"Perum Bulog merupakan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak pada bidang logistik pangan. Perum Bulog memiliki peranan sebagai alat perekonomian negara yang bersifat mandiri untuk memperkuat perekonomian negara dalam mengelola logistik pangan secara nasional dalam bentuk pelayanan masyarakat ataupun yang bersifat komersial. Sesuai dengan salah satu misi Perum Bulog yaitu “melaksanakan praktik manajemen unggul dengan dukungan sumber daya manusia yang profesional, teknologi terdepan, dan sistem yang terintegrasi”, Perum Bulog mengimplementasikan sistem yang terintegrasi yaitu sistem ERP. ERP bertujuan untuk membantu Perum Bulog dalam mengatasi permasalahan Perum Bulog dalam pengelolaan organisasi seperti denda pajak yang tinggi, banyaknya piutang tak tertagih, dan lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan proses pengadaan dan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat bisnis dari implementasi ERP dan mengidentifikasi risiko tidak tercapainya manfaat bisnis. Benefit dependency network digunakan untuk menganalisis manfaat akibat perubahan proses bisnis. Manfaat yang sudah teridentifikasi kemudian diverifikasi dan diklasifikasi berdasarkan Tabel manfaat generik SI/TI. Manfaat bisnis yang sudah diverifikasi kemudian dianalisis sebab akibat dengan menggunakan systematic diagram sehingga menghasilkan manfaat bisnis utama. Manfaat bisnis utama yang sudah ditemukan kemudian dipetakan dengan menggunakan Metrik TI untuk membantu menghitung manfaat dari investasi ERP. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi risiko untuk menunjang manfaat bisnis. Manfaat bisnis utama yang ditemukan diidentifikasi potensi risikonya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi ERP mampu meningkatkan pendapatan karena meningkatnya kualitas laporan, mengurangi risiko piutang tak tertagih, meningkatkan produktivitas disebabkan restrukturisasi pembagian fungsi kerja, mengurangi biaya distribusi, mengurangi risiko kehilangan penyimpanan, dan meningkatkan pendapatan disebabkan meningkatkan kapasitas bisnis. Berdasarkan hasil dari identifikasi risiko tidak tercapainya manfaat, terdapat enam potensi risiko yang dapat menghambat pencapaian manfaat dari implementasi ERP. Potensi risiko yang telah diketahui dapat menjadi perhatian Perum Bulog agar manfaat investasi ERP dapat tercapai.

Perum Bulog is a State-Owned Enterprise company (BUMN) engaged in food logistics. Perum Bulog has a role as an independent state economic tool to strengthen the country's economy in managing national food logistics in the form of community services or commercial. In accordance with one of Bulog's mission to "implement superior management practices with the support of professional human resources, cutting edge technology, and integrated systems", Perum Bulog implements an integrated system that is the ERP system. ERP aims to assist Bulog in overcoming Perum Bulog problems in organizational management such as high tax fines, the number of uncollectible receivables, and the length of time needed to carry out the procurement and sales process. This study aims to identify the business benefits of ERP implementation and identify the risks of not achieving business benefits. The benefit dependency network is used to analyze the benefits due to changes in business processes. The benefits that have been identified are then verified and classified according to the generic SI / IT benefits table. The business benefits that have been verified are then analyzed cause and effect using systematic diagrams to produce key business benefits. The main business benefits that have been discovered are then mapped using IT Metrics to help calculate the benefits of ERP investment. This research also identifies risks to support business benefits. The main business benefits found were identified as potential risks. The results show that ERP investment can increase revenue due to improved report quality, reduce the risk of uncollectible accounts, increase productivity due to restructuring the division of work functions, reduce distribution costs, reduce the risk of lost storage, and increase revenue due to increasing business capacity. Based on the results of the identification of risks not achieving benefits, there are six potential risks that can hinder the achievement of benefits from ERP implementation. Potential risks that have been identified can be a concern by Perum Bulog so that the benefits of ERP investment can be achieved."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko sampai dengan pemilihan strategi perlakuan risiko pada tahap implementasi sistem ERP di Perum BULOG. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis sebab akibat menggunakan fishbone diagram serta pemeringkatan risiko menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP. Penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasikan sembilan belas faktor risiko pada tahap implementasi sistem ERP di Perum BULOG. Berdasar hasil evaluasi risiko, diperoleh dua faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak tinggi, lima belas faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak sedang, dan dua faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak rendah. Analisis sebab akibat menggunakan fishbone diagram berhasil menemukan lima akar masalah, yaitu perencanaan strategis yang tidak efektif, rekayasa ulang proses bisnis yang tidak memadai, keahlian dan pengetahuan yang terbatas, sistem yang kompleks, dan sosialisasi yang terbatas.

