"Pada zaman sekarang ini, banyak perempuan yang memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri yang rendah, mengalami penurunan tingkat self-esteem, dan depresi dikarenakan terpapar oleh iklan di media sosial yang secara tidak langsung membentuk gambaran akan kecantikan ideal dari seorang wanita. Mendasar pada fenomena ini, By Lizzie Parra (BLP) Beauty melakukan kampanye marketing #BeAdored yang dilakukan melalui media sosial untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada masyarakat bahwa setiap orang itu memiliki kecantikannya masing-masing sekaligus mengubah standar kecantikan yang ada di masyarakat selama ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan pengaruh dari iklan dalam kampanye marketing terhadap pembentukan self-esteem perempuan. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui survei dengan kuesioner digunakan oleh peneliti. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa iklan dalam kampanye marketing #BeAdored yang dilakukan oleh By Lizzie Parra (BLP) Beauty terbukti secara positif dapat memengaruhi pembentukan self-esteem perempuan, dimana aspek isi pesan dalam iklan yang memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap pembentukan self-esteem perempuan.

Nowadays, many women have low self-esteem and experience a decrease in self-esteem and depression due to exposure to advertisements on social media, which indirectly form a picture of the ideal beauty of a woman. Based on this phenomenon, By Lizzie Parra (BLP) Beauty conducted a #BeAdored marketing campaign through social media to convey to the public that everyone has their own beauty and, at the same time, change the beauty standards that exist in society so far. This study was conducted to prove the effectiveness of advertising in marketing campaigns on the formation of women's self-esteem. The researcher used a quantitative approach whose data was collected through a survey with a questionnaire. From this study, it was found that advertising in the #BeAdored marketing campaign conducted by By Lizzie Parra (BLP) Beauty proved to have a positive effect on the formation of women's self-esteem, where the message content aspect in the advertisement had the most significant influence on the construction of women's self-esteem."

"Self esteem remaja yang rendah dapat menghasilkan kondisi stress anxiety serta depresi Kondisi ini memicu tingkah laku berisiko salah satunya adalah seks pra nikah yang berujung pada kehamilan yang tidak dikehendaki Self esteem rendah ditambah dengan peristiwa kehamilan yang tidak dikehendaki semakin memperburuk kondisi self esteem seseorang Salah satu teknik intervensi yang dapat membantu meningkatkan self esteem seseorang ialah teknik acceptance and commitment therapy ACT Desain penelitian yang digunakan ialah pretest posttest one group design Alat ukur yang digunakan ialah Coopersmith Self Esteem Inventory CSEI serta Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 21 DASS 21 Selain itu juga dilakukan pengukuran kualitatif berupa observasi dan wawancara Partisipan ialah remaja 11 tahun di bawah 20 tahun hamil luar nikah dengan penyebab kehamilan ialah hubungan seksual tanpa paksaan dengan pacar serta memiliki self esteem rendah Intervensi dilakukan dalam setting kelompok di dua shelter yaitu Bantul dan Jatinegara dengan 4 orang partisipan yang diambil untuk menjadi fokus dalam penelitian Intervensi terdiri dari 5 sesi dengan waktu pelaksanaan berkisar antara 1 5 ndash 3 5 jam Berdasarkan pengukuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif di atas diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan self esteem pada seluruh partisipan namun bervariasi pada kondisi stress anxiety dan depresi

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai pengaruh Persepsi Akan Ancaman (Perceived Threat) atas Harga Diri (Self-esteem) pada Intensi Bergosip. Pengukuran perceived threat to self-esteem dilakukan dengan menggunakan self-report scale atas skenario eksperimen yang diberikan kepada para partisipan dengan skala likert 6, dan pengukuran intensi bergosip menggunakan adaptasi alat ukur tendency to gossip scale (Massar et al., 2011).
Partisipan berjumlah 120 mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Indonesia yang sudah berkuliah sekurang-kurangnya 1 (satu) semester dan aktif bersosialisasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara perceived threat to self-esteem pada intensi bergosip pada mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Indonesia (t = 24.869; p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, ketika seseorang mempersepsikan adanya ancaman atas harga dirinya, maka semakin ia merasakan intensi untuk bergosip.

