"Perilaku berbagi pengetahuan merupakan salah satu perilaku yang perlu ditampilkan oleh karyawan dimanapun tanpa memandang organisasi maupun profesi. Hal ini dikarenakan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap penerima informasi maupun pemberi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran efikasi diri sebagai mediator, dan kepercayaan pada tim sebagai moderator pada hubungan tidak langsung kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dan berbagi pengetahuan melalui efikasi diri. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan survei daring dengan teknik convenience sampling (N = 154). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efikasi diri memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan pada tim tidak memoderasi hubungan antara efikasi diri dan berbagi pengetahuan secara signifikan. Dengan demikian, kepercayaan pada tim juga tidak signifikan memoderasi interaksi kepercayaan pada tim terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan melalui efikasi diri. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan teori personal mastery dalam menjelaskan peran efikasi diri sebagai mediator. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan saran bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajer agar dapat menampilkan gaya kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan.

Knowledge sharing is a behavior that employees must demonstrate regardless of the organization or profession. Because knowledge sharing positively influences the recipient and the giver of information. This study examines the role of self-efficacy as a mediator and team trust as a moderator in the indirect relationship of leadership that empowers and shares knowledge through self-efficacy. The study was conducted using an online survey using a convenience sampling technique (N = 154). The results show that self-efficacy mediates the relationship between empowering leadership and knowledge-sharing behavior. Research shows that team trust does not significantly moderate the relationship between self-efficacy and knowledge sharing. Thus, team trust also does not significantly moderate the interaction of team trust on knowledge sharing via self-efficacy. The implication of this research is the use of personal mastery theory in explaining the role of self-efficacy as a mediator. Practically, this research offers recommendations for organizations to improve managers' ability to demonstrate an empowering leadership style."

"Dalam menjalankan kegiatan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian pada masyarakat , perilaku berbagi pengetahuan knowledge sharing yang meliputi perilaku mengumpulkan pengetahuan collecting dan perilaku menyebarkan pengetahuan donating merupakan kegiatan yang akan selalu dijalankan dosen. Pada banyak studi, perilaku berbagi pengetahuan terjadi karena adanya faktor individu dan faktor organisasi. Kebanyakan penelitian mengenai perilaku berbagi pengetahuan dan faktor yang memengaruhinya dilakukan pada organisasi bisnis. Masih sedikit penelitian mengenai hal tersebut pada institusi pendidikan tinggi.
Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor individu yaitu efikasi diri dan perilaku kewargaorganisasian serta faktor organisasi yaitu pemanfaatan komunikasi virtual dalam perguruan tinggi sebagai anteseden perilaku berbagi pengetahuan pada dosen. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 289 dosen dari beberapa perguruan tinggi dari beberapa kota di Indonesia.
Hasil analisis meggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan model 5 dari Hayes menemukan bahwa efikasi diri berdampak positif terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, namun perilaku kewargaorganisasian ditemukan tidak menjadi mediator antara efikasi diri dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan. Adapun penggunaan komunikasi virtual ditemukan memperlemah hubungan efikasi diri dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan pada dosen perguruan tinggi.

In order to implement ldquo The Higher Education Tridharma rdquo vow education and teaching, research and publication, and community service , knowledge sharing that involves collecting and donating knowledge is an activity that will always be run by lecturers in Indonesian. In many studies, knowledge sharing occurs because of individual factors and organizational factors. Most study about knowledge sharing and their antecedents typically done in business or bureaucracy institutions. There is fewer study on the higher education institution.
This article analyzes the individual factors self efficacy and OCB and the organizational factor virtual communication as antecedents of knowledge sharing on lecturers. The participants were 289 lectures from several higher education institution from several cities in Indonesia.
The results multiple regression from model five of process analysis by Hayes showed that self efficacy affects on knowledge sharing behavior. Furthermore, the relationship between self efficacy and knowledge sharing don rsquo t mediated by OCB. Virtual Communication weaken the relationship between self efficacy and knowledge sharing behavior in the lecture.

"Mahasiswa dapat mengalami stres ketika mengerjakan skripsi. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi stres adalah keyakinan atau efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan tingkat stres mahasiswa skripsi di salah satu perguruan tinggi di Depok. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 146 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah General Self-efficacy (GSE) dan DASS 42. Analisis uji statistik menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan tingkat stres mahasiswa skripsi di salah satu perguruan tinggi di Depok. Semakin tinggi efikasi diri, maka semakin rendah tingkat stres, begitu pula sebaliknya. Mahasiswa skripsi diharapkan memiliki daftar tujuan yang diinginkan dan strategi koping yang baik, sehingga terus termotivasi untuk mencapai sesuatu dan dapat meminimalisir stres saat mengerjakan skripsi.

