satu e- commerce yang mempunyai media sosial Instagram untuk memberi informasi terbaru dan berhubungan dengan konsumennya, khususnya di Jakarta yang penduduknya mempunyai angka melek media sosial hingga 99%. Perceived SMMA dapat menciptakan brand experience konsumen, serta nantinya brand experience mampu meningkatkan CBBE. Selain itu, co-creation dapat berperan sebagai moderasi antara hubungan perceived SMMA dan brand experience. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived SMMA terhadap CBBE melalui brand experience serta co-creation behaviour sebagai moderasi pada pengikut Instagram Shopee Indonesia di Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik purposive sampling pada 211 responden yang diperoleh melalui online quiestionnaire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived SMMA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CBBE. Perceived SMMA juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand experience. Selain itu, brand experience mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap CBBE. Peran brand experience sebagai mediasi antara perceived SMMA dan CBBE mempunyai pengaruh signifikan. Namun, tidak ada pengaruh signifkan pada co- creation behaviour sebagai moderasi antara perceived SMMA dan CBBE.
Consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) is the most valuable brand instrument among the other brand instruments. One of the marketing strategies that can increase CBBE is social media marketing activities (SMMA) that can be perceived by its followers, or perceived SMMA. Shopee Indonesia is one of the e-commerce sites that has Instagram to provide the latest information and connect with its consumers, especially in Jakarta where the population has a social media literacy rate of up to 99%. Perceived SMMA can affect consumer’s brand experience, and also brand experience can increase CBBE. In addition, co-creation can be a moderator between the relationship between perceived SMMA and brand experience. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived SMMA on CBBE through brand experience and co-creation behavior as a moderator from Shopee Indonesia's Instagram followers in Jakarta. The research method uses quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique on 211 respondents obtained through online questionnaires. The results showed that perceived SMMA had a significant effect on CBBE. Perceived SMMA also has a significant effect on brand experience. Futhermore, brand experience has a significant influence on CBBE. The role of brand experience as a mediation between perceived SMMA and CBBE has a significant effect. However, there is no significant effect on co-creation behavior as a moderator between perceived SMMA and CBBE."

"Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, industri teknologi finansial telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang terlihat dari jumlah perusahaan yang bermunculan sehingga mengakibatkan persaingan pasar. Persaingan pasar membuat perusahaan dompet digital untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai aktivitas pemasaran untuk membangun pengalaman yang positif serta membangun perilaku kreasi bersama dengan konsumen sehingga menghasilkan ekuitas merek yang positif. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived social media marketing activities terhadap brand equity melalui brand experience dengan co creation behavior pada pengguna dompet digital OVO. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei berdasarkan purposive sampling terhadap populasi. Penelitian memiliki responden sebanyak 166 orang yang didapatkan melalui online questionnaire. Data didapatkan & diolah melalui bantuan software SPSS 25.0.0 dan SmartPLS 3.3.2 untuk analisis statistik deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan antara perceived social media marketing activities terhadap brand equity melalui brand experience adalah positif signifikan, sedangkan co creation behavior tidak memiliki pengaruh moderasi.
In the last few years, the financial technology industry has experienced a growth that is seen from the number of companies that have sprung up resulting in market competition. Market competition have make the digital wallet company to utilize social media as marketing activities, to build a positive experience, and to build a co creation behavior with customers thus resulting in positive brand equity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived social media marketing activites on brand equity through brand experience and co creation behavior on the customers of OVO digital wallet. The study uses a quantitative approach through survey methods based on purposive sampling of the population. The number of respondents in this study were 166 people obtained through an online questionnaire. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 25.0.0 and SmartPLS 3.3.2 software through descriptive statistical analysis and SEM-PLS. The results indicate that the relationships between perceived social media marketing activities on brand equity through brand experience are significant and mutually influential, however co creation behavior has no moderation effect."

