"Kepemimpinan merupakan salah faktor yang penting untuk efektivitas organisasi, bahkan juga mempengaruhi hampir semua kehidupan manusia. Mengidentifikasi kepemimpinan yang melayani sebagai pendorong penting dari upaya organisasi. Servant leadership meningkatkan efektivitas dalam organisasi yaitu dengan menumbuhkan motivasi kerja karyawan, memfasilitasi perkembangan karyawan melalui transfer ilmu dan pengalaman sehingga performa kinerja karyawan meningkat. Diharapkan leader atau atasan pada perusahaan yang memiliki gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership akan memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap knowledge sharing, work motivation, dan work performance kepada karyawan perusahaan. Pada akhirnya, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Pengaruh Langsung Servant Leadership Terhadap Work Performance, Pengaruh Tidak Langsung Servant Leadership terhadap Work Performance dimediasi oleh Knowledge Sharing, dan Pengaruh Tidak Langsung Servant Leadership terhadap Work Performance dimediasi oleh Work Motivation.
Leadership is an important factor for organizational effectiveness, it even affects almost all human life. choose leadership that serves as an important driver of the organization's efforts. Servant leadership increases effectiveness in the organization, namely by growing employee motivation, developing employees through the transfer of knowledge and experience so that employee performance increases. It is expected that leaders or subordinates in companies that have a servant leadership leadership style will have a direct influence on knowledge sharing, work motivation, and performance to company employees. In the end, the purpose of this research is the Direct Effect of Servant Leadership on Work Performance, Indirect Effect of Servant Leadership on Work Performance mediated by Knowledge Sharing, and Indirect Effect of Servant Leadership on Work Performance mediated by Work Motivation."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah intervensi pelatihan servant leadership dan peningkatan awareness pada pimpinan dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai di Balai Besar POM Propinsi X. Intervensi didasarkan pada penelitian motivasi kerja 46 pegawai. Servant leadership pada pimpinan BBPOM Propinsi X diukur melalui Servant Leadership Scale (Barbuto dan Wheeler, 2006). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai ditentukan oleh 88,6% servant leadership dan 90% kepuasan atas gaji. Peneliti merancang pelatihan servant leadership pada pimpinan dengan fokus pada dimensi organizational stewardship dan persuasive mapping yang rendah agar semua dimensi servant leadership yang dimiliki pimpinan lengkap, dan dapat berfungsi optimal. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk meninjau besaran gaji pegawai secara periodik. Dengan adanya intervensi pelatihan servant leadership akan dapat meningkatkan semangat dan motivasi kerja selama memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan optimal kepada masyarakat. Pimpinan juga perlu menyadari bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai dipengaruhi juga oleh kepuasan atas gaji.
The research aimed determine the effect of servant leadership's training and increasing awareness for leaders as intervention program will increase the employee's work motivation in Balai Besar POM Propinsi X. The intervention based on work motivation's research of 46 employees. Servant leadership for leaders in BBPOM Propinsi X measured by Servant Leadership Scale's instrument (Barbuto and Wheeler, 2006). The result of analysis regression shows that employee's work motivation determined by 88,6% servant leadership and 90% pay satisfaction. Researcher designs servant leadership's training for leaders focusing on lower result of organizational stewardship and persuasive mapping dimension, in order to servant leadership's dimensions that owns by the leaders is comprehensive and can be functioned optimally. With the servant leadership's training intervention, it will be able to improve encouragement and work motivation during giving good and optimal service to the public. Leaders also have to aware that employee's work motivation affected by pay satisfaction. Thus, the suggestion is to look deeper on how much the employee's salary and review it periodically."

"Perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis dan disruptif memaksa manajemen untuk memiliki strategi dalam melakukan pengelolan SDM secara memadai. SDM memiliki peran kritikal dalam mencapai kinerja organisasi melalui dukungan job resources yang berasal dari lingkungan bekerja. Perubahan paradigma pada sektor publik terhadap pengelolaan SDM semakin menuju ke arah yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perceived organizational support (POS) dan servant leadership terhadap employee performance melalui peran mediasi work engagement pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Organisasi Keuangan Pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan cross-sectional study melalui survei kuesioner google form dengan sampel sebanyak 305 responden ASN yang berkedudukan di Kantor Pusat Organisasi Keuangan Pemerintah. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Covariance Based – Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa POS dan servant leadership memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work engagement. Selanjutnya, work engagement mampu memediasi secara penuh dan signifikan hubungan POS dan servant leadership terhadap employee performance, serta work engagement memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance. Penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi terhadap implikasi manajerial untuk dapat diterapkan bagi organisasi, pimpinan, dan individu pada sektor publik terkait konsep yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti.
The dynamic and disruptive business environment necessitates management to adopt adequate human resource management strategies. Human resource management plays a critical role in achieving organizational performance through job resources support from the work environment. Paradigm shifts in the public sector toward more effective and efficient human resource management have been observed. This study aims to analyze the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and servant leadership on employee performance, mediated by work engagement, among Civil Servants (ASN) in Government Financial Organizations. A cross-sectional study using a survey questionnaire through Google Form was conducted, with a sample of 305 respondents comprising ASN at the Central Office of Government Financial Organizations. The data analysis was performed using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). The research findings reveal that both POS and servant leadership have a significant positive impact on work engagement. Furthermore, work engagement fully mediates the relationship between POS, servant leadership, and employee performance, with work engagement also significantly influencing employee performance. This research offers managerial implications that can be applied to organizations, leaders, and individuals in the public sector concerning the concepts related to the variables under study."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja serta Dampaknya pada kinerja Penyidik Unit Jatanras Sat Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi. Kinerja Penyidik Unit Jatanras dikatakan berhasil apabila jumlah tindak pidana yang terjadi dari tahun ke tahun harus cenderung menurun dan penyelesaian perkara cenderung naik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel sebanyak 30 Penyidik Unit Jatanras Sat Reskrim. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan (P=0,000) dan motivasi kerja (P=0,000) terhadap kinerja Penyidik Unit Jatanras Sat Reskrim. Kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja mampu menjelaskan variabel kinerja sebesar 65.6%. Kinerja Penyidik Unit Jatanras dipengaruhi langsung oleh kepemimpinan (42.5%) dan motivasi kerja (23.1%). Dimensi penghargaan merupakan dimensi paling rendah pada variabel motivasi, sebaiknya perlu ditingkatkan kepedulian pimpinan agar setiap anggota atau penyidik Jatanras diberikan penghargaan bagi mereka yang menunjukan prstasi terbaiknya.
This study discusses The Influence of Leadership on Work Motivation and its Impact on Performance of Jatanras Unit Investigators Satreskrim Polres Metro Bekasi. The performance of the Jatanras Unit Investigator is said to be successful if the number of criminal acts that occur from year to year must tend to decrease and settlement of cases tends to increase. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population and samples are 30 Jatanras Sat Unit Investigators. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that there was an influence of leadership (P = 0,000) and work motivation (P = 0,000) on the performance of the Jatanras Sat Reskrim Unit Investigator. Leadership and work motivation are able to explain the performance variable of 65.6%. Jatanras Unit Investigator Performance is directly influenced by leadership (42.5%) and work motivation (23.1%). The dimension of appreciation is the lowest dimension of the motivation variable, it should be necessary to increase the concern of the leadership so that each member or investigator of Jatanras is given an award for those who show their best performance."

"Tesis ini menguji model yang berkaitan dengan burnout, counterproductive work behavior, job involvement, dan organizational identification terhadap work performance dalam konteks pengemudi ojek online. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitif yang menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi sejumlah pertanyaan tertutup terhadap 261 responden. Penulis menggunakan SPSS 23 untuk menganalisis data demografi responden dan menggunakan LISREL 8.7 untuk menguji model penelitian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan burnout berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap counterproductive work behavior, counterproductive work behavior berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap work performance, job involvement memiliki signifikansi positif terhadap organizational identification, dan organizational identification memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap work performance.
The objective of this research is to examine model that is related to burnout, counterproductive work behavior, job involvement, and organizational identification toward work performance in the context of online motorcycle taxi drivers. This research is quantitative study using a survey method by distributing questionnaires containing a number of enclosed questions to 261 respondents. The author utilize IBM SPSS 23 to analyze the demographic data of respondents and utilize LISREL 8.7 to examine the research model. This research shows that burnout has a significant positive influence on counterproductive work behavior, counterproductive work behavior has a non- significant negative influence on work performance, job involvement has a significant positive influence on organizational identification, and organizational identification has a significant positive influence on work performance."