Students can experience stress when working on a thesis. One of the factors that can affect stress is belief or self-efficacy. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and stress levels of thesis students in a university in Depok. The research method was carried out with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling with a sample of 146 students. The instruments used were General Self-efficacy (GSE) and DASS 42. Statistical test analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that the value of p = 0,000 <0,05, which means that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and stress levels of thesis students in a university in Depok. The higher the self-efficacy, the lower the stress level, and vice versa. Thesis students are expected to have a list of desired goals and good coping strategies, so that they are continuously motivated to achieve something and can minimize stress when working on a thesis."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran mediasi creative self-efficacy dan moderasi openness to experience pada hubungan antara empowering leadership dan kreativitas karyawan. Mengacu pada saran-saran penelitian sebelumnya, hubungan antara empowering leadership dengan kreativitas karyawan perlu diteliti kembali pada negara-negara dengan budaya kolektivis. Data diambil menggunakan survei daring dari tiga BUMN di Jakarta (N = 161) menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan model 7 (moderated mediation) pada Macro PROCESS dari Hayes pada software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan tidak langsung antara empowering leadership dengan kreativitas karyawan melalui creative self-efficacy. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa openness to experience secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara empowering leadership dan creative self-efficacy. Akhirnya, openness to experience secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan tidak langsung antara empowering leadership dan kreativitas karyawan melalui creative self-efficacy. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah para manajer di organisasi menampilkan gaya empowering leadership untuk meningkatkan kreativitas karyawan, jika karyawan tidak memiliki tingkat openness to experiene yang tinggi.

This study aims to investigate the mediating role of creative self-efficacy and moderating role of openness to experience in the relationship between empowering leadership and employee creativity. Referring to prior research suggestions, the relationship between empowering leadership and employee creativity needs to be re-investigated in collectivist culture countries. Data were collected using online survey from 3 state-owned enterprises (BUMN organizations) in Jakarta (N = 161), by employing convenience sampling technique. Data were analyzed using moderated mediation (model 7) on Hayes’ PROCESS macro on SPSS software. Results showed that there was an indirect relationship between empowering leadership and employee creativity via creative self-efficacy. Results also showerd that openness to experience significantly moderated the relationship between empowering leadership and creative self-efficacy. Finally, openness to experience significantly moderated the indirect relationship between empowering leadership and employee creativity via creative self-efficacy. As a practical implication, this study suggests organizations to consider applying empowering leadership style to increase employee creativity by increasing creative self-efficacy on employees with lower openness to experience"

"Pengangguran dan pekembangan sistem persaingan organisasi menunjukkan sistem daya saing baru pada level dunia kerja. Kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang siap untuk berubah menunjukkan dibutuhkannya individu dengan kesiapan untuk berani memberikan keputusan dan memimpin, setidaknya dimulai dari diri sendiri. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya kepemimpinan dan kesiapan diri pada mahasiswa sebagai salah satu calon sumber daya manusia dalam dunia kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat self-leadership melalui creative self-efficacy CSE mahasiswa. Creative self-efficacy yang didefinisikan sebagai keyakinan individu atas kemampuan dirinya untuk melakukan suatu tugas spesifik dalam menciptakan hal yang baru, orisinil, dan solusi yang sesuai Abbot 2010. Dalam creative self-efficacy terdapat dua dimensi penyusunnya, yaitu creative thinking self-efficacy CTSE dan creative performance self-efficacy CPSE. Self-Leadership didefinisikan sebagai proses dimana individu mengontrol perilaku mereka sendiri, mempengaruhi dan mengarahkan diri mereka melalui penggunaan strategi perilaku dan kognitif. Strategi tersebut disusun oleh dimensi behaviour-focused strategies, natural reward strategies, dan constructive thought pattern strategies. Pengukuran terhadap CSE diukur melalui Revised Model of CTSE II and CPSE II Inventories yang dikembangkan oleh Abbot 2010, sementara self-leadership diukur melalui Revised Self-Leadership Questionnaire yang dikembangkan oleh Houghton dan Neck 2002. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel partisipan yang berada di lingkungan Universitas Indonesia N=146. Analisis statistik pearson correlation menunjukkan hubungan yang positif secara signifikan terdapat pada creative thinking self-efficacy dan self-leadership r = 0,394, p = 0,000, signifikan pada LoS 0,01 dan creative performance self-efficacy dan self-leadership r = 0,561, p = 0,000, signifikan pada LoS 0,01. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa creative self-efficacy yang semakin baik atau tinggi mahasiswa, maka semakin baik atau tinggi juga self-leadership nya. Selain itu, hasil penelitian korelasi terhadap creative self-efficacy dan dimensi self-leadership menunjukkan bahwa constructive pattern though strategies memiliki hubungan terkuat dibandingkan dimensi lainnya.