"Selama dua dekade terakhir, media sosial berhasil mengubah pola komunikasi antara perusahaan dan konsumen yang memungkinkan adanya hubungan dua arah tanpa batasan jarak dan waktu. Seluruh perusahaan dari berbagai industri pun mulai meningkatkan eksistensi mereka di media sosial, termasuk perusahaan produk kecantikan berlabel halal khususnya Wardah. Meskipun sudah diterima khalayak umum, belum ada studi lebih lanjut pengaruh aktivitas pemasaran media sosial perusahaan terhadap ekuitas merek pada konsumen Muslim. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perceived social media marketing activities terhadap consumer-based brand equity dengan model Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) serta menguji efek mediasi dari variabel brand experience dan moderasi dari variabel religiosity. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS untuk melihat hubungan variabel dan efek mediasi serta moderasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Dari 635 data dari responden wanita Muslim, ditemukan bahwa religiosity tidak memberikan pengaruh dalam memoderasi hubungan antara perceived social media marketing activities dan brand experience. Adapun brand experience memediasi hubungan antara aktivitas pemasaran media sosial yang dirasakan konsumen dengan consumer-based brand equity. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa manajer pemasaran perlu mempertimbangkan untuk membuat konten media sosial yang informatif dan interaktif yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan E-WOM.
Over the past two decades, social media has succeeded in changing the pattern of communication between companies and consumers, allowing for a two-way relationship without the limitations of distance and time. All companies from various industries have begun to increase their presence on social media, including companies with halal-labeled beauty products. Although it has been accepted by the general public, there has been no further study of the effect of corporate social media marketing activities on brand equity in Muslim consumers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of perceived social media marketing activities on consumer-based brand equity with the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model and examine the mediating effect of the brand experience variable and the moderating of the religiosity variable. The analytical method used in this study is SEM-PLS to see the relationship between variables and the effects of mediation and moderation using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. From 635 data from Muslim female respondents, it was found that religiosity had no effect in moderating the relationship between perceived social media marketing activities and brand experience. Meanwhile, brand experience mediates the relationship between social media marketing activities perceived by consumers and consumer-based brand equity. This study implies that marketing managers need to consider creating informative and interactive social media content that is expected to increase E-WOM."

"Saat ini, media sosial menjadi platform penting untuk promosi dan membangun kepercayaan terhadap brand. Instagram populer di kalangan generasi Z dan milenial di Indonesia serta digunakan juga oleh brand, salah satunya adalah Netflix, untuk menjangkau dan berinteraksi dengan audiensnya, meningkatkan brand awareness, serta mendorong penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka Stimulus-Organism-Theory (S-O-R) dengan fokus pada Instagram Netflix Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara online kepada followers Instagram Netflix Indonesia kemudian diolah dengan software SmartPLS 3 dengan metode PLSSEM. Hasil dari 187 responden menunjukkan social media marketing activities berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap subscription intention, willingness to pay premium price, willingness to recommend, perceived value, trust, dan brand image. Perceived value dan brand image memiliki efek mediasi parsial, sementara trust tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan.
Currently, social media is an important platform for promotion and building brand trust. Instagram is popular among generation Z and millennials in Indonesia and is also used by brands, one of which is Netflix, to reach and interact with its audience, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This research uses the Stimulus-Organism-Theory (S-O-R) framework with a focus on Netflix Indonesia's Instagram. This study collected primary data through questionnaires that were distributed online to Netflix Indonesia Instagram followers and then analyzed using SmartPLS 3 software with the PLS-SEM method. The results from 187 respondents show that social media marketing activities have a positive and significant effect on subscription intention, willingness to pay premium price, willingness to recommend, perceived value, trust, and brand image. Perceived value and brand image have a partial mediating effect, while trust has no significant effect."

"Media sosial telah merubah persaingan industri kecantikan dan kosmetik menjadi lebih dinamis. Dinamisnya persaingan ini menjadikan Wardahbeauty menciptakan strategy baru dalam mempertahankan dan menarik lebih banyak pengikutnya di Instagram menggunakan digital marketing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh perceived values terhadap brand loyalty dengan brand page engagement sebagai variabel mediasi (studi pada pengikut akun instagram wardahbeauty di DKI Jakarta). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perceived values memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty, perceived value memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand page engagement, serta brand page engagement memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, terdapat pengaruh perceived value terhadap brand loyalty melalui mediasi brand page engagement. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan supaya Wardahbeauty dapat meningkatkan perceived value dan brand page engagement untuk meningkatkan brand loyalty kepada perusahaan.
Social media has changed the competition in the beauty and cosmetic industry to be more dynamic. The dynamics of this competition have made Wardahbeauty create a new strategy in maintaining and attracting more followers on Instagram using digital marketing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived values on brand loyalty with brand page engagement as a mediating variable (study on followers of the Wardahbeauty Instagram account in DKI Jakarta). This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection is carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires. The results show that perceived values have an influence on brand loyalty, perceived value has an influence on brand page engagement, and brand page engagement has an influence on brand loyalty. Based on the results of the mediation test that has been carried out, there is an effect of perceived value on brand loyalty through mediation of brand page engagement. This study recommends that Wardahbeauty can increase perceived value and brand page engagement to increase brand loyalty to the company."

