"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas peran one-person librarian dalam mengelolaperpustakaan Pungkas Tri Baruno. Tujuan dari mengidentifikasi kegiatanpengelolaan perpustakaan khusus yang dilakukan oleh one-person librarian yangmeliputi pertama, akses informasi, pengembangan koleksi, pemasaran, asistensipemakai, dana dan sekertariat perpustakaan; kedua, menganalisis kendala yang dihadapioleh one-person librarian dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan khusus agar dapatmemahami kelebihan serta kekurangan one-person librarian dalam mengelolaperpustakaan khusus Pungkas Tri Baruno. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatifdeskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa identifikasiperan one-person librarian dalam mengelola perpustakaan khusus meliputikegiatan akses informasi, pengembangan koleksi, pemasaran, dana dankesekertariatan perpustakaan, dengan kesimpulan : peran yang sudah terlihat diPerpustakaan Pungkas Tri Baruno adalah peran one-person librarian telahmelakukan kegiatan akses informasi, pengembangan koleksi, pemasaran, dan,dan sekertariat perpustakaan dengan cukup baik, namun perlu ditingkatkan lagiagar perpustakaan ini terus berkembang. Penelitian ini memberikan beberapasaran untuk Perpustakan Pungkas Tri Baruno agar keseluruhan peran utama onepersonlibrarian dapat berjalan dengan baik.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discribe the role of one-person librarian in managing the libraryPungkas Tri Baruno. The purpose of this research is firstly, to identifymanagement activities undertaken by one-person librarian including, informationaccess, collection development, marketing, user assistance, funding and secretariallibrary work. Secondly, to analyze the constraints faced by one-person librarian ina special library management in order to understand the advantages anddisadvantages of one-person librarian in managing a special library. The results ofthis research is identification of the role of the one-person librarian in a speciallibrary activities includes managing information access, collection development,marketing, funding and secretarial library work. This research concluded: the rolethat has been seen in the Library Pungkas Tri Baruno is the role of a one-personlibrarian which comprise of activity information access, collection development,marketing, and, and the secretarial library work which is carried out pretty well,but needs further improvement so that the library continues to grow."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai aksesibilitas laman bagi pengguna berdaya beda (difabel) di perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara. Observasi dilakukan dengan dua cara. Pertama, observasi secara langsung terhadap tampilan laman perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia. Kedua, observasi terhadap akses laman menggunakan teknologi pendukung dengan peneliti sebagai partisipan langsung. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap pihak perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia terkait pengembangan laman perpustakaan, serta mahasiswa berdaya beda (difabel) sebagai pengguna perpustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan mengacu pada prinsip utama Website Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0) yaitu, dapat diterima, dapat dioperasikan, dapat dimengerti, dan kokoh. Dari hasil analisis tersebut kemudian ditarik kesimpulan dan saran untuk pengembangan laman perpustakaan yang lebih baik.

This thesis discusses about website accessibility for different ability user at Library of Universitas Indonesia. This research uses qualitative approach with observation and interview method. Observation carried out in two ways. First is direct observation on library website?s interface of Universitas Indonesia. Second is observation on website accessibility using assistive technology by the researcher act as a direct participant. Interview carried out in two kind of informant, library of Universitas Indonesia party as website developer and different ability student as library users. Analysis technique which is used based on the main principles of Website Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0), perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. The result of this analysis deduced to make recommendation for a better library website dovelopment."