This research was conducted to find the effect of perceived threat to self-esteem on intention to gossip. Perceived Threat to Self-esteem was measured with a 6 likert scale self-report inventory on the experiment scenarios that was given to the participants. Intention to Gossip was measured using an inventory named Intention to Gossip scale which is a modified inventory from Tendency to Gossip (Massar et al.,2011).
The participants of this research were 120 University of Indonesia Faculty of Law students who have studied for at least 1 (one) semester and actively socializing.
The main results of this research show that perceived threat to self-esteem has a significant positive effect on intention to gossip (t = 24.869; p = 0.000, significant at L.o.S 0.01). This research’s result shows that, when someone perceived that their self-esteem being threatened, they will feel higher intention to gossip.

"ABSTRAK
Pasangan antarbudaya seringkali menjadi korban prasangka. Studi TMT menunjukkan bahwa mengingatkan seseorang mengenai kematian (saliansi mortalitas) dapat membuatnya lebih berprasangka. Studi dilakukan guna menguji peran kecemasan eksistensial dalam kemunculan prasangka terhadap pasangan antarbudaya dengan menggunakan desain faktorial between subjects control) x 2 (harga diri tinggi vs. rendah). Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 104 mahasiswa. Hasil studi menunjukkan adanya peran kecemasan eksistensial dalam kemunculan prasangka terhadap pasangan antarbudaya. Partisipan yang diminta untuk memikirkan mengenai kematian memiliki skor rata-rata evaluasi terhadap pasangan antarbudaya yang secara signifikan lebih dibandingkan partisipan yang diminta untuk memikirkan mengenai topik netral.

ABSTRACT
Intercultural couples often found themselves at the receiving end of prejudicial treatment. TMT research has shown that exposure to mortality reminders could worsen prejudicial attitudes. The present study was conducted to examine whether mortality reminder would increase prejudicial attitudes towards intercultural couples. One hundred and four undergraduate students participated in a 2 (mortality salience vs. control) x 2 (low vs. high self-esteem) between subjects factorial design experimental study. Compared to participants in the control group, participants in the mortality salient condition reported a significantly lower evaluation towards intercultural couples"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat servant leadership, job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction dan family quality of life pada Kantor Pusat Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Selain itu penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui pengaruh organization-based self-esteem sebagai mediator dari variabel servant leadership dan job social support terhadap family satisfaction dan family quality of life. Responden penelitian adalah 100 pegawai tetap Kantor Pusat BKN pada berbagai bidang dan tingkatan yang sudah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun dan sudah menikah. Pengujian pengaruh antar variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi pada aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction dan family quality of life masuk dalam kategori tinggi sedangkan servant leadership masuk dalam kategori sedang. Selain itu hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan organization-based self-esteem memediasi pengaruh antara variabel servant leadership terhadap variabel family satisfaction secara penuh (ful mediation), organization-based self-esteem memediasi pengaruh antara variabel servant leadership terhadap variabel family quality of life secara parsial (partial mediation) serta organization-based self-esteem memediasi pengaruh antara variabel job social support terhadap variabel family satisfaction dan family quality of life secara penuh (full mediation).

This study aims to determine the level of servant leadership, job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction and family quality of life at the Headquarters of the State Civil Service Agency (Kantor Pusat Badan Kepegawaian Negara). In addition, this study also wants to know the effect of organization-based self-esteem as a mediator of servant leadership and job social variables support for family satisfaction and family quality of life. The research respondents were 100 permanent employees at the BKN Headquarters in various fields and levels who had worked for more than one year and were married. Testing the influence between variables in this study uses regression in the SPSS application. The results showed that job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction and family quality of life are in the the high category while servant leadership are in the medium category. In addition, the results of this study show that organization-based self-esteem fully mediates the effect of servant leadership variables on the family satisfaction, organization-based self-esteem partialy mediates the effect of servant leadership variables on family quality of life variables and organization-based self-esteem fully mediates the effect of job social variables support to family satisfaction and family quality of life."
