"Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Terdapat suatu tolak ukur yang dipergunakan sebagai suatu pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kefarmasian yang disebut dengan standar pelayanan kefarmasian. Salah satu aspek pelayanan farmasi yang memiliki peranan penting adalah mengenai peran apoteker dalam memberikan pelayanan konseling. Tujuan penulisan tugas khusus praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini adalah agar penulis dapat memahami informasi apa saja yang perlu disampaikan kepada pasien dan/atau keluarga pada saat pemberian konseling obat, serta mengetahui praktik konseling yang dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara pengambilan data resep yang ada di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna, kemudian dilakukan penguraian hal yang berhubungan dengan konseling obat, serta melakukan pengamatan dan wawancara mengenai praktik konseling yang dilakukan. Kesimpulan dari tugas khusus ini adalah Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna telah melakukan konseling sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 73/2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek, dimulai dari tahapan awal konseling sampai dengan dokumentasinya. Namun masih tidak adanya ruang konseling khusus yang disediakan di apotek dan juga pelatihan terkait konseling belum diadakan secara intensif. Diharapkan untuk ke depannya pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan lagi dengan menyediakan ruang konsultasi khusus serta pelatihan bagi apoteker secara intensif.

Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacy practice is carried out by pharmacists. There is a benchmark that is used as a guideline for pharmaceutical personnel in providing pharmaceutical services which is called pharmaceutical service standards. One aspect of pharmacy services that has an important role is the role of pharmacists in providing counseling services. The purpose of writing this special assignment for the pharmacist's professional practice is so that the author can understand what information needs to be conveyed to patients and/or families when giving drug counseling, as well as knowing the counseling practices carried out at the Roxy Jakasampurna Pharmacy. Data collection was done by taking prescription data at the Roxy Jakasampurna Pharmacy, then describing matters related to drug counseling, as well as observing and interviewing about the counseling practices carried out. The conclusion of this special task is that Roxy Jakasampurna Pharmacy has conducted counseling in accordance with Permenkes No. 73/2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies, starting from the initial stages of counseling to documentation. However, there is still no special counseling room provided in pharmacies and training related to counseling has not been held intensively. It is hoped that in the future the service can be improved again by providing a special consultation room and intensive training for pharmacists.

"Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009, pekerjaan kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluran obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian mencakup pekerjaan kefarmasian dalam produksi sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan sediaan farmasi. Fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi dapat berupa industri farmasi obat sementara fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian dapat berupa apotek. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian pada industri farmasi dan apotek membutuhkan apoteker yang kompeten dalam bidangnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pembekalan ilmu dan pengalaman kepada calon apoteker, dimana salah satunya adalah dengan mengikuti praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Takeda Indonesia dan di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna. Setelah mengikuti praktik kerja profesi, diharapkan calon apoteker memiliki bekal untuk menjadi apoteker yang menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik dan bertanggung jawab.

