"Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak pada persaingan bisnis yang menuntut perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya secara optimal. Perusahaan harus mampu mengelola sumber daya manusianya agar proses bisnis dapat berjalan dengan baik dan efektif. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mendorong kinerja organisasi ke arah yang lebih baik adalah work-life balance pekerjanya, sehingga hal ini penting untuk diperhatikan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT X Jakarta yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan kepelabuhanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang signifikan menjelaskan tingkat work-life balance pada pegawai perusahaan jasa kepelabuhanan PT X Jakarta dan mengetahui profil dari pegawai yang memiliki tingkat work-life balance yang tinggi dan rendah. Metode analisis data yang digunakan guna mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dan Classification and Regression Tree (CRT). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diambil dengan cara purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel yang terdiri dari 97 pegawai perusahaan jasa kepelabuhanan PT X Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang signifikan menjelaskan tingkat work-life balance pada Pegawai Jasa Kepelabuhanan PT X Jakarta adalah stres kerja, kesejahteraan psikologis, dukungan rekan kerja dan jenis kelamin pegawai. Profil pegawai yang memiliki tingkat work-life balance yang tinggi yaitu pegawai dengan stres kerja yang rendah, dukungan rekan kerja yang tinggi, dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Profil pegawai yang memiliki tingkat worklife balance yang rendah yaitu pegawai dengan stres kerja yang tinggi, kesejahteraan psikologis yang rendah, dan berjenis kelamin perempuan.

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on business competition which requires companies to be able to improve their performance optimally. Companies must be able to manage their human resources so that the business process can run well and effectively. One of the factors that can drive organizational performance towards a better direction is the work-life balance of its employees, so this is important to pay attention to. The research was conducted at PT X Jakarta, which is one of the companies engaged in port services. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that significantly explain the level of work-life balance on the employees of the port service company, PT X Jakarta, and to determine the profile of employees who have high and low levels of worklife balance. The data analysis method used to achieve this goal is Multiple Linear Regression and Classification and Regression Tree (CRT). This study uses primary data taken by purposive sampling and obtained a sample consisting of 97 employees of the port service company on PT X Jakarta. The results showed that the factors that significantly explained the level of work-life balance in Port Service Employees of PT X Jakarta were work stress, psychological well-being, co-workers support and gender. Profiles of employees who have a high level of work-life balance are employees with low work stress, high support from co-workers, and male gender. Profiles of employees who have a low level of work-life balance are employees with high work stress, low psychological well-being, and female."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leadership, work design, training and development, recognition dan work life balance terhadap employee engagement di masa pandemic COVID-19 karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed method yaitu dengan melakukan survei kepada 285 karyawan karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk dan wawancara terhadap beberapa karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk tersebut. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara leadership, work design, training and development, recognition dan work life balance terhadap employee engagement secara parsial dari responden penelitian. Besarnya pengaruh antara kelima variabel tersebut terhadap employee engagement adalah sebesar 83,1% dan 16,9% lainnya dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian. Variabel training and development memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar diantara variabel-variabel lainnya, yaitu sebesar 75,6 % dan variabel work design memiliki pengaruh yang paling kecil diantara variabel-variabel lainnya, yaitu sebesar 48,7%. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk terus meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan employee engagement pada Kantor Pusat PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, terutama dari sisi work design. Selain itu, juga diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap faktor-faktor lainnya yang juga berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement penghasilan untuk dapat mendorong employee engagement secara maksimal.

