"This study aims to examine and compare the efficiency of conventional rural banks and Islamic rural banks in their roles as intermediary institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic in Sumatra, Indonesia. Furthermore, the efficiency determinants were further analysed to find some variables that affect rural banks’ efficiency. Non-Parametric approach, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and Tobit Regression are employed in this study. The results show that Islamic rural banks have better efficiency performance compared to conventional rural banks, but that there is a fluctuating efficiency trend experienced by both types of rural banks during the observation period. In addition, the potential improvement result indicates that financing and operating revenue variables are the main causes of rural bank inefficiency. Furthermore, the Tobit Regression result finds that capital and bank size significantly improve the efficiency level, but that risk significantly reduces bank efficiency."

"Ketangkasan karyawan diartikan sebagai kemampuan karyawan untuk bereaksi dan beradaptasi terhadap perubahan dengan cepat dan tepat (Alavi Wahab, 2013). Untuk tetap dapat berkompetisi dengan perkembangan bisnis secara global, PT X selaku pelaku bisnis menerapkan pendekatan ketangkasan ini di semua lini bisnisnya. Studi 1 bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan keterlibatan karyawan dan keterikatan kerja pada ketangkasan tenaga kerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT X yang berjumlah 154 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Survei dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen keterlibatan karyawan (Adham, 2014), kuesioner keterikatan kerja (Scaufeli & Bakker, 2003), dan kuesioner ketangkasan tenaga kerja (Sherehiy, 2007). Hasil analisis korelasional menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara keterikatan kerja dan ketangkasan karyawan (r = 0.56, p 0.05). Terdapat hubungan antara keterlibatan karyawan dan ketangkasan karyawan (r = 0.48 , p 0.05). Pada studi 2, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Responden intervensi terdiri dari 16 orang karyawan PT X. hasil studi intervensi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor rata-rata yang signifikan pada keterikatan kerja (Z = -2.941, p 0.05) dan tidak terjadi peningkatan skor yang signifikan pada rata-rata ketangkasan karyawan (Z = -0.238, p 0.05).

Workforce agility is defined as the ability of employees to react and adapt to changes quickly and appropriately (Alavi & Wahab, 2013). To be able to compete with global business development, PT X as a business person applies this agility approach in all lines of business. Study 1 aims to look at the relationship of employee involvement and work engagement in workforce agility. Respondents in this study were permanent employees of PT X, amounting to 154 people. Data collection using convenience sampling techniques. The survey was conducted using employee involvement instruments (Adham, 2014), work engagement questionnaires (Scaufeli & Bakker, 2003), and workforce agility questionnaires (Sherehiy, 2007). Correlational analysis results show that there is a relationship between work engagement and workforce agility (r = 0.56, p 0.05). There is a relationship between employee involvement and workforce agility (r = 0.48, p 0.05). In study 2, research used purposive sampling technique. Intervention respondents consisted of 16 employees from PT X. The results of the intervention study showed that there was a significant increase in the average score on work engagement (Z = -2,941, p 0.05) and there was no significant increase in the average employee agility (Z = -0.238, p 0.05).

