"Penilaian konsumsi gizi/dietary assessment merupakan metode penilaian status gizi untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait pola makan, baik berupa jumlah, jenis, hingga frekuensi pangan yang dikonsumsi. Salah satu metode yang sering digunakan dalam penelitian dengan topik pangan dan kesehatan adalah metode semiquantitative food frequency questionnaires (SFFQ). Namun, SFFQ memiliki berbagai kelemahan, salah satunya yaitu daftar makanan dalam kuesioner tidak dapat ditanyakan seluruhnya kepada seluruh kelompok populasi, sehingga diperlukan adaptasi serta tes validitas. Bahan makanan dalam SFFQ disusun berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, hasil uji coba, dan observasi lingkungan sasaran. SFFQ yang terbentuk terdiri dari 19 bahan makanan dan 135 jenis pangan. Perbandingan dilakukan kepada satu kali pengambilan SFFQ untuk mencatat asupan selama sebulan terakhir dengan dua kali pengambilan 24-hour food recall untuk mewakili weekday dan weekend sebagai real intake. Sebanyak 73 siswa kelas 11 dengan rentang usia 16-18 tahun ikut serta dalam penelitian. Hasil uji t berpasangan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara asupan energi, karbohidrat, dan protein SFFQ dengan recall. Setelah dilakukan energy adjustment, hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan SFFQ dengan recall. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan tingkat validitas sedang (fair) dengan catatan hasil recall weekend saja tidak dapat dianggap sebagai asupan rata-rata harian akibat variance yang terlalu besar.

Dietary assessment is a method used to evaluate nutritional status by collecting information on eating patterns, including the quantity, types, and frequency of foods consumed. One commonly used tool in public health nutrition research is the semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (SFFQ). However, SFFQ has several limitations, including the fact that its food list may not be universally applicable across different population groups, requiring cultural adaptation and validation. The food items included in SFFQ were selected based on previous studies, preliminary testing, and environmental observations of the target population. The finalized SFFQ consisted of 19 food groups and 135 food items. A single SFFQ reflecting intake over the previous month was compared against two 24-hour food recalls representing weekday and weekend as the real intake. A total of 73 eleventh-grade students aged 16–18 years participated in the study. Paired t-test showed significant differences in energy, carbohydrate, and protein intake between SFFQ and recalls. After energy adjustment, correlation analysis showed no significant associations between nutrients derived from SFFQ and those from recalls. The validation results indicated a fair level of validity. However, recall data from the weekend alone should not be considered representative of usual daily intake due to high variability."

"Bone mineral content at old age is dependent upon the peak bone mass achieved in youth and subsequent adult bone loss (Matkovic, 1992). Adequate calcium consumption during childhood is beneficial for the acquisition of peak bone mass and density. It is therefore, calcium has been considered to play important role in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis (NIH, 1994), and osteoporosis has been described as a pediatric disease that manifests itself in old age (Lysen and Walker, 1997). If children fail to take in enough calcium, they are more likely to develop osteoporosis later in life (Insel et al., 2002). Nevertheless, calcium is one of the nutrients that most likely to be low or deficient in children's diets (Krause's, 2000). Recently, calcium has been suspected to have a positive effect in preventing some disorders, including diarrhea. Bovee et al., (2003) indicated that low calcium intake has been shown to impair host resistance to food-borne intestinal infections. Because of childhood morbidity and mortality due to infectious diarrhea is very high in developing countries, adequate dietary calcium intakes of the children will likely improve their bone as well as intestinal health (Bovee et al., 2003). Dairy products are always regarded as primary source of calcium. It is difficult to meet the RDA for calcium without milk or milk products (Krause, 1992). Unfortunately, the general Indonesian population does not commonly consume milk.
The results of 1997 national survey on households' food consumption pattern across provinces in Indonesia reveal that milk consumption was zero, or milk product was never consumed in the last three months at the time of survey (Sumarno at al., 1997). In line with the 1997 national survey, Ariani et al., (1997) reported that the level of milk consumption was lower than that of other animal products across the provinces in Indonesia, and in general, milk consumption of Indonesian population was below the standard of adequacy of milk consumption according to Widyakarya National Pangan dan Gizi 1998 (4.6 kg/cap/year). The above facts indicate that many Indonesians may consume calcium-deficient diet.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan frekuensi konsumsi fast food pada siswa-siswi SMAN 35 Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini, frekuensi konsumsi fast food sebagai variabel dependen dan variabel independennya adalah Online Food Ordering, jenis kelamin, pengetahuan gizi dan fast food, preferensi fast food, uang jajan, perilaku emotional eating, pengaruh peer group dan pengaruh media sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan April 2020 kepada 164 siswa-siswi kelas 10 dan 11 SMAN 35 Jakarta yang dipilih dengan stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner secara daring (online). Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan chi-square, dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 73,8% responden memiliki tingkat konsumsi fast food yang tinggi yaitu mengonsumsi fast food > 3 kali per minggu. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan Online Food Ordering, pengetahuan gizi dan fast food, perilaku emotional eating, pengaruh peer group dan pengaruh media sosial berhubungan dengan konsumsi fast food pada remaja. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan pengetahuan gizi dan fast food sebagai faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan konsumsi fast food pada remaja. Peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk bekerja sama dengan Puskesmas atau Suku Dinas Kesehatan untuk dapat memberikan program edukasi kepada siswa terkait perilaku makan yang sehat dan sesuai dengan pedoman gizi seimbang


