"Dalam era bisnis yang kompetitif saat ini perusahaan perlu menyadari pentingnya perilaku karyawan dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Upaya untuk mencapai keberhasilan perusahaan tercermin melalui berbagai inisiatif yang bertujuan menginspirasi perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan karena keberhasilan perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan mereka dalam berinovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour melalui mediator Psychological Well-Being dan dengan moderator Perceived Organizational Support di perusahaan industri IT di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penarikan sampel non-probability sampling. Kualifikasi responden penelitian ini yaitu karyawan tetap generasi Z non-manajerial yang sudah bekerja minimal 1 tahun di perusahaan industri IT di Jakarta dengan total 217 responden. Hasil analisis regresi, uji mediasi, sobel test, dan uji moderasi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan dari Psychological Well-Being sebagai mediator dari pengaruh antara Ethical Leadership terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour dan Perceived Organizational Support sebagai moderator dari pengaruh antara Ethical Leadership terhadap Psychological Well-Being di penelitian ini.

In today's competitive business era, companies must recognize the importance of employee behavior in determining overall organizational success. Efforts to achieve this success are reflected in various initiatives aimed at inspiring innovative work behavior among employees, as a company's success is heavily influenced by its ability to innovate. This study aims to analyze the influence of Ethical Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior through the mediator of Psychological Well-Being and the moderator of Perceived Organizational Support within IT industry companies in Jakarta. The study employs a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique. The respondents qualified for this study are permanent, non-managerial Generation Z employees who have been working for at least one year in IT companies based in Jakarta, with a total of 217 respondents. The results of regression analysis, mediation testing, Sobel tests, and moderation testing reveal a partial and significant influence of Psychological Well-Being as a mediator in the relationship between Ethical Leadership and Innovative Work Behavior, as well as Perceived Organizational Support as a moderator in the relationship between Ethical Leadership and Psychological Well-Being."

"Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perceived organizational support terhadap psychological well-being pekerja generasi milenial Indonesia dengan employee engagement dan affective commitment sebagai variabel mediasi pada generasi milenial. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah para karyawan yang telah bekerja sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pada perusahaan dan merupakan kelahiran antara tahun 1981 hingga 1996. Data kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) LISREL. Penelitian ini mencoba menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi psychological well-being pada karyawan. Terdapat 247 responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support, employee engagement dan affective commitment memengaruhi psychological well-being pekerja generasi milenial Indonesia, dan terdapat peran employee engagement dan affective commitment dalam memediasi hubungan antara perceived organizational support terhadap psychological well-being

The research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on the psychological well-being of Indonesian millennial generation workers with employee engagement and affective commitment as mediating variables in the millennial generation. Respondents in this study were employees who had worked for at least 1 year at the company and were born between 1981 and 1996. The data was then processed using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) LISREL. This study tries to explain the factors that can affect psychological well-being of employees. There were 247 respondents who participated in this study. The results of the study show that employee engagement and affective commitment affect the psychological well-being of Indonesian millennial generation workers, and there is a role for perceived organizational support, employee engagement and affective commitment in mediating the relationship between perceived organizational support and psychological well-being."

"Karakteristik khusus dari anak dengan autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) umumnya membuat para orang tua khususnya ibu sebagai caregiver utama dari anak-anak ASD memiliki well-being yang rendah. Belum lagi kebutuhan akan pendidikan untuk anak yang mulai memasuki usia sekolah membuat beban dan stres ibu semakin bertambah. Perceived social support diasumsikan mampu menjadi penahan dalam menghadapi situasi yang menekan (stressful). Perceived social support yang dimaksud berasal dari tiga jenis sumber, yaitu keluarga, teman, dan significant other. Penelitian ini melibatkan 32 responden yaitu para ibu dari anak dengan ASD di sekolah inklusif di kota Jakarta Timur dan Depok.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara ketiga jenis sumber dari perceived social support dan psychological well-being (r= .446). Jenis sumber keluarga dan significant other berkorelasi positif dan signifikan dengan psychological well-being (r= .360 dan r=.575). Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara usia ibu, jenis pekerjaan ibu, status pernikahan ibu, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah anak, pengeluaran per bulan, jenis kelamin anak, jenis ASD anak, dan urutan kelahiran anak dengan ASD.

In general, unique characteristic from chidren with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) bring negative results for parent’s mental health, especially for mothers who are role as a primary caregiver from children with ASD. Moreover, education need for their school-aged children increase high-level on negative symptoms. Perceived social support assumed as a buffer against stressful events by reducing stress level. Perceived social support which are included from family, friends, and significant other. This research involved 32 mothers of children with ASD.
The results showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being (r= .446). In addition, subtes family and significant other significantly correlated with psychological well-being (r= .360 and r=.575).

