"Pandemi wabah novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) merupakan salah satu ancaman kesehatan masyarakat yang dampaknya menyebar ke berbagai sektor bernegara lainnya, seperti politik, ekonomi dan sosial budaya. Menghadapi ancaman tersebut, Pemerintah Indonesia memanfaatkan segala unsurnya dalam upaya menekan penyebaran Covid-19, diantaranya melibatkan Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN) sebagai salah satu aktor keamanan nasional. Pada prosesnya, berbagai aktifitas BIN seperti swab massal, edukasi, pengadaan alat laboratorium dan terutama keterlibatannya pada penelitian obat Covid-19 dianggap tidak sesuai dengan fungsi intelijen sebagai penyampai informasi melalui cegah dini dan deteksi dini. Berbagai kontra narasi juga mengemuka, terutama menganggap bahwa wabah Covid-19 bukan menjadi ranah intelijen, sehingga pelibatan BIN dalam penanganan wabah mematikan tersebut melahirkan adanya tumpang tindih kewenanganan (overlapping) sekaligus pengerdilan lembaga pemerintah lain yang lebih berkompeten dalam sektor kesehatan masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan konstruktivisme, hasil penelitian berupa wawancara dan studi pustaka telah diverifikasi melalui Teori Kesiapsiagaan Pandemi dan Teori Intelijen Strategis serta keterkaitannya dengan beberapa regulasi mengenai keterlibatan multisektor dalam penanganan pandemi dan kedaruratan kesehatan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BIN mempunyai wewenang untuk menangani pandemi Covid-19 karena didukung oleh urgensi, peran dan fungsinya dalam deteksi dini, peringatan dini, pencegahan, penangkalan dan penanggulangan setiap hakikat ancaman. Namun begitu, berbagai irisan dan tumpang tindih kewenangan dengan otoritas kesehatan masyarakat, menjadikan berbagai aktifitas BIN tersebut berpotensi menghasilkan penyimpangan (bias) yang justru kontra produktif terhadap penanganan pandemi dan ancaman terhadap kesahatan masyarakat di masa depan.

The pandemic of the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) is one of the public health threats whose impact has spread to various other sectors of the country, such as politics, economy and socio-culture. Facing this threat, the Government of Indonesia is using all its elements in an effort to suppress the spread of Covid-19, including involving the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) as one of the national security actors. In the process, various BIN activities such as mass swabs, education, procurement of laboratory equipment and especially its involvement in Covid-19 drug research were deemed incompatible with the intelligence function as a transmitter of information through early prevention and early detection. Various counter-narratives have also emerged, especially considering that the Covid-19 outbreak is not the realm of intelligence, so that the involvement of BIN in handling the deadly outbreak has resulted in overlapping powers (overlapping) as well as dwarfing other government institutions that are more competent in the public health sector. Through a constructivist approach, research results in the form of interviews and literature studies have been verified through Pandemic Preparedness Theory and Strategic Intelligence Theory and their relationship to several regulations regarding multi-sectoral involvement in handling pandemics and health emergencies. The conclusion of this study shows that BIN has the authority to handle the Covid-19 pandemic because it is supported by the urgency, its role and function in early detection, early warning, prevention, deterrence and countermeasures any nature of threats. However, various slices and overlaps of authority with public health authorities have made BIN's various activities have the potential to produce biases that are actually counter-productive to handling the pandemic and threats to public health in the future."

"Kondisi ketidakpastian senantiasa selalu terjadi dalam sebuah organisasi yang disebabkan adanya perubahan sehingga diperlukan kinerja yang adaptif guna menghadapi segala perubahan tersebut. Dikaitkan dengan penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya yang meneliti pengaruh sistem kerja berkinerja tinggi dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap outcome organisasi salah satunya kinerja adaptif. Selain itu dalam menghadapi perubahan diperlukan kecerdasan emosional guna dapat berpikir dengan tepat tentang emosinya sehingga dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terkait pengaruh sistem kerja berkinerja tinggi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja adaptif. Kemudian dalam kaitan hubungan ketiganya, keterlibatan kerja berperan sebagai mediasi diharapkan dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan dari ketiganya. Sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 239 orang kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik structural equation modeling (SEM) dan Lisrel versi 8.80 sebagai aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data tersebut. Hasilnya menunjukan terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif signifikan antara HPWS dengan kinerja adaptif dan kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja adaptif. Selain itu keterlibatan kerja dapat memediasi secara sebagian (parsial) pengaruh HPWS dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja adaptif.

