"Industri Farmasi menerapkan CPOB untuk memastikan mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaannya. Salah satu aspek yang diatur adalah audit dan persetujuan pemasok. Pemasok dapat mengalami re-assessment atau bahan diskualifikasi oleh Departemen QA jika terdapat defisiensi terhadap mutu yang signifikan yang dapat menyebabkan risiko serius terhadap kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran apoteker dalam pelaksanaan audit produsen bahan baku dan memahami proses pelaksanaan audit produsen bahan baku yang dilakukan PT. Harsen Laboratories terhadap PT. X. Pelaksanaan kegiatan audit produsen bahan baku PT. X dilaksanakan secara remote audit dengan mengacu pada daftar periksa penilaian terhadap produsen bahan baku. Supervisor QA berperan dalam menyusun jadwal dan realisasi pelaksanaan audit serta mengkoordinasikan dan memastikan pelaksanaan kualifikasi produsen sesuai dengan jadwal dan prosedur tetap. Sedangkan peran Manager QA yaitu memeriksa jadwal dan realisasi pelaksanan audit produsen, memastikan kualifikasi telah dilaksanakan dengan benar serta mengkaji hasil kualifikasi produsen untuk dimasukkan ke dalam daftar pemasok yang disetujui. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian audit produsen bahan baku PT.X diperoleh nilai 2,88 dengan kategori A sehingga PT.X direkomendasikan ke dalam daftar pemasok yang disetujui.

The Pharmaceutical Industry implements GMP to ensure the quality of drugs produced is in accordance with the requirements and intended use. One of the regulated aspects is supplier audit and approval. This study aims to determine the role of pharmacists in conducting raw material producer audits and to understand the process of implementing raw material producer audits conducted by PT. Harsen Laboratories against PT. X. Implementation of raw material producer audit activities PT. X carried out remote audits with reference to the assessment checklist of raw material producers. The QA Supervisor plays a role in preparing schedules and the realization of audit implementation as well as coordinating and ensuring the implementation of producer qualifications according to fixed schedules and procedures. Meanwhile, the role of the QA Manager is to check the schedule and actual implementation of producer audits, ensure that qualifications have been carried out correctly and review the results of producer qualifications to be included in the list of approved suppliers. Based on the results of the raw material producer audit assessment, PT.X obtained a value of 2.88 with category A so that PT.X was recommended to the list of approved suppliers."

Sehingga obat yang diterima konsumen termasuk obat yang bermutu yang tinggi. Sistem manajemen mutu dapat ditingkatkan melalui adanya audit mutu. Berdasarkan PerKa BPOM Nomor 34 Tahun 2018, departemen pemastian mutu atau Quality Assurance (QA) bertugas untuk memprakarsai pelaksanaan audit eksternal terutama audit terhadap pemasok. Pemasok yang telah sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan perlu dimasukkan dalam daftar produsen yang disetujui. Setiap produsen yang masuk dalam approved vendor list (AVL) perlu dievaluasi secara. Tujuan laporan PKPA ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami alur pelaksanaan audit eksternal produsen bahan awal sebagai pemastian telah memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories. Laporan ini didasarkan Prosedur Tetap yang berlaku di PT. Harsen Laboratories dan dokumentasi pelaksanaan remote audit terhadap PT. XY yang telah dilakukan melalui video conference Zoom. Hasil penilaian kualifikasi terhadap PT. XY didapatkan nilai sebesar 3,0 yang masuk dalam kategori A dengan dua rekomendasi perbaikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. XY direkomendasikan masuk kedalam daftar pemasok yang disetujui atau approved vendor list (AVL) di PT. Harsen Laboratories.

The pharmaceutical industry must refer to the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines when carrying out its drug manufacturing activities. So that the drugs received by consumers include high quality drugs. The quality management system can be improved through a quality audit. Based on PerKa BPOM number 34 of 2018, the Quality Assurance (QA) department is tasked with initiating the implementation of external audits, especially supplier audits. Suppliers that meet the required specifications must be included in the list of approved manufacturers. Every manufacturer on the Approved Vendor List (AVL) must be thoroughly evaluated. The purpose of this PKPA report has been to discover and understand the flow of external audits of raw material producers as a guarantee that they have met the criteria set by PT. Harsen Laboratories. This report is based on standard procedures at PT. Harsen Laboratories and documentation of the remote audit implementation of PT. XY, which was carried out via zoom video conference. The results of the qualifications of PT. XY scored a value of 3.0, which falls into category A with two recommendations for improvement. Thus, it can be concluded that PT. XY has been recommended to be included in the Approved Vendor List (AVL) at PT. Harsen Laboratories."

