"Fakultas Farmasi mewadahi mahasiswa/i untuk dapat belajar dan mengembangkan diri menjadi seorang Apoteker yang handal di masa yang akan datang di masing-masing bidang penekunannya. Calon Apoteker tersebut sudah berkesempatan mendapatkan teori-teori dasar dalam berpikir, dan bertindak secara logis, akan tetapi, praktek di lapangannya belum atau masih jarang dilakukan oleh calon Apoteker tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Praktek Kerja Lapangan atau yang disebut juga dengan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), diwajibkan sebagai syarat lulus bagi mahasiswa Apoteker di Universitas Indonesia. Untuk kali ini, PKPA dilakukan di Industri (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Apotek (Apotek Roxy) dan Distributor (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). Di Industri, tugas utama terkait menganalisis cycle time empat varian produk pada periode April-Mei 2021, dan tercatat cycle time empat varian tersebut sebesar 6,04; 10,25; 6,17; dan 7 hari. Kedua, PKPA di Apotek ditugaskan untuk menganalisis penjualan produk pada bulan Februari 2021 dengan cara kategorisasi pengelolaan persediaan berdasarkan metode ABC atau prinsip pareto. Terakhir, saya berkesempatan PKPA di PT SamMarie Tramedifa dengan tugas khusus berupa peninjauan Prosedur Operasional Baku (POB) Tramedifa terkait Kualifikasi Tempat Penyimpanan Produk Rantai Dingin terhadap pemenuhan standar regulator. Berdasarkan hasil kajian tersebut, POB Tramedifa sudah memenuhi standar BPOM meskipun belum memenuhi standar kualifikasi dari WHO.

The Faculty of Pharmacy accommodates students to be able to learn and develop themselves to become a reliable pharmacist in the future in their respective fields of practice. Pharmacist candidate has had the opportunity to get basic theories in thinking and acting logically, however, the practice in the field has not been or is still rarely done. Therefore, the field work practice or also known as the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA), is required as a graduation requirement for apothecary students at the University of Indonesia. PKPA is carried out in Industry (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Pharmacies (Roxy Pharmacy) and Distributors (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). In Industry, the main task is to analyze the cycle time of four product variants in the April-May 2021 period, and the cycle time of the four variants is recorded at 6.04; 10.25; 6.17; and 7 days. Secondly, PKPA at Pharmacy is assigned to analyze product sales in February 2021 by categorizing inventory management based on the ABC method or the Pareto principle. Finally, I had the opportunity to PKPA at PT SamMarie Tramedifa with a special task in the form of reviewing Tramedifa’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the Qualification of Cold Chain Product Storage against compliance with regulatory standards. Based on the study results, SOP Tramedifa has met the BPOM standards even though it has not met the qualification standards of the WHO."

"Apoteker memiliki tanggung jawab untuk selalu meningkatkan pengetahuan, ketrampilan, serta sikap perilaku agar mampu melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian sesuai standar Profesinya. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan media yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk menerapkan ilmu serta untuk mengembangkannya dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Adapun PKPA dilaksanakan untuk membekali calon apoteker dengan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di sarana kefarmasian Industri Farmasi PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi; Apotek Atrika; serta Pedagang Besar Farmasi PT. SamMarie Tramedifa.

Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is a very important medium for pharmacist profession students to apply knowledge and to develop it in carrying out pharmaceutical work. The PKPA is implemented to equip prospective pharmacists with insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work. This activity was carried out at the pharmaceutical industry of PT. SOHO Pharmaceutical Industry; Atrika Pharmacy; and Pharmaceutical Wholesalers PT. SamMarie Tramedifa."

Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di distributor/pedagang besar farmasi, apotek, dan industri farmasi. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Sam Marie Tramedifa, Apotek Atrika, dan PT Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode bulan Februari-Agustus 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists play important roles in pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical distributor or wholesaler. As a requirement to enter practical working environment, a graduated pharmacist must fulfil the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia) which consisted of ten competency standards. Internships at PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Atrika, and PT Soho Industri Pharmasi were done to provide practical working experiences for pharmacist candidates so they can gain a better understanding of what their roles are and enhance their competencies. During the internship period from February to August 2020, pharmacist candidates were expected to expand their knowledge and continually update their skills as required to enable them to perform pharmaceutical profession at the mentioned workplaces.