Conditions of uncertainty always occur in an organization due to changes, so adaptive performance is needed to face all these changes. Linked to previous research which examined the influence of high-performance work systems which can have an influence on organizational outcomes, one of which is adaptive performance. Apart from that, in dealing with change, emotional intelligence is needed in order to be able to think appropriately about one's emotions so that one can adapt to changes. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of high-performance work systems and emotional intelligence on adaptive performance. Then in relation to the relationship between the three, work involvement plays a mediating role which is expected to strengthen or weaken the relationship between the three. The research sample of 239 people was then processed using structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques and Lisrel version 8.80 as the application used in processing the data. The results show that there is a significant positive direct influence between HPWS and adaptive performance and emotional intelligence and adaptive performance. In addition, work engagement can partially mediate the influence of HPWS and emotional intelligence on adaptive performance"

"ABSTRAK
Sejak menjalankan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) pada 2014, masalah ketersediaan fasilitas dan tenaga kesehatan menjadi tantangan bagi Pemerintah Indonesia untuk mewujudkan kondisi universal health coverage. Walaupun berdasarkan data pada 2018 JKN telah dimiliki oleh sekitar 80% penduduk Indonesia, permintaan masyarakat akan akses kesehatan masih terhambat oleh ketersediaan penawaran pelayanan kesehatan yang kurang memadai di berbagai daerah. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi logit serta variabel yang bersumber dari data Podes, Susenas dan data Publikasi BPJS Kesehatan, studi ini akan menunjukan pengaruh signifikan dari ketersediaan faktor-faktor penawaran yang berupa rumah sakit, puskesmas dan dokter dalam meningkatkan probabilitas seseorang untuk mengakses rawat jalan.

ABSTRACT
Since implementing Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) in 2014, availability of facilities and health workers has become challenges for Indonesia Government to achieve condition of universal health coverage. Although based on data in 2018 JKN has been owned by around 80% of Indonesia's population, public demand access to health services is still hampered by inadequate health service in various regions. By using logit regression and variables from Podes, Susenas and publication data published by BPJS Kesehatan, this study will show significant effect of supply factors in the form of hospitals, puskesmas and doctors in increasing someone probability to accessing outpatient care."

"Keberlangsungan program BPJS Kesehatan didukung oleh iuran yang diperoleh dari peserta yang terdaftar dalam BPJS Kesehatan. Peserta mandiri atau PBPU merupakan salah satu jenis peserta dalam JKN. Namun, jumlah persentase kolektabilitas iuran pada peserta mandiri di BPJS Kesehatan Kota Bekasi belum mencapai target ideal 100%, sampai dengan bulan April 2020 hanya sebesar 86,88%. Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kepatuhan peserta mandiri dalam melakukan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan di BPJS Kesehatan KC Kota Bekasi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan peserta mandiri yang terdaftar di BPJS Kesehatan Kota Bekasi dengan sampel 124 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah peserta mandiri yang patuh membayar iuran (76,6%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan peserta yang tidak patuh membayar iuran (23,4%). Selain itu, faktor predisposisi pada variabel pengetahuan (p-value = 0,032) memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan perilaku kepatuhan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Sedangkan faktor pemungkin dan faktor pendorong tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan.