This study aims to determine the factors associated with the frequency of consumption of fast food among students of SMAN 35 Jakarta. The dependent variable in this study is the frequency of fast food consumption and the independent variables are Online Food Ordering, gender, knowledge of nutrition and fast food, fast food preferences, pocket money, emotional eating behavior, peer group influence and the social media influence. This is a quantitative study with cross-sectional design. This study conducted in April 2020 at SMAN 35 Jakarta with a total of 164 respondents who selected with stratified random sampling method. Data were collected through filling out questionnaires online. The data obtained were then analyzed by univariate, bivariate analysis using chi-square, and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression tests. The results show that as many as 73,8% of the respondents had a high level of fast food consumption ie consuming fast food > 3 times per week. The results also showed that Online Food Ordering habits, knowledge of nutrition and fast food, emotional eating behavior, peer group influence and social media influence were related to adolescent fast food consumption. Multivariate analysis shows knowledge of nutrition and fast food as the dominant factors related to fast food consumption in adolescents. This study suggest the school to collaborate with Public Heath Center or Health Service Office to increase education to students regarding healthy eating behavior and in accordance with the guidelines for balanced nutrition

Informasi mengenai adanya semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire
(SFFQ) yang valid untuk mengukur asupan PUFA pada anak di Indonesia masih
minim. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan
SFFQ dan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas dari SFFQ tersebut untuk mengukur
asupan PUFA pada anak di Indonesia usia 6-23 bulan.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan desain cross sectional di dua kelurahan
wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini melibatkan 89 anak yang dipilih secara
multistage random sampling. Anak-anak tersebut dilakukan pengukuran intake
melalui SFFQ dan wawancara recall selama 3 hari tidak berturut-turut. Beberapa
anak (n=35) telah dipilih untuk dilakukan pengukuran plasma lipid dalam darah.
Formulir SFFQ terdiri dari 78 item makanan yang disusun dari tabel komposisi
bahan makanan luar Indonesia. SFFQ tersebut kemudian divalidasi dengan
wawancara recall dan plasma lipid dalam darah. Pelaksanaan SFFQ dilakukan dua
kali dengan rentang 4 minggu terpisah untuk mengetahui reliabilitasnya. Relatif
validitas dan realibilitas dari SFFQ disimpulkan dari hasil analisa Bland-Altman.
Uji korelasi parsial yang telah dikontrol dengan status gizi dan usia anak
dilakukan untuk mengukur absolut validitas dari SFFQ.
Kecocokan yang baik ditemukan antara hasil SFFQ dan wawancara recall untuk
DHA, EPA, DPA dan AA akan tetapi tidak untuk total n-3, n-6, ALA dan LA.
Lebih jauh, SFFQ menunjukkan korelasi yang moderat dengan plasma lipid dalam
darah untuk n-6 dan LA (r: 0.40; p=0.025 and r:0.42 p=0.018, secara berurutan).
Hasil analisa Bland-Altman menunjukkan 95% kecocokan antara hasil SFFQ
pertama dan pengulangan SFFQ untuk semua asam lemak esensial. Secara
keseluruhan, SFFQ yang dikembangkan relatif valid untuk mengukur asupan
PUFA kecuali untuk total n-3, n-6, ALA dan LA. SFFQ juga reliable untuk
mengetahui asupan PUFA pada anak.

