Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Aventis Pharma periode Januari – Maret 2022 dan Apotek Kimia Farma Senen periode April 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have important role in pharmacy practice. One of important things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT Aventis Pharma for the period January – March 2021 and Apotek Kimia Frama for the April 2021 period. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek serta melihat secara langsung proses pengelolaan apotek, dan melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan selama melaksanakan praktek kerja profesi apoteker berjudul Penatalaksanaan Terapi pada Pasien Hipertensi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202. Tugas khusus ini diberikan agar mahasiswa memahami penatalaksanaan terapi hipertensi dan permasalahannya.

"Standar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 73 tahun 2016, dimana kegiatan pengkajian resep dimulai dari persyaratan administrasi, persyaratan farmasetika dan persyaratan klinis. Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Kejayaan adalah salah satu apotek yang melayani resep BPJS dan non BPJS, dengan jumlah resep masuk rata-rata 100 resep perhari. Banyaknya resep yang diterima memerlukan proses penanganan yang tepat dan cepat, termasuk resep-resep untuk terapi diabetes. Resep tersebut kemudian dianalisa kelengkapannya dan diidentifikasi, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien untuk mendapatkan outcome terapi yang optimal serta mendukung pelaksanaan keamanan pada pasien di Apotek Kimia Farma 202 Kejayaan.

The standards used in this study are based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health no. 73 of 2016, where prescription review activities start from administrative requirements, pharmaceutical requirements and clinical requirements. Kimia Farma 202 Kejayaan Pharmacy is a pharmacy that serves BPJS and non-BPJS prescriptions, with an average number of incoming prescriptions of 100 prescriptions per day. The large number of prescriptions received requires a precise and fast handling process, including prescriptions for diabetes therapy. The prescription is then analyzed for completeness and identified, so that it is hoped that it can help improve the quality of service to patients to obtain optimal therapeutic outcomes and support the implementation of patient safety at the Kimia Farma 202 Kejayaan Pharmacy."

Dengan dilaksanakannya Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapakan untuk bisa menambah pengalaman, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan gambaran mengenai pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker sehingga dapat menunjang untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian nantinya.

Profesi apoteker merupakan salah satu profesi dalam tenaga kesehatan yang penting untuk melakukan layanan kefarmasian. Pelayanan kefarmasian adalah suatu proses yang mendukung terciptanya layanan kesehatan yang paripurna. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk melakukan praktik kerja profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker, serta meningkatkan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan standar kompetensi apoteker dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia Periode Maret - April 2022, dan di Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda Periode Mei 2022. Melalui praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Rumah Sakit dan Apotek sebagai fasilitas layanan kesehatan, mahasiswa apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence in pharmaceutical care. Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Universitas Indonesia Hospitals for March – April 2022 period, and Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda for May 2022 period. Through the activities in the hospital and apotek or pharmacy, as healthcare facilities, pharmacist students are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledge, skills and experience suitable to perform pharmaceutical care.

"Profesi apoteker menjadi profesi memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab inti dalam terlaksananya kegiatan kefarmasian dengan baik. Latar belakang pendidikan apoteker membuatnya menjadi tenaga yang memiliki pengetahuan spesifik mengenai kefarmasian untuk mengisi peran dan memenuhi tanggung jawab tersebut. Selain dibekali dengan ilmu kefarmasian, apoteker juga dibekali dengan praktik kerja profesi untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam proses kegiatan praktik kefarmasian, baik pada farmasi klinis, industri farmasi, dan pemerintahan. Pada laporan ini dibahas mengenai Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu, Periode Februari 2022 dan PT Mahakam Beta Farma, Periode Maret-April 2022. Adapun topik yang menjadi pembahasan dalam laporan ini yaitu pengkajian resep obat asma yang terdapat pada apotek tersebut dan validasi pemberihan alat-alat sampling di industri farmasi. Pengalaman praktik kerja ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal bagi apoteker untuk menjalankan kegiatan profesinya nanti.

The topics discussed in this report are the review of drug prescription for asthmam in the pharmacy and sampling tools cleaning validation in the pharmaceutical industry. This practical work experience is expected to be a provision for pharmacists to carry out their professional activities in the future."