Dalam rangka menciptakan tenaga apoteker yang profesional, salah satu hal yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam dunia pekerjaan nyata di institusi kefarmasian, seperti industri farmasi dan apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) diselenggarakan untuk memberikan bekal dan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker untuk menghadapi dunia kerja, sehingga kelak setelah lulus, apoteker mampu bekerja dan melaksanakan perannya dengan baik di institusi kefarmasian yang menjadi tempatnya berkarya. Laporan PKPA ini berisi gambaran pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan di dua sarana kefarmasian, yaitu : PT. Dankos Farma pada periode 11 Januari-5 Maret 2021; dan Apotek Roxy Poltangan pada periode 8 Maret 2021-3 April 2021.

Pharmacists are professions that have an important role in pharmaceutical institutions. In order to create professional pharmacists, one of the important things to do is to participate directly in the real world of work in pharmaceutical institutions, such as the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) is held to provide knowledge and experience for prospective pharmacists to face the real field of work, so that after graduation, pharmacists are able to work and carry out their roles well in the pharmaceutical institutions where they work. This PKPA report contains a description of the work carried out in two pharmaceutical facilities, namely: PT. Dankos Farma for the period 11 January-5 March 2021; and Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy for the period 8 March 2021-3 April 2021."

"Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) ialah penyakit menular yang berkembang sejak bulan Desember 2019 di Wuhan, ibu kota Provinsi Hubei China, sejak itu virus ini menyebar keseluruh dunia dan menjadi global pandemi. Di Indonesia, pada Juli 2021, dikeluarkanlah surat edaran tentang Pelaksanaan Distribusi Obat dengan Persetujuan Darurat untuk penanganan terapi COVID-19 yaitu; Remdesivir, Favipiravir, Oseltamivir, Immunoglobulin, Ivermectin, Tocilizumab, Azithromycin dan Dexamethasone. Pasien yang ingin membeli obat yang mengindikasikan COVID-19 diwajibkan membawa resep dokter. Analisis resep dilakukan sesuai dengan Surat Edaran (SE), meninjau aspek administratif, aspek farmasetik dan aspek klinis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 11 resep pengobatan COVID-19 pada bulan Juli 2021. Terjadi ketidaklengkapan kajian resep baik secara administrasi, farmasetik, serta aspek klinis. Namun seluruh resep telah memiliki ketepatan indikasi dan dosis.

Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease that developed in December 2019 in Wuhan, the capital of China's Hubei Province, since then this virus has spread throughout the world and has become a global pandemic. In Indonesia, in July 2021, a circular letter regarding the Implementation of Drug Distribution with Emergency Approval was issued for the handling of COVID-19 therapy, namely; Remdesivir, Favipiravir, Oseltamivir, Immunoglobulin, Ivermectin, Tocilizumab, Azithromycin, and Dexamethasone. Patients who want to buy drugs that indicate COVID-19 are required to bring a doctor's prescription. Prescription analysis was carried out by the Circular Letter, reviewing administrative aspects, pharmaceutical aspects, and clinical aspects. The results of this study can be concluded that there were 11 prescriptions for COVID-19 treatment in July 2021. There were incomplete prescription studies both administratively, pharmaceutically, and clinically. However, all prescriptions have accurate indications and dosages.

Vitacimin is a lozenge product containing vitamin C, produced by PT Takeda Indonesia. The high demand for Vitamin C products has continued to surge dramatically since the global entry of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia in early 2020. With the increasing market demand for Vitacimin, it is also necessary to analyze and optimize the duties and work of employees (packers) in packaging Vitacimin products. This observation is focused on line 3 secondary packaging using machine vision tools that have optical functions, namely object inspection and inspection and pattern recognition. The machine vision tool used is Camera Vision Baumer, which is currently running on a trial period by placing employees who serve as selectors and back up the Camera Vision function. In this study, it can be concluded that the Camera Vision Baumer tool works well and the selector in charge of performing the back up function of the Camera Vision Baumer task can be switched."

"Pada pembuatan obat, pengendalian menyeluruh adalah sangat esensial untuk menjamin bahwa konsumen menerima obat yang bermutu tinggi. Pembuatan secara sembarangan tidak dibenarkan bagi produk yang digunakan untuk menyelamatkan jiwa, atau memeliharakan kesehatan. Apotek yang merupakan salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, adalah suatu sarana memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan, mencegah dan menyembuhkan penyakit serta memulihkan kesehatan perorangan, keluarga, kelompok dan masyarakat yang diselenggarakan secara sendiri atau bersama-sama dalam suatu organisasi. PBF adalah perusahaan berbentuk badan hukum yang memiliki izin untuk pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran sediaan farmasi dalam jumlah besar sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) sebagai merupakan salah satu unit terpenting dalam kegiatan penyaluran sediaan farmasi ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan seperti apotek, instalasi farmasi rumah sakit, puskesmas, klinik dan toko obat agar dapat sampai ke tangan masyarakat. Apoteker sebagai penanggung jawan di PBF harus mampu melakukan kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi di PBF dimulai dari pengadaan, penyimpanan hingga pendistribusia sediaan farmasi ke sarana pelayanan kesehatan.

