"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem aplikasi pengukuran kinerja fungsi IT menggunakan IT Balanced Scorecard yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung strategi bisnis perusahaan yang berguna untuk memudahkan pemantauan dan penilaian kinerja fungsi IT pada perusahaan dan diharapkan ada proses perbaikan dan peningkatan kinerja yang cepat apabila ada kekurangan dan kesalahan dalam proses kerja yang dijalankan. Perusahaan bergerak dalam bidang Teknologi Informasi sehingga fungsi IT mempunyai peran utama dan penting bagi proses bisnis perusahaan maka dibutuhkan suatu pengukuran untuk menilai dan memantau keberhasilan kinerja IT dalam menunjang bisnis perusahaan. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan, wawancara, survey lapangan, dan pengumpulan data perusahaan. Sedangkan metodologi perancangan sistem aplikasi IT Balanced Scorecard menggunakan FAST (Framework for the Application System Thinking). Sistem Aplikasi IT Balanced Scorecard merupakan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang diusulkan dengan tujuan mempermudah pemantauan dan menghasilkan informasi kinerja fungsi IT. Dengan dashboard IT Balanced Scorecard yang berfungsi sebagai alat diagnostic control system untuk melakukan pemantauan kinerja dan evaluasi kinerja fungsi IT, dengan dashboard sistem aplikasi IT Balanced Scorecard dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai kondisi hasil pencapaian kerja fungsi IT.

The purpose of this study is to design a system of performance measurement application of IT functions using an integrated IT Balanced Scorecard to support the company's business strategy that is useful to facilitate the monitoring and assessment of the performance of the IT function in the company and is expected to be a process improvement and rapid performance improvement of any deficiencies and errors in the work process run. The Company is engaged in the field of Information Technology so that the IT function has a major and important role for the company's business processes we need a measure to assess and monitor the success of the performance of IT in supporting the company's business. Methods of research conducted with literature studies, interviews, field surveys and data collection company. While the methodology design application system IT Balanced Scorecard using the FAST (Framework for the Application System Thinking). Application System IT balanced scorecard is a performance measurement system is proposed in order to facilitate monitoring and yield performance information IT functions. With the IT balanced scorecard dashboard serves as a diagnostic tool control system for performance monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the IT function, with dashboard IT balanced scorecard application systems can provide a picture of the working conditions of the results of the achievement of IT function."

"Pengalaman online yang terus berkembang membuat peluang digital semakin meningkat sehingga banyak pelaku industri berbondong-bondong untuk terjun ke dunia digital. Penggunaan aplikasi perangkat lunak menjadi semakin dibutuhkan di dunia industri untuk memberikan online presence. Namun, dalam beberapa kasus, keinginan para pelaku industri untuk memiliki aplikasi perangkat lunak tidak diimbangi dengan pengetahuan yang mereka dimiliki terkait teknologi. Hal ini membuat posisi perusahaan penyedia jasa pengembangan perangkat lunak semakin dibutuhkan, salah satunya agensi. Hijrstudio merupakan salah satu perusahaan agensi yang menyediakan layanan desain dan pengembangan aplikasi perangkat lunak. Dengan semakin banyaknya permintaan produk, kerap dijumpai isu terkait kolaborasi dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak di Hijrstudio, tepatnya dalam tahapan perancangan desain antarmuka. Isu ini merupakan permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh Desainer dan Frontend Developer Hijrstudio. Dalam mengatasi isu tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan merancang design system sebagai sebuah standar dalam proses perancangan desain antarmuka di Hijrstudio. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode User-Centered Design yang melibatkan calon pengguna design system secara aktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dalam proses pengumpulan data. Proses perancangan design system dilakukan dengan teknik Atomic Design dan Participatory Design. Dari segi praktikal, penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap terciptanya sebuah design system yang dapat membuat kinerja Desainer dan Frontend Developer Hijrstudio dalam merancang desain antarmuka menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Dari segi teoretis, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode UCD dalam merancang design system untuk perusahaan agensi menghasilkan keluaran dengan kualitas usability yang baik.

The online experience that continues to grow makes digital opportunities increase, so many industry players flock to enter the digital world. Software applications are becoming increasingly necessary in the industrial world to provide an online presence. However, in some cases, the desire of industry players to have software applications is not matched by their knowledge related to technology. This makes the position of software development service providers increasingly needed, one of which is an agency. Hijrstudio is an agency company that provides design and development services for software applications. With the increasing demand for products, issues related to collaboration are often encountered in the software development process at Hijrstudio, precisely in the interface design stage. This issue is a problem that Hijrstudio Designers and Frontend Developers often face. In addressing this issue, this research was conducted by designing a design system as a standard in the interface design process at Hijrstudio. The research was conducted using the User-Centered Design method, which actively involved prospective users of the design system. This study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches in the data collection process. The system design process is carried out using Atomic Design and Participatory Design techniques. From a practical point of view, this research has implications for creating a design system that can make the performance of Hijrstudio Designers and Frontend Developers in designing interface designs more effective and efficient. From a theoretical point of view, this study shows that using the UCD method in designing a design system for agency companies produces outputs with good usability quality."

"Pada tahun 2010 terjadi peningkatan level organisasi SI/TI di SKK Migas menjadi Divisi MSI. Dengan keragaman arsitektur dan teknologi yang dimiliki oleh tiap SI di SKK Migas, maka Service Oriented Architecture SOA dipilih menjadi konsep integrasi. Salah satu permasalahan yang menjadi penyebabnya adalah belum adanya standar pengembangan SI berbasis SOA di SKK Migas. Penelitian ini akan membuat strandard pengembangan SI berbasis SOA di SKK Migas untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan ini di SKK Migas. Penelitian ini menggunakan scrum sebagai acuan dalam membuat rekomendasi standar pengembangan SI di SKK Migas. Rekomendasi standar pengembangan SOA dibuat dengan mengacu ke model yang dibuat oleh Thomas Erl. Untuk integrasi antara standar pengembangan SI dan SOA di SKK Migas, digunakan penelitian dari Vamshi Kiran Gireddy dan Andrew P. Ciganek dengan judul ldquo;Implementing A SOA Using Scrum: Achieving Improved Productivity Using Service Trees rdquo;. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi standar pengembangan SI di SKK Migas. Hasil kedua dari penelitian ini adalah standar pengembangan SOA di SKK Migas. Standar integrasi antara pengembangan SI dan SOA diatur melalui 3 prosedur yaitu pendefinisian user stories service tree, pendefinisian jadwal sprint user stories dan service, dan review user stories service tree dan jadwal sprint.

In 2010, there is an increment of IS IT organization level at SKK Migas become centralized in MSI Division. Based on the heterogeneity of architecture and technology of IS in SKK Migas, service oriented architecture SOA have been chosen as the integration concept. Main cause of problem in SKK Migas is that there is no standard in SKK Migas for IS development based on SOA. This research will use scrum as a reference of IS development standard in SKK Migas. SOA development standard will use model from Thomas Erl as the reference. Research from Vamshi Kiran Gireddy and Andrew P. Ciganek named ldquo Implementing A SOA Using Scrum Achieving Improved Productivity Using Service Trees rdquo will be used as reference for integration of development standard of IS and SOA in SKK Migas. This research produce recommendation for IS development standard in SKK Migas. Other result of this research is SOA development standard in SKK Migas. Integration of IS and SOA development standard in SKK Migas consist of 3 process, definition of user stories service tree, schedule definition of user stories and service sprint, and review of user stories service tree and sprint schedule."