The implementation of pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies requires pharmacists who are competent in their fields. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge and experience to pharmacist candidate, one of which is by joining a professional work practice. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was held at PT Takeda Indonesia and Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna. "Persaingan industri yang ketat mendorong banyak industri farmasi untuk terus melakukan perkembangan dan meningkatkan produktivitas untuk memproduksi produk yang berkualitas dengan harga yang bersaing. Prinsip lean manufacturing telah diterapkan oleh banyak industri farmasi untuk tujuan pengembangan dengan mengurangi pemborosan dalam proses produksi tanpa mempengaruhi kualitas produk. Salah satu target dari lean manufacturing adalah meningkatkan produktivitas dan pemeliharaan mesin dan peralatan produksi. One-Point Lessons merupakan suatu sarana penyampaian informasi terkait pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan mesin atau peralatan produksi dengan memanfaatkan prinsip visual management. Pada area produksi, One-Point Lessons dimanfaatkan sebagai bentuk penyampaian informasi atau prosedur dari Standard Operating Procedure yang disampaikan secara singkat dalam bentuk gambar. Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di Departemen Produksi Sediaan Solid PT. Mahakam Beta Farma dari tanggal 11 Januari 2021 hingga 5 Maret 2021. Metode pengerjaan tugas khusus PKPA adalah dengan pengumpulan data berupa gambar dan dokumen Standard Operating Procedure, yang selanjutnya akan disusun menjadi suatu prosedur kerja dalam bentuk One Point Lessons. Penulis menyusun One-Point Lessons untuk berbagai prosedur pengoperasian, pembersihan, serta pengaturan beberapa mesin, peralatan, serta prosedur kerja pada beberapa area produksi sediaan solid antara lain area penimbangan, WIP staging, mixing & granulasi, pencetakkan tablet, penyalutan tablet, filling kapsul, pengemasan primer, IPC, dan pengemasan sekunder.Profesi apoteker mempunyai tanggung jawab dalam pelayanan kefarmasian untuk mengoptimalkan terapi guna memperbaiki kualitas hidup pasien. Tetapi masih sering terjadinya kesalahan pada pengobatan (medication error) yang merugikan dapat berdampak buruk bagi pasien. Medication error pada resep biasanya adalah kejadian yang berasal dari penyimpangan atau kesalahan penulisan resep, seperti kesalahan dalam dosis, jenis obat, atau aturan penggunaan. Dalam alur pelayanan resep, apoteker wajib melakukan skrining resep yang melipui pengkajian aspek administrasi, farmasetik dan klinis sebelum resep diracik Skrining resep dilakukan untuk menjamin legalitas suatu resep dan meminimalkan kesalahan pengobatan. Salah satu jenis resep yang menjadi perhatian khusus adalah resep untuk pasien pediatrik. Hal ini dikarenakan, pasien pediatrik memiliki kondisi fisiologis yang belum sempurna, sehingga faktor metabolisme dan absorbsi obat yang tidak sesuai dapat berdampak fatal bagi pasien. Penulis melakukan pengkajian resep terhadap resep pediatrik di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi dan memeriksa kesesuaian aspek-aspek yang harus ada pada suatu resep. Resep yang dikaji oleh penulis merupakan resep untuk pasien pediatrik, dengan kondisi rhinitis alergi dan batuk, yang cukup umum ditemukan pada pasien anak. Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) periode 8 Maret – 6 April 2021 dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy cabang Jakasampurna. Resep yang dikaji umumnya sudah lengkap dan sesuai dengan aspek administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis. Namun, dari hasil pengkajian resep juga ditemukan adanya perbedaan dosis pada resep dengan dosis pada literatur, namun perbedaan tersebut masih rasional sehingga tidak perlu dilakukan permintaan konfirmasi kepada dokter penulis resep.

The rise of industrial competition encourages many pharmaceutical industries to continue to develop and increase productivity to produce products with a good quality at competitive prices. Lean manufacturing principles have been applied by many pharmaceutical industries for development purposes by reducing waste in the production process without affecting product quality. One of the targets of lean manufacturing is to increase productivity and maintenance of production machinery and equipment. One-Point Lessons is a means of delivering information related to the operation and maintenance of machines or production equipment by utilizing the principles of visual management. In the production area, One-Point Lessons are used as a form of delivering information or procedures from the Standard Operating Procedure which includes a brief information in the form of pictures. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) activity was carried out at the Solid Preparations Production Department of PT. Mahakam Beta Farma from January 11, 2021 to March 5, 2021. The working method was done by collecting data in the form of drawings and the Standard Operating Procedure documents, which will then be compiled into an operational procedure in the form of One Point Lessons. The author compiled One-Point Lessons for various operating procedures, cleaning, and setting up several machines, equipment, and work procedures in several solid dosage production areas including weighing, WIP staging, mixing & granulation, tablet printing, tablet coating, capsule filling, primary packaging, IPC, and secondary packaging.

