"Profesi apoteker di Indonesia memiliki andil penting dalam bidang kesehatan Indonesia khusunya bidang Industri farmasi, rumah sakit, pelayanan, distribusi obat, dan pemerintahan. Perjalanan untuk menjadi apoteker yang memiliki sikap profesional, apoteker diharuskan melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker agar mendapatkan pengalaman dan bekal yang diperlukan untuk memasuki dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya. Praktik kerja profesi Apoteker kali ini dilaksanakan di Daewoong Pharmaceutical periode April-Juli 2022, PBF PT SamMarie Tramedifa periode Januari 2022, dan Apotek Roxy Pitara Periode Februari 2022. Dengan dilaksanakannya Praktik kerja Apoteker di industri farmasi, apotek, dan distributor obat atau pedagang besar farmasi (PBF), calon apoteker diharapkan mendapatkan gambaran dan pengalaman mengenai pekerjaan yang dilakukan seorang apoteker di dunia kerja, khususnya di bidang industri farmasi, pelayanan, dan distribusi obat.

The pharmacist profession in Indonesia has an important and viral role in Indonesian health community especially in the pharmaceutical industry, hospital, services, drugs distribution, and government. A road to become a professional pharmacist, a pharmacist candidate should carry out the Pharmacist Professional Practice to gain the experiences and skills needed to enter the real world of work. The pharmacist Professional Work Practice or Internship was held at Daewoong Pharmaceutical period April-July 2022 for industry pharmacy, PT SamMarie Tramedifa period January 2022 for drugs distribution, dan Roxy Pitara Pharmacy Period February 2022 for services in pharmacies. With the implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice or internship in the several places such as in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry, drugs distributor and services in pharmacy, pharmacist candidate are expected to gain experience as well as an overview of the work that will be carried out by pharmacist in the world of work. "

"Obat merupakan bahan atau paduan bahan, termasuk produk biologi, yang digunakan untuk mempengaruhi atau menyelidiki sistem fisiologis atau keadaan patologi dalam rangka penetapan diagnosis, pencegahan, penyembuhan, pemulihan, peningkatan kesehatan, dan kontrasepsi untuk manusia (PerMenKes No 1799, 2010). Proses pembuatan obat dan/atau bahan obat hanya dapat dilakukan oleh industri farmasi yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat dan/atau bahan obat. Untuk menjamin dan menghasilkan obat yang bermutu tinggi secara konsisten, meningkatkan keselamatan kerja, efisiensi proses, dan produktivitas kerja maka pemerintah melalui BPOM menetapkan suatu peraturan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh industri farmasi. CPOB mensyaratkan industri farmasi untuk mengidentifikasi validasi yang perlu dilakukan sebagai bukti pengendalian terhadap aspek kritis dari kegiatan yang dilakukan.Apotek merupakan salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan dalam bidang kefarmasian dalam membantu mewujudkan tercapainya derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat (Hartini dan Sulasmo, 2010). Sarana pelayanan kefarmasian dituntut untuk memberikan perhatian lebih pada penggunaan obat polifarmasi. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No 73 Tahun 2016 Pasal 3, salah satu standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek adalah pengkajian dan pelayanan resep. Kegiatan pengkajian resep meliputi administrasi, kesesuaian farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis, jika ditemukan adanya ketidaksesuaian dari hasil pengkajian maka Apoteker harus menghubungi dokter penulis resep.

Drugs are materials or combinations of materials, including biological products, which are used to influence or investigate physiological systems or pathological conditions in the context of establishing diagnosis, prevention, healing, recovery, health promotion, and contraception for humans (PerMenKes No 1799, 2010). The process of making drugs and/or drug ingredients can only be carried out by the pharmaceutical industry which has a permit from the Minister of Health to carry out activities to manufacture drugs and/or drug ingredients. To guarantee and produce consistently high quality drugs, improve work safety, process efficiency, and work productivity, the government through BPOM has established a regulation on Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB) which must be implemented by the pharmaceutical industry. GMP requires the pharmaceutical industry to identify validations that need to be carried out as evidence of control over critical aspects of the activities carried out.

