"PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk menghadapi disrupsi yang mengubah perilaku konsumen berkomunikasi menggunakan aplikasi online seperti WhatsApp, Line, Telegram dan Slack sehingga ada penurunan permintaan dan pertumbuhan terhadap pendapatan perusahaan sejak tahun 2017. Adanya fenomena disrupsi mengharuskan Telkom untuk dapat menghasilkan inovasi baru melalui kerja sama Startup yang bisa menjadi bisnis utama bagi perusahaan di masa depan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja inovasi, perusahaan perlu mengadopsi proses kewirausahaan strategis yang dapat membangun kapabilitas dinamis sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerja inovasi di tengah lingkungan disruptif. Kewirausahaan strategis untuk dapat berjalan dengan efektif memerlukan ambideksteritas yaitu organisasi memiliki struktur organisasi yang dapat mendukung kebutuhan ganda dari aktivitas opportunity-seeking (OSA) dan advantage-seeking (ASA).
Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas pengaruh kewirausahaan strategis, kapabilitas dinamis, dan ambideksteritas organisasi terhadap kinerja inovasi. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari survei Manajemen Tingkat Atas dari 62 startup yang menjadi portofolio PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM PLS untuk melakukan uji hipotesis penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan strategis berpengaruh terhadap kapabilitas dinamis, ambideksteritas organisasi, dan kinerja inovasi. Dimensi budaya kewirausahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi Startup. Studi ini menjelaskan adanya situasi rendahnya kinerja inovasi pada Startup walaupun Startup sudah menjalankan ambideksteritas organisasi.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is facing a disruption that changes consumer behavior in using or interacting with products of Telkom while they are actively using online applications such as WhatsApp, Line, Telegram and Slack so that there has been a decline in demand and growth in company revenues since 2017. The disruption phenomenon requires Telkom to be able to generate new innovations through teamwork or collaboratively with Startup that could be the core business or source of main activities for the company in the future. In improving innovation performance, companies need to adopt a strategic entrepreneurial process that can build dynamic capabilities to improve innovation performance in a context of disruptive environment. To implement the strategic entrepreneurship effectively requires organizational ambidexterity that refers to an organizational structure that can support the dual needs of opportunity-seeking (exploration) and advantage-seeking (exploitation) activities.
Thus, this study examines the effectiveness of the influence of strategic entrepreneurship, dynamic capabilities, and organizational ambidexterity on innovation performance. The data in this study was obtained from a top-level management survey of 62 startups that are part of the portfolio of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero). The data was analyzed using SEM PLS to test the research hypothesis.
The results show that strategic entrepreneurship has positive effects on dynamic capabilities, organizational ambiguity, and innovation performance. The dimensions of entrepreneurial culture have no significant effect on startup innovation performance. Despite some study limitations that create model bias, sample bias, and response bias, it is very important to note that entrepreneurial culture is part of exploration activities for opportunity identification and that it cannot directly affect innovation performance without first being exploited. On the other hand, this study explains the situation of startups’ low innovation performance even though startups have implemented organizational ambiguity. It implies that organizational ambidexterity is not a sufficient condition for innovation performance. Startups must be able to orchestrate or manage first their resources to innovate.

"PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) terbesar di Indonesia. Pada kurun 2016-2020, EBITDA dan laba bersih mengalami fluktuasi. Bagi perusahaan BUMN multibisnis, strategi parenting sangat berperan penting sebagai salah satu strategi korporasi. Namun, ditemukan adanya kecenderungan kinerja yang relatif belum mencapai target di beberapa anak usaha dan bahkan ada beberapa anak usaha yang masih berada di posisi rapor merah. Selain itu, beberapa anak usaha berebut pasar yang sama dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa strategi parenting yang dilaksanakan dewasa ini belum sepenuhnya mencapai target. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: gambaran strategi parenting di Telkom; implementasi strategi parenting di Telkom, serta peran anak perusahaan terhadap kinerja Telkom. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, di mana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, in-depth interview, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan pihak yang relevan dengan penelitian. Unit analisisnya adalah kelompok unit-unit bisnis di lingkungan anak usaha Telkom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut Corporate Strategic Scenario (CSS) 2021-2025, strategi parenting tidak lagi secara eksplisit dinyatakan sebagai corporate strategy tetapi termasuk dalam delivery model direction. Telkom mengatur bisnis berbasis pada Customer Facing Unit (CFU) dengan mengategorikan portofolio produk menjadi lima segmen: Mobile, Consumer, Enterprise, Wholesale & International Business, dan segmen “lainnya”. Penerapan strategi parenting memiliki tingkat dominasi yang berbeda-beda tergantung maturitas anak perusahaan. Selain itu, ada kendala yang umum terjadi dalam penerapan strategi parenting di Telkom di antaranya: birokrasi yang panjang, kurangnya pemahaman tentang sifat bisnis anak perusahaan, kurangnya bimbingan dari perusahaan induk untuk melakukan penilaian, masalah dalam pelaporan, pemahaman tentang CFU, dan kesulitan bagi perusahaan yang memiliki banyak portofolio. Faktor yang paling dominan dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja anak perusahaan dalam penerapan strategi parenting adalah: manajemen portofolio, dukungan investasi, dukungan SDM, faktor jaringan dan akses informasi dari perusahaan induk. Adapun peran anak perusahaan bagi kinerja Telkom bervariasi sesuai dengan kinerja CFU.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is one of the largest State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in Indonesia. In the period of 2016-2020, EBITDA and net profit fluctuated. For multi-business state-owned companies, parenting strategy plays an important role as one of the corporate strategies. However, it was found that there was a tendency for performance that had not reached the target in several subsidiaries and even some subsidiaries were still in the red report card position. In addition, several subsidiaries are fighting for the same market in running their business. This shows that the parenting strategy implemented today has not fully achieved the target. Based on this background, this study aims to describe and analyze: the description of parenting strategy at Telkom, implementation of parenting strategy at Telkom, as well as the role of subsidiaries on Telkom's performance. This is a qualitative research, where data collection is done through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with parties relevant to the research. The unit of analysis is a group of business units within Telkom's subsidiaries. The results show that according to Corporate Strategic Scenario (CSS) 2021-2025, parenting strategy is no longer explicitly stated as a corporate strategy but is included in the delivery model direction. Telkom manages its business based on the Customer Facing Unit (CFU) by categorizing its product portfolio into five segments: Mobile, Consumer, Enterprise, Wholesale & International Business, and “other” segments. The application of parenting strategy has different levels of dominance depending on the maturity of the subsidiary. In addition, there are common obstacles in implementing the parenting strategy at Telkom including: long bureaucracy, lack of understanding of the nature of the subsidiary's business, lack of guidance from the parent company to conduct assessments, problems in reporting, understanding of CFU, and difficulties for the company who have multiple portfolios. The most dominant and significant factors in improving the performance of subsidiaries in implementing parenting strategies are: portfolio management, investment support, HR support, network factors and access to information from the parent company. The role of subsidiaries for Telkom's performance varies according to the performance of the CFU."

"Employment condition in Indonesian has not been very conducive, because lay off and underemployment has been going on until today. The worst of entrepreneur is the choice to enable those who are not in the manufacturing sector, private or government employee. However changing from supervised employees to independent entrepreneurs, who can even create other jobs, is difficult. In fact, in a developed country, small or medium enterprises are those who contribute to the country. To which the behavior of entrepreneur can be develop will be affected by the “nature” which is transmitted through genetic and “nurture” which is socialized by social environment, family, cultural environment, peer group, school, courses, training centers, and so on, which faktors will mostly affect to a person will depend on this individual him/herself. The quality entrepreneur behavior of a person will also be contingent upon government institution support. A hypothesis of a research tests that most of the higher/successful entrepreneur behavior is the one which is developed by “nature” and “nurture”. It means, beside internal faktor, the external faktor of entrepreneur is also important. This hypothesis in fact, can be proved through a just finish research."

"Setiap organisasi pasti memiliki budaya organisasi yang menjadi pedoman karyawannya dalam berperilaku dan menjadi acuan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Budaya Organisasi akan terlihat dari hasil kinerja pegawainya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja customer service officer pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero)Tbk Kantor Cabang Jatinegara. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Budaya Organisasi dari PT. BNI dan Kinerja Pegawai dengan dimensi yang diambil dari buku Performance Management (Aguinis, 2009).
Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampelnya adalah 33 orang petugas pelayanan nasabah PT BNI Kantor Cabang Jatinegara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja petugas pelayanan nasabah.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of customer service officer at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Jatinegara. The variables of this study are the Organizational Culture of PT. BNI and the Employee Performance with dimensions taken from the book Performance Management (Aguinis, 2009).
This research is a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The samples are 33 customer service officers PT BNI Branch Jatinegara. The results showed that there is influence of organizational culture on the performance of customer service officer.

Tesis ini membahas persepsi karyawan terhadap disfungsi akibat kemerosotan, identifikasi organisasi, ikatan emosional pada unit, dan pengaruhnya pada keinginan karyawan untuk pindah dalam konteks kemerosotan unit bisnis strategis Divisi Telkom Flexi, PT Telkom. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survei kuesioner terhadap karyawan. Pada unit bisnis strategis yang sedang melakukan aktivitas turnaround, keinginan karyawan untuk pindah dari unit dipengaruhi oleh disfungsi akibat kemerosotan dan ikatan emosionalnya terhadap unit tersebut. Karyawan cenderung mengalami dualisme ketika mempersepsikan dirinya apakah sebagai bagian dari unit bisnis strategis ataukah sebagai bagian dari perusahaan induk. Selain itu aktivitas turnaround dapat mengubah persepsi karyawan terhadap disfungsi akibat kemerosotan.

