ABSTRAK Laporan ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan tipe-tipe konsumen berdasarkan teori-teori mengenai kepribadian manusia. Teori kepribadian menerangkan adanya pengaturan yang dinamis dalam sistem psikofisik individu yang menentukan karakteristik perilaku dan pemikiran mereka (Allport, 1961). Melalui wawancara terhadap dua konsumen, laporan ini berusaha untuk menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian konsumen menjadi lebih rumit ketika mereka memilih sebuah produk. Seperti diketahui, saat ini terdapat begitu banyak pilihan merek maupun produk yang ditawarkan. Kepribadian adalah sesuatu yang unik yang dimiliki seseorang yang mencerminkan perpaduan antara perilaku dan karakteristik orang tersebut, dan karenanya diikuti oleh kemampuannya untuk merespon hal-hal yang terjadi di sekitarnya. Berdasarkan kenyataan ini, kepribadian konsumen dianalisa dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh strategi marketing yang cocok bagi pangsa pasar ini. Keunikan dalam kepribadian konsumen merupakan sebuah tantangan bagi bisnis untuk bisa memahaminya, sebab terdapat begitu banyak pasar yang perlu dianalisa, terlebih juga karena saat ini selera pasar begitu beragam. Tidaklah heran bahwa analisa kepribadian tidak dapat menjamin keberhasilan sebuah strategi marketing; walaupun hal tersebut membantu bisnis menemukan startegi marketing yang tepat dan juga, namun tak terbatas pada, produk yang tepat.
ABSTRACT;The purpose of this report is to describe the type of consumer based on personality theories. Personality theory explains about the dynamic organization within the individual of those psychophysical systems that determine the characteristics behavior and thoughts (Allport, 1961). Using interview to two consumers this report identifies that the personality of a consumer are getting more complex in purchasing a product. There are more option in products and brands that the consumers can choose. Personality is a unique particular characteristic that everybody has that reflects their blend of behavior and characteristics, and therefore followed by the ability in responding surrounding events. Therefore, the personality of the consumer shall be analyzed to be able to fit in the right marketing strategy to them and harness it. The unique aspect of the personalities in each person is really a challenge for a business to understand, as there are numerous markets that should be studied, especially that tastes are also varied among people nowadays. It?s a no wonder that personality analysis could not assure the success of a marketing strategy; though it will help the business to make a right marketing strategy and also, but not limited to, product;The purpose of this report is to describe the type of consumer based on personality theories. "Halal label is a label on food that justified according to Islamic law, qualified and did not harm our health. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of intrinsic factors (individual characteristics and family characteristics), extrinsic factors, knowledge, religiosity and the attitude towards behavior of reading the halal label on food products of undergraduate students. This study used cross sectional study with survey method. The research involved 400 students of Bogor Agricultural University that were chosen by multistage random sampling with gender as a layer. There was significant difference between female and male in knowledge, religiosity value, and attitude in reading halal label, whereas the behavior in reading label had no significant difference. Age, religiosity value, and attitude were found affected significantly behavior of reading halal label on food products."

"Jakarta sebagai kota metropolitan memiliki sifat yang secara sosial heterogen dan individu cenderung lebih bebas dari kekakuan kontrol sosial patriarki, tetapi ketimpangan masih ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui karakteristik ruang publik Jalan/trotoar dan Sarana transportasi umum terkait dengan dominasi sosial serta perilaku yang terjadi oleh masing-masing gender. Dilakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap delapan informan yang hasilnya dikaji dengan menggunakan teori produksi ruang, proksemika, dominasi sosial, dan tindakan sosial. Ditemukan bahwa perempuan cenderung lebih behati-hati di ruang publik. Karena kecenderungan menjaga jarak yang lebih jauh terhadap orang asing, dilakukan taktik yang merupakan tindakan rasional-instrumental. Laki-laki cenderung tidak menganggap ruang publik sebagai tempat yang membahayakan, sehingga cenderung bertindak secara tradisional. Bagi individu dengan ekspresi gender silang, pengekspresian di ruang publik termasuk ke dalam tindakan rasional-nilai. Ruang publik Jalan dan Sarana transportasi digenderkan menjadi maskulin ditandai dengan asosiasinya dengan gender dan sifat-sifat maskulin. Pada sarana transportasi umum, kebutuhan perempuan akan keamanan dan sifat ruangnya yang tertutup kemudian membuat diciptakannya strategi oleh para voyeur berupa penciptaan ruang terseks perempuan, sehingga ruang publik tetap bisa menjadi tempat aman untuk perempuan. Bagi individu dengan ekspresi gender silang, ruang tersebut cenderung dianggap sebagai tempat yang kurang nyaman karena bias gender dari regulator ruang dan orang sekitar yang sifatnya cisnormatif.
