"Penelitian ini mengkaji lirik lagu dari rapper asal Rusia, Dmitry Nikolayevich Kuznetsov atau yang dikenal sebagai Husky, yang beberapa kali mendapat pembatalan konser dan larangan penayangan video musik di Rusia karena dianggap menyebarkan keburukan. Kajian psikologi sastra terhadap lagu di era modern Rusia masih jarang diperhatikan. Tulisan ini akan mengkaji bagaimana hasrat negatif Husky tercermin dalam lirik lagu tulisannya berdasarkan tiga lagu yang Ia tulis, Иуда /Iuda/ ‘Yudas’, Черным-черно /Chernym-Cherno/ ‘Hitam-Hitam’, dan Поэма о Родине /Poema o Rodine/ ‘Puisi tentang Tanah Air’. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mencari tahu apakah lirik lagu yang ditulis Husky mencerminkan hasrat negatif dari penulisnya. Penelitian ini dibantu oleh teori psikoanalisis Jacques Lacan. Metode yang digunakan merupakan deskriptif-analisis, dengan pendekatan psikologi sastra. Hasil penelitian sementara adalah penanda-penanda dalam lagu menunjukkan hasrat negatif dari Husky. Husky terlihat tidak takut dalam mengekspresikan dirinya dalam lagu yang ditulisnya.

This research examines the lyrics of a song by Russian rapper Dmitry Nikolayevich Kuznetsov or known as Husky, who has had several concerts cancelled and music videos banned in Russia for spreading ugliness. Literary psychology studies of songs in modern Russia are still rarely noticed. This paper will examine how Husky's negative desires are reflected in his lyrics based on three songs he wrote, Иуда /Iuda/ ‘Yudas’, Черным-черно /Chernym-Cherno/ ‘Black-Black’, and Поэма о Родине /Poema o Rodine/ ‘Poem about the Fatherland’. The purpose of this paper is to find out whether Husky's song lyrics reflect the negative desires of the author. This research is aided by Jacques Lacan's theory of psychoanalysis. The method used is descriptive-analysis, with a literary psychology approach. The temporary research result is that the signifiers in the song show the negative desire of Husky. Husky seems fearless in expressing himself in the song he wrote."

"Skripsi ini membahas novel Мёртвые Души/Myortvie Dusi/Jiwa-Jiwa Mati karya Nikolai Vasilievich Gogol. Di dalam skripsi ini, pembahasan difokuskan pada hasrat menjadi (narsisistik) dan hasrat memiliki (anaklitik) dari Gogol selaku pengarang yang termanifestasikan dalam novel ini. Kedua bentuk hasrat tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori tokoh-penokohan, sosiologi sastra, dan Psikoanalisis Jacques Lacan. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif analitis dengan mekanisme penanda utama dan rangkaian penanda untuk menelusuri hasrat Gogol dalam novel Мёртвые Души/Myortvie Dusi/Jiwa-Jiwa Mati. Analisis dari novel ini menemukan bahwa hasrat menjadi juru tulis dan moralis agama seolah membuat Gogol dapat diakui eksistensinya oleh otoritas simbolik dan dapat terhindar dari ketakutannya. Adapun hasrat memiliki pasangan hidup dan mendapatkan kesejahteraan melalui materi merupakan pemenuhan kepuasan internal Gogol dan mendapat kemakmuran atas tuntutan sosial yang mengagungkan materi sebagai indikator kesejahteraan.

This thesis dicusses the novel Мёртвые Души/Myortvie Dusi/Dead Souls, written by Nikolai Vasilievich Gogol. Within this thesis, the discussion focused on Gogol's being desire (narcissistic) and having desire (Anaclitic) which manifested in this novel. Those two form of desires was analyzed by using theory of characters, sociology of literature, and Psychoanalysis Jacques Lacan. The method used is known as the 'descriptive analytical method' and using the mechanism of master signifiers and also signifying chains to unravel Gogol's desire in the novel Мёртвые Души/Myortvie Dusi/Dead Souls. The analysis of this novel reveals that being desire as a clerk and religious moralist would make Gogol's existence avowed by the authority of symbolic and could stay away from his anxiety. Having desire for a soulmate and gaining materialistic properous life was a fulfillment of Gogol's internal satisfaction together with gaining prosperity from social demand which glorify materialistic thing as a indicator of prosperous life."

