"Peningkatan minat dan partisipasi mahasiswa terhadap kegiatan magang meningkat, tetapi survey membuktikan fenomena job stress terjadi pada mahasiswa magang. Job Demands-Resources Theory menjelaskan bahwa perlu adanya keseimbangan antara demands dan resources supaya mengurangi job stress. Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat besaran peran job resources, yaitu perceived supervisor support, dan personal resources, yaitu psychological capital, terhadap job stress pada mahasiswa magang. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif di Indonesia yang sedang melaksanakan magang (N =134). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah The Survey of Perceived Supervisor Support, The Psychological Capital Questionnaire, dan Parker’s Job Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived supervisor support secara berperan secara signifikan dan negatif terhadap job stress (β = -.696, t = -3.175, SE = .219, p = .002), tetapi psychological capital tidak (β = -.064, t = -.696, SE = .091, p = .488). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa yang sedang magang sangat memerlukan dukungan dari supervisor pada pelaksanaan magangnya untuk mengurangi job stress.
The increase in interest and participation of students in internship activities has risen, but surveys indicate a phenomenon of job stress occurring among intern students. The Job Demands-Resources Theory explains that a balance between demands and resources is necessary to reduce job stress. Therefore, this study aims to examine the extent of the role of job resources, namely perceived supervisor support, and personal resources, namely psychological capital, on job stress in intern students. Participants in this study were active students in Indonesia who were currently undertaking internships (N = 134). The measurement tools used were The Survey of Perceived Supervisor Support, The Psychological Capital Questionnaire, and Parker’s Job Scale. The results showed that perceived supervisor support had a significant and negative effect on job stress (β = -.696, t = -3.175, SE = 0.219, p = .002), but psychological capital did not (β = .064, t = -.696, SE = .091, p = .488). It can be concluded that intern students require support from supervisors during their internships to reduce job stress."

"Program magang yang tersedia untuk mahasiswa memberikan berbagai manfaat untuk pengembangan keterampilan dan pengalaman profesional mahasiswa. Namun, mahasiswa juga dihadapkan dengan kesulitan terkait dengan tuntutan pekerjaan yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara stres kerja dan keterlibatan kerja serta peran moderasi dari perceived social support pada mahasiswa magang. Partisipan berjumlah 107 mahasiswa aktif Universitas Indonesia berusia 18-25 tahun yang sedang melakukan magang. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa 24,6% varians skor keterlibatan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh stres kerja dan perceived social support secara signifikan (p<0,05). Stres kerja (β=-0,272, t(103)=-3,589, p<0,05) dan perceived social support (β=0,269, t(103)=4,541, p<0,05) berhubungan dengan keterlibatan kerja mahasiswa magang secara signifikan. Hasil analisis moderasi menunjukkan bahwa perceived social support tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan stres kerja dan keterlibatan kerja mahasiswa magang (β=0,0045, t(103)=0,6063, p>0,05).
.The internship programs for university students provide various benefits for skill developments and professional experiences. However, students are also faced with difficulties related to job demands that may cause job stress. This study aimed to examine the relationship between job stress and job involvement and the moderating role of perceived social support in internship students. The 107 participants were active Universitas Indonesia students aged 18-25 years old who were doing internships. This study found that 24.6% of the variance in job involvement scores could be explained by job stress and perceived social support significantly (p<.05). Job stress (β=-.272, t(103)=-3.589, p<.05) and perceived social support (β=.269, t(103)=4.541, p<.05) were significantly associated with interns' job involvement. The moderation analysis results showed that perceived social support could not moderate the relationship between job stress and job involvement of student interns (β=.0045, t(103)=.6063, p>.05)."

