"A study of a new parameter of human growth and development was conducted. The percentage of the height of body gravity center to the stature in supine position was measured in males and females during the period of pre-puberty (l995), young and adult puberties (1995 and 1997) and male adults (1995). The parameters measured were weight, stature and the height of the gravity center. Data were calculated in obtaining arithmetic means, standard deviations of all parameters and the percentage of gravity point height to stature. The percentages of male and female means, as well as standard deviations, were compared statistically. It was shown that in the pre-puberty group the location of the gravity center to stature was the same in percentage in males compared to females, whereas in the adult group (1987, 1995) a higher percentage was found in males. Among males (1995) differences were found in the percentages, which might have been caused by differences of body typology; the mesomorphic type showed the highest percentage, the endomorphic type showed the lowest, whereas the ectomorphic type it was in between."

"Developmental psychology is a vast and fragmented discipline that is in dire need of a theoretical framework for thinking systematically about development. This book offers an integrative theoretical framework for thinking systematically about what happens during life span development and how life span development happens. Systems theory provides an overarching approach for conceptualizing the functioning and development of the whole person in terms of multiple and interrelated individual, social, and cultural processes. It is argued that much of what develops during development is cultural action in relation to others and that such action involves interrelations among varied domains of functioning (e.g., perception, cognition, emotion, language, social interaction, self/identity). Based on organismic-developmental theory, this conceptualization posits that development occurs in relation to cultural expectations and that action undergoes differentiation and integration during development. This conceptualization of what happens during development explicitly distinguishes between change and development and emphasizes dynamic developmental processes rather than static milestones. It is then creatively synthesized with sociocultural theory to explain how development happens through individual, social, and cultural processes. Varied examples from diverse cultures are used to explain central theoretical points and to illustrate how to use the theoretical framework to think systematically about human development. By embracing complexity and variability, the books conceptualization of action and development provides ways to address some of developmental psychologys most vexing issues and opens up exciting new directions for investigating the dynamics of human action and development."

"Untuk menurunkan kadar emisi CO2 di atmosfer, salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggunakan bahan bakar dan teknologi yang ramah lingkungan yaitu melakukan pengembangan kendaraan listrik. Di Indonesia Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia nomor 55 tahun 2019 dikeluarkan dengan harapan banyaknya produksi kendaraan listrik dan juga penggunanya. Kendaraan bermotor listrik juga harus menawarkan safety. Salah satu faktor pembentuk keselamatan pada sebuah kendaraan dan yang akan dibahas pada tugas akhir ini adalah stabilitas kendaraan. Stabilitas dapat dipengaruhi oleh letak Center of Gravity kendaraan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis membahas pengaruh stabilitas kendaraan ketika mengubah posisi pusat gravitasi dan massa total kendaraan saat melakukan putaran dengan asumsi jalan datar dan gesekan yang diabaikan kecuali drag. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan perhitungan manual dengan menggunakan rumus fisika dan simulasi kendaraan melakukan putaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi Matlab. Dari data Center of Gravity, didapatkan bahwa tinggi Center of Gravity kendaraan konvensional antara 0,64 – 0,69 m dan kendaraan konversi antara 0.71 – 0.74 m seiring dengan bertambahnya penumpang. Dari hasil simulasi menggunakan data Center of Gravity didapatkannya nilai titik kritikal Radius Putar skid tertinggi ada pada roda depan kendaraan konversi berkisar antara 35,45 – 38.39 m dan Radius Putar roll tertinggi ada pada roda belakang kendaraan konversi berkisar antara 28,33 – 26,77 m. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan Posisi vertikal Center of Gravity kendaraan konvensional lebih rendah dibandingkan kendaraan konversi dikarenakan kendaraan konvensional memiliki massa yang lebih banyak dibandingkan kendaraan konversi yang dipengaruhi pula oleh penggantian komponen kendaraan.
To reduce CO2 emission levels in the atmosphere, one of the way is to use environmentally friendly fuels and technologies, one of them is developing electric vehicles. In Indonesia, Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 55 of 2019 was issued with the hope that there will be more production of electric vehicles and their users. Electric motorized vehicles must offer safety. One of the factors that form the safety of a vehicle and which will be discussed in this final project is the vehicle stability. Stability can be affected by the location of the vehicle's Center of Gravity. In this study, the author discusses the effect of vehicle stability when changing the position of the center of gravity and the total mass of the vehicle when making a turn with the assumption that the road is flat and friction is neglected except for drag. The method used in this research is to perform manual calculations using physics formulas and vehicle simulations when turning using the Matlab. From the Center of Gravity data, it is found that the height of the Center of Gravity for conventional vehicles is between 0.64 – 0.69 m and conversion vehicles are between 0.71 – 0.74 m along with the increase in passengers. From the simulation results using Center of Gravity data, the critical point value of the highest skid turning radius is on the front wheel of the conversion vehicle ranging from 35.45 - 38.39 m and the highest roll turning radius is on the rear wheel of the conversion vehicle ranging from 28.33 - 26.77 m. From this study, it was found that the vertical position of the Center of Gravity of conventional vehicles is lower than conversion vehicles because conventional vehicles have more mass than conversion vehicles which are also influenced by vehicle component replacement."

ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas kegiatan business coaching pada PT Tidar Motor, sebuah usaha menengah yang bergerak di bidang bengkel kendaraan roda empat yang berlokasi di Cibubur. Produk utama PT Tidar Motor adalah perbaikan body mobil dan bengkel perawatan dan perbaikan mesin mobil. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada operasional bengkel ini adalah tidak adanya prosedur kerja standar dan para mekanik masih membutuhkan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mereka. Tujuan dari penulisan tesis ini adalah mengembangkan model bisnis PT Tidar Motor dari perspektif sumber daya manusia melalui perancangan prosedur kerja standar dan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan.
ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses business coaching activity in PT Tidar Motor, a medium entreprise in four wheeled vehicle workshop located in Cibubur. Main product of PT Tidar Motor is car body repair and car engine maintenance and repair. Problems that occur in the operation of this workshop is the absence of standard operating procedures and the mechanics still need training to improve their competence. The purpose of this thesis is to develop the business model of PT Tidar Motor from the perspective of human resources through the design of standard operating procedures and training needs analysis."