"Selama masa pandemi Covid-19, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru semakin berat
dengan strategi mengajar yang baru. Hal tersebut membuat guru kesulitan untuk
mempertahankan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka terutama guru perempuan yang mengajar di tingkat SD. Stres yang dirasakan oleh guru perempuan semakin bertambah dengan beban sebaga seorang ibu yang mengurus anak. Komunikasi antara anggota keluarga diasumsikandapat membantu guru untuk melewati masa sulit selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian inidilakukan untuk melihat peran pola komunikasi keluarga, baik dimensi conversation ataupun conformity, sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara perceived social support dengan psychological well-being. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental dengan teknik pengambilan sampel convenient sampling dari guru perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perceived social support
dengan psychological well-being baik secara langsung (β = 0.57, t(117) = 7.91, p = 0.000), maupun tidak langsung melalui pola komunikasi keluarga dimensi conversation (coefficient = 0.42, SE = 0.07, CI = 0.27 - 0.56). Di sisi lain, pola komunikasi keluarga yang mementingkan konformitas dalam berpendapat tidak berperan sebagai mediator karena tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan psychological well-being (coefficient = -0.11, SE = 0.10, CI = -0.32 - 0.10, p = 0.300). Salah satu limitasi penelitian ini adalah penelitian
ini hanya dapat dilakukan masa pandemi akan tetapi hasil yang didapatkan mengimplikasikan bahwa dukungan sosial dari berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru dalam menghadapi masa pandemi agar dapat menjadi bahagia, terlepas dari pola komunikasi di rumah. Meskipun demikian, pola komunikasi yang mementingkan kehangatan dalam berpendapat dan keterbukaan dapat menjadi salah satu bentuk dukungan sosial yang menunjang psychological well-being guru di situasi pandemi.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers are facing more challenges such as new teaching strategies. Thus, makes it difficult for teachers to maintain their psychological well-being especially female teachers who teach elementary students. Some of those female teachers have responsibilities as mothers at home. The burden of caring for children in home increasing the stress felt by these teachers. It is assumed that communication between family members can help teachers through difficult times during the Covid-19 pandemic. This
research was conducted to see whether conversation or conformity dimension within family communication pattern can act as mediator in the relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being. This research is non-experimental study with convenient sampling technique given to female teachers. The result indicates that there is significant relationship between perceived social support and family communication pattern, either directly (β = 0.57, t(117) = 7.91, p = 0.000) or indirectly through the conversation
dimension within family communication family patterns (coefficient = 0.42, SE = 0.07, CI = 0.27 - 0.56). On the other hand, family with high conformity dimension do not act as mediator in relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being (coefficient = -0.11, SE = 0.10, CI = -0.32 - 0.10, p = 0.300). One of the limitation of this study is this study can only be conducted in pandemic Covid-19 situation but the results obtained shows that social support from various sources is needed by teachers in order to be mentally healthy and happy regardless of communication patterns at home. However, communication patterns that emphasize warmth and openness can be one of the social
support that teachers needed in this pandemic situation.

Uji chi square digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan dua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial perawat yaitu 1.2% rendah, 1,2% sedang dan 97,7% tinggi; kesejahteraan psikologis perawat yaitu 37% sedang dan 63% tinggi. Tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan psikologis perawat (p 0,886). Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut tentang dukungan sosial dan kesejahteraan psikologis perawat.

The purpose of this research was to identify the relationship between social support and psychological well-being of nurses. Cross-sectional and cluster random sampling were used as methods with 173 respondents. Data collection used the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) questionnaire and the Ryff’s Scale of Psychological well-being (RSPWB) questionnaire. The chi- square test was used to identify the relationship between the two variables. The results showed that social support of nurses was 1.2% low, 1.2% moderate and 97.7% high; psychological well-being of nurses was 37% moderate and 63% high. There was no relationship between social support and psychological well-being of nurses (p 0.886). The results of this study can be a reference for further research on social support and psychological well-being of nurses."

"Pasien yang diisolasi Covid-19 tidak dapat berinteraksi dan terpaksa dipisahkan dari lingkungan sosialnya. Keadaan ini tentu akan berdampak terhadap kebahagiaan psikologisnya, padahal kebahagiaan psikologis merupakan faktor yang penting dalam penyembuhan pasien Covid-19. Dalam penelitian ini ingin diketahui lebih lanjut bagaimana peranan dukungan sosial terhadap kebahagiaan psikologis pada saat pasien isolasi Covid-19, dan juga dukungan sosial apa yang signifikan berperan terhadap kebahagiaan psikologis. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur dukungan sosial adalah Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support dan kebahagiaan psikologis dengan Ryff’s Psychological Well Being Scale. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah individu yang sedang diisolasi maupun penyintas Covid-19 dengan total partisipan 84 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui adanya peran yang signifikan dari dukungan sosial terhadap kebahagiaan psikologis pada pasien disaat masa isolasi Covid-19 (r = 0.442, n= 84, R2 = 0.185, p<.05), dan baik dukungan keluarga, teman, maupun ‘orang yang spesial’ berperan secara signifikan. Juga diketahui bahwa dukungan orang spesial (tetangga) diketahui paling besar peranannya pada kebahagiaan psikologis.

