"Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009 tentang Pekerjaan Kefarmasian, Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai Apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan Apoteker. Keberadaan Apoteker sangat penting, khususnya di Apotek dan Industri Farmasi. Apoteker memiliki standar kompetensi dalam menjalankan perannya. Salah satu cara untuk mengasah kompetensi dari Apoteker adalah dengan menjalankan praktik kerja profesi bagi para calon Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek dan Industri Farmasi merupakan rangkaian kegiatan untuk para Apoteker memahami dan belajar bagaimana peran serta kontribusinya di masyarakat. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere dan di PT Harsen Laboratories. Setelah dilakukan praktik kerja profesi, diharapkan para calon Apoteker mampu untuk menyiapkan diri dan memiliki bekal untuk menjadi tenaga kesehatan Indonesia yang bermanfaat bagi nusa dan bangsa.

One way to hone the competence of a pharmacist is to carry out professional work practices for prospective pharmacists. The “Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker” in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry is a series of activities for pharmacists to understand and learn how to participate in the community. The Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker conducted at Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere and at PT Harsen Laboratories. After carrying out professional work practices, it is hoped that the prospective pharmacists will be able to prepare themselves and be equipped to become Indonesian health workers who are useful to the country and the nation."

"Apoteker merupakan profesional kesehatan lulusan sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus ujian kompetensi apoteker dan mengucap sumpah jabatan apoteker. Seorang calon apoteker harus mempunyai keahlian dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker diharuskan melakukan praktik profesi sebagai bentuk memperoleh pengalaman dan kompetensi untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian sebagai apoteker profesional. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia selama periode bulan Maret – April 2022 dan Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda selama periode bulan Mei 2022. Calon apoteker diharapkan memperoleh pengalaman, ilmu, dan keterampilan yang dapat bermanfaat dikemudian hari dalam menjadi profesi apoteker.

Pharmacists are health professionals who have graduated from pharmacy degrees who have passed the pharmacist competency exam and take the pharmacist's oath of office. A prospective pharmacist must have expertise in practicing pharmacy in pharmacy service facilities. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to practice professionally as a form of gaining experience and competence to practice pharmacy as a professional pharmacist. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is held at the University of Indonesia Hospital during the period March – April 2022 and Kimia Farma 352 Margonda Pharmacy during the May 2022 period. Prospective pharmacists are expected to gain experience, knowledge, and skills that can be useful in the future in becoming a pharmacist profession."

Pharmacists must meet competency standards as requirements for entering the world of work and undergoing Professional Work Practices. Pharmacist competency standards consist of all competency standards that are expected by Pharmacists to be able to understand the pharmacist's role and improve competence. Untuk membentuk seorang apoteker yang profesional dalam melakukan pekerjaannya dibidang kefarmasian, diperlukan pengalaman dan ilmu yang mengharuskan seorang calon apoteker mengambil tindakan langsung dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian pada tempat profesi kefarmasian, diantaranya pada apotek dan industri farmasi, tempat calon apoteker melakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker perlu dilakukan demi mendapatkan pengalaman dan ilmu untuk calon apoteker dalam mendapat pemahanan bagaimana tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker pada dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan di PT. Harsen Laboratories pada periode Februari-Maret 2021 dan Apotek Barkah pada periode Mei 2021. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman dan ilmu yang bermanfaat selama melakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker.

"PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi memproduksi banyak produk obat dan suplemen, diantaranya adalah Imboost tab 10s, Diapet kapsul, dan juga Curcuma Force. Dari data sebelumnya diketahui bahwa ketiga produk tersebut memiliki cycle time yang lebih panjang dibanding dengan cycle time teoritisnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena waktu proses yang lebih panjang ataupun karena adanya waktu tunggu antarproses produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis mengenai masalah utama panjangnya cycle time dari produk tersebut serta memberikan  saran yang dapat diimplementasikan. Analisi dilakukan dengan pengamatan secara langsung di lapangan pada tiap proses produksi (weighing,mixing, tableting, coating, primary packaging, secondary packaging, review BR) serta dengan wawancara langsung kepada operator dan supervisor pada tempat proses produksi yang bersangkutan. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, kita mengetahui bahwa cycle time yang panjang disebabkan oleh waktu tunggu. Waktu tunggu ini disebakan oleh banyak faktor. Pada kasus ini, waktu tunggu disebabkan oleh antrian mesin dan antrian review BR. Antrian mesin dapat terjadi akibat adanya hambatan pada mesin atau oprator sehingga mengakibatkan downtime. Hambatan yang terjadi antara lain karena mesin masih mengerjakan produk lain, mesin rusak, dan operator yang sedang bekerja pada mesin lain. Antrian pada review BR disebabkan oleh admin yang tidak ada pada waktu lembur sabtu dan minggu. Sedangkan proses prosuksi kadang masih berjalan pada hari sabtu dan minggu sehingga terjadi tumpukan pada review BR.