Pharmacies are one of the health service facilities in the pharmaceutical sector in helping to achieve optimal health degrees for the community (Hartini and Sulasmo, 2010). Pharmaceutical service facilities are required to pay more attention to the use of polypharmacy drugs. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 73 of 2016 Article 3, one of the standards for pharmaceutical services in pharmacies is the assessment and service of prescriptions. Through this PKPA process, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain experience, knowledge, insight, and skills that are appropriate and adequate to enter the world of pharmaceutical work. "

Salah satu bentuk partisipasi tersebut adalah dilakukan dengan diadakannya Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dijalani oleh calon apoteker sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia profesional. Due to the complexity of the field, a pharmacist is required to participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. One form of participation is carried out by holding the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) which is carried out by prospective pharmacists as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and to improve competence before entering the professional world. Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, PT SamMarie Tramedifa, and PT Pfizer Indonesia are one of the agencies that collaborate with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia so that prospective pharmacists can run PKPA in the period January – May 2022. Through the activities in pharmacy, pharmaceutical pharmaceutical wholesalers & distributin, and pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmacy practice."

"Kualifikasi merupakan kegiatan pembuktian bahwa peralatan, sistem atau fasilitas yang digunakan dalam suatu proses atau sistem akan selalu bekerja sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan dan konsisten. Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk proses pencampuran bahan obat dengan mixer, dilengkapi dengan sistem pembersihan dan pencucian di tempat (CIP) dan dengan sambungan pipa uap yang digunakan untuk melakukan sterilisasi di tempat (SIP). Sistem SIP Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 diharapkan mampu bekerja sesuai parameter yang ditentukan dan memberikan hasil sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, yang dibuktikan melalui kualifikasi kinerja. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah mampu memahami parameter kualifikasi kinerja dan melakukan penyusunan laporan hasil kualifikasi kinerja Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 pada fasilitas produksi injeksi hormon PT Harsen Laboratories. Kualifikasi kinerja Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 yang berada di fasilitas produksi injeksi hormon PT Harsen Laboratories dilaksanakan dengan parameter Pengujian Heat Distribution Empty Chamber yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensor suhu thermocouple dan Kaye validator, serta Uji Indikator Biologi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Indikator Biologi berisi Bacillus stearothermophillus. Laporan kualifikasi kinerja memuat hasil dan kesimpulan dari seluruh pengujian yang dilaksanakan, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja sistem SIP pada Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 memenuhi persyaratan sterilisasi yang telah ditetapkan.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Pitara periode Februari 2022 dan PT Kalbio Global Medika periode Maret – April 2022. "Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) bertujuan untuk menjamin obat dibuat secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya, mencakup seluruh aspek produksi dan pengendalian mutu termasuk pemastian mutu dan hal ini tertuang dalam Pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat Yang Baik. Pedoman CPOB wajib menjadi acuan bagi industri farmasi dan sarana yang melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat dan bahan obat. Pengkajian mutu produk secara berkala hendaklah dilakukan terhadap semua obat terdaftar, termasuk produk ekspor yang tertuang dalam Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP) dengan tujuan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas dan produk jadi, untuk melihat tren dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses, dilakukan tiap tahun dan didokumentasikan, dengan mempertimbangkan hasil kajian ulang. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk memahami cara pembuatan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP). Pelaksanaan dilakukan di PT.Harsen Laboratories pada periode Agustus–Oktober 2020. Penyusunan laporan PTAP dilakukan minimal terhadap 3 batch produk, kemudian mengumpulkan sumber data produk “P”, kemudian mengolah data dan dikonversi dalam bentuk grafik. Penulisan dilakukan sesuai prosedur tetap yang berlaku di PT. Harsen Laboratories. Hasil yang diperoleh dimana prosedur PTAP yang dibuat di PT.Harsen Laboratories sudah memenuhi syarat yang terdapat pada CPOB dan data yang ditampilkan sudah memenuhi syarat. Parameter yang dikaji dalam penyusunan PTAP produk “P” pada periode tahun 2019 telah memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi mutu yang telah ditentukan. Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) adalah cara distribusi/penyaluran obat dan/atau bahan obat yang bertujuan memastikan mutu sepanjang jalur distribusi/penyaluran sesuai persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaannya. Salah satu bagian pedoman teknis CDOB meliputi bangunan dan peralatan. Dalam melakukan distribusi sesuai dengan CDOB suatu Pedagang Besar Farmasi harus memastikan terpenuhinya sumber daya yang baik, sehingga dapat menjamin perlindungan saat distribusi obat. Area penyimpanan, penerimaan dan pengiriman harus dirancang terpisah, dan juga terlindung dari kondisi cuaca, dan harus didesain dengan baik serta dilengkapi dengan peralatan yang memadai, hal ini dilakukan untuk mendukung agar kualitas obat tetap terjamin. Untuk itu, diperlukan alur dan denah penyimpanan obat yang baik yang akan membantu personil yang bekerja di area gudang dalam menyiapkan pesanan obat dan menjaga kualitas obat tetap terjaga sesuai dengan yang tercantum dalam CDOB. Prakter Kerja Profesi Apoteker diaksanakan di PT. SamMarie Tramedifa. Analisi dilakukan dengan membandingkan bangunan area penyimpanan obat dengan persyaratan di CDOB. Kemudian dilakukan analisis letak penyipanan peralatan gudang yang digunakan, melihat alur datangnya obat mulai dari area penerimaan, karantina, penyimpanan, pengemasan dan penyaluran. Diperoleh hasil bahwa denah dan alur penyimpanan di area gudang obat yang sesuai dengan CDOB telah diterapkan di PT SamMarie Tramedifa dan denah dan alur penyimpanan di area gudang penyimpanan obat di PT SamMarie Tramedifa secara umum sudah memenuhi syarat. Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit dengan prevalensi yang terus menerus mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini merupakan masalah kesehatan dunia yang perlu ditangani dan apabila terdapat penyakit penyerta dapat menimbulkan risiko terjadinya penyakit ginjal dan kardiovaskuler. Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Apotek memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek, Sebagai penanggung jawab apotek, apoteker bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan kajian resep yang diterima di Apotek, tujuan pengkajian resep adalah untuk menjamin keamanan (safety) dan kemanjuran (efficacy) dari obat dalam resep tersebut ketika digunakan oleh pasien serta memaksimalkan tujuan terapi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui pola peresepan yang dilakukan selama Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker periode November 2020 di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan resep yang diterima selama bulan November, kemudian memisahkan resep yang mengandung obat antihipertensi dan dipilih 2 resep secara acak pada resep tersebut. Kemudian dilakukan pengkajian dan analisis pada 2 resep terpilih. Dari total semua resep pada periode November 2020 yang diresepkan oleh dokter terdapat 10 resep yang mengandung obat antihipertensi. Obat yang sering diresepkan oleh dokter, antara lain golongan obat penghambat enzim angiotensin yakni Ramipril, golongan obat penghambat reseptor B yakni Bisoprolol, golongan obat penghambat kanal kalsium yakni Amlodipine.  Pengkajian resep yang dilakukan terhadap resep periode Oktober 2020 di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu menyatakan bahwa resep sudah rasional namun kelengkapan administratif belum lengkap.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) aims to ensure that drugs are made consistently, meet established requirements and are in accordance with their intended use, covering all aspects of production and quality control including quality assurance and this is contained in the Guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices. GMP guidelines must be a reference for the pharmaceutical industry and facilities that carry out activities for the manufacture of drugs and medicinal ingredients. Annual Product Review (APR) should be carried out on all registered drugs, including export products contained in the APR with the aim of proving process consistency, conformity with specifications for starting materials, packaging materials and finished products, to see trends and identify improvements. required for products and processes, carried out annually and documented, taking into account the results of the review. The purpose of this paper is to understand how to make the APR. The implementation was carried out at PT.Harsen Laboratories in the period Augus-October 2020. APR report was prepared for at least 3 batches of products, then collected the “P” product data source, then processed the data and converted it in graphical form. The writing is done according to the standard procedure in PT. Harsen Laboratories. The results were obtained where the APR procedure made at PT.Harsen Laboratories had met the requirements contained