ABSTRACT
The information on the existing validated semi-quantitative food frequency
questionnaire (SFFQ) to capture the intakes of PUFA for Indonesian children is
lacking. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the validity and reproducibility
of developed SFFQ for assessing poly-unsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) intake for
Indonesian children aged 6-23 months.
A cross sectional study was conducted in two sub-districts of East Jakarta
involving 89 healthy children selected by multistage random sampling. These
children were assessed by SFFQ and 3-day non consecutive 24-h recall. Some
children (n=35) were randomly selected for plasma assessment (PA). The SFFQ
consist of 78 food items which were constructed from the non-Indonesian food
composition database. It was validated against dietary recall and PA. Repeated
administration of SFFQ (4-week apart) was conducted to assess the
reproducibility of SFFQ. The relative validity and reproducibility of SFFQ were
determined by Bland-Altman analysis. The adjusted correlation for children
nutritional status and age was performed to assess absolute validity of SFFQ.
Good agreement was found between SFFQ and dietary recall for DHA, EPA,
DPA, and AA, but not for total n-3, n-6, ALA and LA. Moreover, SFFQ showed
moderate correlations with plasma n-6 LCPUFA and LA (r: 0.40; p=0.025 and
r:0.42 p=0.018, respectively). A 95% level of Bland-Altman agreement was
clearly observed between first SFFQ and repeated SFFQ for all essential fatty
acids. In conclusion, the SFFQ was relatively valid to assess usual PUFA intake
except for total n-3, n-6, ALA and LA and reproducible to estimate PUFA intake

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kebiasaan konsumsi makanan cepat saji (fast food) pada siswa-siswi SMAN 46 Jakarta selama masa pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Besar sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus estimasi proporsi dan proportionate sampling untuk perhitungan sampel pada setiap tingkatan kelasnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November-Desember 2021 kepada 253 siswa-siswi kelas X, XI, dan XII SMAN 46 Jakarta yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified sampling dan kuota untuk pengambilan pada setiap stratanya. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner daring berupa google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 70,4% siswa-siswi sering mengonsumsi fast food. Hasil faktor predisposisi yaitu tingkat pendidikan ayah dan ibu tinggi sebesar 88,1% dan 87,4%, siswa memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang terkait gizi seimbang dan fast food sebesar 58,1%, serta sikap yang positif sebesar 51,4%. Hasil faktor pemungkin menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 57,7% siswa memiliki jarak tempat tinggal yang sedang (1-5 kilometer) ke gerai makanan fast food terdekat dan sebesar 53,4% sering menggunakan layanan pesan-antar makanan online. Hasil faktor penguat menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 55,7% siswa tidak didukung keluarga untuk mengonsumsi fast food, 54,5% siswa didukung teman sebaya, dan 68,8% siswa terpengaruh media sosial.

The study aimed to describe the fast food consumption habits of students at SMAN 46 Jakarta during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. This study is a descriptive quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. The sample size is calculated using estimation and proportionate sampling for each stratum. This research was conducted in November-December 2021 among 253 students in grades X, XI, and XII of SMAN 46 Jakarta, who were selected using a stratified sampling and quotas technique for dataa collection at each grade level. Data was collected by filling out a questionnaire of Google form. The results showed that 70.4% of students often consumed fast food. The results of predisposing factors are that both fathers and mothers have high education levels by 88.1% and 87.4%, respectively, students have less knowledge related to nutrition and fast food by 58.1%, and positive attitudes by 51.4%. The results of the enabling factors showed that 57.7% of students have a moderate distance from their residence (1–5 kilometers) to the nearest fast food outlet, and 53.4% often use online food delivery services. The results of the reinforcing factors showed that 55.7% of students were not supported by their families to consume fast food, 54.5% of students were supported by their peers, and 68.8% of students were influenced by social media."