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, work design, training and development, recognition and work life balance on employee engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic for employees of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Head Office. This study uses a mixed method approach by conducting a survey of 285 employees of the Head Office of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk and interviews with several employees of the Head Office of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS program and analyzed using a simple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between leadership, work design, training and development, recognition and work life balance on employee engagement partially from the research respondents. The magnitude of the influence between these five variables on employee engagement is 83.1% and the other 16.9% is influenced by other variables outside the study. Thevariable training and development has the greatest influence among other variables, which is 75.6% and thevariable work design has the smallest effect among other variables, which is 48.7%. Therefore, efforts need to be made to continuously improve and optimize employee engagement at PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Head Office, especially in terms of work design. In addition, further research is also needed on other factors that also affect employee engagement income to be able to maximize employee engagement."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh quality of work life terhadap work life balance melalui peran mediasi job stress, job satisfaction, dan job commitment pada karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan jasa konsultan bisnis di daerah Jabodetabek. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersifat single cross sectional. Responden sejumlah 225 orang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah dikembangkan dari penelitian sebelumnya. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik covariance based structural equation modeling. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa quality of work life berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui peran mediasi job stress, job satisfaction, dan job commitment terhadap work life balance.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini secara praktis dapat disarankan bahwa untuk menciptakan keseimbangan kehidupan dan pekerjaan pada karyawan, manajemen perusahaan jasa konsultan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja atau kondisi kerja yang positif sehingga kelelahan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dapat berkurang, kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan meningkat, dan rasa ingin berkomitmen kerja yang tinggi. Secara teoritis penelitian ini dapat mengkonfirmasi penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang menyelidiki dinamika hubungan antara quality of work life, work life balance, job stress, job satisfaction, dan job commitment.

This study aims to examine the effect of quality of work life on work life balance through the mediating role of job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment in employees who work in business consulting services companies in the Jabodetabek area. The approach used is a quantitative approach and is single cross sectional. Respondents were 225 people involved in this study. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been developed from previous studies. Data processing was carried out using a covariance based structural equation modeling technique. The research findings show that the quality of work life has an indirect effect through the mediating role of job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment to work life balance.
Based on the results of this study it can be practically suggested that in order to create a work-life balance for employees, the management of a consulting service company can create a positive work environment or working conditions so that the work fatigue felt by employees can be reduced, perceived job satisfaction increases, and a high sense of work commitment. Theoretically, this research can confirm previous studies that investigated the dynamics of the relationship between quality of work life, work life balance, job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment.

"Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak pada berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan. Salah satunya terhadap sistem kerja dalam perusahaan. World Health Organization telah merekomendasikan terhadap seluruh organisasi dan perusahaan untuk menerapkan work from home dalam rangka menghindari penyebaran virus. Generasi Z sebagai angkatan baru dalam dunia kerja harus mengalami masa-masa distruptif, yaitu harus menjalani kegiatan orientasi dunia kerja dalam kondisi work from home. Hal tersebut berpotensi memberikan dampak pada kondisi dari work life balance dan berpotensi memberikan pengaruh pada job satisfaction pegawai. Sehingga dilakukannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari work from home terhadap job satisfaction dari pegawai generasi Z di Jabodetabek dengan work life balance sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksplanatif, dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 250 pegawai generasi Z di Jabodetabek menggunakan teknik non probability sampling berupa purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh dari work from home terhadap job satisfaction melalui work life balance. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi work from home memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap work life balance yang mendorong peningkatan job satisfaction pegawai generasi Z di Jabodetabek. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on various aspects of life. One of them is the work system in the company. The World Health Organization has recommended all organizations and companies to implement work from home in order to avoid the spread of the virus. Generation Z as a new generation in the world of work must experience disruptive times, namely having to undergo orientation activities in conditions of work from home. This has the potential to have an impact on the conditions of the work life balance and has the potential to affect employee job satisfaction. So this research was conducted to explain the effect of work from home on job satisfaction of Z generation employees in Greater Jakarta with work life balance as a mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is explanatory, and data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to 250 Z generation employees in Greater Jakarta using a non-probability sampling technique in the form of purposive. The results showed that there was an effect of work from home on job satisfaction through work life balance. This study shows that the implementation of work from home has a positive influence on work life balance which encourages increased job satisfaction for Z generation employees in Greater Jakarta."

"Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan perubahan bagi tatanan kehidupan masyarakat. Adanya pembatasan sosial yang menimbulkan perubahan besar terhadap metode komunikasi dan metode kerja bagi karyawan dengan pemberlakuan sistem gabungan kerja secara working from home dan working form office. Bekerja secara daring tanpa didampingi keseimbangan peranan work life balance dapat menimbulkan efek buruk pada kesehatan mental dan fisik karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji beberapa faktor yang berkaitan dengan work engagement seperti work life balance, burnout, job stressor, supervisor support, coworker support dan family support. Data terkumpul dari 633 responden yang merupakan pekerja dari berbagai sektor usaha di Indonesia dengan masa kerja di tempat kerja saat ini minimal satu tahun dan memiliki atasan langsung dan rekan kerja, namun hanya 603 responden yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Data tersebut diolah dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi AMOS. Hasil SEM menunjukkan bahwa work life balance memediasi hubungan antara supervisor support, coworker support dan family support dengan work engagement. Selain itu work life balance berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap job stressor dan burnout. Variabel burnout berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap work engagement. Dengan demikian, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kualitas hidup kehidupan kerja karyawan dengan sehingga dapat meningkatkan work engagement karyawan terhadap perusahaan.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way people live. Social restrictions caused major changes to communication methods and work methods for employees. Hybrid system as combination of working from home and working form office. Working online without being accompanied by a work-life balance can have a negative effect on the mental and physical health of employees. This study aims to examine several factors related to work engagement such as work life balance, burnout, job stressors, supervisor support, coworker support and family support. Data were collected from 633 respondents who are workers from various business sectors in Indonesia with a minimum of one year of service in the current workplace and have direct supervisors and coworkers, but only 603 respondents met the sample criteria. The data was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the AMOS application. SEM results show that work life balance mediates the relationship between supervisor support, coworker support and family support with work engagement. In addition, work life balance has a significant negative effect on job stressors and burnout. The burnout variable has a significant negative effect on work engagement. Thus, companies need to pay attention to the quality of life of employees' work lives so that they can increase work engagement with the company."

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional dan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data primer. Penelitian ini melibatkan 275 responden yang merupakan tenaga kerja yang tergabung dalam generasi milenial (lahir antara 1980-2000). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived supervisory support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap tiga komponen employee well-being yakni life well-being, workplace well-being, dan psychological well-being. Work-life balance juga ditemukan memediasi hubungan antara perceived supervisory support terhadap tiga komponen employee well-being yakni life well-being, workplace well-being, dan psychological well-being.

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived supervisor support on three components of employee well-being, namely life well-being, workplace well-being, and psychological well-being, by mediating work-life balance in Millennials. They work in the IT industry, especially in Java. This research is quantitative research using a cross-sectional method and distributing questionnaires for primary data collection. This research involved 275 respondents who are members of the millennial generation (born between 1980-2000). The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM). The study results show that perceived supervisor support positively influences the three components of employee well-being, namely life well-being, workplace well-being, and psychological well-being. Work-life balance was also found to mediate the relationship between perceived supervisor support and the three components of employee well-being: life well-being, workplace well-being, and psychological well-being."