The objective of this research is identify risk factors to selection of appropriate risk treatment strategies in the ERP system implementation in Perum BULOG. This research uses a qualitative approach with causal analysis using fishbone diagram and risk rating using the Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP . This research has identified nineteen risk factors of the ERP system implementation in Perum BULOG. Based on a risk assessment, there are two risk factors with high impact rating, fifteen risk factors with moderate impact rating, and two risk factors with low impact rating. Causal analysis using the fishbone diagram success to find five root of the problems, namely an ineffective strategic planning, inadequate business process reengineering, limited skills and knowledge, complexity of the system, and limited socialization."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang Critical Success Factor yang berpengaruh terhadap implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) di PT XYZ dan peran stakeholder PT XYZ dalam mendukung keberadaan Critical Success Factor tersebut dilihat dari perspektif pengguna ERP di PT XYZ. Critical Success Factor dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 13 faktor dan penulis dapatkan dari salah satu jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 13 faktor tersebut, semuanya berpengaruh terhadap implementasi ERP di PT XYZ. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa peran stakeholder akan sangat menentukan keberhasilan implementasi ERP di suatu perusahaan.

This research analyzes Critical Success Factor that influence the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at PT XYZ and role of PT XYZ stakeholders in supporting the existence of these Critical Success Factor based on ERP users perspective at PT XYZ. These Critical Success Factor consist of 13 factors and obtained from one of scientific journal. This research shows that all of 13 factors had an impact on ERP implementation at PT XYZ. This research also shows that the role of stakeholders will greatly determine the success of ERP implementation in a company."

"Tingginya resiko kegagalan terkait proyek implementasi enterprise system menimbulkan perhatian khusus untuk faktor-faktor kesuksesan implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari budaya organisasi terhadap implementasi ERP. Data empiris telah dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan survei kuisioner yang dibagikan ke para pengguna ERP di salah satu perusahaan keluarga di Indonesia. Ada satu dimensi budaya organisai, dari total enam dimensi, yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesuksesan implementasi ERP. Sistem tertutup perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesuksesan implementasi ERP. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan berguna bagi PT ABC dalam rangka menyusun strategi implementasi ERP ke depannya.

The high risk of failure associated with enterprise system implementation projects raise special attention to success factor in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. The aim of this paper is to analyze the influences of organizational culture on ERP implementation. Empirical data was collected using a survey questionnaire which was distributed to ERP users in one of the Indonesian family owned company. There is one dimension of organizational culture, out of six, which have significant influences to ERP implementation success. The organization?s closed system is negatively contributes to ERP implementation success. The outcomes of this study are useful to PT ABC as they would be able to strategize future ERP implementation."

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengembangan sistem produk ERP pada PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja dengan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Analisis kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan perusahaan sesuai dengan framework SDLC kecuali saat pelaksanaan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) yang umumnya dilakukan bersamaan dengan pemilihan konsultan. Tim proyek memutuskan untuk melakukan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) terlebih dahulu dan melakukan lelang untuk memilih konsultan setelahnya. Alasan dilakukannya BPR terlebih dahulu adalah agar analisis BPR lebih tajam.