Unemployment and development of an organization 39s competitive system show a new competitiveness system at the world level of work. The need for ready to change human resources demonstrates the need for an individual with the readiness to dare to make decisions and lead, at least starting with oneself. This shows the importance of leadership and readiness of the students as one of the candidates of human resources in the world of work. This research is conducted to see self leadership through student self efficacy CSE. Creative self efficacy is defined as the individual 39 s belief in his or her ability to perform a specific task in creating the novel, original, and appropriate solutions of Abbot 2010. In creative self efficacy there are two dimensions of the compilers, namely creative thinking self efficacy CTSE and creative performance self efficacy CPSE. Self Leadership is defined as the process by which individuals control their own behavior, influence and direct themselves through the use of behavioral and cognitive strategies. The strategy is structured by the dimensions of behaviour focused strategies, natural reward strategies, and constructive thought patterns strategies. Measurements of CSE were measured through the Revised Model of CTSE II and CPSE II Inventories developed by Abbot 2010, while self leadership was measured through the Revised Self Leadership Questionnaire developed by Houghton and Neck 2002. This research was conducted with sample of participants who were in University of Indonesia N 146. Pearson correlation statistic analysis showed a positive correlation significantly in creative thinking self efficacy and self leadership r 0,394, p 0,000, significant at LoS 0,01 and creative performance self efficacy and self leadership r 0,561, p 0,000, significant at LoS 0.01. This shows that the creative self efficacy of the better or higher the student, the better or higher also his self leadership. In addition, the results of a correlation study on creative self efficacy and the self leadership dimension show that constructive patterns though strategies have the strongest relationship compared to other dimensions. "

"Blood glucose controlling and preventing complications of Diabetes Mellitus can only be achieved through every day implementation of self-management behaviors that include meals (diet) planning, physical exercise, (medication) therapy, blood glucose monitoring, and foot care. In reality, self-management behaviors are ot done routinely every day. One factor that can be a predictor is self-efficacy. The purpose of this research is to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and self-management behaviors of people with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
Method: A cross-sectional research design was used in this study, and 112 persons with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus were recruited. The questionaire used in this study is The Diabetes Management Self Efficacy Scale (DMSES), Summary Diabetes Self Care Activity (SDSCA), and Diabetes Knowledge (DKN) Scale.
Result: The results show the significant relationship between self-efficacy and self-management behaviors (p value < 0.001). People with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with high self-efficacy can increase their self-management behavior.
Conclusion: Therefore, nurses need to improve self-efficacy of people with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by providing education about the management of Diabetes Mellitus, as well as supporting and motivating them."

"Salah satu perubahan yang terjadi akibat pandemi COVID-19 yaitu adanya perubahan metode pembelajaran jarak jauh yang disertai dengan adaptasi masa transisi dari SMA ke universitas dan masa lockdown yang berkepanjangan. Hal ini dapat membuat mahasiswa baru mengalami berbagai tingkat stres, sehingga membutuhkan proses adaptasi dengan menanamkan nilai keyakinan (self-efficacy) terhadap kemampuan dalam mengatasi masalah yang sedang dihadapinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dengan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa baru Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik total sampling pada 111 mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia Reguler 2021. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) dan Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar mahasiswa baru memiliki tingkat stres sedang (77,5%) dan self-efficacy yang cenderung tinggi dengan proporsi (77,9%) skor total maksimum instrumen GSES. Analisis uji statistik menggunakan kruskal wallis dan korelasi spearman dengan hasil yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan bermakna dengan kekuatan cukup (r = -0,376) dan (p value = 0,001). Hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi self-efficacy maka semakin rendah tingkat stres yang dirasakan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan self-efficacy yang tinggi melalui mekanisme koping untuk menurunkan tingkat stres yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa baru.