Jakarta as a metropolitan city has a socially heterogeneous nature and individuals tend to be freer from the rigidity of patriarchal social control, but inequality still exists. This study aims to determine the characteristics of public space such as roads/sidewalks and public transportation facilities in relation to social domination and behavior that occurs by each gender. In-depth interviews were conducted with eight informants whose results were examined using the theories such as production of space, proxemics, social domination, and social action. It was found that women tended to be more careful in public spaces. Because of the tendency to maintain greater distance from strangers, a tactic which is a rational-instrumental action is adopted. Men tend not to perceive public space as a dangerous place, so they tend to act traditionally. For individuals with cross-gender expression, expression in the public space is considered to be value-rational action. Public spaces such as Roads and transportation facilities are gendered to be masculine, characterized by their association with masculine traits. In public transportation, women's need for security and the closed nature of the space then led to voyeurs creating a strategy that is the creation of women's sexed spaces, so that public spaces can still be safe places for women. For individuals with cross-gender expressions, this space tends to be seen as an uncomfortable place because of the gender bias of the space regulator and the surrounding people."

"Dalam mendukung proses bisnis di berbagai sektor, pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan metode agile harus dapat dikerjakan secara kontinu. Untuk menjaga kualitas perangkat lunak, tahap pengujian bersifat krusial dalam memastikan segala skenario yang dapat berjalan sesuai ekspektasi. Skenario pengujian sistem biasanya mencakup sebuah skenario sistem kontrol yang direpresentasikan dengan functional test, sedangkan pada dunia sebenarnya dapat terjadi banyak interrupt dan interaksi yang tidak diekspektasi yang dapat mempengaruhi keseluruhan behavior. Pemodelan untuk skenario sistem kontrol yang mengimplementasikan banyak interaksi real-time seperti itu tidak mudah untuk digambarkan contohnya pada teknologi smart home, sehingga tidak merepresentasikan sistem secara holistik. Behavior Driven Development (BDD) merupakan metode pengujian yang mencakup seluruh aktivitas dalam pengembangan, termasuk requirement yang muncul secara tiba-tiba. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini merancang pemodelan untuk BDD yaitu Behavior Finite State Machine (BFSM) dan mengimplementasikan improvement pada alat pengujian yang berdasarkan BDD yaitu Tomato agar dapat merealisasikan skenario dari teknologi smart home yang dimodelkan menggunakan BFSM. Skenario yang dimodelkan pada BFSM direalisasikan dengan mencakup kekurangan dari transisi yang sudah ada pada UML State Machine Diagram.
In supporting business processes in various sectors, software development with agile me- thods must be done continuously. To maintain software quality, the testing phase is important in ensuring that all scenarios work as expected. A system test scenario usually consists of a control system scenario represented by functional testing, whereas in the real world there can be many unexpected disturbances and interactions that can affect the entire behavior. Modeling for a control system scenario that implements many interactions in real-time such as smart home technology is not easy to implement, so sometimes it does not represent the system holistically. Behavior Driven Development (BDD) is a tes- ting method that covers all activities in development, especially requirements that added suddenly. Therefore, this study designs a model for BDD, namely Behavior Finite State Machine (BFSM) and implements improvements to the BDD-based testing tool, namely Tomato, in order to apply the scenario of smart home technology behavior modeled by BFSM. The scenario modeled in the BFSM is implemented completing the functionalities that already exist in the UML State Machine Diagram."