"Online Food Delivery (OFD) merupakan layanan pesan-antar makanan online yang digunakan hanya melalui gawai pintar dan dapat memudahkan penggunanya untuk memperoleh makanan secara cepat. Namun, dalam penggunaan OFD ini, ditemukan bahwa pemilihan jenis makanan yang cenderung tidak sehat dan dapat meningkatkan risiko gizi lebih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan makanan pada jasa OFD pada siswa SMAN 47 Jakarta tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi potong lintang dengan jumlah sampel 112 orang. Data diambil dengan pengisian kuesioner dan akan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat (Chi square). Berdasarkan hasil analisis univariat, diketahui sebanyak 58,9% siswa memilih makanan tinggi Gula Garam Lemak (GGL) untuk dikonsumsi melalui layanan OFD dengan pilihan makanan jenis terbanyak adalah fried chicken. Hasil bivariat menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, sensitivity of reward, frekuensi OFD, dan potongan harga memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan konsumsi makanan tinggi GGL yang dipesan melalui OFD. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa faktor dominan adalah frekuensi OFD (OR=6,89). Pihak sekolah disarankan untuk berkolaborasi dengan pihak pendidikan tinggi untuk memberikan edukasi berupa penyuluhan gizi atau poster mengenai makanan dengan gizi seimbang serta untuk pemerintah disarankan agar mengenakan pajak untuk makanan yang mengandung gula tinggi dan fast food.

Online Food Delivery (OFD) is an online service that is used only through smart devices and can make it easier for users to get food quickly. However, in the use of OFD, it was found that the selection of foods that tend to be unhealthy and can increase the risk of overweight. The aim of this study was to determine factors related to food selection in OFD services for students at SMAN 47 Jakarta in 2022. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a sample of 112 people. Data were taken by questionnaire and analyzed by univariate and bivariate (Chi square). Based on the univariate analysis, it is known that 58.9% of students choose foods high in GGL to be selected through OFD services with the most choice of types of food being fried chicken. Bivariate results showed that gender, reward sensitivity, OFD frequency, and price reducing associate with the consumption of High Fat, Sugar, and Salt (HFFS) foods ordered through OFD. Multivariate analysis showed the dominant factor was OFD frequency (OR=6,89). This study suggests the school to collaborate with the college sector to provide nutrition education with counselling or posters about balanced nutrition. This study also suggests to the government to apply the taxes on foods containing high sugar and fast food."

"Latar Belakang: Emisi gas rumah kaca dari konsumsi pangan merupakan isu yang perlu diperhatikan karena sistem pangan menyumbang 23−42% emisi yang dihasilkan manusia. Remaja merupakan individu yang mulai memiliki otonomi sendiri terkait pemilihan makanan dan kebiasaan kurang baik−termasuk konsumsi tinggi emisi−perlu diubah sebelum dibawa ke tahap kehidupan selanjutnya. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan emisi gas rumah kaca dari konsumsi pangan pada siswa SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta Tahun 2025. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional dan sampel berjumlah 100 orang. Hasil: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin, uang jajan, tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan energi, tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan protein, tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan lemak, tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan karbohidrat, kelompok pangan: sumber karbohidrat dan lauk hewani dengan emisi gas rumah kaca dari konsumsi pangan pada siswa SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta tahun 2025. Sementara itu, tidak terdapat hubungan antara IMT/U serta kelompok pangan: buah-buahan, lauk nabati, olahan protein hewani, sayuran, dan kelompok pangan lainnya. Kesimpulan: Jenis kelamin, uang jajan, tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan energi dan zat gizi makro, serta kelompok pangan sumber karbohidrat dan lauk hewani berhubungan dengan emisi gas rumah kaca yang dihasilkan pada siswa SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta tahun 2025.