"Osteoartritis (OA) menjadi penyakit sendi paling umum dan salah satu penyebab utama disabilitas. Prevalensi OA meningkat dengan bertambahnya usia. Angka kejadian kasus OA di Indonesia yaitu 5% pada individu berusia 61 tahun. Prevalensi OA secara global menurut WHO pada populasi >60 tahun mencapai 9,6% pada laki-laki dan 18% pada perempuan (IRA, 2020). Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian adalah tolak ukur yang dipergunakan sebagai pedoman dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kefarmasian. Salah satu standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek adalah pelayanan farmasi klinik, yang salah satu parameternya yaitu Pelayanan dan Pengkajian Resep serta Dispensing sediaan farmasi (Kemenkes RI, 2016). Pengkajian dan pelayanan resep meliputi administrasi, kesesuaian farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker memahami pelaksanaan pengkajian resep di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu. Kajian dilakukan dengan metode observasional dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif yang bersifat prospektif. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara prospektif di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu pada tanggal 01 – 20 November 2021 terhadap resep osteoartritis. Pengkajian resep dilakukan terhadap aspek administratif, kesesuaian farmasetis dan keseuaian klinis. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian resep, diperoleh bahwa dari ketiga resep, permasalahan yang paling sering muncul adalah aspek administratif. Tidak terdapat permasalahan pada analisis kesesuaian farmasetis dan klinis.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common disease and one of the leading causes of disability. The prevalence of OA increases with age. The incidence of OA cases in Indonesia is 5% in individuals aged 61 years. The prevalence of OA globally according to WHO in a population > 60 years is 9.6% in men and 18% in women (IRA, 2020). Clinical pharmaceutical care by pharmacist has standard parameters used as guidelines in providing pharmaceutical services. One of the parameter is prescription screening and dispensing pharmaceutical preparation (Kemenkes RI, 2016). Prescription screening include administration, pharmaceutical suitability and clinical considerations. This report aims to ensure the implementation of clinical pharmaceutical care parameter at Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu. The study was conducted using the observational method by prospective descriptive study. Data collection was carried out prospectively at the Roxy Pharmacy Pondok Labu on 01-20 November 2021 for osteoarthritis prescriptions. Review of prescriptions is to assess the administrative aspects, pharmaceutical suitability and clinical suitability. Based on the review of prescription the most common problems ocured on administrative aspects. Both the pharmaceutical suitability and clinical analysis of all the prescription met the requirement."

"Profesi apoteker dalam menjalanankan pekerjaan kefarmasian harus sesuai dengan standar kompetensi dan praktek kefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan agar calon apoteker dapat memahami peran dan tanggung apoteker dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Praktek kerja di apotek dan industri farmasi dapat menjadi gambaran calon apoteker dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian di lingkup pelayanan kefarmasian maupun industri. Pelaksanaan praktek kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2021 di Apotek Atrika dan pada bulan April - Mei 2021 di PT. Harsen Laboratories. Kegiatan praktek profesi apoteker diharapkan sebagai wadah untuk meningkatkan ilmu dan mengembangkan keterampilan calon apoteker yang nantinya dapat diaplikasikan saat melakukan praktik profesi apoteker.

"Pekerjaan Farmasis bukan hanya sekedar membuat obat, melainkan juga menjamin, pemberian informasi mengenai indikasi, efek samping dan penggunaan obat dengan benar. Efek Samping Obat (ESO) merupakan salah satu penyebab utama mortalitas dan morbiditas di fasilitas perawatan kesehatan di seluruh dunia. Salah satu bentuk kegiatan Pharmaseutical care adalah Monitoring Efek Samping Obat (MESO).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek samping obat dan memonitoring penggunaan obat pada pasien hipertensi agar dapat meminimalkan terjadinya efek samping obat dan meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat. Penelitian disusun pada tanggal 1-31 Agustus 2021 di Apotek Nusukan, Surakarta. Tugas khusus mengenai “Monitoring Efek Samping Obat Hipertensi” disusun dengan melakukan wawancara secara langsung dengan pasien yang menderita hipertensi dan melakukan studi literatur mengenai pengertian, patosiologi, gejala klinis, penatalaksanaan penyakit hipertensi. Selain itu, materi pengkajian juga diperoleh melalui diskusi dengan Pembimbing.Resep pasien dengan penyakit hipertensi yang berisi amlodipine, diovan, bisoprolol, miniaspi di skrining terlebih dahulu untuk menjamin keamanan (safety) dan kemanjuran (efficacy) dari obat yang terdapat di dalam resep ketika digunakan pasien serta memaksimalkan tujuan terapi. Skrining resep meliputi kajian administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik, dan pertimbangan klinis. Penelitian menunjukkan pasien mendapatkan obat sesuai dengan apa yang dikeluhkan dan tidak pernah menghentikan pengobatan pada saat tekanan darah normal, tetapi pernah mengeluhkan pusing dan nyeri setelah mengonsumsi obat.