This study discusses the development of the ERP system in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja, based on System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Qualitative analysis used in this study show that the development of the system by the company has already suitable with the SDLC framework except when implementing Business Process Reengineering (BPR) which is generally performed in conjunction with the selection of consultants. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesuksesan implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) di PT AG dengan menggunakan DeLone-McLean Information System Success Model. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). This research aims to analyze factors that affecting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation success on PT AG using DeLone-McLean Information System Success Model. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM) is used as analysis method. The results showed that three quality dimensions of information system such as system quality, information quality and service quality are not significantly affected on extended use, but they are significantly affected on user satisfaction. Moreover, user satisfaction has significant impact on extended use, but it has no significant impact on user?s net benefit. Extended use of ERP system has significant impact on user?s net benefit."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kegagalan pada tahap pertama proyek implementasi sistem ERP di PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) yang nantinya bisa digunakan sebagai dasar manajemen risiko pada tahap-tahap selanjutnya implementasi ERP di PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) dan untuk menunjukkan pentingnya manajemen risiko untuk mengurangi prosentase kegagalan implementasi ERP. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan metode Fault Tree analysis untuk menghitung estimasi kegagalan implementasi sistem ERP tahap pertama, lalu melakukan identifikasi faktor-faktor risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap implementasi sistem ERP tahap pertama berdasarkan faktor-faktor risiko dari studi literatur, lalu membuat kuesioner untuk menentukan urutan faktor-faktor risiko yang paling berpengaruh tersebut, kemudian dilakukan analisis dari hasil dari survey dan dilakukan estimasi terhadap kegagalan implementasi sistem ERP jika manajemen risiko diterapkan. Penelitian menggambarkan 19 (Sembilan belas) faktor-faktor risiko yang paling berpengaruh terhadap proyek implementasi sistem ERP di PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) yang apabila tidak dikontrol dengan baik akan menyebabkan kegagalan terhadap proyek.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the risk factors on the first phase of ERP system implementation project in PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) and the result can be used for the next phase of implementation and to show the importance of risk management in the project to reduce the failure percentage of the ERP Implementation. The method used to estimate the failure percentage of the project is the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and by analyzing the credentials of the identified risk factors from the existing literature review. Based on the risk factors identified a questionnaire were made to determine the order of the risk factors that have the most significant impact to the ERP system implementation project and the result were analyzed with the FTA to estimate the failure percentage assuming risk management was being used in the first phase. This study finds that by managing and controlling the identified risk, the failure percentage of the project could be reduced. This study also described the 19 (nineteen) risk factor that have a significant impact in the ERP system implementation project in PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) that if those risks are not controlled well enough it would cause the project to fail."

"Tesis ini mengidentifikasi risiko yang mempengaruhi pasca implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) melalui persepsi para operator dan pengguna layanan sistem ERP di PT Indofarma Tbk terhadap aspek kemungkinan, dampak dan frekuensi terjadinya peristiwa risiko yang timbul pada tahap pascaimplementasi sistem ERP.Hasil penelitian menemukan 34 risiko harus dicermati oleh perusahaan dalam rangka perbaikan layanan sistem ERP di masa mendatang. Diantara 34 risiko tersebut, risiko yang paling mempengaruhi pascaimplementasi sistem ERP perusahaan didominasi oleh risiko yang berhubungan dengan organisasi dan sumberdaya manusia yang terlibat dalam sistem ERP baik sebagai operator maupun pengguna sistem bukan risiko yang berakar dari permasalahan teknis.

This thesis identifies risks that could affect post-implementation system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The risks were identified as a result from the perception of the operators and user ofERP system at PT Indofarma Tbk on the probability, impact and frequency of risks that occurred post-implementation of the ERP system.

This study also identifies 34 risks that should be carefully monitored by the Company in order to improve the ERP system in the future. Amongst these risks, it was evident that the most critical risks to post implementation of the ERP system is related to organization and human resources that are involved in the ERP system both who functions as the operators and system users which implies that these risks are not originated to technical matter."

Responden dari penelitian ini berjumlah 117 orang dan merupakan karyawan Perum Peruri di kantor pusat Jakarta dan Karawang yang menggunakan sistem ERP dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari. Kemudian, teknik analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh peranan manajemen puncak terhadap kesuksesan mplementasi ERP tersebut dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan dan komitmen manajemen puncak memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan. Oleh karena itu, para manajemen puncak diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan dan komitmen secara penuh terhadap implementasi ERP di Perum Peruri.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of top management role to the Enterprise Resource Planning implementation success. In this research, top management role is divided to three definitions, they are top management support, top management involvement, and top management commitment. There are 117 research respondents in total and they are all Perum Peruris' employees, both in Jakarta and Karawang, who operate the ERP system in their daily work. Multiple regression technique is then used to test the analysis of this research and the result showed that top management support and top management commitment were seen to be giving positive impact towards the ERP implementation success in Perum Peruri. Thus, the top management in Perum Peruri are expected to fully support and be committed to the implementation process of the technology."