The pharmacist profession has a responsibility in pharmaceutical services to optimize therapy in order to improve the patient's quality of life. However, there are still frequent cases of medication errors that can adversely affect the patients. Medication errors in prescriptions are usually caused by deviations or errors in prescribing, such as errors in dosage, type of medication, or directions of use. In the prescription process, pharmacists are required to do a screening on prescriptions, which includes reviewing administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical aspects before prescriptions are processed. The screening process on prescription is carried out to ensure the legality of a prescription and minimize medication errors. One of the type of prescriptions that requires a greater concern is the prescriptions for pediatric patients. That is because pediatric patients have physiological conditions that are fully developed yet, so that the metabolic factors and inappropriate drug absorptions can have a fatal impact on the patient. The author conducted a prescription review of pediatric prescriptions at Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna with the aim of identifying and checking the suitability of the determined aspects in a prescription. The prescriptions reviewed by the author are prescriptions for pediatric patients, with allergic rhinitis and cough conditions, which are quite common in pediatric patients. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) for the period 8 March – 6 April 2021 was held at the Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna. The prescriptions that were assessed and screened were generally complete and in accordance with administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects. However, from the results of the review of prescriptions, it was also found that there was a difference in the dose in the prescription with the dose in the literature, but the difference was still rational, so there was no need to request further confirmation from the prescriber."

"Profesi apoteker merupakan salah satu bagian dari tim pelayanan kesehatan yang memiliki peran penting dalam bidang industri farmasi, rumah sakit, pelayanan, dan pemerintahan. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan agar dapat menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, seorang calon apoteker harus melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker untuk menjadi apoteker yang profesional sebagai bekal agar memahami peran apoteker dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang diperlukan untuk memasuki dunia pekerjaan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) kali ini dilaksanakan di PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals periode Januari – Februari 2022, Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna periode April 2022. Dengan dilaksanakannya Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapakan untuk bisa menambah wawasan, pengalaman, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan gambaran mengenai pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker sehingga dapat menunjang untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian nantinya.

Therefore, a prospective pharmacist are required to carry out the Pharmacist Professional Practice to become a professional pharmacist as a provision to understand the role of pharmacists and gain the necessary experience to enter the world of work. This time the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was held at PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals for the period January – February 2022, Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna for the period April 2022. With the implementation of the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain insights, experiences, knowledges, skills and an overview of the work that will be done by a pharmacist so that it can support to do pharmaceutical practice later."

"Pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek salah satunya adalah pengkajian resep, Pengkajian resep dilakukan untuk menganalisa masalah terkait obat dan upaya pencegahan terjadinya medication error. Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu melakukan pengkajian resep pada semua resep yang masuk ke Apotek. Salah satu resep yang masuk adalah mengenai penyakin BPH pada bulan November. Tujuan dari penulisan karya ilmiah ini agar calon Apoteker memahami pelaksanaan pengkajian resep di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu secara aktual di lapangan sesuai dengan Peraturan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menganalisis rekaman data atau resep yang masuk ke Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu pada bulan November tahun 2021. Setelah melakukan analasisi data dihasilkan kesimpulan proses pengkajian resep di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu meliputi pengkajian administratif yaitu pemeriksaan identitas dokter dan pasien. Pengkajian farmasetik meliputi hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan aspek formulasi obat secara fisik. Pengkajian klinis meliputi kesesuaian obat dengan keadaan pasien. Proeses pengkajian resep yang dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 73 tahun 2016 mengenai Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek dan Petunjuk Teknis Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Pemenuhan aspek dalam Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik di Industri Famasi salah satunya adalah memastikan bahwa metode analisis yang digunakan telah memenuhi syarat. Pembuktian dalam persyaratan tersebut adalah dilakukannya verifikasi metode analisis. Verifikasi metode analisis dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa metode analisis yang tercantum dalam kompendial dapat digunakan pada laboratorium di Industri. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan proses verifikasi metode analisis untuk bahan baku Piridoksin Hidroklorida (Vitamin B6) di PT.Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses Verifikasi Metode Analisis di PT.Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. Metode yang digunakan observasi secara langsung dan pengolahan data dari hasil analisis di Laboratorium Quality Control PT.Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. Berdasarkan hasil tugas khusus ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa proses verifikasi metode analisis bahan baku Vitamin B6 (piridoksin hidroklorida) di PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories dimulai dari pembuatan protokol verifikasi metode analisis. Selanjutnya, dilakukan proses verifikasi metode analisis yang meliputi pemeriksaan spesifisitas, akurasi, presisi dan stabilitas sesuai dengan kompendial yang terbaru yaitu Farmakope Indonesia VI. Setelah itu, hasil pengujian dianalisis untuk dibuat laporan verifikasi metode analisis agar terdokumentasi dengan baik sesuai dengan CPOB.