ABSTRACT
This research discusses about employee?s perception of organizational dysfunctions of decline, organizational identification, employee engagement, and turnover intention in the context of the decline of Divisi Telkom Flexi as a strategic business unit under PT Telkom. This research is using questionnaire survey method. In a unit that is doing turnaround activities, turnover intention can be affected by dysfunctional of decline and employee engagement. The employees show dualism in percepting themselves whether as a part of the unit or as a part of the whole company. Besides, the turnaround activities could change the employee?s perception toward dysfunctions of decline.

"Hal mendasar dari penelitian integrasi teknologi dan literatur kinerja bisnis bahwa integrasi teknologi merupakan pendorong kinerja organisasi. Namun, hal itu dapat dikaitkan dengan kinerja yang lebih tinggi jika disertai dengan perubahan organisasi. Makalah ini berfokus pada mediasi kemampuan absorpsi organisasi dan analisis dampaknya pada hubungan antara integrasi teknologi, perbaikan rutinitas organisasi dan kinerja organisasi di perusahaan perbankan. Kemampuan absorpsi organisasi mengukur kemampuan organisasi untuk menyelesaikan proses pembelajaran. Dimana upaya belajar biasanya terkait dengan integrasi, karena merupakan teknologi yang kompleks.
Untuk mengatasi kompleksitas integrasi teknologi, dalam implementasi biasanya ditambah dan disertai dengan upaya integrasi yang berkesinambungan dari data dan aplikasi. Dalam studi ini, akan dibahas mengenai mengeksplorasi pengaruh dari integrasi teknologi pada kinerja bisnis baik melalui kemampuan absorpsi, dan perbaikan rutinitas organisasi. Penelitian ini berhipotesis bahwa kemampuan absorpsi memiliki peran mediasi antara integrasi teknologi, perbaikan rutinitas dan kinerja organisasi.
Model penelitian yang diusulkan diuji dengan data yang disurvei dari cabang-cabang salah satu Bank di Indonesia, di mana bisnis pembiayaan perumahan merupakan bisnis terbesar mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya serap organisasi memiliki efek mediasi dengan variabel perbaikan rutinitas tidak signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja.

It fundamentally of the research literature technology integration and business performance that technology integration is driving organizational performance. However, it could be attributed with higher performance when accompanied by organizational change. This paper focuses on mediation absorptive capacity the organization and analysis of its impact on the relationship between technology integration, improvement of organizational routines and organizational performance in corporate banking. The ability of the organization to measure the absorption ability of the organization to complete the learning process. Where the learning effort usually associated with integration, as it is a complex technology.
To address the complexity of technology integration, and in implementing usually added with the continuous efforts of integration of data and applications. This study, will be discussed on exploring the influence of technology integration on business performance through both absorptive capacity, and improvement of organizational routines. This study hypothesized that the absorptive capacity has a mediating role between the integration of technology, improvement of organizational routines and organizational performance.
The proposed research model is tested with survey data from one of the branches of the Bank in Indonesia, where the business of housing finance is their biggest business. The results showed that organizational absorptive capacity has mediating effects with routine repairs variables did not significantly affect performance.

Tesis ini membahas pengaruhi dimensi kewirausahaan organisasi terhadap kinerja
Gerakan Mahasiswa Kristen Indonesia. Adapun dimensi kewirausahaan organisasi
tersebut terdiri atas 3 yakni Inovasi, agresifitas dan keberanian mengambil
resiko. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatory.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan linear antara variabel
dimensi inovasi kewirausahaan, dimensi agresifitas kewirausahaan, dan dimensi
keberanian mengambil resiko dengan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini
menyarankan agar GMKI memusatkan perhatian pada dimensi keberanian
mengambil resiko karena variabel ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap
kinerja organisasi

ABSTRACT
This thesis focused on the entrepreneurial dimension of organizational influence
on the performance of the Indonesian Student Christian Movement. The
dimensions of the entrepreneurial organization that is made up of Innovation,
aggressiveness and courage to take risks. This research is a quantitative study with
explanatory design. The research concludes that there is a linear relationship
between the variable dimensions of entrepreneurial innovation, entrepreneurial
aggressiveness dimensions, and dimension courage to take risks with
organizational performance. This study suggests to GMKI for focusing on the
dimension GMKI risk taking because this variable has a significant impact on
organizational performance"