"Penelitian ini mengenai penerapan kesehatan kerja saat bencana berupa pandemi yang dibahas dari disiplin Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial. Urgensi dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan inovasi yang dilakukan suatu perusahaan jasa transportasi pada pekerja frontlinernya yang berisiko tinggi terpapar virus COVID-19. Perusahaan ini tergolong sektor kritikal sehingga pelayanannya harus tetap beroperasi setiap hari selama masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur dan wawancara dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei hingga Agustus 2022 pada 7 informan yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian terungkap bahwa PT. X Jakarta melakukan beberapa inovasi terkait kesehatan kerja pada sisi kebijakan maupun remunerasi. Inovasi dari sisi kebijakan operasional, yaitu berupa penerapan scan Peduli Lindungi sebelum masuk stasiun, pembatasan penumpang di kereta, pengadaan pijakan kaki di elevator, penyediaan marka-marka untuk jaga jarak, mengimplementasikan beberapa kebijakan ticketing, penambahan APD (Alat Pelindung Diri) Khusus level 2 bagi Walka (petugas keamanan di kereta) serta mengadakan pelatihan penanganan pengguna yang pingsan akibat suspect COVID-19. Dari sisi kebijakan kepegawaian, PT. X Jakarta menerapkan screening harian kesehatan, penerapan digital sign, dan sistem absensi menggunakan web. Untuk kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan pekerja, PT. X Jakarta membentuk Sekretariat Penanggulangan Krisis untuk COVID-19, menyelenggarakan olahraga rutin dan Health Talk secara virtual, melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan secara berkala, mengolah limbah infeksius secara khusus, melakukan edukasi kepada penumpang terkait protokol kesehatan, menyediakan ruang isolasi di kantor, dan melakukan tracing serta menyediakan layanan telemedicine. Inovasi dari sisi remunerasi, yaitu pemberian remunerasi tambahan selama pandemi untuk para pekerjanya. Pekerja di Head Office dan pekerja di stasiun dan kereta (yang termasuk pekerja organik) mendapatkan remunerasi berupa APD, vitamin, vaksin, SWAB/PCR, perbantuan pencarian ruang isolasi, perbantuan pencarian tabung oksigen, dan penyediaan transportasi. Sedangkan, pekerja di stasiun dan kereta yang termasuk pekerja outsourcing mendapatkan remunerasi berupa SWAB/PCR, APD, vitamin, dan vaksin. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan perlunya sosialisasi terkait inovasi kesehatan kerja dilakukan dengan semasif mungkin dan perlunya sikap lebih tegas terhadap penumpang/pengguna jasa yang melanggar protokol kesehatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan bersumbangsih terhadap mata kuliah program studi sarjana Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial yaitu Manajemen Organisasi Pelayanan Kemanusiaan dan Kesejahteraan Sosial dalam Sektor Industri.

This study is about the application of occupational health application in the form of a pandemic discussed from the discipline of Social Welfare Science. The urgency of this study revealed the innovation made by a transportation service company to its frontline workers who are at high risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus. The company is a critical sector so its services must remain operational daily during the pandemic. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive research design. Collecting data was held by literature studies and in-depth interviews from May to August 2022 on 7 informants determined by purposive sampling methods. Data analysis is performed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal or verification. This research revealed that PT. X Jakarta carried out several innovations related to occupational health on the policy and remuneration side. Innovations on the operational policy include implementing Peduli Lindungi scanning before passengers enter the station, restricting the number of passengers on the train, procuring footrests in the elevator, implementing some ticketing policies, and adding Level 2 APD (Alat Pelindung Diri) for Walka (security at the train), and conducting passenger-handling training for COVID-19 suspected in train. Innovations on the employment policies side included implementing daily health screening, implementing digital signs, and using the AI web for the absentee system. For policies related to workers' health, PT. X Jakarta established Crisis Management Team (CMT), organized sports activities and Health Talk virtually, sprayed disinfectants on a regular basis, treated infectious waste specifically, provided isolation room for workers suspected of COVID-19, and traced and provided telemedicine services for workers. Innovation from the remuneration side is providing additional remuneration during the pandemic for its workers. Workers at the Head Office and workers at stations and trains, which are part of organic workers, received hygiene kits, vitamins, vaccines, SWAB/PCR, isolation room search assistance, oxygen tube search assistance, and transportation provision. Meanwhile, workers at stations and trains which are part of outsourcing workers received SWAB/PCR, hygiene kit, vitamins, and vaccines. Result also revealed the need for socialization related to occupational health innovation to be carried out as efficient as possible and the need for a firm attitude towards passengers/service users who violate health protocols. This research is expected to be able to contribute enriching Social Welfare sciences especially to courses named the Social Welfare in the Industrial Sector and Management of the Humanitarian Service Organization courses."