Studi telah mengakui peran penting innovative work behavior dalam menciptakan inovasi di organisasi. Perilaku ini juga dipengaruhi oleh pengaturan organisasi, seperti gaya kepemimpinan. Dibandingkan dengan gaya kepemimpinan tradisional, servant leadership berfokus pada pengelolaan karyawan melalui tindakan penuh perhatian dan kepedulian. Diketahui pula job crafting telah terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam kesuksesan karier individu. Penelitian ini mengusulkan dan menguji pengaruh servant leadership terhadap work engagement dan innovative work behavior. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji peran dari mediasi job crafting. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei terhadap 204 responden milenial dari berbagai sektor pekerjaan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dan innovative work behavior dan work engagement. Temuan lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa job crafting memiliki efek mediasi pada hubungan servant leadership terhadap work engagement dan tidak memiliki efek mediasi pada servant leadership dan innovative work behavior karyawan.
The topic of the millennial generation in the workplace has driven attention as members of this cohort have formed a growing increase in organisations. Due to the significant number of millennial workers in the future, they are also expected to contribute to organization success. Studies have acknowledged the important role of employee innovative work behavior in facilitating innovations at organizations. This behavior is also influenced by organizational settings, such as the leadership style. Compared to the traditional leadership styles, servant leadership is expected to change the hierarchical perspective by focusing on managing employees through considerate action and caring. It is also known that job crafting has been shown to play an important role in individual career success. This study proposes and examines the effect of servant leadership on work engagement and innovative work behavior. The study employed a quantitative design using surveis to 204 millennial respondents from various work sectors in Indonesia. The results show that servant leadership will have a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. Further findings indicate that job crafting has a mediating effect on the relationship of servant leadership to work engagement and no mediaton effect between servant leadership and employee’s innovative work behavior. "

Data empiris dikumpilkan dari 190 karyawan kontrak AccessCo dengan menggunakan metode survei online. Studi ini di analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan Uji Inner dan Outer Model untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Authentic Leadership dan Work Motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi Job Satisfaction. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu media pengmabil keputusan atau penentuan kebijakan bagi perusahaan serta memberikan suasana baik dan menigkatkan semangat kerja para karyawan perusahaan.
Employee performance in the company environment is important for the growth and development of the company so employe performance increases and decreases need to be paid attention to in order to maintain the company's sustainability in competing with its competitors. This research aims to examine the influence of authentic leadership and work motivation on employee performance and the indirect influence through the mediation of job satisfaction. Empirical data was collected from 190 AccessCo contract employees using an online survey method. This study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Inner and Outer Model Testing to test the proposed hypothesis. The research results show that authentic leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of job satisfaction. Furthermore, it is hoped that this research can become a medium for making decisions or determining policies for companies as well as providing a good atmosphere and increasing the work morale of company employees."