One of the changes that occurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic was the change in distance learning methods accompanied by the adaptation of the transition period from high school to university and a prolonged lockdown period. This can make new college students experience various levels of stress, therefore requiring an adaptation process by instilling the value of confidence (self-efficacy) in the ability to overcome the problems they are facing. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and stress levels in new college students of the Faculty of Nursing, University of Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using a cross sectional approach with a total sampling technique of 111 regular students 2021 of the Faculty of Nursing, University of Indonesia. The instruments used are the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10). The results showed that most of the new college students had moderate stress levels (77.5%) and self-efficacy tended to be high with the maximum proportion (77.9%) of the total score of the GSES instrument. Statistical test analysis using Kruskal Wallis and Spearman Correlation showed that there was a significant relationship with moderate strength (r = -0,376) and (p value = 0.001). This shows that the higher the self-efficacy, then the lower the perceived stress level felt by new college students. Therefore, increasing self-efficacy through coping mechanisms need to be done as a way to decrease level of stress among the new college students. "

"Dukungan tenaga kesehatan dan Breastfeeding Self - Efficacy BSE merupakan dua faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan menyusui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan tenaga kesehatan dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif terhadap BSE ibu pada periode awal postpartum. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross- sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel consecutive sampling. Sampel penelitian merupakan 108 ibu postpartum satu minggu pertama yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pancoran Mas dan Puskesmas Sukmajaya, Depok.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan tenaga kesehatan dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif terhadap BSE ibu pada periode awal postpartum p > 0,05 . Tingkat dukungan kesehatan dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif baik dan tingkat BSE ibu pada periode awal postpartum tinggi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar tenaga kesehatan mempertahankan dukungan yang sudah baik dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan melaksanakan program 10 Langkah Menuju Keberhasilan Menyusui LMKM dan tujuh kontak laktasi dengan tenaga kesehatan.

Health care professional's support and mother's Breastfeeding Self ndash Efficacy BSE are factors that influence successful breastfeeding. This research aim to know the relationship between health care professional's support in exclusive breastfeeding with mother's BSE in early postpartum period. A cross ndash sectional design was conducted and a total of 108 postpartum mothers within first week at local government clinic in Pancoran Mas and Sukmajaya, Depok were recruited consecutively to this study.
The result shows that there is no relationship between health care professional's support in exclusive breastfeeding with mother's BSE in early postpartum period p 0,05 . The research found that rate of health care professional's support was fine and the level of mother's BSE in early postpartum period was high. This research recommends that health care professionals should maintain the well support in exclusive breastfeeding practice by performing 10 Steps of Successful Breastfeeding and enhancing 7 lactation contacts with health professionals programs.

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai peran atribut individu yaitu self-efficacy dan daya inovasi dalam mendukung kesiapan penerapan KM di Ornop HA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa staf tetap dan staf tidak tetap Ornop HA menunjukkan sikap yang rendah terhadap penerapan KM karena merasa bahwa KM belum menjadi hal yang penting, serta daya inovasi memberikan pengaruh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan self-efficacy dalam hal sikap terhadap kesiapan penerapan KM. Intervensi yang diusulkan dalam jangka pendek adalah pendayagunaan CoP (community of practice) dan keterlibatan di jejaring kerja ornop sementara untuk jangka panjang adalah peningkatan komitmen serta pembenahan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia.

This thesis discusses the role of individual attributes, namely self-efficacy and innovativeness, to support the Knowledge Management (KM) readiness in an NGO named HA. This research employs quantitative and qualitative methods. The results indicated that the permanent staffs and the associates of this NGO had low attitude towards the implementation of KM because KM had not been seen as importance factor in the development of organization. In addition, the innovativeness had greater influence on the attitudes towards the KM readiness that of the self-efficacy. Based on the research, it is proposed to have short term interventions namely the utilization of Community of Practice (CoP) and the involvement in NGO networks and the long term interventions are to enhance commitment and reorganization human resources."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu pengaruh dari perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap work engagement, dengan self-efficacy sebagai mediasi. Work engagement yang baik dalam lingkungan kerja memberikan perusahaan karyawan yang lebih produktif dan berkualitas, sehingga menjadi sebuah fenomena yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari PT. XYZ, sebuah perusahaan radio terestrial yang berlokasi di Jakarta, Indonesia, dengan jumlah sampel 139 responden. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan langsung antara POS dengan work engagement, dan diantaranya terdapat self-efficacy yang terbukti menjadi sebuah faktor mediasi.
