"Tugas karya akhir ini membahas mengenai pola perilaku berdasarkan data ICW tentang kasus korupsi pada tahun 2016. Pola yang dilihat adalah modus, bidang, dan pekerjaan pelaku korupsi. Pola-pola tersebut nantinya akan membantu memberikan gambaran sementara mengenai pola kejahatan korupsi di Indonesia. Tulisan ini menemukan 482 kasus korupsi di Indonesia dan 1.106 tersangka selama tahun 2016. Berdasarkan data tersebut, penulis akan melakukan analisis dan mencari tahu pola-pola hubungan yang relatif teratur pada perilaku korupsi yang terjadi di tahun 2016 secara kriminologis. Tugas karya akhir ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk melihat pola perilaku korupsi di masa yang akan datang dan membantu dalam pembentukan strategi pencegahan kejahatan korupsi.

This thesis discusses about behavioral pattern of corruptioncases based on Indonesia Corupsion Watch`s data in 2016. This pattern consists of modus, field, and the job of corruptior. These patterns will help giving a temporary overview about corruption crime pattern in Indonesia. This writing found 482 of corruption cases and 1106 suspects during 2016. Based on that data, author do analysis and find the regularly happens on corruption behavior in 2016 with criminology`s view. This thesis is expected to be a reference to see the pattern of corruption behavior in the future and assist in the establishment of a corruption prevention strategy."

"Penelitian ini ialah mengenai DIMENSI PENGALAMAN EMOSI, yang dikaji melalui nama-nama emosi berdasarkan teori kognitif, khususnya pandangan Frijda. Yang dimaksud dengan dimensi pengalaman emosi menurut pandangan kognitif ialah kegiatan kognitif penilaian (appraisal) atas situasi penimbul emosi, dan kesadaran seseorang akan gugahan, tendensi-aksi, aktivasi, atau ?kesiapan-aksi" yang terjadi karenanya. Yang dimaksud dengan 'penilaian' dalam penelitian ini ialah penilaian yang irreflektif terutama, jadi bukan yang sadar, nalar, dan penuh pertimbangan. Menurut teori kognitif, pengalaman emosi ditentukan oleh pola penilaian dan pola kesiapan-aksi. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah apakah memang demikian keadaannya untuk subyek di Indonesia, khususnya Jakarta. Apakah ada kekhasan dalam pola penilaian dan pola kesiapan-aksi untuk tiap nama emosi? Permasalahan lainnya ialah apakah ada perbedaan pengalaman emosi antara pria dan wanita. Alasan memilih topik emosi disebabkan oleh karena emosi penting dalam kehidupan manusia: emosi dapat merupakan motivator perilaku dalam arti meningkatkan, tapi juga dapat mengganggu perilaku intensional. Alasan memilih teori kognitif ialah karena dengan teori ini lebih dapat dikaji kekhususan pengalaman seseorang, dan lebih memungkinkan pemahaman arti pengalaman. Data yang diolah ialah kuesioner tentang pengalaman emosi-emosi khusus, yakni 22 nama emosi. Responden adalah 82 mahasiswa UI, 41 wanita dan 41 pria. Kuesioner menanyakan hal-hal yang umum berkenaan dengan situasi penimbul emosi, kemudian aspek penilaian (Kuesioner Penilaian) dan aspek kesiapan-aksi/tendensi aksi (Kuesioner Kesiapan-aksi). Data ini diolah melalui analisis diskriminan untuk memperoleh jawaban tentang kemungkinan peramalan nama emosi melalui pola penilaian dan kesiapan-aksi. Untuk memperoleh kekhasan emosi diolah melalui analisis faktor untuk memperoleh skor-faktor dan pola skor-faktor untuk tiap nama emosi. Untuk membedakan pengalaman pria dan wanita dilakukan uji-t atas skor-faktor untuk tiap emosi pada tiap faktor (penilaian maupuan kesiapan aksi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nama-emosi dapat diramalkan dan pola dimensi penilaian maupun kesiapan-aksi dengan tingkatan ketelitian 32.64 dan 40.29 %. Pola faktor penilaian dan pola faktor kesiapan-aksi menunjukkan kekhususan untuk tiap nama emosi, dan kemiripan untuk nama-emosi yang "artinya sama". Perbedaan antara pria dan wanita terlihat terutama dalam faktor "melawan agresif" dalam mengalami emosi-emosi negatif (cemas, panik), dan 'preokupasi'. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memahami ARTI emosi, khususnya melalui aspek penilaian dan kesiapan-aksi, yang selanjutnya diharapkan memberi manfaat untuk pelaksanaan konseling, dan untuk memahami corak hubungan antar-manusia pada umumnya."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang dimensi etis (etika makanan/food ethics) terhadap pola perilaku makan yang muncul dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pola makan seseorang ternyata dibentuk dari latar belakang budaya yang dimilikinya dengan berbagai perubahan sosial- budaya yang terjadi (gaya hidup, rekayasa bio-teknologi, ekpresi simbolik, masuknya ideologi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perilaku makan seseorang berkaitan dengan dimensi etis dalam melihat tentang "yang baik" dan "buruk" pada proses pembuatan dan pemasaran makanan dan berdampak pada munculnya masyarakat konsumtif.

This research described that the ethical dimensions (food ethics) of the food's pattern of human beings is coming from their lifes. So, the food's pattern of human beings was also built and constructed from their culture with many social culture changes, for example, life style, bio-technology, symbolic expression, and ideologies. The results shows that the eating habitat has ethical dimensions about 'the good" and "the bad" in the processing and the marketing of food and making issues of the consumer society by implication."