Pharmacist have responsibilities to guarantee, provide information regarding indications, side effects and correct use of drugs. Drug Adverse Effects (ESO) is one of the leading causes of mortality and morbidity in health care facilities worldwide. One form of Pharmaseutical care activity is Drug Side Effect Monitoring (MESO).

This study aims to determine the side effects of drugs and monitor the use of drugs in hypertensive patients in order to minimize the occurrence of drug side effects and improve patient compliance in taking drugs. The study was arranged on 1-31 August 2021 at Apotek Nusukan, Surakarta. The special task regarding "Monitoring Side Effects of Hypertension Drugs" was prepared by conducting direct interviews with patients suffering from hypertension and conducting literature studies on the definition, pathophysiology, clinical symptoms, and management of hypertension. In addition, the study material was also obtained through discussions with Supervisor 1 author at Nusukan Pharmacy and Supervisor 2 from the University of Indonesia.

Prescriptions for patients with hypertension containing amlodipine, diovan, bisoprolol, miniaspi are screened first to ensure the safety and efficacy of the drugs contained in the prescription when used by patients and maximize therapeutic goals. Prescription screening includes administrative review, pharmaceutical suitability, and clinical judgment. Research shows that patients get the drug according to what they complain about and never stop medication when blood pressure is normal, but have complained of dizziness and pain after taking the drug."

"Program Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memahami peran dan tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker dalam dunia kerja. Calon Apoteker juga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai penerapan ilmu farmasi di berbagai bidang. Peran Apoteker dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian diantaranya yaitu pada Industri Farmasi, Apotek, dan Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF). Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan di PT. Harsen Laboratories pada periode bulan Januari – Februari 2021, di Apotek Atrika pada periode bulan Maret – April 2021, dan PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution periode bulan April 2021. Pada masing-masing tempat praktek kerja, dilakukan penyusunan tugas khusus yang dapat membantu calon Apoteker lebih memahami suatu topik bahasan terkait peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di suatu bidang. Tugas khusus pada praktek kerja di industri farmasi membahas mengenai validasi proses suatu produk. Pada praktek kerja di Apotek, tugas khusus yang disusun membahas rancangan Apotek pelayanan rujuk balik yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Kemudian, untuk tugas khusus pada pada praktek kerja di PBF membahas terkait validasi pengiriman produk rantai dingin. Praktik Kerja Profesi tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman yang membantu calon Apoteker dalam mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan dalam mengemban tugasnya sebagai Apoteker kelak.

The Pharmacist Professional Internship Program aims to help the prospective pharmacist understand the roles and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the working world. Prospective pharmacists can also increase their knowledge and insight regarding the application of pharmaceutical science in various fields. The role of pharmacists in pharmaceutical practices includes the Pharmaceutical Industry, Pharmacies, and Major Pharmaceutical Supplier. Pharmacist Professional Internship were carried out at PT. Harsen Laboratories in the period January – February 2021, at Apotek Atrika in the period March – April 2021, and PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution for the period of April 2021. In each place of practice, specific assignments were made to help prospective pharmacists understand a topic related to the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in their respective fields. Specific assignments in the pharmaceutical industry discuss the validation of the process of a product. In the pharmacy, a specific assignment was prepared to discuss the design of the pharmacy for referral services in collaboration with BPJS Health. Then, for a specific assignment on the work practice at major pharmaceutical supplier, discussing the validation of cold chain product delivery. This Pharmacist Professional Internship Program is expected to provide experience that helps prospective pharmacists in developing knowledge and in carrying out their duties as pharmacists in the future."

"Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang profesional memiliki peranan yang sangat dibutuhkan di berbagai sektor, antara lain industri farmasi, distribusi dan pelayanan. Apoteker memastikan mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaan. Tugas seorang Apoteker di distribusi adalah bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaksanaan ketentuan pengadaan, penyimpanan dan penyaluran obat atau bahan obat sesuai dengan CDOB. Apoteker harus menjamin aspek keamanan, pencegahan masuknya obat dan/atau bahan obat palsu ke dalam rantai distribusi, menjamin penyimpanan obat aman dan sesuai, termasuk selama transportasi. Apoteker juga memiliki peranan penting di tempat pelayanan kesehatan seperti di Apotek, Rumah Sakit dan Puskesmas. Pelayanan kesehatan sangat diperlukan bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan demi kualitas hidup masyarakat yang lebih baik. Pelayanan kefarmasian meliputi dua kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan yang bersifat manajerial berupa pengelolaan Sediaan Farmasi, Alat Kesehatan, Bahan Medis Habis Pakai dan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Apoteker menjamin seluruh rangkaian kegiatan perbekalan Sediaan Farmasi, Alat Kesehatan, dan BMHP sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Pelayanan farmasi klinik diberikan Apoteker kepada pasien untuk tujuan keselamatan pasien sehingga kualitas hidup pasien terjamin. Dalam upaya membekali mahasiswa calon apoteker dengan pengetahuan dan kemampuan tentang peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, distribusi, Rumah Sakit, apotek dan puskesmas, Program Studi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan instansi terkait dalam penyelenggaraan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) bagi calon apoteker periode Maret-Oktober 2022. Setelah pelaksanaan PKPA diharapkan mahasiswa memiliki wawasan, keterampilan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian sehingga siap memasuki dunia kerja sebagai tenaga farmasi yang profesional.

Pharmacists as professional health workers have a role that is needed in various sectors, including the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical supplier and public health center. Pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry ensure that the quality of the drugs produced is in accordance with the requirements and intended use. The duty of a pharmacist in pharmaceutical supplier is to be responsible for implementing the provisions for the procurement, storage and distribution of drugs or medicinal ingredients in accordance with the CDOB. Pharmacists must guarantee security aspects, prevent the entry of counterfeit drugs and/or medicinal ingredients into the distribution chain, ensure safe and appropriate storage of drugs, including during transportation. Pharmacists also have an important role in health care settings such as pharmacies, hospitals and health centers. Health services are needed for the community to improve health status for a better quality of life for the community. Pharmaceutical services include two activities, namely managerial activities in the form of management of Pharmaceutical Preparations, Medical Devices, Medical Consumables and activities of clinical pharmacy services. Pharmacists guarantee that the entire series of activities for the supply of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and BMHP are in accordance with applicable regulations. Pharmacists provide clinical pharmacy services to patients for the purpose of patient safety so that the patient's quality of life is guaranteed. In an effort to equip prospective pharmacist students with knowledge and skills about the roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical supplier, hospitals, pharmacies and health centers, the University of Indonesia Pharmacist Study Program works closely with relevant agencies in implementing internship for prospective pharmacists for the period March- October 2022. After the implementation of internship, students are expected to have the insight, skills and experience to do pharmaceutical work so that they are ready to enter the world of work as professional pharmacists."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di industri farmasi dilaksanakan di Departemen ProduksiPT. Medifarma Laboratories. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama sembilan minggu dari tanggal 01 Juli sampai dengan tanggal 31Agustus 2015. PKP di industri farmasi bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran apoteker penting untuk menghasilkan obat-obatan yang aman, bermutu, dan berkhasiat. Apoteker di Departemen Produksi berperan dalam proses produksi dari awal hingga akhir. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh gambaran umum dari pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PT.Medifarma Laboratories, khususnya di bidang produksi. Berdasarkan pengamatan, PT Medifarma Laboratories telah menerapkan seluruh aspek CPOB dengan baik.

Profession Internship at pharmaceutical industry was held at Production Department of PT Medifarma Laboratories. This activity was held for nine weeks from July 1st until August 31th 2015. Profession internship at pharmaceutical industry was intended to make apothecary student understand the role of pharmacist, have insight into the implementation of pharmaceutical practice, understand the implementation of Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in pharmaceutical industry. Based on the activities, pharmacists in Production Department play a role in production process at every stage of the process. Apothecary student have obtained insight into general routine activities in Production Department. Based on the observation, PT. Medifarma Laboratories have applied all aspects of CPOB."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek dan pedagang besar farmasi. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetemsi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is carried out at Kimia Farma Pharmacy no. 284, PBF PT SamMarie Tramedifa and PT Medifarma Laboratories for the period January-April 2019. During PKPA it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons , understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

Salah satu syarat untuk lulus pendidikan profesi apoteker, harus mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan maupun di fasilitas kefarmasian lainnya. Kegiatan PKPA ini menjadi salah satu wadah bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk mendapatkan ilmu secara langsung dan pengalaman di tempat kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan pada bulan September-Desember 2021. Pelaksanaan Praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Roxy Pamulang untuk melihat gambaran peran apoteker di apotek. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories untuk mempelajari peran apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah beserta solusi yang diberikan di masing-masing tempat praktik kerja yang dimuat dalam laporan praktik kerja profesi apoteker.