Indiscriminate manufacture is not allowed for products used to save lives, or maintain health. Pharmacy which is one of the health service facilities, is a means of maintaining and improving health, preventing and curing disease and restoring the health of individuals, families, groups and communities which are held individually or together in an organization. Pharmaceutical wholesaler is a company in the form of a legal entity that has a license for the procurement, storage, distribution of pharmaceutical preparations in large quantities in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Pharmacy Wholesalers is one of the most important units in the distribution of pharmaceutical preparations to health service facilities such as pharmacies, hospital pharmacy installations, health centers, clinics and drug stores so that they can reach the people. The pharmacist as the person in charge of the pharmaceutical wholesaler must be able to carry out the management of pharmaceutical preparations at the pharmaceutical wholesaler starting from procurement, storage to distribution of pharmaceutical preparations to health care facilities."

"Dalam rantai pemasokan farmasi, obat-obatan yang dibuat dari produsen farmasi atau industri farmasi akan didistribusikan oleh distributor sampai di tangan konsumen melalui pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas kesehatan, termasuk Apotek. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan, yaitu untuk untuk mengidentifikasi ketidakselarasan database vendor pada Quality Compliance dengan Approved Vendor List (AVL) di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Juli – Agustus 2021; mengkaji resep obat-obat pada pasien kardiovaskular di Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak periode September 2021, serta pembuatan pembatas antar batch berbeda dalam satu produk di PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari cabang Bogor. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari database vendor yang dimiliki oleh Quality Compliance dan Quality Assurance; pembuatan pembatas dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke Gudang PT Pharmindo Lestari cabang Bogor; serta resep diperoleh dari pengunjung yang melakukan penebusan resep di Apotek Roxy Biak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni kegiatan kefarmasian di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi khususnya pada Quality Compliance bahwa terdapat gap pada database vendor di Quality Compliance dan AVL; distributor PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari memiliki pembatas untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan pengambilan produk dengan nomor batch yang berbeda; Apotek Roxy Biak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, melalui pelaksanaan penyiapan dan pelayanan resep yang diawali dengan skrining resep secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dispensing obat.

In the pharmaceutical supply chain, medicines made from pharmaceutical manufacturers or the pharmaceutical industry will be distributed by distributors to consumers through pharmaceutical services at health facilities, including pharmacy or drugstore. This study has several objectives, there is to identify the inconsistency of the vendor database on Quality Compliance with the Approved Vendor List (AVL) at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period July – August 2021; studied the prescription of drugs for cardiovascular patients at the Roxy Pharmacy, Biak Branch for the period of September 2021, as well as the manufacture of barriers between different batches in one product at PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari, Bogor branch. Data retrieval is obtained from vendor databases owned by Quality Compliance and Quality Assurance; making the barrier is done by direct observation to the warehouse of PT Pharmindo Lestari Bogor branch; and recipes obtained from visitors who redeem prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy. The results obtained are pharmaceutical activities at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi especially on Quality Compliance that there is a gap in the vendor database in Quality Compliance and AVL; the distributor of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari has a barrier to avoid the occurrence of errors in taking products with different batch numbers; Roxy Biak Pharmacy carries out pharmaceutical work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, through the preparation and service of prescriptions, beginning with administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical prescription screening, followed by drug dispensing."