"Dalam upaya meminimalisir penyebaran virus COVID-19, pemerintah di berbagai negara memberlakukan berbagai kebijakan untuk membatasi mobilitas masyarakat yang berdampak pada berbagai aspek, salah satunya aspek psikologis. Banyak orang yang merasa kesepian, gelisah, dan tertekan karena situasi sulit dan tidak pasti akibat pandemi COVID-19 sehingga mengakibatkan terganggunya kesejahteraan mental dan meningkatnya tingkat stres masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat menjelaskan tingkat stres masyarakat selama pandemi COVID- 19. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data survei terkait dampak psikologis dan sosial yang ditimbulkan akibat kondisi pandemi COVID-19 pada masyarakat dari berbagai negara di dunia yang diperoleh dari survei global COVIDiSTRESS. Survei ini diselenggarakan mulai dari 30 Maret hingga 30 Mei 2020 dengan total responden sebanyak 173.426 responden dari 179 negara yang berbeda. Data yang digunakan memiliki permasalahan missing value yang ditangani secara khusus dengan menggunakan metode imputasi Predictive Mean Matching (PMM). Setelah seluruh missing value pada data berhasil ditangani, dilakukan analisis faktor- faktor yang menjelaskan tingkat stres selama pandemi COVID-19 menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh bahwa metode imputasi PMM memiliki performa yang baik dalam menangani permasalahan missing value pada data survei global COVIDiSTRESS yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan model PLS. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil nilai signifikansi path coefficient dari model diperoleh bahwa seluruh variabel prediktor yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini merupakan faktor yang signifikan dalam menjelaskan tingkat stres masyarakat dari berbagai negara di dunia selama menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Melalui nilai path coefficient dari model, arah hubungan yang terbentuk antara tingkat stres masyarakat selama pandemi COVID-19 dengan faktor-faktor yang dapat menjelaskannya juga teridentifikasi pada penelitian ini.

In an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19 virus, governments in various countries have implemented various policies to restrict public mobility which has had an impact on various aspects, including psychological well-being. Many people feel lonely, anxious, and depressed because of the difficult and uncertain situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has disrupted mental well-being and increased stress levels in society. This study aims to identify factors that can explain the level of stress in society during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used in this study is survey data related to the psychological and social impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic conditions on people from various countries in the world obtained from the COVIDiSTRESS global survey. This survey was conducted from 30 March to 30 May 2020 with a total of 173.426 respondents from 179 different countries. The data used has a missing value problem which is handled specifically by using the Predictive Mean Matching (PMM) imputation method. After all the missing values in the data have been successfully handled, analysis of factors that explain the stress level during the COVID- 19 pandemic is carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. From this study, it was found that the PMM imputation method had good performance in dealing with missing value problem in the COVIDiSTRESS global survey data which was then analyzed using the PLS model. Furthermore, based on the significance values of the path coefficients obtained from the model, it was found that all predictor variables involved in this study were significant factors in explaining the level of stress in society from various countries worldwide during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the path coefficients of the model, the direction of the relationships formed between the level of stress in society and the factors that can explain it were also identified in this research."