Framework ini memiliki informasi mengeanai tahapan-tahapan dalam merancang fasilitas DRC yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.Di dalam dokumen perancangan DRC ini dilakukan penilaian dampak suatu resiko terhadap fungsi dari bisnis unit. Selain itu dilakukan juga pengukuran tingkat kritikal dari fungsi dari sistem informasi yang dimiliki perusahaan. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah usulan rancangan fasilitas DRC sebagai masukan bagi Husky Energy Indonesia.

The character Roy’s wish to change his gender identity breaks The Symbolic Order, and thus creates conflicts. The conflicts that appear are those in the public room, in the private room, and inside Roy himself. The conflict in the public room consists of the conflicts in Roy’s workplace and the church, while the conflict in the private room consists of those between Roy and his wife, Roy and his father, and Roy and his son. The conflicts that arise as the cause of the transgression of the Symbolic Order by changing his gender identity will be the focus of this research. "Penulisan ini bertujun untuk menganalisis proses identifikasi tokoh Nina Slayers yang berhubungan dengan fenomea psychosis dalam film Black Swan. Nina yang terobsesi dengan karakter Black Swan berusaha untuk menguasai karakter tersebut melalui proses identifikasinya terhadap Lily yang merupakan personifikasi dari Black Swan. Namun demikian, untuk mendapatkan untuk mendapatkan citra Black Swan, Nina harus membuang citra dirinya sebagai White Swan. Hal itu dilakukannya dengan memberontak terhadap kekuasaan ibu. Tekanan psikologis yang dialami Nina kemudian memperparah kondisi psikologis Nina. This writing aims to analyze the identification process of the character Nina Slayers, which is related to psychotic phenomenon in Black Swan movie. Nina who is obsessed with the Black Swan, tries to embody the character through her identification with Lily who is the personification of the Black Swan. However, to embody the image of Black Swan, Nina has to dispose of her image as the White Swan. This is done by rebelling to the omniscient mother. "ABSTRAKPersekongkolan dalam Tender merupakan tindakan yang dilarang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 tentang Larangan Praktek Monopoli dan Persaingan usaha tidak sehat. Secara khusus larangan melakukan Persekongkolan dalam Tender diatur di dalam Pasal 22. Tujuan dilaksanakannya Tender yaitu untuk memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada pelaku usaha agar dapat ikut menawarkan harga dan kualitas yang bersaing. Sehingga pada akhirnya dalam pelaksanan proses tender tersebut akan didapatkan harga yang termurah dengan kualitas yang terbaik. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normatif berdasarkan penelitian literatur dan perundang-undangan.Dalam perkara KPPU No.03/KPPU-L/2016 KPPU tidak cermat dalam mempertimbangkan dan membuktikan unsur efisiensi dan Afiliasi selain unsur-unsur lainnya.Sehingga meskipun dalam tingkat persidangan di KPPU para Terlapor dinyatakan bersalah namun dalam tingkat keberatan di Pengadilan Negeri dan Kasasi di Mahkamah Agung para Terlapor yaitu Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited dan PT COSL INDO dibebaskan dari tuduhan pelanggaran pasal 22 tentang persekongkolan tender.Pencapaian efisisensi merupakan roh dari hukum persaingan usaha di Indonesia,ketika efisiensi dapat tercapai dengan tujuan utama kesejahteraan konsumen maka faktor-faktor lain menjadi tidak begitu relevan untuk dituduhkan kepada pelaku usaha. Ditambah dengan ketidakcermatan KPPU dalam membuktikan pihak terafiliasi dalam perkara ini menjadi suatu pelajaran dan bahan evaluasi bagi KPPU ke depannya dalam penerapan pasal 22 UU No.5 tahun 1999.

ABSTRACT Conspiracy in Tender is an action that is prohibited under the Law No. 5 of 1992 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. Specifically, the prohibition to conduct Conspiracy in Tender is stipulated in Article 22. The objective of Tender execution is to provide the same opportunity to business actors in order to offer competitive prices and qualities. So that, eventually the said tender process, lowest prices with the best qualities will be obtained. This research is juridical normative based on research on literatures as well as laws and regulations. In the case KPPU No.03 KPPU L 2016, KPPU was not scrupulous in considering and proving the efficiency element and Affiliation apart from other elements. As a result, even though the Reported were sentenced to be guilty in the trial in the stage of KPPU, but in the objection stage in District Court and Cassation in Supreme Court, the Reported, namely Husky CNOOC Madura Limited and PT COSL INDO were exempted from the accusation of Article 22 regarding tender conspiracy. Efficiency accomplishment is the spirit of business competition law in Indonesia. When efficiency can be reached with main objective is consumer welfare, therefore other factors become less relevant for business actor to be accused of. Added with KPPU rsquo s imprecision in proving the affiliated parties in this case, it becomes a lesson and evaluation material for KPPU in the implementation of Article 22 Law No. 5 of 2009 in the future. "