"Tenaga Kefarmasian melaksanakan Pekerjaan Kefarmasian di industri farmasi obat, apotek, rumah sakit, ataupun pada pemerintahan seperti di Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan, yaitu untuk mengetahui proses pengujian sampel QC serta mengetahui kebutuhan biaya analisa sampel di laboratorium Departemen Quality Control pada PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Juli – Agustus 2021; diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan pengalaman para calon Apoteker sehingga dapat memahami pengawasan Obat dan Makanan yang dilakukan oleh BPOM, serta berkontribusi sebagai seorang apoteker di lingkungan masyarakat; untuk mengetahui kesesuain resep pasien baik kajian administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis, serta untuk melaksanakann praktik kefarmasian berupa konseling obat terhadap pasien di Apotek Roxy Poltangan, Jakarta Selatan periode 01 – 30 November 2021. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari dokumen prosedur tetap setiap produk finished goods dan raw material and packaging; diperoleh dari seluruh UPT di Indonesia yang diakses melalui SIPT (Sistem Informasi Pengawasan Terpadu); resep diperoleh dari pengunjung yang melakukan penebusan resep di Apotek Roxy Poltangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni kegiatan kefarmasian di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi khususnya pada quality control telah sesuai dengan penerapan CPOB dan GMP untuk memastikan hasil produk yang konsisten sesuai persyaratan kualitas, keamanan, dan kemanjuran; Badan POM bertugas untuk melakukan pengawasan Obat dan Makanan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, dengan berkoordinasi dengan Menteri Kesehatan dan bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden; Apotek Roxy Poltangan melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, melalui pelaksanaan penyiapan dan pelayanan resep yang diawali dengan skrining resep secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dispensing obat.

Pharmaceutical fields carry out Pharmaceutical Work in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, hospitals, or in government such as the Food and Drug Administration. This study has several objectives, to determine the process of testing QC and the cost of analysis in the laboratory of the Quality Control Department at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period July – August 2021; increase the knowledge and experience of prospective Pharmacists so that they can understand the supervision of Drugs and Food carried out by BPOM, as well as contribute as a pharmacist in the community; determine the suitability of patient prescriptions for administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical studies, as well as to carry out pharmaceutical practices in the form of drug counselling to patients at the Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, South Jakarta for the period 01 – 30 November 2021. Data were obtained from the standard procedure documents for raw materials and packaging finished goods products; obtained from all UPTs in Indonesia which are accessed through SIPT (Integrated Monitoring Information System); prescriptions are obtained from visitors who redeem prescriptions at the Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy. The results obtained are pharmaceutical activities at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi, especially in quality control, has complied with the implementation of GMP and GMP to ensure consistent product results according to quality, safety, and efficacy requirements; BPOM Agency is in charge of supervising Drugs and Food by the provisions of the legislation, in coordination with the Minister of Health and is responsible to the President; Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy carries out pharmaceutical work that is by applicable laws and regulations, through the preparation and service of prescriptions, beginning with administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical prescription screening, followed by the drug dispensing."

Praktik kerja profesi apoteker merupakan kegiatan pelatihan bagi calon apoteker yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di dunia kerja serta meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki calon apoteker. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di sarana pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan salah satu aspek penting untuk menghasilkan seorang apoteker profesional. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Soho Industri Pharmasi pada periode Januari hingga Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Biak pada periode April 2022. Melalui kegiatan praktik kerja di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan, pemahaman, pengalaman dan keterampilan yang dimilikinya.

The implementation of pharmacists professional practice in pharmaceutical service facilities is one of the important aspects to produce a professional pharmacist. The pharmacists professional practice is held at PT Soho Industri Pharmasi from January to February 2022 and Apotek Roxy Biak in April 2022. Through this pharmacists professional practice at pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy, future pharmacists are expected to increase their knowledge, understanding, experience, and skills.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan wadah yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa Apoteker untuk menerapkan dan mengembangkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama perkuliahan di lapangan secara langsung. PKPA dapat membantu para mahasiswa calon Apoteker untuk dapat memperoleh pengalaman pekerjaan Apoteker di fasilitas pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian misalnya Apotek, Rumah Sakit, Puskesmas, Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF), Pabrik Obat, dan BPOM sebelum mereka terjun secara mandiri sebagai Apoteker di fasilitas pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian tersebut. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKPA di fasilitas pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Apotek dan Rumah Sakit yaitu untuk memberikan bekal kepada para calon Apoteker untuk mendalami dan menerapkan serta memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker yang berkeja di Apotek dan Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan PKPA ini diharapkan dapat membantu melahirkan Apoteker yang berintegritas dan berdedikasi tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dan mengembangkan ilmunya sebagai Apoteker di masa mendatang.

The purpose of implementing PKPA at pharmacies and hospitals is to provide provisions for pharmacist students to explore and implement and also understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists who work in pharmacies and hospitals in accordance with the legislation on pharmaceutical work. Thus, the implementation of PKPA is expected to help produce pharmacists with high integrity and dedication in carrying out their duties and developing their knowledge as pharmacists in the future."