The progression of the BPJS Health program is supported by payment premiums that obtained from participants who registered with BPJS Kesehatan. Independent participants or PBPU are one of the type participants in JKN. But, the percentage of contribution collectibility for independent participants in BPJS Kesehatan Bekasi City has not reached the ideal target of 100%, until April 2020 only amounted to 86.88%. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors related to the compliance behavior of independent participants in making BPJS Health payment premium at branch office BPJS Kesehatan in Bekasi City. The methodology of this research is quantitative research by using cross sectional study design. Population in this research is independent participants who registered in BPJS Kesehatan Bekasi city with 124 respondents as sample. Data retrieval from the participants by using accidental sampling. The data collection has been collected through online questionnaire. The results indicated that the number of independent compliance participants in payment premium is 76.6%, which is higher than non-compliance participants, only get 23,4%. In addition, predisposing factors of variable (p-value = 0.032) has a significant relationship with the compliance behavior in payment premium of BPJS Kesehatan. While as, the enabling factors and reinforcing factors do not have relationship with compliance behavior in payment premium of BPJS Kesehatan."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang perbedaan iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan dimensi-dimensinya pada Badan Intelijen Negara dan Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri serta pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota polisi pada kedua Badan Intelijen tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantatif eksplanatif, yang mengkaji bagaimana responden mempersepsikan iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dalam dua unit organisasi yang berbeda. Populasi penelitian 203 anggota polisi yang terdiri dari perwira maupun bintara yang bekerja pada Badan Intelijen Negara. Sementara dari Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri sebanyak 728 anggota polisi baik yang berpangkat Komjen, Perwira, bintara dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarluaskan kepada anggota polisi di kedua unit organisasi tersebut.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa (1) Iklim organisasi anggota Badan Intelijen Negara lebih tinggi dibandingkan anggota Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri. Dari hasil uji statistik yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan variabel Iklim Organisasi yang signifikan antara Badan Intelijen Negara dengan Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri; (2) Kepuasan kerja anggota Badan Intelijen Negara lebih tinggi dibandingkan anggota Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri. Dari hasil uji statistik yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan variabel kepuasan kerja yang signifikan antara Badan Intelijen Negara dengan Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri; (3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada anggota Badan Intelijen Negara, dimensi-dimensi Iklim organisasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 91,1%. Dari beberapa dimensi tersebut, dimensi yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja adalah support & komitmen.
Implementasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri sebaiknya dapat lebih meningkatkan dimensi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan Iklim organisasi yang meliputi reward, struktur dan tanggung jawab, warmth, support & komitmen, standard, maupun risk & conflict, sehingga nilai iklim organisasi dalam Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri pun dapat meningkat serta memiliki nilai yang tinggi seperti yang ada pada Badan Intelijen Negara. Dengan demikian, maka nilai kepuasan kerja dalam Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri juga akan ikut meningkat.

The study discusses the differences in the context of organizational climate and job satisfaction with its dimensions between National Intelligence Agency and National Police Security Intelligence Agency as well as the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction of police officers at the two intelligence agencies. The research employs the quantitative explanatory method which examines how respondents perceive organizational climate and job satisfaction in the two different organizational units. There are 931 respondents of the research: 203 officers, consisting of officers and NCOs working for National Intelligence Agency and 728 officers, ranging from police commissioner general, NCOs, to civil servants working for the National Police Security Intelligence Agency. Data is gathered using questionnaires that are distributed to officers in both organizational units. The results of the study reveal that: (1) organizational climate of the members of State Intelligence Agency is higher than that of the members of the National Police Security Intelligence Agency. Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in organizational climate variables between the State Intelligence Agency and the National Police Security Intelligence Agency; (2) job satisfaction of the members of the State Intelligence Agency is higher than that of the members of the National Police Security Intelligence Agency. Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in job satisfaction variables between the State Intelligence Agency and the National Police Security Intelligence Agency; and (3) based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that for the members of the State Intelligence Agency, the dimensions of organizational climate proved to have a significant effect on job satisfaction with a large effect of 91.1%. The most dominant dimension influencing job satisfaction is support and commitment. The implementation of this research is that the National Police Security Intelligence Agency should be able to further improve other dimensions related to organizational climate which include rewards, structure and responsibility, warmth, support & commitment, standards, and risk & conflict, so that the value of the organizational climate within the Intelligence Agency Police security can also be increased and have a high value like that of the State Intelligence Agency. Thus, the value of job satisfaction in the Police Security Intelligence Agency will also increase."

"Kemampuan knowledge creation untuk menghasilkan produk intelijen yang berkualitas merupakan kunci keberhasilan organisasi intelijen keamanan. Organisasi intelijen keamanan Polri (Polisi Republik Indonesia) menarik untuk dikaji, karena kemampuan knowledge creation-nya selama ini. Untuk memahami bagaimana knowledge creation terjadi di organisasi, penelitian ini mengangkat tiga masalah, yaitu: 1) bagaimana pola knowledge creation yang terjadi di dalam organisasi intelijen keamanan Polri; 2) bagaimana karakteristik knowledge creation di dalam organisasi intelijen keamanan Polri; dan 3) bagaimana dari knowledge creation di organisasi intelijen keamanan Polri.
Menggunakan model knowledge creation SECI (Socialization, tempat terjadinya kreasi pengetahuan, penelitian ini memberikan manfaat: 1) pemahaman teoritis tentang karakteristik dan pola-pola proses knowledge creation di organisasi intelijen; dan 2) pengetahuan praktis bagaimana mengelola knowledge creation di dalam organisasi intelijen bagi anggota organisasi dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode systems thinking-system dynamics untuk memahami fenomena kompleksitas dinamik melalui analisis struktur reinforcing & balancing loop.
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan: pertama, pola knowledge creation yang terjadi di dalam organisasi intelijen keamanan Polri memiliki kekhasan tersendiri, dimana proses SECI terjadi dalam pola umpan balik dan tidak membentuk pola spiral; kedua, knowledge creation organisasi ini memiliki karakteristik yang dominan pada tacit knoweldge, struktur dominan reinforcing loops, dan peran teknologi yang relatif signifikan; ketiga, karakteristik Ba pada proses knowledge creation, terutama tahap sosialisasi dan internalisasi, efektif dilakukan pada saat pelaksanaan tugas di lapangan atau justru di luar kantor.