"Coronavirus disease 2019 atau COVID-19 merupakan suatu penyakit menular yang
disebabkan oleh virus bernama SARS-CoV-2 dan menginfeksi sistem pernapasan
manusia. Untuk mengendalikan penyebaran COVID-19 selama masa pandemi,
pemerintah di berbagai negara telah menerapkan berbagai jenis modifikasi dalam
kehidupan sehari-hari, contohnya dengan menerapkan sistem lockdown. Tetapi, adanya
modifikasi gaya hidup tersebut dapat meninggalkan beberapa dampak, salah satunya
adalah konsekuensi sosial psikologis yang meliputi masalah stres psikologis. Stres
psikologis yang dirasakan oleh seseorang dapat dijelaskan oleh beberapa faktor.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat menjelaskan
tingkat stres seseorang selama masa awal pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020, baik secara
global maupun untuk beberapa negara secara terpisah serta menganalisis karakteristik
individu di beberapa negara selama masa awal pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020.
Penelitian ini akan menggunakan data sekunder berupa data survei global yang
diselenggarakan oleh COVIDiSTRESS. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk
menganalisis karakteristik individu di beberapa negara selama masa awal pandemi
COVID-19 tahun 2020 adalah exploratory data analysis (EDA) dan metode untuk
mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat menjelaskan tingkat stres seseorang selama
masa awal pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020, baik secara global maupun untuk beberapa
negara secara terpisah adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa terdapat adanya kecenderungan perbedaan karakteristik individu di
beberapa negara selama masa awal pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020 jika dilihat
berdasarkan informasi demografi serta pengukuran psikologis berupa variabel-variabel
pertanyaan di dalam survei. Selain itu, secara global didapatkan beberapa faktor penting
yang dapat menjelaskan tingkat stres seseorang selama masa awal pandemi COVID-19
tahun 2020, contohnya seperti tingkat kesepian, usia, dan tipe kepribadian neuroticism.
Kemudian untuk beberapa negara yang diamati, mayoritas faktor penting yang dapat
menjelaskan tingkat stres seseorang selama masa awal pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020
contohnya meliputi tingkat kesepian, seberapa bervariasi sumber pemicu stres, dan usia.

Coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a virus called
SARS-CoV-2 and infects the human respiratory system. To control the spread of COVID-
19 during the pandemic, governments in various countries have implemented various
types of modifications in daily life, for example by implementing a lockdown system.
However, these lifestyle modifications can leave several impacts, one of which is socio-
psychological consequences which include psychological stress problems. The
psychological stress felt by a person can be explained by several factors. This study aims
to identify factors that can explain a person's stress level during the early days of the
COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, both globally and for several countries separately and
analyze the characteristics of individuals in several countries during the early days of the
COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. This research will use secondary data in the form of global
survey data organized by COVIDiSTRESS. The method used to analyze the
characteristics of individuals in several countries during the early days of the COVID-19
pandemic in 2020 is exploratory data analysis (EDA) and the method to identify factors
that can explain a person's stress level during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic
in 2020, both globally and for several countries separately is multiple regression analysis.
The results of this study show that there is a tendency for differences in individual
characteristics in several countries during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic in
2020 when viewed based on demographic information and psychological measurements
in the form of question variables in the survey. In addition, globally, there are several
important factors that can explain a person's stress level during the initial period of the
COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, such as the level of loneliness, age, and neuroticism
personality type. Then for some countries observed, the majority of important factors that
can explain a person's stress level during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic in
2020 include the level of loneliness, how varied the sources of stress triggers are, and age

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara flexible working place dan flexible working time dengan job satisfaction, baik hubungan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui work-life balance sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pegawai di instansi Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) baik pegawai tetap/Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) ataupun pegawai kontrak/Non-ASN menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan degan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 148 responden serta dilakukan analisis dengan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 3.0 melalui metode Penelitian SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel yaitu flexible working place dan flexible working time berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel job satisfaction. Sementara itu hubungan kedua variabel yaitu flexible working place dan flexible working time terhadap variabel job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh variabel work-life balance memiliki pengaruh yang positif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penerapan flexible working time dan flexible working time dapat dikatakan berhasil dan berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction dikarenakan terdapat peningkatan work-life balance yang dirasakan oleh pegawai Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK).

The aim of this study is to analyze the relation between the flexible working place and flexible working time on job satisfaction, directly or indirectly, with the itervention of the work-life balance as a mediating variable. This research is conducted to a civil servant and a non civil servant/contract-based staff in Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (INTRAC). Furthermore, the quantitative approach is used in this research. The data is collected by distributing a questionnaires to 148 respondents and being analyzed with Smart PLS program/application version 3.0 with Sem PLS method. The results concludes that both variables which are flexible working place and flexible working time makes a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction variable. Furthermore the flexible working place and flexible working time on job satisfaction with work-life balance as a mediating variable also have a positive effect. The results of this study explain that the implementation of flexible working place and flexible working time can be said to be successful and has a positive effect on job satisfaction because there is an increase in a work-life balance felt by employees of the Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (INTRAC)"
