This research presented the design steps and calculation for each unit of the water treatment plant (WTP), due to its crucial role domestically and drinking purpose. It also illustrated and designed the procedures of the water processing units by estimating water demand and designing the unit process. The objectives of this work were to evaluate the water demand for a certain community and to present design steps and calculations for the required units of a WTP. The design of the WTP units was theoretically going to be applied to Lake Salam to be distributed as a drinking water in University of Indonesia’s Environment. The quality and quantity of the Lake Salam water at various times were statistically analyzed and presented. The units of the treatment processes involved intake, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, adsorption, filtration, disinfection, storage, and pumping. The calculations and detailed drawings of the units were displayed, the average discharge and population used for the WTP design were calculated respectively. Besides, the calculation required some of the parameters to be estimated as field data, which were taken into assumptions. The outline results of e ach unit of the WTP were tabulated. It can be concluded that this work can be used as a source for designing other WTP units. A number of factors such as the age of WTP, maintenance, economic analysis, design infestation, and water demand had a great impact on the removal efficiency of the WTP units."

A survey conducted by McKinsey and Company revealed that, as of May 2022, 26% of Indonesians have become more active physically, while 32% have established a routine for physical activity, and 9% have intensified their exercise regimen. The rapid development of fitness applications, driven by the Industrial Revolution 4.0, has allowed for the tracking of individuals' athletic performance. However, the long-term adoption of fitness applications among the general population remains relatively low. Consequently, the aim of this research is to examine the impact of incentives (self-monitoring, social support, platform rewards, and external influence) on users' Continuance Usage Intention within fitness applications, with a focus on the moderating effect of gender. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing data obtained from a web-based questionnaire administered to a sample of 379 valid respondents. The data is then analyzed using the Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling method through IBM Amos 26 software. Additionally, qualitative research was conducted, involving interviews with 30 fitness application users, to gather unique insights pertaining to the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicate that self-monitoring, platform rewards, and external influence significantly influence users' perceived usefulness of the fitness application. Moreover, gender is shown to have a significant influence on user behavior in increasing their physical activity. Specifically, the research demonstrates that females tend to be more motivated to engage in physical activity due to social and external features, whereas males show greater attention to tracking functionalities and challenges or rewards. The result of this research is expected to contribute to the mHealth industry and help mobile fitness app developers to improve the digital exercise facilities'in Indonesia."

"In this paper, we analyze the empirical relationship between stock return and trading volume
based on stock market cycles. Using daily data for Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closing price and
trading volume from 2010 to 2014, we identify the bull and bear phases, then we analyze the return–
volume relationship in both contemporaneous and dynamic context. We find that (1) there is a positive
contemporaneous return–volume relationship in both bull and bear markets, which is only significant
in bull markets; (2) no evidence of asymmetry in contemporaneous relationship is found; and (3)
there exists a positive unidirectional causality from stock return to trading volume. Our research has
two implications. First, in the bull market, overconfidence may grow with long-lasting past success
and there is also momentum or positive feedback trading. Second, stock return is able to forecast
trading volume. In addition, our findings are robust for different sample period and data frequency."
