"Pemanfaatan panas yang tidak terpakai adalah salah satu bentuk efisiensi energi. Panas yang tidak terpakai dari industri dan transportasi dapat dikonversikan menjadi energi listrik dengan menggunakan material termoelektrik. Keramik Ca3Co2O6 dan CaMnO3 adalah salah satu contoh material. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah percobaan sintesis keramik Ca3Co2O6 dan CaMnO3 menggunakan metode proses reaksi padatan. Sintesis material menggunakan bahan baku berbasis karbonat, yaitu CaCO3, CoCO3 dan MnCO3. Sintesis dilakukan dengan mengacu pada diagram fasa sistem Ca-Co-O dan Ca-Mn-O.
Berdasarkan analisis termal, untuk mendapatkan fasa CaO, Co3O4 dan Mn2O3 maka bahan baku yang berbasis karbonat harus dikalsinasi pada suhu ≥ 800°C. Suhu pembentukan Ca3Co2O6 berdasarkan diagram fasa sistem Ca-Co-O dan Ca-Mn-O adalah pada rentang suhu 824-1027°C dan CaMnO3 pada rentang suhu 1100-1600°C dengan lingkungan atmosfir udara bebas. Hasil sintesis diperoleh fasa Ca3Co2O6 terbentuk paling baik pada suhu 1000°C, tetapi masih terdapat fasa lain yaitu CoO dan Co3O4. Fraksi berat masing-masing fasa adalah Ca3Co2O6 : CoO : Co3O4 = 71,1 : 21,6 : 7,3. Sedangkan pada sintesis CaMnO3, fasa CaMnO3 sudah terbentuk satu fasa pada suhu 1100°C.

Heat is one kind of energy source that can increases energy efficiency. Heat from industrial and transportation can be converted into electrical energy through a thermoelectric material. Ca3Co2O6 and CaMnO3 ceramics are thermoelectric materials. The main idea of this research is synthesis of Ca3Co2O6 and CaMnO3 ceramics using solid state reaction method. Synthesis of thermoelectric materials using carbonate-based raw materials. The raw materials are CaCO3, CoCO3 and MnCO3. Synthesis of material is done with reference to the phase diagram system of Ca-Co-O and Ca-Mn-O.
Based on thermal analysis, the carbonate-based raw materials must be calcined at temperature ≥ 800°C to get CaO, Co3O4 and Mn2O3 phases. The temperature formation of Ca3Co2O6 and CaMnO3 are about 824-1027°C based on phase diagram system of Ca-Co-O and 1100-1600°C based on phase diagram system of Ca-Mn-O in air. Ca3Co2O6 phase is formed at temperatures of 1000°C, but there were some other phase, i.e,. CoO and Co3O4. Weight fraction of each phase is Ca3Co2O6 : CoO : Co3O4 = 71,1 : 21,6 : 7,3. While CaMnO3 one phase is already formed at 1100°C.

"Pada skripsi ini dibahas mengenai pemilihan strategi green supply chain management (GSCM) untuk PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP). GSCM dilakukan sebagai upaya mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari aktivitas-aktivitas yang dilakukan perusahaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria dan subkriteria pemilihan strategi GSCM dan menganalisis pemilihan strategi GSCM yang sesuai untuk PT.XYZ. Melalui penelitian ini akan terbentuk jaringan ANP yang terdiri dari 6 kriteria dan 29 subkriteria yang terkumpul berbagai studi literatur dan pendapat para pakar. Dari 6 kriteria terdapat 1 kriteria yang berisi strategi GSCM, yaitu terdiri dari risk-based strategy, efficiency-based strategy, innovation-based strategy, dan closed loop strategy. Metode ANP memudahkan pemilihan strategi GSCM yang kompleks melalui proses yang terstuktur dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif konsep ramah lingkungan dari para pakar dan perusahaan. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa innovation-based strategy sebagai strategi green supply chain management yang paling tepat dan sesuai untuk PT.XYZ.

This study elaborates business strategy selection for green supply chain management for PT.XYZ via Analytical Network Process. GSCM is initiated as a response to reduce environmental impacts from industrial activities. The purposes of this study are identifying criteria and sub criteria in selecting GSCM Strategy and analyzing a suitable GSCM strategy for PT.XYZ. This study proposes ANP network of 6 criteria and 29 sub criteria, which collected from literature review and experts judgement. One from six criteria contains GSCM strategy choices which are risk-based strategy, efficiency-based strategy, innovation-based strategy, dan closed loop strategy. ANP solves complex GSCM strategy-selection by using more structured process and considering green perspectives from experts and PT.XYZ. The result from this research is innovation-based strategy as the most suitable and proper green supply chain management strategy for PT.XYZ.

"Di Indonesia pengembangan kawasan industri khususnya di daerah merupakan salah satu strategi untuk melakukan penyebaran industri dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada kawasan industri saat ini, yaitu penerapan lokasi kawasan industri yang masih belum sesuai terhadap aspek lingkungan yang berdampak pada pencemaran emisi karbon, air, dan limbah serta kerusakan lingkungan disekitar kawasan industri. Oleh karena itu, pembangunan kawasan industri berbasis konsep industri hijau dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah penting terhadap lingkungan. Dalam menentukan evaluasi kelayakan lokasi prioritas yang sesuai untuk menentukan kawasan industri berbasis industri hijau diperlukan kriteria penentu dalam pengambilan keputusan kelayakan lokasi. Terdapat lima kriteria utama dalam penentuan kelayakan kawasan industri berbasis industri hijau yang terdiri dari jarak, kondisi infrastruktur dan prasarana, ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Dengan melakukan pembobotan menggunakan metode fuzzy-AHP didapatkan kriteria dengan bobot tertinggi adalah kriteria lingkungan dan lokasi yang paling layak adalah Kawasan Industri Sei Mangkei sebagai lokasi prioritas.

In Indonesia, the development of industrial estate, especially in the regions, is one of the strategiest to spread the industry in an effort to improve the economy. The problem that occurs in industrial estate at this time is the application of industrial locations that are still not suitable for environmental aspects which have an impact on carbon emission, water and waste pollution as well as environmental impact around industrial estate. Therefore, the development of industrial estate based on the concept of green industry is carried out to address important problems for the environment. In determining the feasibility evaluation of priority location for building industrial estate, determining criteria are needed in decision making for selecting feasibility of locations. There are five main criteria in determining the feasibility of industrial estate consisting of distance, infrastructure and infrastructure conditions, economic, environmental, and social. By weighting using the fuzzy-AHP method, the criteria with the highest weight are environmental criteria and the selected location is the Sei Mangkei Industrial Estate as the priority location."
