"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat adanya penerapan klaster perpajakan UU omnibus law bagi tingkat kesehatan keuangan perusahaan asuransi. Beberapa hal yang diperhatikan dalam penelitian ini adalah kondisi objek penelitian sebelum adanya penerapan klaster perpajakan UU omnibus law, permasalahan yang timbul dari penerapan klaster perpajakan UU omnibus law bagi objek penelitian, dan dampaknya terhadap tingkat kesehatan keuangan perusahaan asuransi perusahaan melalui dengan menggunakan pendeketan risk-based capital sesuai dengan ketentuan yang disyaratkan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Studi kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menganalisis dokumen dan informasi serta melakukan wawancara kepada beberapa pihak internal objek penelitian terkait. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan kondisi kesehatan keuangan objek penelitian diterapkannya omnibus law klaster perpajakan, di mana memperlihatkan kondisi yang baik. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis dampak setelah penerapan omnibus law klaster perpajakan terhadap kesehatan keuangan perusahaan, di mana memperlihatkan bagian-bagian omnibus law yang berdampak pada perusahaan asuransi, yaitu penurunan tarif PPh Badan, peniadaan tarif pajak dividen, serta pengenaan PPh terhadap manfaat yang diterima pemegang polis asuransi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan evaluasi bagi perusahaan dalam menyikapi dampak penerapan peraturan ini dan merekomendasikan langkah yang efektif untuk memaksimalkan potensi keuntungan dari adanya penerapan omnibus law bagi objek penelitian.

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran JKN pada peserta mandiri BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Pusat Tahun 2017. Ruang lingkup penelitian yaitu peserta mandiri yang sedang berada di BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Pusat untuk melakukan perubahan data. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor pengetahuan, umur, dan status kesehatan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, BPJS Kesehatan dapat melihat gambaran peserta berdasarkan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran JKN serta dapat mengetahui hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti dengan perilaku kepatuhan pembayaran iuran. Diharapkan hasil tersebut dapat menjadi pedoman strategi untuk pemasaran calon peserta baru dan juga menambahkan persentase kolektabilitas iuran.

ABSTRACTThis study attempts to analyze the factors that related with compliance JKN payment among independent participant BPJS Kesehatan in Central Jakarta Branch Office. Respondents in this study is independent participant who are in Central Jakarta branch office to changing personal data. This study is quantitative study with cross sectional approach. Based on the results of this study, Researchers found that knowledge, age, and health status were related to compliance with JKN 39 s contribution payments. From the result of this study, BPJS Kesehatan can see the description of the participants based on the compliance of JKN dues payment also the relationship between the variables studied with the behavior of compliance payment dues. The research hope these results can serve as a strategic guideline for the marketing of new prospective participants and also add a percentage of collectability JKN payments."

"Skripsi ini membahas terkait gambaran penolakan penolakan permohonan jaminan persalinan untuk pemohon non peserta JKN di Kota Depok Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data sekunder Jaminan persalinan merupakan bantuan jaminan Kesehatan dalam aspek persalinan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kota kepada masyarakat non peserta JKN bagi kasus kegawatdaruratan maternal neonatal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan program Jampersal untuk pemohon non peserta JKN di Kota Depok dan mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab dari adanya penolakan pengajuannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai gambaran Penolakan permohonan Jaminan Persalinan untuk pemohon non peserta JKN di Kota Depok pada tahun 2022, diketahui jumlah pemohon yang ditolak adalah sebanyak 53 pemohon dari 947 total pemohon Jampersal untuk pemohon non peserta JKN (5,6%). Dalam jumlah penolakan tersebut, teridentifikasi faktor penyebabnya adalah faktor pengecualian, sebanyak 29 pemohon (54,72%), faktor batas manfaat yang dapat diajukan, sebanyak 9 pemohon (16,98%), faktor kriteria parameter kemiskinan, yaitu sebanyak 8 pemohon (15,09%). faktor kelengkapan berkas permohonan Jampersal, sebanyak 4 pemohon (7,55%), dan faktor batas waktu pengajuan permohonan Jampersal, sebanyak 3 pemohon (5,66%).

This thesis discusses the description of the rejection of maternity guarantee application for non-JKN participants in Depok City in 2022. This is a quantitative descriptive study using secondary data collection methods. Maternity guarantee is a health insurance assistance in the aspect of childbirth by the Depok City Regional Government to non-JKN participants in cases of maternal neonatal emergencies. The study aims to determine the description of the implementation of the Jampersal program for non-JKN participants in Depok City and to identify the factors causing the rejection of their applications. The results of the study show that the number of rejected applicants is 53 out of 947 total Jampersal applicants for non-JKN participants (5.6%). The identified factors causing the rejection are exclusion factors, 29 applicants (54.72%), benefit limit factors that can be proposed, 9 applicants (16.98%), poverty parameter criteria factors, 8 applicants (15.09%), completeness of Jampersal application documents, 4 applicants (7.55%), and Jampersal application deadline factor, 3 applicants (5.66%)."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan perpajakan dan kepatuhan wajib pajak serta permasalahan yang masih ditemui setelah adanya pemisahan fungsi Account Representative. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di Direktorat Jenderal Pajak.Batasan penelitian ini hanya data penerimaan dan kepatuhan penyampaian SPT Tahunan tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2016 dengan tiga Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama yang menjadi objek penelitian serta adanya program Tax Amnesty di pertengahan tahun 2016 sehingga kurang mencerminkan kondisi setelah pemisahan fungsi Account Representative.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa setelah adanya pemisahan fungsi Account Representative, penerimaan perpajakan maupun kepatuhan wajib pajak mengalami peningkatan walaupun belum optimal. Selain itu masih ditemukan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Account Representative setelah adanya pemisahan fungsi ini.

This study aims to determine the level of tax revenues and taxpayer compliance and problems that are still encountered after the separation of Account Representative functions. The research method used in this research is qualitative method with case study approach in Directorate General of Taxes.

Limitations of this study only data acceptance and compliance submission of Annual SPT 2014 to 2016 with three Primary Tax Office which became the object of research and the Tax Amnesty program in mid-2016 so less reflect the conditions after the separation of Account Representative functions.

This study concludes that after the separation of Account Representative functions, tax revenues and taxpayer compliance have increased although not optimal yet. In addition, there are still problems encountered by Account Representative after the separation of this function."