Patients isolated from Covid-19 cannot interact and are forced to be separated from their social environment. This situation will certainly have an impact on his psychological well being, even though psychological well being is an important factor in healing Covid-19 patients. In this study, we want to find out more about the role of social support on psychological well being when patients are isolated from Covid-19, and also what social support has a significant role in psychological well being. The measuring instrument used to measure social support is the Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale and psychological well being with the Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale. Participants in this study were individuals who were isolated and survivors of Covid-19 with a total of 84 participants. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. From the results of the study, it is known that there is a role in social support for psychological well being during the Covid-19 isolation condition (r = 0.442, n = 84, R2 = 0.185, p < .05), and both support from family, friends, and significant other plays a significant role. It is also known that the support of significant others (neighbors) is known to have the greatest role in psychological well being."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perceived social support sebagai mediator hubungan antara bersyukur dan psychological well-being pada emerging adults. Mengingat masa emerging adulthood merupakan masa transisi, maka psychological well-being sangat penting dimiliki oleh emerging adults. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan 806 emerging adults Indonesia yang berusia 18-25 tahun. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat indirect effect ( = .05,.00 < .01) dan direct effect ( = .78,. 00 < .01) yang signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa perceived social support memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara bersyukur dan psychological well-being. Dengan kata lain, bersyukur dapat melewati perceived social support terlebih dahulu untuk memengaruhi psychological well-being, namun juga dapat memengaruhi psychological well-being secara langsung.

The purpose of this study was to find out whether perceived social support mediates the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being in emerging adults. Given maintaining psychological well-being is very important for emerging adults to face transition period. This study used a regression analysis technique with 806 developing Indonesian adults aged 18-25 years. The results of the mediation analysis has shown a significant indirect ( = .05, .00 <.01) and direct effect ( = .78, .00 <.01), which indicates that perceived social support partially mediates the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being. In other words, gratitude can pass through perceived social support first to influence psychological well-being, but it can also affect psychological well-being directly."

"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peran psychological capital (PsyCap) dalam memediasi hubungan antara perceived social support dan subjective well-being pada istri yang bekerja. Penelitian ini penting karena belum ada pemahaman yang jelas terkait dengan bagaimana perceived social support dapat berperan pada subjective well-being istri yang bekerja. Pada penelitian ini, subjective well-being diukur dengan Satisfaction with Life Scale dan Scale of Positive Affect and Negative Experience, perceived social support diukur menggunakan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, dan psychological capital diukur dengan PCQ-12. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 117 istri yang bekerja. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa psychological capital memediasi hubungan antara perceived social support dan subjective well-being. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk memperkaya literatur terkait variabel perceived social support, psychological capital, dan subjective well-being.

This study is important because there is yet a clear understanding on how perceived social support can contribute to subjective well-being of working wives. "Subjective well-being (SWB) adalah kepuasan hidup yang dievaluasi dengan kognitif, perasaan positif serta negatif. Emerging adults (EA) dengan keluarga utuh dan tidak utuh memiliki perbedaan dukungan keluarga. Dalam beberapa penelitian, SWB berhubungan kuat dengan dukungan keluarga EA, namun belum berfokus pada kondisi EA keluarga utuh dan tidak utuh. Studi ini meneliti bagaimana hubungan dukungan keluarga pada EA keluarga utuh dan tidak utuh terhadap SWB mereka, kemudian dikomparasikan. Jumlah responden 86 laki-laki dan 114 perempuan usia 18-25 tahun. Hasil analisis pearson correlation dan independent sample t-test dengan hasil korelasi terbukti signifikan sebesar р=0,000 < 0,005 r=0,786 untuk kepuasan hidup, r=0,843 untuk afek positif, dan r=-0,688 untuk afek negatif. Hasil komparasi membuktikan bahwa EA dengan keluarga utuh lebih tinggi dalam SWB kognitif dan afek positif, sedangkan EA dengan keluarga tidak utuh lebih tinggi dalam SWB afek negatif. Maka penting bagi EA baik dari keluarga utuh maupun tidak utuh mendapatkan dukungan keluarga yang mencukupi.

Subjective well-being (SWB) is life satisfaction evaluated by cognitive, positive and negative feelings. Emerging adults (EA) with intact and non-intact families have differences in family support. In several studies, SWB is strongly related to EA family support, but has not focused on the conditions of intact and non-intact EA families. This study examines the relationship between family support in intact and non-intact EA families on their SWB, and then compares it. The number of respondents was 86 men and 114 women aged 18-25 years. The results of the pearson correlation analysis and independent sample t-test showed that the correlation results were significant at р=0.000 <0.005 r=0.786 for life satisfaction, r=0.843 for positive affect, and r=-0.688 for negative affect. The comparison results prove that EAs with intact families are higher in cognitive SWB and positive affect, while EAs with incomplete families are higher in negative affect SWB. So it is important for EAs from both intact and non-intact families to get adequate family support."