PT. SOHO Pharmaceutical Industry produces many medicinal and supplement products, including Imboost tab 10s, Diapet capsules, and also Curcuma Force. From the previous data, it is known that the three products have a longer cycle time than the theoretical cycle time. This is due to a longer processing time or because of the waiting time between production processes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main problem of the length of the cycle time of the product and provide suggestions that can be implemented. The analysis is carried out by direct observation in the field for each production process (weighing, mixing, tableting, coating, primary packaging, secondary packaging, BR review) as well as by direct interviews with operators and supervisors at the production process site concerned. From the results of the analysis that has been done, we know that the long cycle time is caused by waiting times. This waiting time is caused by many factors. In this case, the waiting time is caused by the machine queue and the BR review queue. Machine queues can occur due to obstacles in the machine or operator, resulting in downtime. The obstacles that occur are because the machine is still working on other products, the machine is damaged, and the operator is working on other machines. The queue on the BR review was caused by the admin who wasn't there on Saturday and Sunday overtime. While the production process sometimes still runs on Saturdays and Sundays, so there is a pile on the BR review."

"Laporan ini membahas mengenai pengkajian resep dan pembuatan simulasi konseling yang dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma 456 Cinere. Pengkajian resep dan simulasi konseling dilakukan terhadap lima resep obat. Pembahasan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan kegiatan pengkajian resep dan konseling di Apotek Kimia Farma 456 Cinere. Metode yang dilakukan dimulai dari pemilihan resep sebanyak 5 (lima) resep dengan penyakit yang berbeda antara satu dengan yang lainnya, melakukan pengkajian resep yang meliputi pengkajian administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis, serta membuat dialog konseling dari masing- masing resep tersebut sebagai gambaran pelaksanaan konseling di apotek.

Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk proses pencampuran bahan obat dengan mixer, dilengkapi dengan sistem pembersihan dan pencucian di tempat (CIP) dan dengan sambungan pipa uap yang digunakan untuk melakukan sterilisasi di tempat (SIP). Sistem SIP Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 diharapkan mampu bekerja sesuai parameter yang ditentukan dan memberikan hasil sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, yang dibuktikan melalui kualifikasi kinerja. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah mampu memahami parameter kualifikasi kinerja dan melakukan penyusunan laporan hasil kualifikasi kinerja Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 pada fasilitas produksi injeksi hormon PT Harsen Laboratories. Kualifikasi kinerja Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 yang berada di fasilitas produksi injeksi hormon PT Harsen Laboratories dilaksanakan dengan parameter Pengujian Heat Distribution Empty Chamber yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensor suhu thermocouple dan Kaye validator, serta Uji Indikator Biologi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Indikator Biologi berisi Bacillus stearothermophillus. Laporan kualifikasi kinerja memuat hasil dan kesimpulan dari seluruh pengujian yang dilaksanakan, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja sistem SIP pada Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 memenuhi persyaratan sterilisasi yang telah ditetapkan.

The purpose of this is to be able to understand performance qualification parameters and compile performance qualification reports of Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 at PT Harsen Laboratories hormone injection facility. The performance qualification of Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 at PT Harsen Laboratories hormone injection facility was carried out with the Heat Distribution Empty Chamber test which were carried out using a thermocouple temperature sensor and Kaye validator, as well as a Biological Indicator Test which was carried out using a Biological Indicator containing Bacillus stearothermophillus. The performance qualification report contains the results and results of all the tests carried out, so it can be seen that the performance of the SIP system of Preparation Vessel OLSA PCBS 200 meets the predetermined sterilization requirements."