"Perusahaan startup saat ini banyak diminati oleh generasi milenial Indonesia. Dibalik sisi positif bekerja di perusahaan startup, juga terdapat dampak negatif yang disebabkan tingginya tekanan kerja dan banyaknya tugas yang mengakibatkan menurunnya kualitas tidur. Memiliki perceived social support yang baik dapat membantu menjaga dampak stres kerja terhadap kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh moderasi perceived social support terhadap hubungan stres kerja dan kualitas tidur pekerja perusahaan startup. Kualitas tidur diukur dengan PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), stres kerja diukur dengan JSS (Job Stress Survey) dan perceived social support diukur dengan MSPSS (Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support). Hasil penelitian menemukan model statistik signifikan (p<0,05) dengan 27,61% skor kualitas tidur dijelaskan oleh stres kerja dan perceived social support. Stres kerja (β=0,1558, t(143), p<0,05) dan perceived social support (β=-0,0800, t(143), p<0,05) mempengaruhi kualitas tidur pekerja perusahaan startup secara signifikan. Namun, Perceived social support tidak dapat memoderatori hubungan stres kerja dan kualitas tidur (β=0,0036, t(143), p>0,05). Terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat menyebabkan penelitian gagal membuktikan hipotesis utama, seperti sistem bekerja di rumah dan stres yang diakibatkan kecemasan saat pandemi
Startup companies currently preferred by Indonesian millennials. Beside all the upsides of working in a startup company, there are also the downsides, such as job stress caused by lot of tasks and working ambiguity which can lead to poor sleep quality. One of the things that can help maintain effect of job stress to sleep quality is perceived social support. This research is aimed to assess the effect of perceived social support moderation to job stress and sleep quality in startup employees. Sleep quality was assessed with PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), job stress was assessed with JSS (Job Stress Survey) and perceived social support was assessed with MSPSS (Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support). This research found a statistically significant model (p<0.05) with sleep quality score of 27,61% explained with job stress and perceived social support. Job stress (β=0,1558, t(143), p<0,05) and perceived social support (β=-0,0800, t(143), p<0,05) affected sleep quality of startup employees significantly. However, perceived social support could not moderate job stress and sleep quality (β=0,0036, t(143), p>0,05). There were few things that made this research fail to prove alternative hypotheses, i.e., work from home system and stress due anxiety during pandemic. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap stres kerja pada mahasiswa magang di Indonesia. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial terhadap stres kerja. Data diperoleh dari 149 partisipan berusia 18–23 tahun yang merupakan mahasiswa dan sedang menjalani kegiatan magang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) untuk variabel dukungan sosial dan Job Stress Scale (JSS) untuk variabel stres kerja. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara daring menggunakan Google Form. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Kemudian, dukungan sosial dapat memprediksi varians stres kerja sebesar 13%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda, dukungan sosial yang berasal dari teman berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Akan tetapi, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial yang berasal dari keluarga dan pasangan romantis terhadap stres kerja. Secara garis besar, hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap tingkat stres kerja pada mahasiswa magang. Lebih lanjut, jika dibandingkan antara dukungan sosial dari keluarga, teman, dan pasangan romantis, hanya dukungan sosial dari teman yang berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja mahasiswa magang. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah penambahan pengetahuan terkait kontribusi yang dapat diberikan oleh dukungan sosial terhadap stres kerja.
This research aims to identify the impact of social support on job stress among internship students in Indonesia. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a significant relationship between social support and job stress. Data were obtained from 149 participants aged 18–23 years, who were students and currently undergoing internship activities. The measurement tools used were the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) for the social support variable and the Job Stress Scale (JSS) for the job stress variable. The questionnaire was distributed online using Google Form. The results of simple linear regression analysis indicate that social support has a significant impact on job stress. Social support can predict 13% of the variance in job stress. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, social support from friends significantly influences job stress. However, there is no significant effect of social support from family and romantic partner on job stress. In general, the results of this research prove that social support influences the level of work stress in internship students. Furthermore, when compared between social support from family, friends, and romantic partner, only social support from friends affects work stress among intern students. The implications of this research are the addition of knowledge regarding the contribution that social support can make to job stress."