One of the pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy is prescription assessment. Prescription studies are carried out to analyze drug-related problems and efforts to prevent medication errors. Roxy Pharmacy Pondok Labu conducts a prescription review on all prescriptions that come into the pharmacy. One of the recipes that came in was regarding BPH in November. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is so that prospective pharmacists understand the actual implementation of prescription studies at the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy in the field in accordance with the regulations. The method used is by analyzing recorded data or prescriptions that enter the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy in November 2021. After analyzing the data, it is concluded that the prescription review process at the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy includes administrative assessments, namely checking the identities of doctors and patients. Pharmaceutical assessment includes matters relating to aspects of physical drug formulation. Clinical assessment includes the suitability of the drug to the patient's condition. The prescription review process carried out at the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy was in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies and Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Services at Pharmacies.

One of the aspects of the fulfillment of Good Manufacturing Practice in the Pharmaceutical Industry is to ensure that the analytical methods used to meet the requirements. The proof of these requirements is the verification of the analytical method. Verification of analytical methods is carried out to ensure that the analytical methods listed in the compendial can be used in laboratories in Industry. In this study, a verification process of analytical methods for the raw material of Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) was carried out at PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis method verification process at PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. The method used is direct observation and data processing from the results of the analysis at the Quality Control Laboratory of PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. Based on the results of this special task, it was concluded that the verification process of the analytical method of Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) raw material at PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories started with the creation of a verification protocol for the analysis method. Furthermore, a verification process of the analytical method was carried out which included checking for specificity, accuracy, precision, and stability in accordance with the latest compendial, namely the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia VI. After that, the test results are analyzed to make a verification report on the analytical method so that it is well documented in accordance with GMP."

"Pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek harus mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016. Salah satu tugas apoteker di apotek adalah memastikan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian dijalankan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Pengamatan tugas khusus di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu. Berdasar hasil observasi, kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan BMHP serta pelayanan farmasi klinis yang diterapkan di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016. Namun dalam implementasi pelayanan farmasi klinis, terdapat beberapa kegiatan yang belum terlaksana di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu, seperti konseling, pemantauan terapi obat, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah, dan monitoring efek samping obat. Pada pengkajian resep terdapat beberapa pertimbangan klinis yang tidak dikaji, seperti reaksi obat yang tidak diinginkan, kontra indikasi, dan interaksi obat.

"Berdasarkan Pedoman tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek, pengkajian resep merupakan salah satu aspek dari kegiatan farmasi klinis. Risiko terjadinya kesalahan atau medication error yang paling besar adalah prescribing error dengan persentase sebesar 99,12% yang dapat terjadi baik pada aspek administratif resep, aspek farmasetik, dan aspek klinis seperti polifarmasi atau interaksi obat. Adanya polifarmasi pada resep akan meningkatkan risiko terjadinya interaksi obat. Laporan ini disusun untuk menganalisa adanya masalah terkait obat pada resep polifarmasi baik dari aspek administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis. Pengkajian resep dilakukan terhadap 2 resep dengan polifarmasi mayor dan minor yang masuk ke Apotek Roxy Depok pada periode November 2022. Terdapat beberapa hal yang harus dilengkapi kembali terkait data berat badan pasien, nomor telepon dokter, dan paraf dokter untuk aspek administratif. Pada aspek farmasetik resep 1 perlu ditanyakan kembali kepada dokter yang meresepkan terkait bentuk sediaan ramipril dan kekuatan sediaan gliquidon. Pada aspek klinis resep 1 perlu ditambahkan terkait aturan penggunaan allopurinol, serta melakukan konfirmasi kembali kepada dokter yang meresepkan bahwa terdapat interaksi mayor yang perlu diwaspadai pada resep 2.

