Perbandingan penilaian resiliensi dilakukan untuk dua alat, yakni How Tough is WASH?

The Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) is a government initiative aimed at increasing public access to safe drinking water and promoting clean and healthy living behaviors by involving community participation. However, climate change events have the potential to threaten the sustainability of PAMSIMAS. To create a water supply system that is resilient to climate change, assessments play a crucial role. The differing characteristics of various climate resilience assessment tools must be considered before conducting assessments. For this purpose, a comparison of assessment tools was conducted based on criteria published by Miola et al. (2015) regarding climate resilience assessment indicators. The resilience assessment comparison was conducted for two tools, namely How Tough is WASH? (HTIW) and Rural Water System Monitoring Assessment Tools (RWS-MAT). The comparison showed that HTIW scored 16 out of 21, while RWS-MAT scored 18 out of 21. Both assessment tools met 16 identical criteria, such as being quality-checked, transparent, and easy to understand, but failed to meet three criteria, precision, honesty, and availability. The main difference between the two tools lies in the periodic and long-term criteria, which were met by RWS-MAT but not by HTIW. Additionally, research was conducted to determine the level of PAMSIMAS' awareness within the spectrum of gender awareness. This is because water management that represents its community is adaptive management that can be resilient to climate change. The assessment of PAMSIMAS' position on the gender awareness spectrum was carried out using the assessment tool published by Water for Women to identify the positions of 16 PAMSIMAS in Cianjur, Dumai, and Bengkalis. The studied PAMSIMAS fell into different categories: 4 PAMSIMAS in the "gender aware" category and 12 in the "gender unaware" category, with the most significant difference shown in the level of female involvement in PAMSIMAS management. The study recommends the development of inclusive and resilient PAMSIMAS through several steps, including gender-responsive climate funding, periodic monitoring and evaluation, water quality checks, and the involvement of women’s organizations (PKK) in PAMSIMAS governance. "This book explores the implications of urbanization and climate change for peri-urban water security in South Asia. Focusing on four locations in the region, namely Kathmandu (Nepal), Khulna (Bangladesh), and Hyderabad and Gurgaon (India), the book describes how climate change and urbanization shape peri-urban water security. The research documents the socio-technical mediation of water insecurity, describing both technological and institutional adaptive responses. In describing adaptation, the focus is both on planned and autonomous adaptation. The book further documents the differential vulnerabilities of peri-urban communities, describing the factors that disadvantage certain men, women, and groups of people as compared to others. With a focus on peri-urban contexts, the book bridges an important gap in current studies of adaptation and vulnerability to the impacts of climate change that tend to focus on purely agrarian or urban contexts. It thus contributes to the emerging body of work on peri-urban issues as well as to the literature on vulnerability and adaptation. The research presented is interdisciplinary in nature, employing a wide range of research tools and methods across the natural and social sciences."

Agriculture, especially rice farming it's depends on water availability. Climate change affects weather patterns and water availability, resulting in changes in the environment for rice farmers. Environmental changes that occur cause behavioral changes, namely adaptation.
The purpose of this research is to know the difference adaptations made by rice farmers in the difference in height. Adaptations made rice farmers is to adapt to the impacts of climate change on rice. Form of adaptation is influenced by environmental conditions. The difference in environmental conditions in the study area is the average difference between the height, which influence the differences in farming culture, which in turn affects the different patterns of adaptation.
Forms of adaptation by farmers in the form of technology, sources of revenue, and changes in cropping patterns, which the height of 25-500m region has the highest adaptive capacity and areas above 500m altitude the lowest adaptive capacity.

The objective of this paper is to analyze the discourse of basic principles of gender equality in news of plans to conduct virginity tests in Indonesia as reported in The Jakarta Post (online version). In this study, the theory of Critical Discourse Analysis developed by Norman Fairclough (1993), which describes the relationship between discourse and its social context, is be applied as core theory. In order to identify these principles of gender equality, this study draws on existing national laws regarding gender equality.
The results of this study reveal that The Jakarta Post (online version) rejects the use of virginity tests on the grounds these would violate principles of gender equality. The principles of gender equality expressed by The Jakarta Post in news articles appearing in 2007, 2010, and 2013 are consistent with principles of gender equality contained in national laws regarding basic principles of equality."

Indonesian youth need to deeply understand climate change, an issue that significantly impacts their future. However, it is known that the complexity of climate change topic demands strategies for enhancing climate change literacy that can both correct misconceptions and present personal relevance. This research aims to test the effectiveness of refutational text genres in facilitating knowledge revision among high school students in Indonesia. Using a factorial mixed design, the study involved 504 high school students (Mage = 16.8) divided into four text groups (narrative, persuasive, traditional, control), with climate change literacy measured at three time points (pretest, posttest, delayed-posttest). The study's results show that narrative and persuasive refutation text can better facilitate knowledge revision compared to traditional refutational texts and control texts. Furthermore, narrative refutations showed retention of improvement up to a week after reading, while persuasive refutations only lasted in the short term, and traditional refutations did not demonstrate effectiveness beyond non-refutational texts. The implications of these findings are further discussed along with suggestions for future research. Overall, the findings of this study emphasize the effectiveness of text genres in enhancing the potential for knowledge revision among Indonesian high school students on complex socio-scientific topics like climate change."