"Meskipun mahasiswa telah mempersepsikan dukungan sosial yang berasal dari berbagai sumber, distres psikologis pada mahasiswa masih sering terjadi dan memiliki urgensi tinggi untuk diperhatikan dan diatasi. Perceived social support sebagai faktor sosial memengaruhi distres psikologis pada individu melalui persepsi bahwa dirinya dicintai, dipedulikan dan dihargai oleh orang lain sehingga individu merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengatasi stresor. Self-compassion sebagai proses kognitif yang berperan dalam penilaian positif terhadap stresor melalui pemberian belas kasih dan kepedulian pada diri sendiri. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 416 mahasiswa berstatus aktif dalam rentang usia antara 18 hingga 25 tahun. Variabel distres diukur menggunakan Hopkins Symptom Checklist (HSCL), perceived social support diukur menggunakan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) dan self-compassion menggunakan Self-Compassion Scale (SCS). Analisis utama regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived social support dan self-compassion terhadap distres psikologis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari perceived social support terhadap distres psikologis dan terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari self-compassion terhadap distres psikologis
Although students have received social support from various sources, psychological distress on students is still common and has a high urgency to be noticed and overcome. Social support as a social factor influences psychological distress in individuals through the belief that they are loved, cared for and valued by others so that individuals feel more confident in dealing with stressors. Self-compassion as a cognitive process plays a role in positive appraisal of stressors through giving compassion and self-care. Participants in this study were 416 active status students in the age range between 18 to 25 years. Distress variables are measured using the Hopkins Symptom Checklist (HSCL), social support is measured using the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) and self-compassion using the Self-Compassion Scale (SCS). The main analysis of multiple linear regression is to determine the influence of social support and self-compassion on psychological distress. The results found that there was a significant positive effect of social support on psychological distress and there was a significant negative effect of self-compassion on psychological distress."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara psychological capital dan kepuasan kerja pada perawat. Pengukuran psychological capital menggunakan alat ukur Psychological Capital Questionnaire (Luthans, et al., 2007a) dan pengkuran kepuasan kerja menggunakan Job Satisfaction Survey (Spector, 1994). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 177 perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit X. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychological capital dan kepuasan kerja pada perawat (r = 0.299; p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Hasil tersebut dapat diartikan, semakin tinggi tingkat psychological capital maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan kerja perawat.
This research was conducted to find the correlation between psychological capital and job satisfaction among nurse. Psychological capital was measured by instrument named pyschological capital questionnaire (Luthans, et al., 2007a) and job satisfaction was measured by instrument named job satisfaction surevy (Spector, 1994). The Participants of this research are 177 nurses. The main result of this study show that psychological capital positively coralated significantly with job satisfaction (r = 0.299; p = 0.000, significant at L.o.S 0.01). Intepretation from the result is , more higher psychological capital, the higher showing job satisfaction."

"Meskipun pandemi sudah berlalu, namun berbagai perubahan yang diterapkan selama pandemi masih diaplikasikan dalam banyak perusahaan, sebagai contoh jadwal kerja fleksibel. Perubahan terhadap jadwal kerja tersebut telah diteliti oleh berbagai studi dan ditemukan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Selain jadwal kerja, perubahan lain yang terjadi adalah pada bentuk dukungan supervisor, dimana dukungan supervisor terhadap peran karyawan dalam keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Meskipun ditemukan memiliki pengaruh, namun inkonsistensi dalam studi masih ditemukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Experimental Vignette Method (EVM) untuk mengetahui dampak dari kombinasi jadwal kerja dan dukungan supervisor terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di masa pandemi. Responden penelitian merupakan karyawan sejumlah 155 orang yang terbagi menjadi empat kelompok. Partisipan diberikan narasi kemudian kepuasan kerja diukur menggunakan Short Index of Job Satisfaction (SIJS) yang berjumlah lima item. Hasil analisis dengan Faktorial Anova menunjukkan bahwa jadwal kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pada jadwal kerja turut ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun, tidak ditemukan efek interaksi yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukkan yang bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan jika kelak memasuki era pasca pandemi.
Even though in the pandemic has passed, However, some changes that were applied during the pandemic are currently still applied. Flexible working schedule was one of them and studies found that it has a significant impact on employee's job satisfaction. Beside flexible schedules, there is also a significant change in the form of supervisor support, which support that related to employees and their role as a family member is found to contribute to a higher job satisfaction. However, inconsistencies are still present. This study aims to determine the impact of the combination of working schedule and supervisor support on work & family context on employee job satisfaction in post pandemic. Experiment Vignette Method (EVM) is used to gain a deep understanding regarding employee’s job satisfaction through manipulations and surveys. There are 155 participants in total and divided into 4 groups. Analysis with Factorial Anova shows that there is a significant effect on work schedule towards job satisfaction and also supervisor support towards job satisfaction, but no interaction effect was found significant. This research is aimed to provide input for companies in implementing a culture that supports employee job satisfaction in post-pandemic era."

"Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI) adalah salah satu lembaga yang akan menghadapi perubahan organisasi dalam rangka pengintegrasian lembaga-lembaga riset nasional ke dalam Badan Riset Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) oleh pemerintah indonesia, sehingga penting untuk menganalisa readiness for change dan resistance to change pegawai lembaga riset ini. Psychological capital merupakan unsur psikologi yang dapat dikembangkan dan berkaitan dengan persepsi pegawai atas dukungan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan kotribusi secara praktik sehingga LIPI dapat menjawab tantangan perubahan dari pemerintah dan memberikan kontribusi dari segi ilmu pengetahuan dengan memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai mekanisme pembentukan kesiapan dan resistensi pegawai dalam menghadapi perubahan khususnya di sektor publik. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 378 PNS LIPI dan model penelitian di analisis dengan structural equation modelling menggunakan Lisrel. Hasilnya adalah psychological capital hanya memediasi pengaruh perceiveds organizationals support terhadap respon pegawai untuk berubah, tetapi tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh perceivedssupervisor support terhadap respon pegawai untuk berubah. Artinya adalah kesiapan dan resistensi pegawai LIPI untuk berubah dipengaruhi oleh persepsi pegawai terhadap dukungan organisasi dan sumber daya psikologis positif yang mereka miliki.
Indonesian institute of Sciences is one of the institutions that will face organizational change in the framework of integrating national research institutions into the National Innovation Research Agency (BRIN) by the Indonesian government. Hence, it is essential to analyze the readiness for change and resistance to change of this research institute's civil servants. Psychological capital is an element of psychology that can be developed and related to employee perceptions of organizational support. The purposesof this studysis to contribute in practice so this research institute can answer challenges of change from government and contribute in terms of science through provide a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms for forming employee readiness and resistance in the face of change, especially in the public sector. The sample of this study was 378 civil servants from Indonesian Institute of Sciences, and the research model was analyzed with structural equation modeling using Lisrell. The result is psychological capital only mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on employee responses to change, but cannot mediate the effect of perceived supervisor support on employee 'responses to change. This means that LIPI employees readiness and resistance to change is influenced by employees' perceptions of organizational support and their positive psychological resources."

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran psychological capital pada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan authentic dan dukungan organisasi yang didapatkan oleh karyawan terhadap perilaku organizational citizenship behavior yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Karyawan yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun dalam sektor swasta dalam pekerjaan menunjukkan perilaku organizational citizenship behavior dikarenakan memiliki persepsi diperlakukan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan organisasi. Semakin menonjolnya perubahan sifat pekerjaan yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hal tersebut mungkin tidak cukup untuk mendeteksi dampak dari hubungan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan terhadap organisasi. Melalui hubungan karyawan dengan atasan dan dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan. Namun saja tidak cukup karena setiap karyawan juga harus memiliki motivasi intrinsik yang kuat, komitmen yang tinggi terhadap organisasi, dan kemampuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi di tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut dari peran psychological capital sebagai mediasi pada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan dukungan organisasi melalui gaya kepemimpinan authentic leadership dan perceived organizational support terhadap perilaku terhadap perilaku organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM dengan 275 sampel yang merupakan karyawan tetap pada sektor swasta sampel dan data dikumpulkan melalui google form. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan software smartPLS4. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa psychological memediasi sebagian besar hubungan antara authentic leadership dan perceived organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memperdalam pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior serta implikasinya bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia.
The purpose of this research is to determine the role of psychological capital on the influence of authentic leadership style and organizational support obtained by employees on organizational citizenship behavior possessed by employees. Employees who have worked for at least one year in the private sector at work show organizational citizenship behavior because they have the perception that they are treated not by the expectations of the organization. The increasing prominence of changes in the nature of work performed suggests that it may not be sufficient to detect the impact of employees' perceived employment relationships on the organization. Through employee relationships with superiors and perceived organizational support. However, this alone is not enough because every employee must also have strong intrinsic motivation, high commitment to the organization, and the ability to overcome the challenges faced in the workplace. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out more about the role of psychological capital as a mediator in the relationship between leadership style and organizational support through authentic leadership style and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. This research used the SEM method with 275 samples who were permanent employees in the private sector and data was collected via Google form. This research was processed using smartPLS4 software. The results of the analysis show that psychology mediates most of the relationship between authentic leadership and perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. This research provides an important contribution in deepening understanding of the factors that influence organizational citizenship behavior and its implications for humanresource management."

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 117 istri yang bekerja. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa psychological capital memediasi hubungan antara perceived social support dan subjective well-being. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk memperkaya literatur terkait variabel perceived social support, psychological capital, dan subjective well-being.