In civilized society, he stated, people eliminated the danger which comes from other human beings through creating social institution, such as culture, morality, or more complex system regulation. This social institution, despites of the benefits that it can bring, also brings another danger which according to Freud causes a clash between individual and its primal instinct to fulfill the pleasure principle Dalley, 1977 . To become of a part of society, a member of society must adapt to its society rsquo s established social system. In this social system, Tthe fundamental instinct of human beings is limited or denied through the existence of which needs to obey and prioritize above individual rsquo s will. Thus,to live together in a society, individual is supposed to giving up certain aspect of his or her desire by repressing them. Introduction The Giver was released in the United States on August 15, 2014 and based on the 1993 novel of the same title by Lois Lowry. It depicts a civilized community with the inexistence of inequalities and discriminations. The community is shaped and governed by the old generation based on their ideal values they believe have created an ideal community. A community which is a great place and considered as a solution to live where every member of the community succeed in eliminating all the things that can create undesirable feelings and conditions such as disorder, bad weather, chaos, pain, envy, fear and hatred. Watching The Giver, the audience will be given a depiction of a community where no poverty exists. There are no the rich and the poor. The citizens rsquo behavior and attitude during interaction to other member of the community are extremely polite even to their own family member or colleagues to avoid internal aggression. Thus, there are no crimes because everyone behaves perfectly well according the norms strictly regulated.In addition, the advanced technology has made many improvements in the quality of human life by successfully avoiding danger from bad weather or natural disaster as external dangers. In the movie, the community seems have perfectly avoided both internal aggressions and external dangers that lead to sorrow and unhappiness. However, the community also cannot feel the pleasure of the real world, such as to love or to be loved since showing emotion is considered not proper. They also have no choice about what job they will be assigned to, whom they will marry to or who their future children will be. Every child never sees his or her birthmother as the Elders or the old generation will choose his or her family. Everything is decided by the elder as the leader of the community, including when a member of the community will need to be lsquo released rsquo which means lsquo will be killed or dead rsquo without his or her knowing what is the real meaning of death.This journal will show that The Giver gives realization that there is a cost of such ideal society to individualism. Using Sigmund Freud rsquo s social theory of civilization, a seemingly ideal Utopian of civilized society in the Giver is actually a repressed society that have lead the society to totalitarian state which is a dystopian. Thus, from the depiction of The Giver society, civilization and its fundamental nature are actually incompatible with the individual needs of human being to please the primal instinct."

Meskipun ada beberapa penelitian tentang film ini, tidak ada penelitian yang meneliti karakter Lionel Logue yang menjadi penentu kesuksesan raja. Makalah ini akan menganalisis struktur kepribadian Lionel Logue dan penggunaan mekanisme pertahanan untuk menggantikan keinginannya yang tak terpenuhi. Dengan menggunakan konsep Sigmund Freud tentang id, ego dan superego serta mekanisme pertahanan, makalah ini membedah lebih jauh keinginan dari Lionel Logue untuk memahami motif dibalik tindakan dan keputusannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas faktor dan keadaan yang menciptakan seseorang, yaitu Lionel Logue.

ABSTRACTThe King rsquo;s Speech 2010 is a successful biographical movie that tells about Prince Albert later becomes King George VI and Lionel Logue during the treatment of Prince Albert rsquo;s speech defect which explores the issue of self-confidence, friendship, and commitment. During the treatment, there are several problems that arise which strengthen the personality of the two main characters. Although there are several studies on this movie, no studies have examined the character of Lionel Logue on whom the King rsquo;s success depends. This paper will analyse Lionel Logue rsquo;s structure of personality and the uses of defense mechanisms to displace the character rsquo;s unfulfilled desire. By using Sigmund Freud rsquo;s concept of id, ego, and superego as well as defense mechanisms, this paper dissects further the desires of Lionel Logue to understand the motives behind his actions and decisions. The aim of this research is to examine the factors and circumstances that create the individual that is Lionel Logue."