in the GMP and the data displayed had met the requirements. The parameters studied in the preparation of the APR product "P" in the 2019 period had met the predetermined quality specification requirements. Good Storage and Distribution Practice is a method of distribution of drugs and/or drug ingredients aimed at ensuring quality along the distribution according to the requirements and purposes of use. Part of the Good Storage and Distribution Practice technical guide covers buildings and equipment. In distributing according to the Good Storage and Distribution Practice, a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler must ensure the fulfillment of good resources, so as to guarantee protection during drug distribution. Storage, receiving and delivery areas must be designed separately, and also protected from weather conditions, and must be well designed and equipped with adequate equipment, this is done to support the quality of the drug is guaranteed. For this reason, a good flow and plan for drug storage is needed that will help personnel working in the warehouse area in preparing drug orders and maintaining drug quality. Pharmacist Professional Work Practice are carried out at PT. SamMarie Tramedifa. The analysis was carried out by comparing the drug storage area building with the requirements in the Good Storage and Distribution Practice. Then do an analysis of the location of the warehouse equipment used, looking at the flow of drugs from the receiving area, quarantine, storage, packaging and distribution. The results show that the plan and storage flow in the drug warehouse area that is Good Storage and Distribution Practice compliant have been implemented at PT SamMarie Tramedifa and the storage plan and flow in the drug storage area at PT SamMarie Tramedifa generally meet the requirements. Hypertension is a disease with a high prevalence and always increase rapidly. This is a world health problem that needs to be addressed and if there are comorbidities it can pose a risk of developing kidney and cardiovascular disease. Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists practice pharmacy. The pharmacy has the aim to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy. As the person in charge of the pharmacy, the pharmacist is responsible for conducting a review of prescriptions received at the pharmacy, the purpose of reviewing prescriptions is to ensure the safety and efficacy of the drugs in the prescription when used, as well as maximizing therapeutic goals. The purpose of this paper is to study and find out the prescribing patterns carried out during the Professional Work Practice of Pharmacists for the period November 2020 at the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy. The method of implementation is by collecting prescriptions received during November, then separating prescriptions containing antihypertensive drugs and randomly selecting 2 prescriptions for those prescriptions. Then an assessment and analysis was carried out on the 2 selected recipes. Of the total of all prescriptions in the November 2020 period prescribed by doctors, there were 10 prescriptions containing antihypertensive drugs. Drugs that are often prescribed by doctors include the class of angiotensin enzyme inhibitors namely Ramipril, and the B receptor blocker namely Bisoprolol, a class of calcium channel blockers namely Amlodipine. The prescription review carried out on the recipe for the October 2020 period at the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy stated that the recipe was rational but the administrative completeness was incomplete. Pelaksanaan perbekalan pekerjaan kefarmasian dilakukan oleh penulis dalam tiga bidang yaitu industri, apotek, dan pusat kesehatan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan penulis pada PT. Harsen Laboratories di tanggal 03 Januari 2022 – 25 Februari 2022 untuk bidang industry farmasi, kemudian penulis melaksanakan proses praktik kerja di PT. Kreanova Pharmaret (Apotek Roxy) cabang Pitara di tanggal 02 Maret 2022 – 31 Maret 2022, serta penulis melaksanakan praktik kerja terakhir di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Kecamatan Pasar Minggu pada tanggal 23 Mei 2022 – 9 Juni 2022. Proses pembelajaran dan praktik kerja ini untuk selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal untuk kedepannya.

The implementation of pharmaceutical work supplies is carried out by the author in three fields, namely industry, pharmacies, and community health centers. The implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) was carried out by the author at PT. Harsen Laboratories on 03 January 2022 – 25 February 2022 for the pharmaceutical industry, then the author carried out the work practice process at PT. Kreanova Pharmaret (Apotek Roxy) Pitara branch on 02 March 2022 – 31 March 2022, and the author carried out his last work practice at the Pasar Minggu District Community Health Center on 23 May 2022 – 9 June 2022. This learning process and work practice is expected to continue can be used for the future."