Based on the Guidelines on Standard for Pharmaceutical Services in Pharmacies, prescription screening is an aspect of clinical pharmacy activities. The greatest risk of medication error is prescribing error with a percentage of 99.12% which can occur both in the administrative aspects of the prescription, pharmaceutical aspects, and clinical aspects such as polypharmacy or drug interactions. The presence of polypharmacy in the prescription will increase the risk of drug interactions. This report was prepared to analyze drug-related problems in polypharmacy prescriptions in administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects. The prescription review was conducted on 2 prescriptions with major and minor polypharmacy that entered Apotek Roxy Depok in the November 2022 period. There are several things that must be completed again regarding patient’s weight data, doctor's telephone number, and doctor's initials for administrative aspects. In the pharmaceutical aspect, prescription 1 needs to be asked again to the prescribing doctor regarding the dosage form of ramipril and the strength of the gliquidon preparation. In the clinical aspect, prescription 1 needs to be added regarding the rules for using allopurinol, as well as confirming again to the prescribing doctor that there are major interactions that need to be watched out for in prescription 2.

Dalam rangka menciptakan tenaga apoteker yang profesional, salah satu hal yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam dunia pekerjaan nyata di institusi kefarmasian, seperti industri farmasi dan apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) diselenggarakan untuk memberikan bekal dan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker untuk menghadapi dunia kerja, sehingga kelak setelah lulus, apoteker mampu bekerja dan melaksanakan perannya dengan baik di institusi kefarmasian yang menjadi tempatnya berkarya. Dankos Farma pada periode 11 Januari-5 Maret 2021; dan Apotek Roxy Poltangan pada periode 8 Maret 2021-3 April 2021.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) is held to provide knowledge and experience for prospective pharmacists to face the real field of work, so that after graduation, pharmacists are able to work and carry out their roles well in the pharmaceutical institutions where they work. This PKPA report contains a description of the work carried out in two pharmaceutical facilities, namely: PT. Dankos Farma for the period 11 January-5 March 2021; and Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy for the period 8 March 2021-3 April 2021."

"Dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasian, seorang apoteker wajib mengetahui peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku dan standar kompetensi yang harus dipenuhi baik dalam bidang Industri Farmasi maupun dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Apotek. Untuk mendapatkan bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker dalam memahami peranan apoteker di dunia kerja dan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi diri, maka dilaksanakan suatu kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dilaksanakan di PT. Harsen Laboratories dan Apoteker Roxy cabang Biak pada periode waktu Januari – April 2021. Setelah dilakukannya kegiatan PKPA ini, diharapkan calon apotek dapat memperoleh pengalaman, wawasan, pengetahuan serta peningkatan kompetensi diri untuk dapat dipraktikkan kelak dalam dunia kerja yang sebenarnya.