Knowledge creation capability to produce quality intelligence is the key for successful security organization. Police security intelligence organization (Indonesian Police) is interesting to be studied, because of its knowledge creation capability so far. To understand how knowledge creation occurs in the organization, this study raised three issues, namely: 1) how the patterns of knowledge creation that occurs in the organization of the Polri security intelligence; 2) how the characteristics of knowledge creation in the Polri security intelligence organization; and 3) how the 'Ba' characteristics of the knowledge creation in Polri security intelligence organization.
Using a model of SECI knowledge creation (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) and the concept of 'Ba' or place of the knowledge creation, this study provides the benefits: 1) a theoretical understanding of the characteristics and patterns of knowledge creation process in intelligence organization, and 2) practical knowledge of how to manage knowledge creation in the security intelligence organization for the organization members in the performance of duties by utilizing optimal support of 'Ba' organization. This study used a qualitative approach and systems thinking-system dynamics method for understanding the phenomenon of dynamics complexity by analysing the structure of reinforcing and balancing loops.
The study concluded: first, the pattern of knowledge creation that occurs in Polri security intelligence organization has its own exclusiveness, which SECI process occurs in a pattern of feedback and does not form a spiral pattern; second, knowledge creation in this organization has a dominant characteristic of the tacit knoweldge, dominant structure in reinforcing loops, and a relatively significant role of technology; third, characteristics of Ba in the process of knowledge creation, especially the socialization and internalization, effectively carried out during the implementation of tasks in the field or just outside the office.

"Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 memberikan beberapa dampak seperti dalam aspek kesehatan dan aspek pendidikan. Penyesuaian dalam bidang pendidikan yaitu dengan adanya pembelajaran jarak jauh. Hal ini merupakan hal yang baru, baik mahasiswa maupun dosen perlu beradaptasi dengan sistem ini, sistem ini menjadi stres baru bagi mahasiswa, baik untuk mahasiswa kesehatan maupun mahasiswa nonkesehatan. Mekanisme koping yang digunakan pun berubah menyesuaikan dengan kondisi yang ada, maka dari itu dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan mekanisme koping mahasiswa kesehatan dan mahasiswa nonkesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif komparatif dengan metode cross sectional dan melibatkan 108 responden yang berasal dari program studi kesehatan dan nonkesehatan sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Kuesioner yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner ways of coping scale untuk menentukan jenis koping yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan mekanisme koping mahasiswa kesehatan dan nonkesehatan, responden mahasiswa kesehatan cenderung menggunakan emotion focused coping dan responden mahasiswa nonkesehatan cenderung menggunakan problem focused coping.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had several impacts, such as in the health and education aspects. Adjustment in the field of education is by distance learning. This is a new thing, both students and lecturers need to adapt to this system, this system becomes a new stress for students, both for health students and non-health students. The coping mechanisms used also change according to the existing conditions, therefore this study was conducted to determine the comparison of the coping mechanisms of health students and non-health students. This study is a comparative descriptive study with cross sectional method and involved 108 respondents from health and non-health study programs according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The questionnaire used is a questionnaire ways of coping scale to determine the type of coping used. The results showed that there were differences in the coping mechanisms of health and non-health students, health student respondents tended to use emotion focused coping and non-health student respondents tended to use problem focused coping.