Background: Dietary greenhouse gas emission currently is a critical issue because the food system accounting approximately 23−42% of human-generated emissions. Adolescents are individuals who begin to have their own autonomy regarding food choices and their poor eating habits−including high-emission consumption pattern−should be changed before they enter the next stages of life. Objective: To determine factors associated with dietary greenhouse gas emissions among students at SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta in 2025. Method: This study is quantitative research using a cross-sectional design with 100 samples. Results: There is a significant relationship between sex, pocket money, energy adequacy level, protein adequacy level, fat adequacy level, carbohydrate adequacy level, food groups: carbohydrates and animal protein with dietary greenhouse gas emissions among students at SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta in 2025. Meanwhile, there is no significant relationship between BMI-for-age and food groups: fruits, plant-based protein, processed animal protein, vegetables, and other food groups. Conclusion: Sex, pocket money, energy and macronutrient adequacy level, and food groups: carbohydrate and animal protein are related to dietary greenhouse gas emissions among students at SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta in 2025."

"Kebugaran kardiorespiratori merupakan kemampuan jantung dan paru-paru untuk mengantarkan oksigen dan nutrisi ke jaringan terutama otot untuk memungkinkan latihan berkelanjutan. Kebugaran kardiorespiratori mengukur kapasitas maksimal oksigen seseorang menggunakan VO₂max. Kebugaran yang rendah pada remaja dapat menurunkan konsentrasi belajar, menurunnya prestasi, juga bermanifestasi pada penyakit degeneratif di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi nilai estimasi VO₂max dengan status hidrasi, status gizi, asupan zat gizi, aktivitas fisik, dan jenis kelamin pada siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta tahun 2025. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2025 kepada 99 siswa-siswi kelas XI SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Pengambilan data variabel nilai estimasi VO₂max diambil menggunakan metode Queen’s College Step Test dan untuk variabel lainnya menggunakan metode PURI (Pengambilan Urin Sendiri), kuesioner, wawancara food recall, serta pengukuran antropometri. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi dan uji t-independen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan 22,2% siswa-siswi tergolong tidak bugar. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin dan asupan cairan dengan tingkat kebugaran kardiorespiratori. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan bagi sekolah untuk mengadakan pemeriksaan kebugaran rutin dan memberikan edukasi mengenai gizi seimbang dan pentingnya konsumsi air putih.

Cardiorespiratory fitness is the ability of the heart and lungs to deliver oxygen and nutrients to body tissues, especially muscles, to enable sustained physical activity. Cardiorespiratory fitness measures a person's maximum oxygen capacity using VO₂max. Low cardiorespiratory fitness in adolescents can negatively affect concentration, reduce academic performance, and increase the risk of degenerative diseases in later life. This study aims to analyze the correlation between estimated VO₂max and hydration status, nutritional status, nutrient intake, physical activity, and gender among students of SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta in 2025. This quantitative research used a cross-sectional design and involved 99 eleventh-grade students who met the inclusion criteria. VO₂max estimation was obtained using the Queen’s College Step Test, while other variables were measured using the PURI method (self collected urine test), questionnaires, food recall interviews, and anthropometric measurements. Data were analyzed using correlation tests and independent t-tests. The results showed that 22,2% of the students were classified as unfit. A significant correlation was found between cardiorespiratory fitness and gender, as well as water intake. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools implement routine fitness assessments and provide nutrition education focusing on balanced diets and the importance of adequate water consumption."

"Meningkatnya risiko kejadian obesitas pada remaja disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah konsumsi fast food yang berlebihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan frekuensi konsumsi fast food siswa SMA Islamic Village, Kabupaten Tangerang pada tahun 2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Data karakteristik personal, pengaruh lingkungan sosial, aksesibilitas, dan pengaruh paparan iklan fast food diperoleh dari kuesioner, sedangkan data frekuensi konsumsi dan besar porsi fast food diperoleh dari semi-quantitative FFQ. Kuesioner dan FFQ tersebut diberikan kepada 205 siswa SMA Islamic Village, Kabupaten Tangerang yang dipilih dengan sistem sampling acak sederhana. Selain itu, digunakan pula perangkat lunak Google Maps Geo-Coding Javascript API versi 3.0 untuk mengukur jarak sekolah terhadap restoran fast food.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 54,6% responden mengonsumsi fast food dengan frekuensi sering. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan proporsi pada pengaruh peer group (p=0,001), besar uang saku (p=0,010), dan pengaruh paparan iklan fast food (p=0,000) dalam menentukan frekuensi konsumsi fast food. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik ganda, pengaruh paparan iklan fast food merupakan faktor dominan dalam menentukan frekuensi konsumsi fast food. Siswa dengan pengaruh paparan iklan fast food yang kuat berpeluang 2,6 kali lebih sering mengonsumsi fast food dibandingkan siswa dengan pengaruh lemah setelah dikontrol variabel status pekerjaan ibu, uang saku, dan pengaruh peer group. Diperlukan edukasi gizi mengenai gizi seimbang, anjuran konsumsi zat gizi harian, jenis, kandungan, dan dampak konsumsi fast food agar siswa terhindar dari konsumsi fast food yang berlebihan.

