"Profesi Apoteker merupakan pendidikan yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan karir seorang apoteker. Sebelum mengaplikasikan keilmuan di bidang kefarmasian secara profesioanl, seorang apoteker perlu menempun pendidikan profesi untu mendapat gelar apoteker. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan salah satu kegiatan pada perkuliahan profesi apoteker yang bertujuan mengasah kemampuan praktik calon apoteker sebelum terjun langsung ke dunia kerja sebagai seorang apoteker yang profesional. Kegiatan PKPA ini dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma Pekapuran periode Januari 2022 dan PT. Kalbio Global Medika periode Maret – April 2022. Melalui kegiatan ini, penulis berharap ilmu yang didapatkan selama PKPA dapat menjadi bekal yang baik untuk menjadi seorang apoteker yang profesional, baik di pelayanan masyarakat maupun industry farmasi.

The pharmacist profession degree is a very important education in the career development of a pharmacist. Before applying knowledge in the field of pharmacy professionally, a pharmacist needs to undergo professional education to get a pharmacist degree. The Pharmacist Professional Practice Activity (PKPA) is one of the activities in the pharmacist profession curriculum which aims to hone the practice skills of prospective pharmacists before going directly into the world of work as a professional pharmacist. This PKPA activity was carried out at Kimia Farma Pekapuran Pharmacy for the January 2022 period and PT. Kalbio Global Medika for the period March – April 2022. Through this activity, the author hopes that the knowledge gained during PKPA can be a good provision to become a professional pharmacist, both in community service and the pharmaceutical industry."

"Profesi Apoteker mempunyai peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian, apoteker dituntut untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan manajerial, serta menguasai kemampuan dalam melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Apoteker tidak hanya perlu pengetahuan dalam bentuk teori namun, dibutuhkan juga praktik. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan calon apoteker dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Dankos Farma periode Januari – Februari 2022 dan Apotek Atrika periode Mei – Juni 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi, dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

In providing pharmaceutical services, pharmacists are required to improve their knowledge, managerial skills, and master the ability to perform clinical pharmacy services. Pharmacists do not only need knowledge in the form of theory but also practice. The knowledge and skills of prospective pharmacists can be improved through Professional Practice of Pharmacist activities. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT Dankos Farma for the period January – February 2022 and Apotek Atrika for the May – June 2022 period. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

Apoteker berperan dalam menjamin praktik keframasiaan, baik untuk menjamin kualitas obat di Industri farmasi maupun pelayanan di bidang klinis seperti apotek. Good pharmacists must have a professional and competent attitude in their work which must be applied in drug manufacturing process until the drugs are distributed to the patients safely and accordingly. One of the ways to train pharmacists’ professional and competent attitude is by experiencing professional practice in pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry is held at Sanofi Indonesia PT. Aventis Pharma in January – February 2022 while Professional Practice of Pharmacist in pharmacy is held at Apotek Kimia Farma 298 Bendungan Hilir in April 2022. The experience of internship in pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy can increase the knowledge, insight, as well as the professional attitude that is required as a pharmacist."

The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (Internship) was held at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Labortories, Cengkareng District Health Center, and Kimia Farma Utama Raya Pharmacy 563 Period of January – April 2022. Prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledge, skills, and appropriate experience from practical activities work that has been carried out to perform pharmaceutical work."

"Apotek, Puskesmas, dan rumah sakit merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Pelayanan kefarmasian harus mengikuti standar pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Tugas khusus ini dilaksanakan untuk mengevaluasi pemusnahan vaksin COVID-19 yang telah kedaluwarsa di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama pada periode Maret – Desember 2021, membandingkan kesesuaian standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Pamulang menurut PMK No. 73 Tahun 2016, dan untuk melihat kecenderungan penggunaan narkotika dan psikotropika (NAPZA) di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia selama periode bulan Maret 2021 hingga Februari 2022. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa Vaksin COVID-19 yang sudah kedaluwarsa di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama belum bisa dimusnahkan karena menunggu arahan dari Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan, pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Roxy Pamulang sudah memenuhi Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016, dan Penggunaan obat NAPZA paling banyak di RSUI pada periode Maret 2021 – Februari 2022 adalah Klobazam 10 mg.

A pharmacy, public health center, and a hospital are pharmaceutical service facilities where pharmacists practice pharmaceutical services. Pharmaceutical services must follow pharmaceutical service standards in accordance with applicable regulations. This task was carried out to evaluate the disposal of expired COVID-19 vaccines at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama in the period March – December 2021, comparing the suitability of pharmaceutical service standards carried out at Apotek Roxy Pamulang according to PMK No. 73 of 2016, and to look at the trend of using narcotics and psychotropic drugs (NAPZA) at the University Indonesia Hospital during the period from March 2021 to February 2022. The results of this final project show that the expired COVID-19 vaccine at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama has not been able to be disposed of due to waiting for directions from the South Jakarta Health Sub-dept., the pharmaceutical services at Apotek Roxy Pamulang have complied with the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 73 of 2016, and the highest use of narcotic drugs in RSUI in the period March 2021 - February 2022 is 10 mg Klobazam."

Melalui pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini, calonapoteker diharapkan untuk mampu memahami kompetensi yang diperlukan,memperoleh wawasan serta mampu mengimplementasikan praktik kerja di bidangkefarmasian.

future pharmacists are expected to be able to understand the competencies needed,

gain insight and be able to implement work practices in the field of pharmacy."

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini diharapkan dapat membantu apoteker dalam mengembangkan kemampuannya dan memperoleh pengetahuan baru terkait profesinya di Industri Farmasi, Pedagang Besar Farmasi, dan Apotek.

The Professional Practices of Pharmacist are carried out at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk for the period 3 January-25 February 2022, Apotek Roxy Telajung for the period 2-26 March 2022, and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari for the period 1-14 April 2022.