In carrying out the practice of pharmacy, a pharmacist must know the applicable regulations and competency standards that must be fulfilled both in the pharmaceutical industry and in the implementation of pharmaceutical work at the pharmacy. To gain provision and experience for prospective pharmacists in understanding the role of pharmacists in the world of work and to improve self-competence, a Pharmacist Professional Practice (PKPA) activity was carried out at PT. Harsen Laboratories and Roxy Pharmacist Biak branch in the period January – April 2021. After this PKPA activity, it is hoped that prospective pharmacies can gain experience, insight, knowledge and increase their competence so that they can be practiced later in the real world of work. "Apoteker adalah profesi yang telah diakui oleh perundang-undangan yang memiliki peran sebagai tenaga kesehatan selain Dokter, Dokter Gigi, Perawat, dan Bidan. Salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat diakses masyarakat secara langsung yaitu Rumah Sakit. Rumah Sakit adalah penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan yang meliputi rawat jalan, rawat inap, dan layanan gawat darurat. Praktik profesi dilakukan sebagai bentuk pengenalan kepada mahasiswa agar dapat memahami secara langsung penerapan ilmu manajemen di instalasi farmasi dan ilmu farmasi klinis. Tak hanya itu, peran Apoteker dalam manajemen sterilitasi alat kesehatan di instalasi CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Departement) juga diperlukan demi mewujudkannya pelayanan kesehatan yang aman dan optimal. Praktik kerja profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia pada periode 11 Januari hingga 5 Maret 2021. Rumah Sakit tersebut dapat menjadi wadah bagi seorang calon apoteker dalam mengimplementasikan ilmu yang telah disampaikan oleh para dosen dan praktisi melalui perkuliahan sebelumnya. Peran apoteker di Rumah Sakit tersebut sangat beragam mulai dari unit pergudangan, poduksi, rawat jalan, rawat inap, gawat darurat, produksi steril-non steril, perencaaan, pengadaan, OK (Operation Kamer), dan sterilisasi.  Kegiatan yang umumnya dilakukan meliputi penyimpanan obat, pemusnahan, pencatatan, pelaporan, kaji resep, dispensing, pematauan terapi obat, monitoring efek samping obat, konseling, dll. Ilmu yang didapatkan setelah kegiatan tersebut dapat menjadi bekal bagi para calon Apoteker dalam menjalani pekerjaannya setelah lulus dikemudian hari. Apoteker adalah profesi yang telah diakui oleh perundang-undangan yang memiliki peran sebagai tenaga kesehatan selain Dokter, Dokter Gigi, Perawat, dan Bidan. Praktik kerja profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Jatibaru  pada periode 6-30 April 2021. Apotek tersebut dapat menjadi wadah bagi seorang calon apoteker dalam mengimplementasikan ilmu yang telah disampaikan melalui perkuliahan sebelumnya. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi penyimpanan obat, pemusnahan, pencatatan, pelaporan, kaji resep, dispensing, pematauan terapi obat, monitoring efek samping obat, konseling, dll. Ilmu yang didapatkan setelah kegiatan tersebut dapat menjadi bekal bagi para calon Apoteker dalam menjalani pekerjaannya setelah lulus dikemudian hari.

Pharmacists are professions that have been recognized by legislation that have a role as health workers other than doctors, dentists, nurses, and midwife. One of the health service facilities that can be directly accessed by the community is the hospital. Hospital is the organization of health services which include outpatient, inpatient, and emergency services. Professional practice is carried out as a form of introduction to students so that they can directly understand the application of management in pharmacy installations and clinical pharmacy science. Not only that, the role of pharmacists in the management of sterilization of medical devices in the CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) installation is also needed for save and optimal health services. The pharmacists professional practice was held at the Universitas Indonesia Hospital in the period January 11th to March 5th, 2021. The hospital can be a place for prospective pharmacists to implement the knowledge that has been conveyed by lecturers and practitioners through previous lectures. The role of pharmacists in the hospital is very diverse, ranging from warehousing, production, outpatient, inpatient, emergency, sterile-non sterile production, planning, procurement, OK (Kamer Operation), and sterilization. Activities that are generally carried out include drug storage, destruction, recording, reporting, review of prescriptions, dispensing, monitoring of drug therapy, monitoring of drug side effects, counseling, etc. The knowledge gained after these activities can be a provision for prospective pharmacists in carrying out their work after graduation in the future.

The pharmacist's professional practice was held at the Roxy Jatibaru Drug Store in period of April 6th until 30th, 2021. It can be a place for a prospective pharmacist to implement the knowledge conveyed through previous lectures. The activities that have been done were drug storage, destruction, recording, reporting, review prescriptions, dispensing, monitoring drug therapy, monitoring drug side effects, counseling, etc. The knowledge gained after these activities can be a provision for prospective pharmacists in undergoing time after graduation in the future.