The risk of adolescents obesity has increased by some factors, one of the them is the excessive of fast food consumption. The aim of this study is to determine the dominant factor in fast food consumption frequency among the students of SMA Islamic Village, Kabupaten Tangerang in 2014. This study used a quantitative method and cross-sectional design. It used questionnaire about personal characteristics, social influences, accessibility, amount of pocket money, and fast food advertisements influences. Semi-quantitative FFQ also used to determine the fast food frequency. Those questionnaires were given to 205 SMA Islamic Village students which selected by simple random sampling. Moreover, this study also used software Google Maps Geo-Coding Javascript API versi 3.0 to determine the proximity between school and fast food restaurants.
Result showed that 54,6% of respondents consumed fast food often. Furthermore, there is a difference proportion in peer group influences (p=0,001), amount of pocket money (p=0,010), and fast food advertisements influences (p=0,000) in determining the frequency of fast food consumption. Based on multiple regression analysis, fast food advertisements influence is the dominant factor in determining fast food consumption frequency. Students who have strong influences from fast food advertisements has an opportunity 2,6x more often to consume fast food than students who have weak influences after controled by other factors, such as mother employment status, amount of pocket money, and peer group influences. Nutrition education about balance diet, nutrition daily allowance, and fast food is needed to prevent the students consume excessive fast food.

"Mi instan adalah salah satu makanan yang populer di dunia, terutama kawasan Asia. Menurut World Instant Noodles Association (WINA) pada tahun 2023, Indonesia menduduki posisi kedua permintaan mi instan tertinggi. Masa remaja merupakan masa peralihan yang memiliki banyak perubahan dalam aspek kehidupan, termasuk mengenai pemilihan makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan konsumsi mi instan berdasarkan perilaku membaca label ING, pengaruh teman sebaya dan faktor lainnya pada siswa SMAN 34 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross- sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 125 responden yang ditentukan melalui metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian SQ-FFQ dan kuesioner oleh responden di sekolah. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan program Microsoft Excel dan IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 64,8% siswa di SMA memiliki konsumsi mi instan yang tinggi (≥ 1 kali/minggu). Analisis lanjutan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan proporsi yang signifikan antara persepsi harga produk dan pengaruh teman sebaya dengan konsumsi mi instan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, siswa disarankan untuk bijak konsumsi mi instan dengan memperhatikan frekuensi, jumlah mi instan yang dikonsumsi, serta penambahan bahan makanan seperti protein dan sayur. Sekolah dan orang tua juga memiliki peran yang penting untuk mengawasi serta mengarahkan remaja dalam pemilihan makanan yang baik.

Instant noodles are one of the most popular foods in the world, especially in Asia. According to the World Instant Noodles Association (WINA) in 2023, Indonesia ranked the second highest demand for instant noodles. Adolescence is a transitional period that has many changes in aspects of life, including food choices. This study aims to determine differences in instant noodle consumption based on ING label reading behavior, peer influence and other factors among students of SMAN 34 Jakarta. This research used a cross-sectional study design with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 125 respondents who were determined through the purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by filling out the SQ-FFQ and questionnaires by respondents at school. Data processing and analysis were conducted using Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS Statistics programs. The results showed that 64,8% of students in high school had high instant noodle consumption (≥ 1 time/week). Further analysis showed that there was a significant proportion difference between perceived product price and peer influence with instant noodle consumption. Based on the results of the study, students are advised to consume instant noodles wisely by paying attention to the frequency, the amount of instant noodles consumed, and the addition of food ingredients such as protein and vegetables. Schools and parents also have an important role to supervise and direct adolescents in choosing good food."