"Turbulensi lingkungan pada industri keuangan menstimuli perusahaan untuk mendapatkan komponen pemasaran baru yang bersifat substitusi agar dapat mengatasinya. Perubahan pasar, intensitas kompetisi yang makin kompleks dan layanan teknologi keuangan yang semakin canggih menyebabkan selera nasabah rentan berubah serta sumber daya wajib diperbaharui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari turbulensi lingkungan terhadap kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan kapabilitas dinamis. Tujuan berikutnya menguji kapabilitas dinamis dan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan terhadap strategi pemasaran perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Fokus penelitian dengan studi kasus di PT Pegadaian (Persero). Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para pelaksana operasional PT Pegadaian (Persero) di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 23.
Temuan yang diperoleh bahwa turbulensi lingkungan memengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kapabilitas dinamis maupun kepemimpinan kewirausahaan. Demikian juga kapabilitas dinamis memengaruhi secara positif signifikan terhadap pemasaran kewirausahaan. Selanjutnya, kepemimpinan kewirausahaan tidak memengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap pemasaran kewirausahaan. Semua hipotesis ini memiliki implikasi secara teoritis dan manajerial. Implikasi teoritis yakni memberikan kontribusi dengan memperkaya konsep dari kepemimpinan dan kapabilitas dinamis dalam memengaruhi strategi pemasaran perusahaan untuk menghadapi turbulensi lingkungan. Sementara itu, implikasi untuk PT Pegadaian (Persero) agar selalu memantau setiap pengembangan pasar, mengkonfigurasi ulang sumber daya, menciptakan diversifikasi produk/layanan dan memperkuat hubungan dengan nasabah untuk jangka waktu yang lama.

Environmental turbulence in the financial industry stimulates companies to obtain new marketing components that are substitution in order to overcome them. Market changes, increasingly complex competition intensity and increasingly sophisticated financial technology services cause the tastes of vulnerable customers to change and resources must be renewed. This study aims to examine the effect of environmental turbulence on entrepreneurial leadership and dynamic capabilities. The next objective examines the dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial leadership on marketing strategy of company This research was conducted quantitatively. For of research with case studies at PT Pegadaian (Persero). Measurements were taken by distributing questionnaires to PT Pegadaian (Persero) operational implementers throughout Indonesia. This study conducted hypothesis testing using SPSS 23.
The findings obtained that environmental turbulence significantly influences the dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial leadership. Likewise dynamic capabilities have affect to entrepreneurial marketing. Furthermore, entrepreneurial leadership dont have influences to entrepreneurial marketing. All of these hypotheses have theoretical and managerial implications. Theoretical implications namely contributing to enrich the concepts of entrepreneurial leadership and marketing and dynamic capabilities in influencing marketing strategy of company to deal with environmental turbulence. Meanwhile, the implications for PT Pegadaian (Persero) to always monitor every market development, reconfigure resources, create product/service diversification and strengthen customer relationships for a long time.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai knowledge inertia dan persepsi terhadap lingkungan yang mempengaruhi perilaku kewirausahaan dalam menciptakan suatu sikap adaptabilitas stratejik. Perilaku kewirausahaan memiliki urgensi untuk dimiliki saat ini untuk mampu mengidentifikasi dan mengeksploitasi peluang sebagai bentuk respon terhadap perubahan lingkungan dan menjadi adaptif lebih cepat dari pesaing. Efektifitas implementasinya dipengaruhi oleh persepsi individu terhadap lingkungan yang dihadapinya dan knowledge inertia yang ada. Knowledge inertia adalah konsep baru yang masih memiliki banyak ruang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan obyek penelitian para pekerja tingkat manajemen pertama dan menengah di suatu BUMN yang sedang mengalami perubahan lingkungan secara signifikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge inertia memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan dan setiap dimensi lingkungan memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda pada pembentukan knowledge inersia dan perilaku kewirausahaan. Selain itu, terbukti bahwa perilaku kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif pada sikap adaptabilitas stratejik.

The focus of this study is to analyze knowledge inertia and the environment perception which influenced the entrepreneurial behavior in developing strategic adaptability behavior. Entrepreneurial behavior has been considered to be an urgent concept to be implemented nowadays, since it enable the ability to identify and exploits new opportunities as a response to environment changes and means to be adaptive much faster than competitor. The effectiveness of the entrepreneurial behavior is affected by individual?s perception of the environment and the existed knowledge inertia. Knowledge Inertia is considered as a new concept with a lot of areas to be investigated. The study is conducted in quantitative method with first line and middle management employee in a SOE which in a state of significant environment changes as the research object. The result has shown that knowledge inertia has a negative influence to entrepreneurial behavior and each environment dimension has a distinct influence to the formation of knowledge inertia and entrepreneurial behavior. In addition, the study also has shown that entrepreneurial behavior has a positive influence to the strategic adaptability behavior. "