"Selama pandemi Covid-19, PT Pertamina RU III mengubah metode pelatihan pegawai yang tadinya dilaksanakan secara langsung menjadi pelatihan online (e-Training). Selain metode, turut terjadi tiga perubahan, yakni dalam hal sistem di mana e-Training dilaksanakan secara sentralistik oleh holding PT Pertamina, unifikasi karena pelaksanaannya digabung dengan subholding PT Pertamina lain, serta pendekatan yang menghilangkan unsur experiential learning karena adanya pembatasan sosial. Kondisi tersebut menjadi tantangan karena e-Training yang diadopsi di PT Pertamina RU III hanya bersifat mendadak dan temporal saja, yakni pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penyelenggaraan e-Training pada PT Pertamina RU III selama pandemi Covid-19 (November 2019 – Desember 2021) menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah mixed method yakni menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara bersamaan melalui survey, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Terdapat 303 responden yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dan merupakan pegawai dari PT Pertamina RU III yang mengikuti e-Training selama pandemi Covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil akumulasi dan pengolahan data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa e-Training yang dilaksanakan di PT Pertamina RU III selama pandemi Covid-19 adalah tidak efektif. Mayoritas responden menyatakan bahwa perusahaan sudah efektif dalam melaksanakan sistem asesmen kebutuhan (48 persen) namun tidak efektif dalam mengaplikasikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang positif (45 persen), memberikan kontrol kepada peserta (49 persen), serta menyediakan waktu dan ruang saat melaksanakan e-Training (54 persen). Penelitian ini menyarankan adanya prosedur e-Training kepegawaian khusus yang dirancang secara komprehensif dan turut melibatkan holding, subholding, serta pegawai sebagai langkah perbaikan.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, PT Pertamina RU III changes its employee training method from offline to online (e-Training). Aside from the method, there are other three changes: the system in which the e-Training is implemented, which is a centralistic system, by PT Pertamina holding, unifications with other PT Pertamina sub-holdings, and the approach that omits experimental learning due to the social restrictions. These conditions are challenging as the e-Training adopted in PT Pertamina RU III is abrupt and temporal, which is only during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness implementation of e-Training in PT Pertamina RU III throughout the Covid-19 pandemic (November 2019 – December 2021) using a quantitative method. This study uses the mixed-method technique, which utilizes quantitative and qualitative methods at the same time through surveys, interviews, and literature reviews. There are 303 respondents in this research, and they are the employees of PT Pertamina RU III who participate in the e-Training during the Covid-19 pandemic. According to the data accumulation, this study indicates that the e-Training implemented in PT Pertamina RU III during the Covid-19 pandemic is not effective. The majority of the respondents stated that the company has effectively executed the needs assessment system (48 percent), but they were not as effective in applying a positive learning experience (45 percent), giving control to the participants (49 percent), and providing time and place for the e-Training (54 percent). Therefore, a particular employee e-Training procedure is needed, which is designed comprehensively and involves holding, sub-holding, as well as employees as measures towards improvement."

Kejadian kriminalitas di perumahan Citra Indah Jonggol terus terjadi
Banyaknya kasus pencurian yang terjadi sudah sangat meresahkan warga
perumahan Citra Indah Hal tersebut menmibulkan ketidakpuasan warga terhadap
pelayanan sekunti perumahan Citra Indah Fasihtas sekunti perumahan belum
mampu mananggulangi hal tersebut Hal mi terkait dengan kinerja petugas
sekuriti yang belum efektif Faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kmerja petugas
sekuriti diantaranya pelatihan dan motivasi Bertolak dan itu peneliti melakukan
penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelatthan motivasi terhadap
kinerja petugas sekuriti dan hubungannya dengan kepuasan warga Citra Indah.
Penelitian diiakukan di perumahan Citra Indah Kecamatan Jonggol
Kabupaten Bogor Pendekatan penehtian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan
kuantitatif dengan metode desknptif analitis Sampel penelitian terdin dan
petugas sekunti dan warga perumahan Citra Indah Sampel petugas sekuriti
diambil dengan rumus atau tabel Issac dan Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 5%
didapat jumlah responden 72 orang Sedangkan sampel dan warga perumahan
Citra Indah diambil dengan tekrnk simply random sampling dengan jumlth
responden sesuai kebutuhan analisis sebanyak 72 orang Alat analisis yang
digunakan yaitu korelasi dan regresi dengan menggunakana SPSS.
Hasil penelitian tahap I menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh masmg
masmg vanabel atara lam pelatthan terhadap kinerja petugas sekunti dan
motivasi terhadap kinerja petugas sekuriti Kemudian secara bersama-sama
variabel pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas sekuriti
Selanjutnya hasil analisis tahap II menuujukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara
kinerja petugas sekunti dengan kepuasan warga perumahan Citra Indah Jonggol.