Untuk dapat meningkatkan inovasi organisasi sangat dibutuhkan peran individual dari anggotanya, terutama dalam berperilaku inovatif. Oleh karena itu, studi ini menjelaskan bagaimana transformational leadership dapat memengaruhi innovative work behavior dengan psychological capital dan knowledge sharing sebagai mediator. Studi dilakukan pada 277 karyawan PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. Responden mengisi kuesioner untuk menilai unsur-unsur transformational leadership, psychological capital, knowledge sharing, dan innovative work behavior. Metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menunjukkan hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership tidak signifikan memengaruhi innovative work behavior. Walaupun begitu, psychological capital dan knowledge sharing memediasi secara penuh pada hubungan transformational leadership dan innovative work behavior. Knowledge sharing juga memediasi secara parsial pada hubungan psychological capital dengan innovative work behavior. Oleh karena itu, peran mediasi psychological capital dan knowledge sharing sangat penting agar organisasi dapat meningkatkan innovative work behavior karyawannya.
Innovation is very important for an organization to gain and maintain its competitive advantage. In order to increase organizational innovation, individual roles from its members are needed, especially in innovative behavior. Therefore, this study explains how transformational leadership can influence innovative work behavior with psychological capital and knowledge sharing as mediating variables. The study was conducted on 277 employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. Respondents filled out questionnaires to assess the elements of transformational leadership, psychological capital, knowledge sharing, and innovative work behavior. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was used to show a causal relationship between variables. The results showed that transformational leadership did not significantly affect innovative work behavior. Even so, psychological capital and knowledge sharing fully mediated the transformational leadership and innovative work behavior relationship. Knowledge sharing also partially mediated the relationship between psychological capital and innovative work behavior. Therefore, the roles of psychological capital and knowledge sharing mediation were very important so that the organization can improve the innovative work behavior of its employees."

"Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat mendorong industri perbankan untuk mengadopsi digitalisasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperkuat daya saing. Kehadiran perbankan digital juga memperketat persaingan dalam industri ini, sehingga mendorong perbankan untuk terus berinovasi agar tetap relevan. Inovasi ini dapat diwujudkan melalui knowledge sharing di mana karyawan saling bertukar ide dan memperluas wawasan mereka. Dalam proses ini, psychological empowerment memainkan peran penting karena karyawan yang merasa diberdayakan cenderung lebih percaya diri dalam knowledge sharing dan menerapkan innovative work behavior. Selain itu, participative leadership sangat diperlukan untuk mendorong karyawan agar berani menyampaikan ide-ide mereka dan akhirnya meningkatkan kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan serta perilaku kerja inovatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh psychological empowerment dan participative leadership terhadap innovative work behavior melalui mediasi knowledge sharing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing memediasi secara positif dan signifikan hubungan antara psychological empowerment dan innovative work behavior. Namun, knowledge sharing tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan pada hubungan antara participative leadership dan innovative work behavior. Secara keseluruhan, hubungan antar variabel dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, kecuali hubungan antara participative leadership dengan knowledge sharing dan innovative work behavior.
The rapid growth of technology has compelled the banking industry to embrace digitalization to improve operational efficiency and maintain a competitive edge. The rise of digital banking has heightened competition within the sector, prompting banks to continuously innovate to stay relevant. One way to foster innovation is through knowledge sharing, where employees collaborate by exchanging ideas and broadening their understanding. Psychological empowerment plays a vital role in this process, as empowered employees tend to be more confident in sharing knowledge and engaging in innovative work behavior. Furthermore, participative leadership is crucial in motivating employees to express their ideas, thereby promoting knowledge-sharing activities and fostering innovative behavior. This research investigates the impact of psychological empowerment and participative leadership on innovative work behavior, with knowledge sharing acting as a mediating variable. The results indicate that knowledge sharing significantly and positively mediates the relationship between psychological empowerment and innovative work behavior. However, the influence of knowledge sharing on the relationship between participative leadership and innovative work behavior was not statistically significant. Overall, the study found positive and significant relationships among the variables, except for the connections between participative leadership, knowledge sharing, and innovative work behavior."

ABSTRAKTesis ini tentang pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1 untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2 untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3 untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dalam pengumpulan data. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling atau sensus sebanyak 57 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda. Dari hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa 1 ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden, 2 ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden, dan 3 ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja.
ABSTRACTThis study is about the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Secretariat of the Presidential Advisory Council. The objectives of the study were 1 to examine the effect of work motivation on employee performance 2 to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance 3 to test the effect of work motivation and work discipline collectively on employee performance. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method in collecting data. Sampling technique using total sampling or census as many as 57 employees. Data collection techniques were conducted using questionnaires. The method of analysis using simple and multiple regression analysis. From the result of the research proves that 1 there is positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee performance Secretariat of Presidential Advisory Council, 2 there is positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance Secretariat of Presidential Advisory Council, and 3 Positive and significant between work motivation and work discipline collectively on performance."
