"Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Digital Leadership Capability terhadap Employee Innovation Performance dengan mediasi Digital Platform Capability pada perusahaan teknologi di Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Dengan metode kuantitatif dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap yang menggunakan platform digital dalam pekerjaan mereka. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner terstruktur, dan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode non-probabilitas purposive sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 192 orang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Digital Leadership Capability memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Innovation Performance, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi Digital Platform Capability. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan kepemimpinan digital yang efektif dapat mendorong kolaborasi digital, meningkatkan keterampilan karyawan, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung inovasi yang lebih cepat dan efisien di era transformasi digital.

This study analyzes the influence of Digital Leadership Capability on Employee Innovation Performance with the mediation of Digital Platform Capability in technology companies located in Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Using a quantitative method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to permanent employees who utilize digital platforms in their work. Data collection was conducted quantitatively using structured questionnaires, and the sampling technique employed was non-probability purposive sampling. The study involved a total of 192 respondents. The results show that Digital Leadership Capability has a significant influence on Employee Innovation Performance, both directly and through the mediation of Digital Platform Capability. These findings emphasize that effective digital leadership development can promote digital collaboration, enhance employee skills, and create a work environment that supports faster and more efficient innovation in the era of digital transformation."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab hasil hasil penelitian yang bervariasi (yang menyimpulkan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh kuat, sedang, dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha bahkan berpengaruh negative) yang berasal  dari 400 artikel penelitian yang meneliti hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja UKM/UMKM yang dilakukan di Indonesia yang telah diterbitkan oleh berbagai jurnal sejak  Januari 2015-Juni 2023. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan meta analisis dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari jurnal hasil penelitian di Indonesia yang tedapat pada pangkalan data Science and Technology Index (SINTA), Copernicus, EBSCO, Google scholar, dan Scopus yang berisi topik pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja. Hasil: Pada periode sebelum dan selama pandemi orientasi kewirausahaan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UKM/UMKM di Indonesia yang sama dengan nilai pengaruh r 0.26 – 0.35 (0.30) dengan p < 0.001 dan r 0.24 – 0.32 (0.28) dengan p<0.001 yang menurut Cohen classified effect pengaruhnya kecil-sedang namun signifikan. Hal ini berarti pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan pada berbagai turbulensi lingkungan bisnis adalah sama.

This study aims to answer the results of varied research results (which conclude that entrepreneurial orientation has a strong, medium, and no effect on business performance or even has a negative effect) originating from 400 research journals examining the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and SME/MSME performance conducted in Indonesia which have been published by various journals from January 2015 – June 2023. Method: This study uses a meta-analysis approach using secondary data obtained from research articels in Indonesia date base in the Science and Technology Index (SINTA), Copernicus, EBSCO, Google scholar, and Scopus which contain topics on the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on performance. Results: In the pre-pandemic and pandemic period, entrepreneurial orientation had a same positive effect on the performance of SMEs/MSMEs in Indonesia with an influence value of r 0.25 – 0.34 (0.30) with p < 0.001 and r 0.24 – 0.32 (0.28) with p < 0.001 which according to Cohen classified the effect was small-moderate but significant. This means that the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the various turbulences of the business environment is the same."