"Penelitian ini mengulas cinta, benci, dan patah hati dalam tinjauan filsafat psikoanalisis Slavoj Žižek. Terutama berkaitan dengan kritik Žižek terhadap seruan cinta universal kepada sesama manusia yang justru menghindari pertemuan dengan sesama. Seruan cinta universal dianggap mengingkari hal-hal yang tak dapat dicintai, mungkin dibenci, dalam diri manusia. Maka penelitian ini menelaah, pertama, soal apa dan bagaimana “yang kurang” dalam seruan cinta kepada sesama manusia sehingga gagal mengatasi kebencian? Kedua, apa dan bagaimana “yang kurang” dalam kritik Žižek tentang cinta itu sendiri? Metode analisis konseptual dan struktural diterapkan sehubungan dengan acuan Žižek pada tiga tataran psikis Lacanian yang membentuk realitas dan identitas: The Imaginary, The Symbolic, dan The Real. Adapun “yang kurang” merujuk pada konsep Lacanian tentang lack sebagai kondisi dasar atau ontologis dari keberadaan manusia. Dengan pendekatan pemikiran dialektis dan interpretasi kritikal dalam bingkai psikoanalisis, didapati bahwa hal “yang kurang” dalam seruan cinta universal kepada sesama manusia adalah kesediaan untuk jatuh, terlibat dan bertemu dengan sesama—dengan kemungkinan mengorbankan segala, hingga menumbuhkan benci. Lalu, “yang kurang” dalam cinta yang jatuh dan terlibat adalah patah hati, kesediaan untuk menghadapi sakit dari hati yang tercabik.

This research analyze love, hatred, and heartbreak from the perspective of Slavoj Žižek's psychoanalytic philosophy. Especially related to Žižek's criticism of universal love towards neighbor, which paradoxically avoids encounters with others. The call for universal love is considered to deny the aspects within humans that are unlovable, and even hated. Therefore, this research examines, first, the issue of what is “lack” and how does “lack" in universal love fail to overcome hatred? Second, what and how is “lack” in Žižek's criticism of universal love itself? Conceptual and structural analysis methods are applied in connection with Žižek's reference to the three Lacanian psychic realms that shape reality and identity: The Imaginary, The Symbolic, and The Real. The “lack” refers to the Lacanian concept as a basic or ontological condition of human existence. Through a dialectical thinking approach and critical interpretation within the framework of psychoanalysis, it is found that the “lack” in the universal love is the willingness to fall, engage, and encounter others—with the possibility of sacrificing everything, even nurturing hatred. Then, the “lack” in love that falls and engages is heartbreak, the willingness to face the pain of a torn heart."

"Artikel ini berfokus mengenai kekerasan dalam pacaran di kalangan mahasiswa. Kekerasan pada masa pacaran menarik diungkap, karena mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Korban kekerasan dalam pacaran cenderung perempuan. Akar permasalahannya, terdapat ketimpangan dalam relasi gender. Pertanyaan utama artikel ini adalah bagaimana proses terjadinya kekerasan dalam hubungan pacaran di kalangan mahasiswa? Serta bagaimana perempuan korban tetap mempertahankan hubungan tersebut? Padahal perempuan tersebut masih memiliki pilihan untuk putus. Berbeda halnya dengan perempuan yang terikat perkawinan. Temuan kualitatif, menunjukan alasan perempuan korban kekerasan dalam pacaran mempertahankan hubungannya tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis tetapi juga non-psikologis, termasuk faktor sosiologis, khususnya terkait cost dan benefit dalam relasi pacaran. Perempuan korban cenderung menjadi makhluk irasional dengan mempertahankan relasi pacarannya dengan pertimbangan keuntungan berupa terhindar dari social bullying melalui prestige dari status pacaran, dan terpenuhinya kebutuhan afeksi. Meskipun, harus mengorbankan waktu dan terjebak dalam hubungan kekerasan.

This article focuses on the violence in dating college students. Dating violence attract disclosed, since has increased every year. Victims of dating violence tend to be female. Root of the problem, there is inequality in gender relations. The main question of this article is how the process of violence in dating relationships among college students And how women victims still maintain this relationship Though women still have the option to drop out. Unlike the case with the women who tied the marriage. Qualitative findings, indicating the reasons women victims of violence in dating maintain relationships not only influenced by psychological factors but also non psychological, including the sociological factors, in particular related to the costs and benefits in dating relationship. Female victims tend to become irrational creatures to maintain relations with the consideration of the advantage of courtship avoid bullying through social prestige of dating status, and the fulfillment of affection. Though, it must sacrifice time and trapped in violent relationships."