"TNI AD harus menguasai teknologi terkini yang meliputi teknologi informasi dan peralatan perang sebagai bentuk tanggapan atas adanya transformasi digital. Perang yang terjadi bukan lagi terkait perang fisik, tetapi perang yang diakibatkan oleh arus teknologi dan informasi. Kompetensi dan peran Perwira Staf Intelijen TNI AD saat ini tidak lagi mencukupi seiring dengan tanggung jawabnya yang berubah. Mempertahankan keamanan siber di sektor pemerintahan Indonesia, khususnya keamanan siber di tubuh TNI AD menjadi peran penting dari kompetensi siber Perwira Staf Intelijen TNI AD. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesenjangan kompetensi siber Perwira Staf Intelijen TNI AD, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi siber Perwira Staf Intelijen TNI AD, dan menganalisis strategi penguatan kompetensi siber Perwira Staf Intelijen TNI AD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan positivist. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, studi dokumen, dan survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi siber Perwira Staf Intelijen TNI AD menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan. Meskipun secara pengetahuan (knowledge), sifat (traits), dan kerangka berpikir (mind set) cukup memadai, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam keterampilan (skill), aspek citra diri (self-image), motif sosial (social motives), pola pikir (thought pattern), dan cara berpikir, merasa, dan bertindak (way of thinking, feeling, and acting). Faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi siber Perwira Staf Intelijen TNI AD seperti pendidikan, pelatihan, karakteristik pribadi, dan lingkungan perlu dikuatkan lebih lanjut. Meskipun terhadap Perwira Staf Intelijen TNI AD telah dilakukan strategi penguatan kompetensi siber, namun strategi berupa analisis kebutuhan (need analysis), pengembangan kompetensi inti, dan perubahan desain kerja yang inovatif yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan belum maksimal.

Indonesia Army must master the latest technology which includes information technology and war equipment as a form of response to digital transformation. The war that occurs is no longer related to physical war, but war caused by the flow of technology and information. The current competence and role of the Indonesian Army Intelligence Staff Officer is no longer sufficient in line with the changing responsibilities. Maintaining cyber security in the Indonesian government sector, especially cyber security in the Indonesian Army organization, is an important role of the cyber competence of the Indonesian Army Intelligence Staff Officers. This study aims to analyze the cyber competence gap of Indonesian Army Intelligence Staff Officers, analyze the factors that affect the cyber competence of Indonesian Army Intelligence Staff Officers, and analyze strategies for strengthening the cyber competence of Indonesian Army Intelligence Staff Officers. This study uses a positivist approach. Data were collected through interviews, document studies, and surveys. The results showed that the cyber competence of the Indonesian Army Intelligence Staff Officers showed a gap. Although knowledge, traits, and mind set are adequate, it is still necessary to improve skills, aspects of self-image, social motives, mindset or thought patterns, and ways of thinking, feeling, and acting. Factors affecting the cyber competence of Indonesian Army Intelligence Staff Officers such as education, training, personal characteristics, and the environment need to be further strengthened. Although the Indonesian Army Intelligence Staff Officer has carried out a cyber competency strengthening strategy, the strategies in the form of needs analysis, core competency development, and innovative work design changes that have been carried out show that they are not optimal."

Tesis ini membahas analisis intelijen terhadap korporasi dalam menghadapi gerakan buruh. Beberapa korporasi tidak luput dari aksi gerakan buruh yang berdampak pada kerugian. Gerakan buruh seharusnya bisa dideteksi sedini mungkin dan dihadapi secara strategis untuk meminimalkan dampak yang lebih luas.
Analisis intelijen dengan studi kasus Grup Astra ini menunjukkan tingkat ancaman gerakan buruh terhadap korporasi adalah menengah, dan tingkat kerentanan korporasi dalam menghadapi gerakan buruh adalah tinggi. Hasil analisis risiko menunjukkan ada beberapa anak perusahaan dengan tingkat risiko moderate-extreme. Untuk itu diperlukan rencana tanggap strategi agar gerakan buruh dapat dicegah dan dihadapi. Hal ini guna menjaga stabilitas korporasi tetap terjaga.

ABSTRACT
This thesis describes an intelligence analysis corporation that is facing labour action. Many corporations face labour actions, which cause losses. Labour action should have been detectable as early as possible, and it must be faced strategically in order to minimize impacts and prevent wide-spread of impacts.
Intelligence analysis of the Astra Group case study shows a moderate level of labour action threat against the corporation, and high level of corporate vulnerability in facing labour action. Risk analysis shows that several subsidiaries have a moderate-extreme risk level. Therefore, strategic response plans are necessary in order to prevent and face labour action. This will maintain the stability of the corporation."