"Perkembangan teknologi yang saat ini sangat pesat mampu membuat manusia saling terhubung satu sama lain dengan jarak yang cukup jauh menggunakan jaringan internet. Salah satunya dengan media sosial. Hal itu kemudian membuat para pelaku bisnis untuk menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat untuk memasarkan produknya sesuai dengan target pasarnya. Akun Instagram @bpjs.ketenagakerjaan merupakan akun Instagram resmi Badap Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan). BPJS Ketenagakerjaan merupakan Badan Penyelenggara milik pemerintah yang bergerak di bidang ekonomi dan asuransi, yaitu memberikan perlindungan kepada seluruh pekerja Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melihat pengaruh antara aktivitas social media marketing terhadap brand trust, brand equity, dan brand loyalty yang dibangun oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan melalui akun Instagramnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 597 pengikut akun Instagram @bpjs.ketenagakerjaan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dari aktifitas Social Media Marketing terhadap Brand Trust, Brand Equity, dan Brand Loyalty. The rapid development of technology can allow humans to connect at a considerable distance using the internet network. One example is by using social media. This leads business people to use social media as a powerful tool to market their products according to their target market. However, few business people successfully market their products through social media. This research then looks at how one social media: Instagram, has successfully been used in marketing products of certain government institutions in Indonesia. A research subject in this research is an Instagram account from @bpjs.ketenagakerjaan. The Instagram account @bpjs.ketenagakerjaan is the official Instagram account of the Indonesia Employment Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan). BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is a government-owned Organizing Agency engaged in the economy and insurance, providing protection to all Indonesian workers. This research was conducted by looking at the effect of social media marketing activities on brand trust, brand equity, and brand loyalty built by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan through its Instagram account. This research was conducted using a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 597 followers of the Instagram account @bpjs.ketenagakerjaan. The results in this study indicate a positive influence of Social Media Marketing activities on Brand Trust, Brand Equity, and Brand Loyalty. This research is expected to be a consideration for business actors to be able to create brand trust, brand equity, and brand loyalty through social media."

"Pada masa revolusi industri 4.0, media sosial telah menjadi salah satu alat dalam aktivitas pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh bisnis untuk menarik konsumen agar tetap membeli produknya. Dengan demikian, menjadi suatu hal yang penting bagi bisnis untuk menggunakan media sosial untuk menciptakan sebuah loyalitas merek. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty dengan brand consciousness dan brand consciousness sebagai mediasi pada Konsumen Erigo Apparel yang bertempat tinggal di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling berupa purposive sampling. Dalam hal ini, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan uji sobel dan analisis regresi menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty, social media marketing activities terhadap brand consciousness, brand consciousness terhadap brand loyalty, social media marketing activities terhadap value consciousness, value consciousness terhadap brand loyalty, dan brand consciousness memediasi pengaruh antara social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty, serta value consciousness tidak memediasi pengaruh antara social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty pada konsumen Erigo Apparel yang bertempat tinggal di Jakarta.
In the industrial revolution 4.0, social media has become one of the tools in marketing activities carried out by businesses to attract consumers to keep buying their products. Thus, it is important for businesses using social media to create brand loyalty. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of perceived social media marketing activities on brand loyalty with brand consciousness and brand consciousness as mediation to Erigo Apparel consumers who live in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. In this case, the data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using Sobel test and regression analysis using SPSS. The results show that there is an influence between social media marketing activities on brand loyalty, social media marketing activities on brand consciousness, brand consciousness on brand loyalty, social media marketing activities on value consciousness, value consciousness on brand loyalty, and brand consciousness mediating the influence between social media marketing activities on brand loyalty, and value consciousness do not mediate the effect of social media marketing activities on brand loyalty on Erigo Apparel consumers who live in Jakarta."

Consumers are increasingly turning to social media platforms to participate in brand communities as a means of acquiring information about brands and gaining insight into their overall purchasing decisions. Our hypothesis is that the relationship between social media marketing (SMM) activities and consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) among Millennials is mediated by the consumer advantages that emerge from involvement in such communities and brand experience. Specifically, we are focusing on the relationship between SMM activities and these two factors. Additionally, the idea of uses and gratifications, in addition to brand experience, serves as the foundation for this concept. Dengan teknik Structural Equation Model berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), studi menemukan adanya efek langsung dan efek mediasi melalui Brand Experience dan Social Media Benefits pada hubungan Social Media Marketing Activities dengan Consumer-based Brand Equity. Selain itu, studi menunjukkan terdapat efek langsung dan efek mediasi melalui Brand Experience pada hubungan Social Media Marketing Activities dengan Social Media Benefits.

This study aims to examine the relationship between social media marketing activities and consumer-based brand equity which are mediated by social media benefits and brand experience. The research data was obtained by using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with 471 respondents aged 25-44 years who buys and follow luxury beauty brands on social media. Using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square based (SEM-PLS) technique, this study finds a direct and mediating effect between Social Media Marketing Activities and Consumer-based Brand Equity. Furthermore, this study shows a direct and mediating effect between Social Media Marketing Activities and Social Media Benefits."
