"Rural development in predominantly rural society is in effect, a compele transformation of the whole institutional structure of the rural environment and education can play a vital role towards the process of development in the traditionally developing society like India. The objective of the present paper is not on physical planning but on institutional-building to provide equal access to the basic needs of live; so that rural disparities can be removed. The chief goals are: (i) the distance minimization of educational services; (ii) reduction of population pressure per facility; (iii) adoption of national minimum needs programe. A rational educational strategy has been proposed regarding the spatial distribution, student-teacher ratio, environment, dropout stagnation; non-formal education, etc. The revelance and validity of the present approach have been tested, taking Siwan district of the North Bihar as a sample. The findings and results can be further compared to the similar territorial and functional regions for the similar studies which form the base of generalization to be applied for comprehensive planning programmes.

Judul utama : Using integrated land surveys and agreocosystem analysis to study upland areas in East Java
Abstrak :
This paper discusses the use of integrated land surveys and agroecosystems analysis for defining agroecosystems in upland areas of East Java. An integrated land survey is useful for indentifying the physical characteristics of an environment, while agroecosystems analysis provides an understanding of the role humans play in this environment. Integrated land surveys and agroecosystem analysis ask key questions about factors affecting the production, stability and sustainability of agricultural systems. These questions define research priorities for increasing agricultural production while maintaining environmental stability."

The objective of this paper was to investigate the role of education in the structural change process 10 sector databases of 37 countries were used to examine the growth differential between sectors across countries with different education levels An economic wide analysis was performed to see whether economic activities shift as education increased based on evidence from the manufacturing sector Differential growth among the two sectors was used to detect movement across countries and sectors As the gap grew larger the speed of structural transformation was faster relative to other countries Human capital intensity indicated by hours worked by high skilled labor was used to characterize the modernity of each sector Using value added and employment growth to proxy economic growth I found that countries with higher education level grow faster when they shift to more skill intensive industry Nonetheless when high exposure to international market takes place the education impaired growth differential which signal that inadequate education may drive to reduction of agregate productivity because of excessive reallocation toward skill intensive sectors may be accompanied by shrinking less skill intensive sectors."

This thesis seeks to show how India's structural power made it possible for it to withdraw from RCEP, even in the midst of an economic need to be able to sustain its emerging situation. Using Structural Power Theory, this paper presents an analysis of the power relations between the international actors involved and provides an explanation for India's withdrawal from RCEP using a power relations perspective which has increasingly proven to be increasingly relevant in the analysis of international organization membership. This research finds that the reason for India's withdrawal cannot be separated from the influence of the presence of external options which can relativize the value of the goods offered by RCEP, so that India's needs for material, positional and ideational resources as an emerging economic power do not have to be met by RCEP and RCEP's position as a provider of good can be replaced by these outside options. Not only does it relativize RCEP, the outside option even gives India the potential for higher bargaining power to renegotiate terms that can meet its needs for RCEP in the future."
