Abstract March 11, 2020, marked the onset of a global pandemic with a profound impact on the airline industry. Historically, the industry had never predicted such a drastic decline in passenger numbers, leading to widespread flight reductions. It is challenging to accurately anticipate how both external and internal factors, including entrepreneurship, will affect airline recovery and survival. Entrepreneurial action within airlines increases innovation and, consequently, enhances sustainable competitive advantage, leading to competitive resilience. Triple-level innovation—organizational, collaborative, and business model—applied internally and externally, can foster not only sustainable competitive advantage but also competitive resilience. In the years ahead, passengers will shape experiences based on habits and preferences, aligning with evolving travel expectations. Utilizing big data to optimize prior customer experience, offer exchange opportunities, and acquire digital knowledge continually, entrepreneurship and innovation can establish new growth avenues for survival in critical situations.Thus, entrepreneurship coupled with radical innovation forms the central theme of this research: The role of entrepreneurship and triple-series innovation in building airline resilience. The most effective survival strategy is to embrace digital transformation, particularly through mobile applications that allow airlines to act as retailers and personalize the passenger journey from pre-flight to post-flight. This touchless activity system underpins resilient competitiveness. This research fills gaps in the literature by focusing on entrepreneurship through triple-series innovation and may serve as an empirical reference for airline survival post-global pandemic 2019."
